Documents for the exam for a graduate of past years. When and where should graduates of previous years apply to pass the exam? How to prepare and pass the exam for a graduate of past years on your own

We talked in detail about. Nevertheless, it is understandable that most of the questions arise about passing the USE among those who have already graduated from school - among graduates of previous years who wish to enter universities in 2019 and who need fresh USE results for this. How is the registration for the USE 2019 for graduates of previous years, how and where to apply to sign up for exams.

Are all graduates of previous years required to retake the exam

Not everyone. The results of the final certification are valid for four years, so if you took the exam in 2015-2018, at the same time you passed exams in those subjects that you need in 2019 for admission, and also if you are satisfied with the points obtained at the end of the exam, take the exam You do not need. Universities in your case are required to accept the results of exams from previous years.

But this is, of course, the ideal situation. In practice, there are quite a lot of graduates of past years entering universities who either took the USE much earlier, or did not take such exams at all, since the USE had not yet appeared in principle in their time. Someone took exams in completely different subjects that he needs now in order to consciously enter this or that educational institution. Finally, someone could take the exam in a specialized subject last year or the year before, but did not score good marks for admission and took a break for better preparation.

In all such cases, you will have to take the unified state exams again.

How to enroll in the USE-2019 for a graduate of previous years - how and where to apply

In order to register for the USE-2019, you should submit an application to the educational authorities before February 1 inclusive. In each particular Russian city, it is worthwhile to specifically specify the addresses of the places of registration for the Unified State Examination, for this you need to call the local departments of education and any other similar organizations, which in different cases can be called differently. So, in Moscow, you can register for the USE 2019 at five addresses:

  • Teterinsky lane, house 2A, building 1;
  • Zelenograd, building 1128;
  • Semenovskaya Square, 4;
  • Moskovsky, microdistrict 1, house 47;
  • Aerodromnaya street, house 9.

All indicated Moscow registration places are open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 with a break from 12:00 to 12:30.

In exceptional cases, you can apply for the USE after February 1, but no later than two weeks before the start of the exams. But for this there must be weighty good reasons: illness and other circumstances that you can confirm with documents.

What documents are needed to register for the USE 2019 for a graduate of previous years

In order to enroll in the USE 2019, a graduate of previous years will need to provide:

  1. Passport or other document that certifies his identity;
  2. SNILS(if there);

For people with disabilities, you will also need certificate of disability or its certified copy. If there is a recommendation issued by the psychological, medical and pedagogical commission, you must also attach a copy of it.

In addition to the fact that you will need to provide these documents, you will be asked to fill out an application for passing the exam, where, in particular, you will need to indicate the subjects that you want to take. Also, in accordance with the laws of Russia, you will need to sign a consent to the processing of your personal data.

Is it possible not to sign consent to the processing of personal data when applying for the exam

You have the right not to sign such consent if you do not want to. Just inform the employees of educational authorities about this right away - they will tell you how to fill out the application for passing the Unified State Examination correctly, indicating in the application your unwillingness to process your personal data.

If you are interested in what rules will be accepted in this case, your exams in Moscow, you can familiarize yourself with the relevant commission when taking exams. Other regions of Russia should also have similar documents with similar rules.

Anna Zaikova

1 When will the exam be held in 2018?

Traditionally, the unified state exam will be held in three stages: early, main and additional. The early stage is from March 21 to April 11, the main stage is from May 28 to July 2, and the additional stage is from September 4 to 15.

2 At what stage should I submit?

In the early and additional stages, mainly graduates of previous years are handed over. Current graduates, in order to pass the exam ahead of schedule, must obtain permission from the pedagogical council. It is given if the student has no academic debts and has completed the curriculum in full.

3 Where to apply for the exam?

If you are graduating this year, please apply to your school. Graduates of past years and graduates of secondary vocational organizations (SVE) and those who study in other countries apply to the educational authorities at the place of residence.

4 What documents will be needed?

Students of vocational schools will need a passport and a certificate from the place of study stating that they have mastered the level of secondary general education, and graduates of previous years will need a school certificate and a passport. Those who graduated from school outside of Russia, in addition to the school certificate, must provide its notarized translation.

5 Can I apply or make changes to selected subjects after February 1st?

It is possible, but it is a laborious process. Changes to the database of USE participants are made only by decision of the state attestation commission of the region. To submit an application after February 1, the applicant must have a certificate confirming a good reason. For example, a soldier who was in the army before February 1. Then he provides a document about when he was demobilized, and the commission makes a decision. But this should be no later than two weeks before the exam, because the documents are reviewed by the federal Ministry of Education and Science.

6 What if I can't bring the documents myself?

Your parents can do this for you. But in this case, you need a notarized power of attorney, which confirms that someone has the right to register and apply for the participant.

7 What items are required to be taken?

Russian language and mathematics. If a graduate needs these subjects only for a certificate, then you can choose the basic level. If one of the subjects is required for admission to a university, then you need to pass the profile level.

8 How to choose other items to change?

To correctly determine the subject, find the list of required subjects on the website of the university you are going to enroll in. If you need to pass a creative exam at a university or, for example, pass a medical examination at a military school, you still need to choose the subject that you will take for the Unified State Examination to be safe. So that there is a fallback option for entering another specialty if you are not accepted where you were going.

You can see more detailed information about the dates and venues of the Unified State Examination and the OGE in 2018.

The application must list the subjects for which the participant plans to take the exam. The application can include any number of items. To obtain a certificate of secondary general education, two exams are required - in Russian and mathematics, which are mandatory for graduates of the current year.

The rest of the subjects are given by the participants of their choice and are necessary first of all for those who wish to continue their studies at the university. The choice should depend on the planned specialty (direction of training). Before submitting an application, you should familiarize yourself with the information on the list of entrance examinations on the websites of selected universities.

School graduates of the current year apply for the USE at the place of study.

Graduates of previous years, persons receiving education in foreign educational organizations, and students of educational programs of secondary vocational education apply for the exam at the regional information processing center of Moscow at the following addresses:

105318, Moscow, Semenovskaya sq., 4;

109004, Moscow, Teterinsky lane, 2a, building 1;

125363, Moscow, st. Aerodromnaya, 9;

124498, Moscow, Zelenograd, building 1128;

142784, Moscow, Moscow, microdistrict 1, 47.

Sample applications are posted on the website of the Regional Information Processing Center of the city of Moscow in the section "GIA-11 Unified State Exam-GVE", then the subsection "Registration of participants / Deadlines, applications, list of required documents".

Graduates of previous years, when applying, present the original documents on education. The original of a foreign education document is presented with a duly certified translation from a foreign language.

Persons studying in educational programs of secondary vocational education, and students receiving secondary general education in foreign educational organizations, when applying, present a certificate from their educational organization confirming the development of educational programs of secondary general education or the completion of the development of educational programs of secondary general education in the current educational year. The original certificate for students in foreign educational organizations is presented with a duly certified translation from a foreign language.

Registration for participation in the main period of GIA-11 after February 1 is possible only by decision of the State Examination Commission (SEC) if the applicant has good reasons (illness or other documented circumstances) no later than two weeks before the start of the exams.

In 2018, the early period of the exam will be held from March 21 to April 11, the main one - from May 28 to July 2.

To take part in the unified state exam, you must submit an application at the place of registration with a list of subjects that are supposed to be taken. To register for the Unified State Examination, schoolchildren will only need a passport, graduates of previous years - a more extended set of documents.

Documents for registration for the exam for graduates of previous years:

  • passport
  • school certificate or diploma from a technical school or college
  • a certificate from the college / technical school, if you are still continuing your studies
  • a document from a medical institution if you have health restrictions (a certificate or a certified copy of disability, a copy of the recommendations of the psychological, medical and pedagogical commission).

At some registration points for the Unified State Examination, you may be asked for a SNILS certificate. In addition, you will need to fill out consent to the processing of personal data. Those who, after the 9th grade, went to college and expelled without finishing, should keep in mind that an academic certificate from the college will not be enough to register the exam.

Places of registration for the exam. Who should register where?

Graduates of the current year and graduates of previous years are registered for the USE in different places.

1. Administration of your educational institution (school, lyceum, college, etc.):

  • all graduates of schools of the current year (including those eligible for early delivery of the exam);
  • students in colleges, technical schools and colleges.

2. Municipal educational authorities of their region:

  • graduates of previous years;
  • graduates of colleges, technical schools and schools;
  • citizens who have received secondary (complete) general education in educational institutions of foreign countries who wish to pass the USE in May-June of the current year.

Attention! You need to apply to participate in the exam before February 1 inclusive. After February 1, graduates can submit an application or amend it only by decision of the state examination committee of the region. In this case, the participant must have a good reason (illness or other circumstances, documented). In order for the application to be accepted after the deadline, it must be submitted no later than two weeks before the start of the corresponding stage of the event.

Application forms for passing the exam *

Application for participation in the exam

Applications for early passing the exam in 2017 were accepted until February 1 (inclusive), and the first exam was passed by schoolchildren and graduates of previous years already on March 23. This is two months before the main stage. In order not to be late next year, the site talks about the deadlines, required documents and ways to get the results of the exam.

Why before others?

Most often, the USE is passed ahead of schedule by graduates of previous years. They need an exam to enter the university. Currently, all Russian higher education institutions are asked to provide USE results upon admission, which are considered valid for four years following the year the exam was taken. In order to become one of those lucky ones who take exams earlier than others and enjoy the results a couple of months earlier, it is enough not to miss the application deadlines and collect all the necessary documents. But first things first.

I want to be one of the first! Can?

In order for everyone to pass the exam, it was divided into three stages: early, main and additional.

Early delivery is designed mainly for graduates of past years - those who want to improve their USE results or those who graduated from school before the introduction of the Unified State Exam. This year's graduates can also take the exams ahead of schedule, but for this, the school's pedagogical council must give permission. You can get it in the absence of academic debt and the full implementation of the curriculum.

In the additional examination period from September 5 to September 16, graduates who failed to score the minimum required scores, that is, to cross the threshold, in May - June, can take the exam in mathematics (basic level) or the Russian language.

The main requirement that should not be forgotten is that the exam is taken once a year. The exception is graduates of the current year who did not pass the USE in Russian language and mathematics (basic level). If you do not achieve the minimum scores in one of these subjects, you can retake it in an additional period. In other subjects, in case of failure, it will be possible to try your hand only next year.

The main thing is not to forget your passport

For early delivery, students apply for participation in the exam at their school. Graduates of previous years must apply for participation in the Unified State Examination at the offices of the Regional Information Processing Center of Moscow (RTsOI). From the documents you will need a passport and an original document on education.

The application must list the subjects in which you plan to take the exams. For graduates of the current year, exams in the Russian language and mathematics (for any of the two levels) are mandatory, the rest can be chosen independently (most often, depending on the profile of the university).

A passport will be needed not only when applying, but also for admission to the exam itself - the data will be checked against the list of participants, which is printed out from the regional information system.

Regardless of when you have an exam, there is one application deadline. This year, early exams began on March 23 and will end on April 14. Applications had to be submitted by February 1, 2017 inclusive. After this date, only applications from those who had good reasons, such as illness, were considered. Applications close two weeks before the start of the exams.

The exam is available to everyone

People with disabilities (HIA) can take part in the exam, including early. To create special conditions for passing the exam, you must provide a copy of the recommendation of the psychological, medical and pedagogical commission.
