About RANEPA in Novosibirsk

The training of management personnel is the basic task of the Siberian University of Management of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation. The educational institution was founded in December 1991 as the Siberian personnel center. Over time, the number of areas of training increased, the quality of education and qualified teaching staff increased. In 1995, the personnel center was reformed into the Siberian Academy of Public Administration. In 2010, the academy joined the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, and in 2012 the name of the Siberian Institute of Management was acquired. The university is developing intensively, using the best technological developments and methodological support of the main educational sites in Russia in the educational process.

Education is conducted at four faculties of the educational institution. At the Faculty of State and Municipal Education, four undergraduate specialties are offered for mastering: “Psychology of official activity”, “State and municipal administration”, “Psychology”, “Personnel management”. In the specialty "State and Municipal Administration", students can choose to study one of four specializations: "Administrative and Public Administration", "Municipal Administration", "Information Technologies in the State and Municipal Service", "Organization Management". At the Faculty of Politics and International Relations, you can master the specialties "International Relations", as well as "Advertising and Public Relations". In the areas of "Economics", "Finance and Credit", "Taxes and Taxation" and "National Economy", bachelors are trained at the Faculty of Economics. The Faculty of Law offers education in the profile "Jurisprudence". For each of the specialties, full-time and part-time forms of education are possible. There are no state-funded places at the institute.

The structure of the educational institution includes the Center for Retraining of Specialists, where specialists-managers undergo additional higher professional training under reduced correspondence and distance programs. The Interregional Center for Advanced Studies provides an opportunity for representatives of the economic and legal sector to acquire additional skills and competencies. You can also take postgraduate study programs, the following areas are available: “Constitutional law; municipal law”, “Political institutions, processes and technologies”, “Social structure, social institutions and processes”, “Sociology of management”, “Economics and management of the national economy”.

The university participates in many nominal scholarship areas of work of charitable and scientific foundations, while students regularly get the opportunity to also participate in grant programs. Research work of students attracts more than 50% of the total number of students. The conditions for organizing the work process in an educational institution are among the most among universities of a humanitarian, economic and legal orientation. 1. Study: if you need to get a QUALITY education, then you definitely don’t come here. For a crust, please. I’ll tell you exactly about the faculty of the State Medical University and exactly the same specialty, since it is a major here. prepare reports and just read them (you may not even understand what you are reading about). Some teachers fall asleep while you are narrating. It is easy to get an automatic machine - just go to almost all pairs. it’s a long time to visit couples, they just sit in the dining room and drink tea with buns, many simply cancel them for everyone’s joy and give one exercise at home. You can retake the subject 7 times, if in good relations with the dean’s office. .My friend did not go to the university for almost the whole year because she was stupidly lazy. Nevertheless, although she did not meet the deadline, she passed the session, but she had debts through the roof. you even with triples, just say: “Retake now, you just visited (a) the best!”. Two classmates were transferred to me like this.
2. Payment for studies: I study on a budget, but I’ll say right away that it’s cheaper to study and live in Novosibirsk. If you go to the State Medical University, then the payment is 95,000 a year!
3. Scholarships: if you study well, then 2300 like, if well, then 1920. If you get a social program + good / excellent study, then 12000-13000, like me, for example;
4. Extracurricular activities: that's what, but we have a lot of events. Miss, Mr. RANEPA, Master of the Word, Singing Cat and many others. There are various circles and many sections;
5. Dormitories: all dormitories are excellent, but there are few places. State employees are occupied by everyone! There is no curfew! Entrance with electronic passes. There are 3 main dormitories: male, female, mixed. one station. A maximum of two people live in the rooms, before three. There are blocks in the women's dormitory, but there are separate rooms (separate ones are given to senior students). not the whole hostel. something, payers are 1000 with something. The rest are approximately the same. Payers are settled based on social indicators, achievements or acquaintances. There is also a residential complex at the university, they also began to settle there, since a lot was received in 2015 .There is also a hostel rented from another university faith, almost all students settled there in 2015. Conditions are worse there, it takes a long time to get to the university, there is a curfew until 9 or 10, since college students still live;
6. Corruption: there is no corruption in our university! At least, I heard from senior students that they don’t take bribes (like future officials: D). And I myself have never encountered this;
7. Environment: there are a lot of majors, their unrealistic number. They feel like lords and masters of life ("We are future sovereign servants, we can do anything");
8. Study time: we study in TWO shifts. The first shift is from 8.30 to 13.30, the second shift is from 13.40 to 18.30. 2 semesters of the 1st year I study from the second shift, and this is still the case, that is, for 2-2.5 years you are practically an evening party!
9. Dining room: probably, many guys visit the university because of the dining room. There is very tasty food, and a huge selection of dishes.
In principle, the choice is yours. But if you enter the State Medical University to gain knowledge, then I do not advise the Novosibirsk branch.

Siberian Academy of Public Administration (SibAGS) pays great attention to the development of cooperation with public authorities and local self-government of the Siberian Federal District, closely cooperates with the Coordinating Council on Personnel Policy under the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Siberian Federal District, which plays an important role in the formation of a common personnel and educational space. The number of state-funded admission places for full-time education in 2009 amounted to 132. More than half of full-time students study within the framework of targeted admission in the directions of the authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation of the Siberian Federal District.

Faculty of Distance and Correspondence Education
