Morning prayers for every day. An invaluable text to read every morning while looking in the mirror! What to read in the morning

We are in this world for a very short time compared to Ahirat. Therefore, every hour, every minute, every period of our life should be spent in worship of Allah Almighty. It does not have to be prayer, fasting, and the like.

After all, some worship can be performed without detriment to the worldly concerns of a person. Also, by choosing a suitable place or time for worship, a person receives more rewards. One of the most favorable periods for performing an act of worship are the morning hours.

Almighty Allah made the morning hours graceful for us and indicated that at this time we should praise Him, say various prayers and duas. If we follow this instruction, our whole day will become blessed, and we can get barakat from the Almighty on this day.

From Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) it is transmitted that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

مَنْ صَلَّى الفَجْر في جماعةٍ، ثُمَّ قَعَدَ يذكرُ اللَّهَ تَعالى حتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَمْسُ، ثُمَّ صَلَّى ركعتين، كانت له كأجْرِ حَجَّةٍ وعمرةٍ تامةٍ تامةٍ تامةٍ

« Completely, completely, completely the same reward as for Hajj and Umra will be received by the one who performs the morning prayer in the jamaat, then sits until sunrise, remembering Allah Almighty, and then prays two rak'ahs ». ( Tirmizi)

According to the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), there are certain prayers and duas that it is advisable to read in the morning hours. To protect yourself and your loved ones from troubles, to make the coming day blessed, read the following dua in the morning:

one. " »;

Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) reported:

كان رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم- إذا أوى إلى فراشه قال: باسْمِكَ اللهم أحيا وأموت وإذَا اسْتَيْقَظَ قالَ: الحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذي أحيانا بعد ما أماتَنا وإلَيْهِ النشُور

Going to bed at night, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Allahhumma, bi-smi-ka amutu wa ahya » – « O Allah, with Your name I die and with it I live».

When he woke up, he said: Al-hamdu li-llahi llazi ahya-na ba‘da ma amata-na wa ilay-khi-n-nushur » – « Praise be to Allah, Who revived us after having killed us, and Who will resurrect us and call us to Himself for an account)». ( Bukhari)

2. " Al-hamdu li-llahi llazi radda ‘alayya ruhi, wa ‘afa-ni fi jasadi wa azina li bi-zikri-hi »;

Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

إذَا اسْتَيْقَظَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَقُلْ: الحمدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذي رَدَّ عَلَيّ رُوحِي، وَعافانِي في جَسَدِي، وأذِن لي بذِكْرِهِ

« When one of you wakes up, let him say: "Al-hamdu li-Llahi llazi radda 'alayya ruhi, wa 'afa-ni fi jasadi wa azina li bi-zikri-hi (Praise be to Allah, Who returned me ruh, healed the body mine and allowed me to remember Him)" ». ( Ibn As-Sunni)

3. " La ilaha illa Allahu wahda-hu la sharika la-hu, la-hu-l-mulku, wa la-hu-l-hamdu, wa huva ‘ala kulli shay’in qadir »;

From ‘Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) it is transmitted that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

« Allah Almighty will certainly forgive the sins of any slave who will say: “La ilaha illa Allahu wahda-hu la sharika la-hu, la-hu-l-mulku, wa la-hu-l-hamdu, wa huva ‘ala kulli shay’ in qadir (There is no god but Allah alone, Who has no partner; He owns the power, praise be to Him, and He is omnipotent)”, every time after waking up from sleep, even if his sins are like sea foam (as numerous as foam flakes)». ( Ibn As-Sunni)

4. " Subhana Allahi wa bi-hamdi-hi »;

Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

مَنْ قالَ حِينَ يُصْبحُ، وَحِينَ يُمْسِي: سُبْحانَ الله وبحمده، مائة مَرَّةٍ، لَمْ يأْتِ أحَدٌ يَوْمَ القِيامَةِ بأفْضَلَ مِمَّا جاءَ بِهِ، إِلاَّ أحَدٌ قالَ مثْلَ ما قالَ، أوْ زَادَ عَلَيْهِ

« On the Day of Judgment, no one will bring with him anything better than the one who repeats a hundred times in the morning and in the evening: “Subhana Allahi wa bi-hamdi-hi (Glory to Allah and praise be to Him)”, except for the person who said something similar or added ». ( Muslim)

5. " »;

It was narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that in the morning the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to say:

اللَّهُمَّ بِكَ أصْبَحْنا، وَبِكَ أمْسَيْنا، وَبِكَ نَحْيا وَبِكَ نَمُوتُ، وَإِلَيْكَ النُّشُورُ

« Allahhumma, bi-ka asbahna, wa bi-ka amsaina, wa bi-ka nahya, wa bi-ka namutu wa ilyai-ka-n-nushur » – « O Allah, thanks to You we lived until the morning, and thanks to You we lived until the evening, thanks to You we live, and You take away our life, and to You we will return». ( Abu Dawood)

6. " Bi-smi-Llahi llazi la yazurru ma'a ismi-hi shay'un fi-l-arzi wa la fi-s-sama'i, wa huva-s-Sami'u-l-'Alim »

It is reported from the words of ‘Uthman bin ‘Affan (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

« Nothing will harm that servant of Allah who every morning and every evening will say three times: “B-smi-Llahi lazi la yazurru ma'a ismi-khi shay'un fi-l-arzi wa la fi-s-sama' and, wa huva-s-Sami'u-l-'Alim (In the Name of Allah, in whose name nothing will harm either on earth or in heaven, because He is Hearing, Knowing”». ( Tirmizi, Abu Dawood)

7. " Hasbiya-Llahu; la ilaha illa huva; ‘alay-khi tavakkaltu, wa Huva Rabbu-l-‘arshi-l-‘azim »;

From Abu-d-Dard, may Allah be pleased with him) it is transmitted that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

"The one who every morning and every evening will say the words seven times:" Hasbiya-Llahu; la ilaha illa huva; ‘alai-khi tavakkaltu, wa Huva Rabbu-l-‘arshi-l-‘azim (Allah is enough for me; there is no god but Him; I trust in Him, and He is the Lord of the great ‘Arsh) ”, Allah Almighty will save you from the worries of this world and the world to come. ». ( Ibn As-Sunni)

As we can see, one has only to make a little effort and try a little, and Allah Almighty will take away problems from us and write down a huge reward for us. It is also worth noting that in order for our dua to be accepted, certain conditions must be met.

This book was written in memory of my dear sister Emery Christine Elrod.

There are only two ways to live life. The first is as if miracles do not happen at all. The second is that everything in life is a miracle.

- Albert Einstein

Miracles do not contradict nature itself, but what we know about it.

– Saint Augustine

Life begins every morning.

Introduction. My story and why yours matters too

On December 3, 1999, my life was good. No, she was beautiful. I'm twenty, just past my first year of college. I have dedicated the last year and a half to becoming one of the most productive sales reps for a $200 million marketing company, and breaking all the company's records, I was making more than I dreamed of at my relatively young age. I was in love with my girlfriend, had a prosperous, loving family, and the best friends that any young man could wish for. In short, I was truly happy.

You could say I was on top of the world. And, of course, there was no way I could have known that that night my beautiful world would end.

11:32 p.m.: Over 100 kilometers per hour south on Highway 99

We have just left the restaurant, leaving a group of friends in it. Now there were only two of us. My girlfriend, tired from the turbulent events of that evening, dozed in the passenger seat. But not me. I was awake and alert: my eyes were glued to the road running away into the distance, and I, like a conductor's baton, waving my finger in the air, echoed Tchaikovsky's calm, beautiful melody pouring from the radio.

I was still in a state of euphoria from the events of that wonderful evening, and sleep did not overcome me at all. I was cruising the freeway at quite high speeds in my brand new white Ford Mustang. Two hours ago, I gave the best speech of my life. For the first time I was awarded a real standing ovation, and, of course, I was completely delighted with this. I was overwhelmed with feelings, and at that moment I would have shouted with great joy words of gratitude to anyone who would agree to listen to me, but my friend was asleep and it was pointless to talk to her. I thought about calling my mom and dad, but it was already late and they were probably asleep. And I didn't call, but I should have. How was I to know that that minute was the last opportunity to communicate with parents - and indeed with anyone - for quite a long time.

unimaginable reality

No, I don't remember the headlights of a massive Chevrolet truck heading straight for me. But, of course, they were. By the order of a capricious fate, in an instant a huge Chevrolet, flying even faster than me, crashed into my small, obviously different weight Ford Mustang. I lived the next seconds in slow motion; this terrible slow dance was performed to the wonderful sounds of Tchaikovsky's music.

The metal bumpers of the two cars collided with a terrible squeal and were immediately mangled and broken. The Mustang's airbags deployed with such force that we both passed out instantly. My brain, still racing forward at a speed of more than a hundred kilometers per hour, crashed into the front wall of my skull, destroying the lion's share of the vital tissue of the brain, its frontal lobe.

As a result of the collision, the back of my Mustang was thrown back to the right shoulder; the car turned so that the driver's door inevitably became a target for the car driving behind me. A Saturn sedan driven by a sixteen-year-old boy crashed into my door at a speed of more than a hundred kilometers per hour, and the twisted iron dug into the left side of my body. The frame of the metal roof crumpled literally on top of my head, splitting my skull and almost tearing off my left ear. The bones of the left eye socket were crushed, the left eyeball literally hung in the air. The left arm broke, resulting in a rupture of the radial nerve in the forearm; the elbow had been shattered, and a broken bone had pierced the skin over the biceps.

My pelvis was given the impossible task of keeping the Saturn's bumper from colliding with the B-pillar of my car, and of course it failed to do so. As a result, there was a fracture of the pelvis in three different places at once. Finally, my femur - the largest bone in the human skeleton - snapped in half, and one end pierced the skin of my thigh with a spear and came out, ripping through my black suit pants.

Everything around was covered in blood. My body was destroyed and my brain was irreversibly damaged.

Unable to withstand the most terrible physical suffering, the body gave up, the pressure dropped sharply, everything around turned black, and I fell into a coma.

You only live... twice?

The members of the emergency rescue teams who arrived at the scene of the accident cut out my bloody body with hydraulic shears and pulled it out from under the rubble. By the time they finished, I had lost a lot of blood. My heart didn't beat. I stopped breathing. From a clinical standpoint, I was dead.

The paramedics immediately put me on a rescue helicopter and began to diligently try to prevent me from leaving completely. Six minutes later they succeeded. The heart began to beat again. I breathed pure oxygen. Fortunately, I was alive.

For six days I lay in a coma, only to wake up and find out that I would never walk again. After seven weeks of the most difficult recovery and rehabilitation in the hospital, where I tried to walk again and again, I was released into the care of my parents - back to the real world. With eleven broken bones, permanent brain damage, the loss of a girlfriend who broke up with me while I was in the hospital, I knew full well that life would never be the same again. And believe it or not, it later turned out that she would change for the better.

Of course, it was difficult to face a completely new reality; sometimes I couldn't get rid of the thought: why did this happen to me? However, I had to take responsibility for getting my life back on track. Instead of feeling sorry for yourself and talking about how everyone should have been I accepted what is and stopped wasting energy on meaningless wishes, focusing entirely on making the best possible use of everything he had. I couldn't change the past, so I just had to tune in to moving forward. In the end, I dedicated my life to maximizing my potential and achieving what I dreamed of, as well as teaching other people about it.

And just because I chose to be sincere grateful fate for everything she gave me, of course accepted everything that he did not accept before, and took full responsibility for implementation everything I dreamed of, this basically devastating car accident ended up being one of the best experiences of my life. Based on the belief that everything that happens to us does not happen without a reason - while we we ourselves are responsible for choosing the most inspiring and self-esteem-enhancing challenges, events and circumstances in our lives - I used what happened as fuel for a triumphant return to normal life.

year 2000. A year that began with me in a hospital bed broken, broken, but undefeated ended in a completely different way. I didn’t have a car anymore, and I didn’t have a normal short-term memory, so I had every reason to sit at home and feel sorry for myself. However, I returned to Cutco to my job as a sales agent. And this year was the best year of my career: I finished it at number six in the entire company (and it employed more than sixty thousand very active sales representatives). At the same time, I was gradually recovering - physically, mentally, emotionally and financially - after a terrible accident.

year 2001. Having learned some priceless life lessons from my own experience, I knew it was time to turn my adversity into inspiration and start teaching people how to succeed in life. So I started speaking at high schools and colleges and telling my story. The reaction of both students and teachers and professors to my stories was mostly extremely positive, as a result of which I decided that my mission was to influence young people.

2002 In order to give me the opportunity to further inspire people to struggle with life's challenges, my close friend John Bergoff convinced me to write a book about myself. And I started writing. But as soon as he started, he immediately stopped. I, you know not a writer. For me, school essays were quite a challenge, to say nothing of a whole book. After repeated attempts to resume work on the book, which invariably ended in another wave of disappointment, I was almost certain that this book was not destined to be born. Well, I was the number two employee in Cutco's top ten for two years in a row. Already good.

2004 Deciding to try my hand at management, I accepted a promotion and became a sales manager at Cutco's Sacramento office. And our team finished first in the company, breaking a new annual corporate record. Also, that fall, I reached my highest personal sales record, and my photo was hung in the Cutco Hall of Fame. Feeling that I had achieved everything I wanted in this company, I decided it was time to fulfill my lifelong dream of becoming a professional keynote speaker and motivational speaker. And it began to seem to me that I could even write a book, the thought of which has not left me for the last couple of years. I also met Ursula. We were inseparable, and I felt that she could be mine. the only one.

February 2005 Sitting in the audience at my last conference at Cutco, I suddenly realized with painful clarity: but I never realized my potential here. Here they are!.. Sure, I won a few awards and broke a few sales records, but watching from my seat how two of the best employees received Cutco's highest annual award - the coveted Rolex watch, I suddenly realized that I had never aspired to this goals in full force, at least not the whole year. And I could not live in complete harmony with myself if I left the company without realizing my potential in it to the maximum. I had to stay here for another year, but this time I had to give my all to the company.

Spring 2006. My first book, Taking Life Head On: How to Love the Life You Have While You Create the Life of Your Dreams, was #7 on the Amazon bestseller list. And then something completely unthinkable happened. My publisher fled the country, taking with him all my royalties from the sale of the bestseller, and was never heard from again. My parents were desperate - unlike me. If that unfortunate car accident taught me anything, it is that there is no point in complaining and suffering about what you cannot change. So I didn't suffer. I also learned that by focusing on what we learn from suffering and hardship, and how to use that knowledge to add value to other people's lives, any adversity can be turned into an advantage. So I did.

2006 Having practically no knowledge in this profession, I suddenly became coach—after a financial advisor of over forty years asked me to take his life seriously. I agreed. And I really liked it. My first client achieved quite real results in his personal and business life quite soon, and now I was simply torn from the desire to help other people as well. I was only twenty-six years old, and my chances of succeeding in the field of professional coaching were probably minimal, but this idea was so clearly aligned with my main life goal that I went for it, no matter what. And my new business started to take off quickly; I soon worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs, sales reps and business owners.

And then I was invited by the big NGO Boys and Girls Clubs of America to be the lead speaker at a national conference, and I gave my first paid lecture ever. Although since 1998 I have spoken to large business audiences quite often since 1998, the lion's share of which were salespeople, managers and company executives, I decided that thanks to tousled hair, a (rather) youthful appearance and the nickname Your Pal Hal, I had a direct route to work. with youth, and began speaking and telling his story at local schools and colleges.

2007 This year my life went to hell. The crisis hit the US economy. Literally overnight, my income was halved. My clients could no longer afford coaching. And I could not pay bills, including for the house. I had accumulated over four hundred thousand dollars of debt, I was crushed and devastated. Mentally, physically, emotionally and financially. And plunged into the darkness of despondency. Never in my life have I felt so hopeless, so broken, so desperate. At a loss to find a way to get life back on track, I struggled to solve insurmountable problems: reading self-help books, attending seminars, even hiring a personal coach, all to no avail.

2008 This year, the situation began to improve little by little. I finally confessed to a close friend how bad things were (I had kept my problems a secret until now). He immediately asked: "Are you exercising?" I replied that I actually have a hard time getting out of bed in the morning, so no, I don't.“And you start running,” he said. “You’ll see, it will help you feel better and clear your mind.” Ugh, I hate running. But I was so desperate that I took the advice of a friend and went for a run the next morning. What I realized while running was a turning point in my life (read more in). It was in the process of running that inspiration came to me, thanks to which I developed a set of daily activities that was supposed to help me develop into the person I needed to become in order to solve the problems that had piled on me and change my life for the better. And, incredible as it may seem, my method actually worked. Almost every aspect of my life that was important to me improved so quickly that I called this method my Miracle Morning.

Autumn 2008. I continued to develop his The Miracle Morning, experimenting with different personal development practices and sleep patterns and exploring how much sleep a person really needs. I must say that my conclusions completely destroyed the patterns and attitudes towards this issue of so many people, including myself. I liked the results so much that I shared them with my coaching clients, who also liked them. They shared my findings with their friends, relatives, and colleagues. And one day the moment came when I began to meet stories on Facebook and Twitter about “miraculous mornings” of people whom I had never met in my life (more on this later).

“A simple morning ritual that will change your life until 8 am”, “A source of energy and productivity for every day” - I came across such reviews in the description of the book on Amazon. The book was recently published in MIF in Russian. And now for the second week I have been performing the techniques described in the book. I share my experience and review of the book. She really is magical.

Who is Hal Elrod

At the age of 20, Hal Elrod had it all. In the company of his dreams, he made a lot of money, was in love with a girlfriend, was loved by his parents, and had the best friends anyone could wish for. He felt like he was on top of the world.

And then the biggest disaster of his life happened, he got into a car accident. The young man had multiple bone fractures and severe brain damage. Hal was resuscitated, but was told that he would never be able to walk. Hal showed a great desire for life, did not give up, did not feel sorry for himself. Over time, he changed his thinking, regained the ability to remember current events, learned to walk again, began to participate in marathons, then started a family. He is now the author of several books and a motivational speaker.

Hal's story proves that a person can solve any psychological and physical problems. You need to be purposeful and dare to step out of your comfort zone.

Morning magic for the whole family

6 Miracle Morning Rituals

In the process of recovery, Hal came up with a system that would help him become better every day. He called it "The Wonderful Morning". That's what it is.

You set your alarm an hour earlier than you used to get up. And within an hour, perform 6 techniques that have a powerful impact on your life:

  1. do sports,
  2. say affirmations,
  3. meditate
  4. visualize your dreams and goals,
  5. keeping a diary
  6. read books.

In order not to forget anything, you can keep a special diary using the “Magic of the Morning” system.

Morning magic. diary

Each takes an average of 10 minutes. And this morning ritual must be continued for 30 days.

There is one key clarification - before starting the Magic of the morning, a person must decide on his goal.

Why do you wake up in the morning?

Check yourself - answer this very second - why did you wake up this morning, why did you open your eyes, get out of a warm bed and do what you are doing?

Remember these childhood emotions with which you woke up and ran to the gifts under the Christmas tree on New Year's Eve? And every morning can be like this. Think about what you need to do in the coming day so that you are 100 percent inspired?

Getting up early, especially when we have a clear goal, invariably gives us a feeling of joy, fullness of strength and enthusiasm for the whole day.

The presence of a goal removes all questions, why wake up early. And here are some tips on how to do it easily and with pleasure:

  • Tune in the evening for an easy awakening
  • Set an alarm at the far end of the room
  • Drink a glass of water immediately after waking up

Alarm clock at the far end of the room

Put the alarm clock away from the bed, to turn it off, you have to get up. And even if your energy level was at zero, and your eyelids are heavy, you will have to open at least your left eye to reach and turn off the alarm. Movement creates energy. The brain will work, the body will come to life, and now you have already woken up.

Glass of water

The body dehydrates overnight. You need to replenish the water balance, so put a glass of water next to the alarm clock.

Keeping a diary

Cleaned the body with a glass of water, brushed your teeth - it's time to clear your head. By getting your thoughts out of your head and writing them down in a diary, you gain invaluable access to information that your lifeline would otherwise never have. As part of the Miracle Morning method, writing allows you to document thoughts, ideas, insights, accomplishments, successes, and lessons learned, as well as any areas of opportunity, personal growth, or self-improvement.
Now readers have access to a diary that complements the book "The Magic of the Morning".

Physical exercise

If you, like me, are a parent, then you are probably wondering “where else can I find time for this?” This question is answered in the book. She helped me take a different look at the daily routine with a one-year-old baby.

In life, the ability to reprogram your brain to create new healthy habits, form new beliefs and a positive attitude is extremely important. Only under this condition will you be able to cope with emerging circumstances, more often be the author of events, develop harmonious relationships and achieve any goals.

Improve your life and don't forget to enjoy it. Every day.

Each new day brings new difficulties, ups and downs. Without God's protection, disappointment, despondency, and troubles overtake us faster. Praying in the morning is very important in order to enlist the support of the Almighty at the very beginning of the day.

Our Father

This prayer is not just universal, but mandatory for any believing Christian. It is read not only before meals or in difficult moments of life, but also in the morning. After opening your eyes and waking up from a dream, take one minute to read this prayer to pay tribute to heaven, because they have awakened you and given you another day of life. The text of the prayer is familiar to everyone and everyone:

Our Father, Who art in heaven! Hallowed be Thy name, Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, as in heaven and on earth. Give us our daily bread today; and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.

Prayers for material well-being

Much has been said about prayers that have the power to make our lives better. But it is also important to go to meet God ourselves. After all, only with inner readiness and awareness of the true path comes the help of Heaven.

If you are facing financial problems, you too can turn to Heaven for help. It is only important to do it right, not with greed in the soul, but by asking God for what is necessary. Learn about prayers for deliverance from poverty on the website of an Orthodox monastery.

Prayer to the Holy Trinity

To begin with, the text of the prayer itself is read:

Holy Trinity, have mercy on us; Lord, cleanse our sins; Lord, forgive our iniquities; Holy One, visit and heal our infirmities, for Your name's sake.

Then you can repeat three times: "Lord have mercy", and complete the morning prayer with the words “Glory to the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, now and forever and forever and ever. Amen».

The Holy Trinity is the three incarnations of God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Each of these components is our assistants in earthly affairs. Collectively, the Trinity is God, therefore, by reading this prayer, you are asking our Creator to give you mercy and forgive you all your sins - those that were committed intentionally, and those that you have not yet managed to cope with.

Publican's Prayer

"God, be merciful to me, a sinner", - this is the simplest of all protective prayers. It is good to read it not only in the morning, but also before any undertaking, before leaving the house and before a difficult task.

Do not underestimate these words and think that prayer is the better, the more difficult and longer. This is absolutely not true, because the most important thing is your spiritual attitude and your faith, and not your ability to remember.

Prayer to the Holy Spirit

“King of Heaven, Comforter, Soul of Truth, Who is everywhere and fills everything, Treasury of the good and Giver of life, come and dwell in us, and cleanse us from all filth, and save, O Blessed One, our souls.”

This is a simple prayer - quite rare, difficult to understand, but very effective and ancient. It can be read before meals and in the morning.

Another simple prayer known to almost every Christian:

“Holy God, Holy Mighty, Holy Immortal, have mercy on us. Glory to the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, now and forever and forever and ever. Amen."

the first part to "...have mercy on us" it is better to read it three times - as it is read in the church according to the rules. This is a very light prayer text, and it is precisely this that most believers read in the morning and before bedtime.

Remember that attitude matters. Do not say prayers when in a bad mood or if your thoughts are busy with something else. You need total concentration, because you are communicating with God. Even simple prayer words for help will be heard if they are spoken from a pure heart. Good luck and don't forget to press the buttons and

Everyone wants to cleanse their house of negativity and protect themselves from illnesses and troubles in order to say with confidence: “my house is mine ...

I noticed one feature, namely: if you read a book or some other material (an article, a task, etc.) early in the morning, it turns out that you somehow understand everything faster, remember more from what you read and read as if “thoughtfully and attentively ". Thus, for myself, I concluded that the best time for reading is between 5:00 and 7:30 in the morning. And in principle, 30-40 minutes of reading is enough in the morning. I have already tried to read books in the morning. I read 5 books, each in about 6-7 days (I read 30-45 minutes a day in the morning). Moreover, these books, which I read in the morning, I remember the most. Plus, when I read books during the day, at lunchtime at work, after work, or at rare moments at work (when I had 15-20 minutes of free time), I kind of forced myself to do it. I read for the sake of reading, as if I set the goal of reading a book, but whether or not I understood what was being said was already secondary. Yes, maybe not with everything right, but something like that. And it felt like when I read in the afternoon or in the evening, it took incomparably more time (although the time in fact was the same when reading in the morning, as when reading in the afternoon or evening). In the morning - no matter how tense you are - you read for your pleasure. You know that you have nowhere to rush, no one distracts you with calls or VK messages, the main things have not yet begun ... you seem to subconsciously devote these 30 minutes only to the book, you completely immerse yourself and all attention is focused only on what is written in this book. In general, these are the feelings I have. Another plus is that in the morning you read at about the same time (+/-) 15-20 minutes. and you already get used to it and do not force yourself to read, it becomes the norm. In 2013, I somehow woke up at 5:00 for about a month and read in the morning - I did not notice how I read 1 book, then another. In a month it turned out to read 4-5 books in this way, spending 30-40 minutes a day on it. Then I stopped waking up early (at 5 am), but I understood that it was necessary to read, because. Books affect me in the most positive way. But somehow there was never time. It was 20-30 minutes of time during the day, but I either forgot to read, or I didn’t have a book at hand, or I spent this time on TV, the Internet and other useless things. In the end, I came to this conclusion - that the best time to read is early in the morning. And, yes, I almost forgot, one more important point, a big plus: ... when I read books on self-education, scientific and applied literature earlier in the morning, I noticed a very interesting detail: when I read about something in a book in the morning, then in the afternoon, when there was a situation at work where you can apply the knowledge that I read in the morning - I did it. Every day I learned something new and spontaneously applied it throughout the day. Those. even if I read 15 pages and something useful was written there, then very often there was an opportunity - when this useful knowledge could be applied. But in the case when I read 100 pages in a hurry during the day, then somehow the information that was there was “blurred” and quickly forgotten, there was a lot of it ... and somehow, from experience, I rarely applied it in practice.
