How long to wait for results

More about the verification system

There are situations when two assessments are not enough to determine the average score, then a third independent assessment is carried out.
When the scheduled stages of verification are passed, the work is sent for additional centralized verification by the Federal Testing Center, where the results are verified and the result of the Unified State Exam in a particular subject is already calculated.
May 29 the main period of passing the exam starts. As in previous years, graduates will have to pass two mandatory exams and an unlimited number of elective exams.

There is a basic and profile exam in mathematics. If a graduate after school is not going to enter higher education programs that require mathematics, then he may well limit himself to passing the basic exam. This is enough to get a high school diploma and enroll in a higher education program with low foreign language requirements. If you are a future linguist, philologist, journalist or other representative of the humanities and social sciences, you must definitely take the oral part.
What will change in the exam 2017

However, there are changes for individual exams. They relate to the structure and content of control and measuring materials (CMM).
Natural Science Subjects: Significant Changes
Biology:
- The total number of tasks has been reduced from 40 to 28.
- The maximum primary score is 59 (last year it was 61).
- The duration of the exam is 210 minutes (last year it was 180).
- New types of tasks have appeared in Part 1: fill in the missing elements of a diagram or table, find the correctly indicated designations in a figure, analyze or summarize information in the form of text, graphs, diagrams, tables, etc.
Chemistry:
- Questions with a choice of one answer have been removed.
- Part 1 tasks have been regrouped into separate blocks. Now in each of them there is both a basic and an advanced level of difficulty.
- The total number of tasks has been reduced from 40 to 34.
- For tasks 9 and 17, the grading scale has changed. The correct answer now gives not one, but two points. These questions test the assimilation of knowledge about the genetic relationship of inorganic and organic substances.
- The maximum primary score for the entire exam is 60 (last year it was 64).
Physics
The changes concern only the first part of the exam:
- Questions with a choice of one answer have been removed.
- Added short answer questions.

Social science
In the first part there is a block of tasks that test knowledge of the law. Now it is structured like blocks that check the content of other sections of the course:
- Added task 17 to choose the right judgments.
- The numbering of tasks 18 (former 17), 19 (former 18) has been changed.
- Task 19, in the form in which it existed in the KIM of previous years, was excluded from the exam.

- Tasks 3 and 8 have changed the grading scale. The correct answer now gives not one, but two points.

The list of disciplines that must be passed at all costs traditionally includes the Russian language and mathematics. Changes and innovations in the USE-2017
As mentioned above, it is planned to add one more to the two compulsory subjects for passing the exam, but which one is unknown.
A rather important change that affected the content of the examination tests is the cancellation of the test part for several subjects at once. Thus, tests have been canceled not only in the Russian language and mathematics, but also in “oral” subjects. The test part of the exam remained only in the Unified State Examination in a foreign language.
An innovation that speaks of the improvement of the USE and its attempt to keep up with the times is the passing of the USE in computer science and ICT on a computer.
For exams in foreign languages since 2017, an oral part has been introduced - "Speaking". Now foreign languages will need to be taken 15 minutes longer - this is how long the oral part lasts. In addition to foreign languages, there is also an idea to introduce an oral part into the Unified State Examination in history, literature and social science, but so far this is only a project. And in the test mode, the oral part of the Russian language exam will be tested. Thus, in some regions of Russia, the Russian language exam will include the oral part already in 2017.
