В ряде случаев у пользователей телефонов/планшетов на Android может возникнуть вопрос: действительно ли отвечает реальная емкость аккумулятора устройства заявленной.
В Google Play Маркете можно найти , но обычно они отображают расчёты после нескольких циклов разряда/заряда аккумулятора, а это занимает много времени. Для относительно быстрого определения емкости можно воспользоваться приложением Nova Battery Tester . Обычно тест длится 1 — 1.5 ч. (может варьироваться в зависимости от емкости АКБ). Приложения нет на Google Play Маркете но его можно легко найти и скачать в интернете.
При первом запуске информацию о характеристиках вашего устройства, а именно ток потребления устройства (необходимый для расчёта емкости батареи) приложение получает из собственной онлайн-базы данных, поэтому во время первого запуска программы на устройстве должен быть включен интернет.
Если Вашего устройства в базе нет, Вы можете добавить его. Для этого необходимо, чтобы у Вас был достаточно новый аккумулятор. Укажите емкость аккумулятора в настройках приложения. Пройдите тест, выберите в контекстном меню "Отправить результат". Перед отправкой результатов необходимо включить интернет.
Инструкция по использованию быстрого теста
Инструкция рассчитана на тот случай, когда ваше устройство присутствует в онлайн-базе данных приложения и существует возможность подключения к сети для получения данных о среднем разрядном токе вашего устройства.
1. Зарядите аккумулятор телефона до уровня 65% — 75%.
2. Запустите приложение, нажмите на системную кнопку меню и выберите пункт "Загрузить характеристики" для получения данных о модели Вашего телефона с сервера приложения (необходим доступ в интернет).
Если Ваше устройство присутствует в списке протестированных, то Вы получите его технические характеристики, необходимые для проведения теста. Если устройства в списке нет, Вы увидите сообщение, предупреждающее о том, что результаты будут неполными.
После прохождения теста Вы сможете отправить результат разработчикам для внесения в список протестированных устройств, для этого выберите в меню пункт "Отправить результат".
3. Нажмите на системную кнопку "Меню", выберите пункт "Настройки", нажмите в списке на "Варианты теста" и выберите "Быстрый (12% с любого уровня)".
4. Для того чтобы результаты были более точными, отключите все сети (Wi-Fi, GSM, 3G). Программа автоматически установит максимальную яркость экрана.
5. На главном экране приложения нажмите на кнопку "Запустить быстрый тест". Дождитесь завершения теста. Сначала происходит "прогрев", при этом теряется 2 — 5 процентов заряда аккумулятора.
После прогрева автоматически запускается второй шаг – тестирование, который продолжается до тех пор, пока заряд аккумулятора не уменьшится на 12%.
В процессе тестирования аккумулятора, в строке "Емкость батареи" Вы увидите среднюю емкость аккумулятора и ее изменение на протяжении теста. Данные будут усредняться с каждым увеличением прогресса теста.
В строке "Секунд на деление" отображается, на сколько секунд хватает одного деления аккумуляторной батареи (avrɑ — среднее время, last — последнее).
По завершении теста Вы увидите сообщение, в котором отображается Время прохождения теста, емкость аккумулятора, и рейтинг.

Внимание!
