People's Deputy of Yakutia, General Director of Sakhaneftegazsbyt Igor Nikitin visited kindergartens "Goldfish", "Kustuk" and "Tullukchaan". It is always important for him, as a business owner, to see everything with his own eyes in order to help, support and personally answer the questions of employees.

A tour of the territory of the kindergarten "Kustuk" was conducted by the head Alexandra Fedorova. The facility has a winter garden, a gym, psychologist's and speech therapist's offices, and a theater studio. Much attention is paid to preparation for school, socialization of children. The upbringing and development of preschoolers is conducted in two state languages - Yakut and Russian. The results of the successful implementation of the educational process are the admission of children to gymnasiums and lyceums.

“We try to create the most comfortable conditions for the spiritual, moral, aesthetic, intellectual and creative development of children. It is gratifying that deputies are helping us in this. Once, during an excursion, Igor Yuryevich noticed outdated booths in the Yakut group and offered to change them. In 2014, when the question arose of building a kindergarten fence for the safety of children, we also turned to the deputies. Igor Yurievich also helped us. I respect him as a responsible and active person,” said Alexandra Fedorova.

The staff of the kindergarten "Golden Fish" at a meeting with a people's deputy was interested in the implementation of new social programs and projects. They said that the kindergarten works in five main areas of child development - social and personal, cognitive and speech, artistic and aesthetic and physical. Art, information activities, the development of associative thinking, mindfulness and fine motor skills - all aspects of the educational process in kindergarten are carefully worked out.

Head of the kindergarten "Goldfish" Maria Vasilyeva noted that she has been cooperating with deputy Nikitin for the third year. “I am sincerely grateful to Igor Yuryevich for all-round help and support. He pays attention to every issue. For example, he established an award for the best kindergarten workers. Thanks to him, a piano was purchased for the music hall. Children sing with pleasure, dance to his magical melodies,” said Maria Petrovna.

The most pressing issues for Tullukchaan kindergarten teachers were the topics of financing and improvement of the district, as well as the implementation of the contract system in the field of procurement.

Kindergarten "Tullukchaan" was recognized as the best preschool institution in Yakutsk according to the results of the competition of educational institutions within the framework of the "Education" project, was the winner of the All-Russian competition of video films at the festival "Moscow marathon of educational subjects", the winner of the International Children's Fund "Children of Sakha-Asia" in the nominations "Beauty will save the world", "Diamonds of Yakutia". In addition, the kindergarten was the winner of the 1st All-Russian competition "Kindergartens for Children" in the nominations "Best Municipal Kindergarten" and "Best Teaching Staff". The kindergarten holds leadership positions to this day.

“I have been cooperating with People's Deputy Igor Yuryevich Nikitin for a very long time. Sakhaneftegazsbyt JSC is our patronage enterprise. Igor Yurievich is a very open and sympathetic person. Always ready to help and support our endeavors. A very important incentive for employees is the presentation of an award from the Afanasy Azarov Foundation,” said the head of the kindergarten Tatyana Santaeva.

During the meetings, it became clear that kindergarten employees are concerned about the issue of strengthening the material and technical base of institutions. For example, the kindergarten "Kustuk" needs to install new windows, warm the room. And the Tullukchaan kindergarten needs to be renovated. The MP took control of all proposals. The partnership for children will continue.

MegaFon PJSC launched the FMC Partner program, thanks to which telecom companies will be able to combine the resources of a virtual PBX with a mobile network based on the operator's intelligent platform. According to experts, this program is a good opportunity for operators to offer services to their customers who are not comfortable using IP-phones or a computer and a headset.

Thanks to the FMC Partner program, telecom companies will be able to connect virtual PBX services to mobile phones with MegaFon SIM cards. MegaFon noted that by combining virtual PBX resources with a mobile network based on the operator's intelligent platform, telecom companies will be able to use it to develop services such as short numbering, customer relationship management (CRM), frequency, duration analytics. and geography of calls, etc. At the same time, telecom companies will continue to manage the virtual PBX service, thereby remaining a "single entry point" for the client.

"The partnership also provides financial benefits. MegaFon pays the operator a remuneration, the amount of which grows on a progressive scale depending on the volume of sales of mobile services to the operator's customers," MegaFon said. A spokesman for MegaFon's press service told a ComNews correspondent that each case will be worked out individually and the terms of the partnership depend on the operators' ability to attract new customers for the service.

MegaFon assured that participation in the program does not require obtaining additional licenses and costs for organizing a network or upgrading its own service infrastructure. "We strive to offer our customers and partners modern integrated solutions to develop and improve the efficiency of their business. The FMC Partner program is an expansion of opportunities and an increase in the attractiveness of services and services of fixed-line operators based on the technological and intellectual capabilities of MegaFon," noted Corporate business development director of MegaFon Natalya Taldykina.

One of MegaFon's first partners under the FMC Partner program was its subsidiary, NetByNet (Nat By Net Holding LLC). "Today, convergent services are actively developing, which combine several services at once for the convenience of the client. The launch of the new FMC Partner program jointly with MegaFon will allow operators using our virtual PBX to create corporate telephone networks and combine fixed and mobile communication technologies on throughout our country,” said Sergey Ilchuk, director of corporate business development at NetByNet, “According to our estimates, corporate clients will be able to reduce telephony costs by up to 20%. Not only existing, but also potential NetByNet clients have already begun to show active interest in the service.”

What number of end users (SIM cards issued to partners) MegaFon plans to attract by the end of 2017, the representative of the company's press service did not specify. According to him, in general, MegaFon already has more than 1.2 thousand client-operators for all services in the B2O market.

"For operators, this program is a good opportunity to offer services to those of their customers who are not comfortable using IP phones or a computer and a headset. Thus, there may be some interest on the part of end users and, accordingly, on the part of operators," with ComNews the leading consultant of iKS-Consulting Stanislav Mirin.

"We believe that the emergence of such programs that offer mobile communication capabilities for virtual PBXs is the right step in the development of the business communications market, which will contribute to the emergence of new and interesting products on the Russian virtual PBX market," a spokeswoman for OAO "Interregional TransitTelecom" (MTT) Daria Lyuttsau.

According to her, MTT is actively and successfully developing its own FMC project using the company's resources both in the fixed and mobile segments, including by implementing a similar affiliate program based on Full-MVNO.

Mobile TeleSystems PJSC (MTS) and VimpelCom PJSC (Beeline brand) also provide convergent services. "MTS has been actively working in the convergent services market for seven years already. Our style is direct sales to customers," Dmitry Solodovnikov, MTS spokesman, told ComNews.

"We have had both FMC and cloud PBX services for many years," VimpelCom press secretary Anna Aibasheva told ComNews. Recall that in 2015, Mango Telecom and VimpelCom announced the merging of the functionality of a virtual PBX with mobile communication capabilities (see ComNews of September 25, 2015).

The press service of Mango Telecom refrained from commenting.

According to preliminary estimates by Stanislav Mirin, by the end of 2017 the total number of users of virtual PBXs via SIM cards will be 30-40 thousand. As for the number of all virtual PBX subscribers, iKS-Consulting expects that by the end of 2017 it will increase to 180 thousand corporate clients. Stanislav Mirin added that by the end of 2017 the volume of the virtual PBX market will exceed 6 billion rubles.

According to iKS-Consulting forecast, by 2020 the volume of the Russian market of virtual PBXs and other applications for telephony in monetary terms will reach 8.59 billion rubles. The average annual growth rate for this indicator will be 18.7% (see ComNews of November 21, 2016).
