What can you take on the oge. What subjects are easier to pass on the OGE? Required subjects for passing the OGE

The final exam is an important part of the educational process and allows you to check the readiness of the student for further education. After grade 9, students take the OGE, which consists of 5 exams - 2 mandatory and 3 optional. To achieve the best result, you should carefully consider the choice of items.

Getting almost any education is accompanied by a test of acquired knowledge or an exam. This is especially important for schoolchildren: the right choice of sciences and a large number of points scored can guarantee admission to the chosen university. The most important is the USE for grades 11 and the OGE for grades 9.

What is it about

For schoolchildren, the most important is the 11th grade and the final exam (USE). They prepare for it for several months and carefully choose items: they must match the requirements. The second most important is the OGE - the Main State Exam. Grade 9 graduates take it, after which they either remain at school or can transfer to a college or technical school.

Attention! The abbreviation "GIA" (State Final Attestation) is sometimes considered a synonym for the OGE, but in fact the GIA combines the OGE and the Unified State Examination.

The OGE is a mandatory exam for all students. Starting from 2014, it consists of 4 exams (since 2017 - of 5), of which 2 sciences (Russian language and mathematics) are mandatory for everyone, the rest are optional. The Ministry of Education plans to gradually increase the number of elective exams (one every 2 years) in order to improve the level of education of schoolchildren.

Each OGE exam must be passed no worse than the “troika”, otherwise some time is given to retake. If the student does not correct the grade or does not appear for the exam, then instead of a certificate, he will receive a certificate of completion of training. It is possible to retake the OGE only for the next year.

How to choose

Since almost all students continue to study after finishing grade 9, the OGE is not considered an important or decisive test. Its results only affect admission to a college or technical school, otherwise it is enough for a student not to get a deuce.

Attention! Colleges and technical schools can put forward their own requirements for the OGE, usually this applies to subjects taken by the OGE.

In addition to the compulsory subjects at the OGE, graduates choose additional ones at will. They are guided by different motives:

  1. Simplicity: since the main task for most students is to go to grade 10, they do not want to spend time and effort choosing the easiest sciences;
  2. Necessity for the Unified State Examination: in this way, students begin preparation for the final assessment in advance. This helps to better understand the program and prepare for graduation;
  3. Readiness level: The better the student performs in the program, the easier it will be to pass the exam. This will help to score a high number of points. This option is preferred for those leaving the school;
  4. Options required for college admission.

In each situation, the choice of motive will be different. Usually, students try to choose subjects for the USE, which they will then take for the USE. If they have not yet decided on a university, it is worth stopping at the simplest ones: this will help to score a large number of points without overstraining.

A number of features

In 2018, students will be able to choose from:

  1. Biology;
  2. Geography;
  3. Physics;
  4. Chemistry;
  5. computer science;
  6. history;
  7. Social science;
  8. Literature;
  9. Foreign language (English, French, German or Spanish).

Each of the options has advantages and disadvantages. Before making the final choice, you should familiarize yourself with each item separately. Below are some of the "pitfalls":

Attention! First of all, you need to choose at least a direction (humanitarian, natural science or technical) - it will be easier to choose subjects for the OGE.

What to choose

First of all, it is important to decide on the goal: if a student is going to go to college, he should choose the subjects that are required for admission. If the task is only to go to grade 10, you can stop at a simpler one.

Secondly, you will need to realize your capabilities: it is not worth taking social studies just because the majority chose it, if the student himself is poorly versed in the discipline.

Thirdly, you should try to at least roughly imagine what exams will be required at the university and focus on them.

However, the student still has to choose. For example, he can choose a story for the OGE to check whether he has enough strength for the USE in this science.

The OGE is a mandatory main state exam that students must take after grade 9. The OGE is also called the Unified State Examination for 9 grades: a similar exam structure allows examinees to better understand what awaits them at the very end.

OGE is the first serious test in our life. During the preparation and delivery, there are many nuances that not everyone knows about. I will try to tell you everything I know about passing Russian, mathematics and subjects to choose from.

For those who are preparing for the main school exam

Ninth-graders need to pass two compulsory exams in Russian and mathematics and two subjects to choose from (this was the case in 2017). You can take the exam in physics, chemistry, biology, geography, social science, Russian history, literature, computer science and ICT, foreign (English, French, German, Spanish). You can choose items until the first of March.

A friend of mine accidentally ticked the wrong box. She wanted to take chemistry, but inadvertently chose physics. And she was told to take three additional subjects - chemistry, biology (which she chose as the first subject) and physics. Yes, if you wish, you could take the third subject, or you could simply refuse to take chemistry. But my friend is a principled girl, so she still passed the third exam.

For the future - carefully read the documents that you will sign and if you check the box in the wrong place, you have the right to refuse to take an additional subject

Of the subjects to choose from, I handed over chemistry and social studies. This was my mistake. Because these subjects in the schedules of exams are most often put on the same day. This means that one of them is handed over on a reserve day, which is appointed later than the main deadline for passing the OGE. I knew that I would have to take chemistry or social studies on June 23, but at the same time I chose these subjects anyway. Perhaps I was hoping for some miracle that the reserve day would be early. But the miracle did not happen, I had to take social studies on June 23, like my classmate, who chose geography and social studies (these subjects were also on the same day). I was very annoyed by this break between exams - two whole weeks! But in these two weeks I managed to prepare well.

When exams are held almost every other day (I had an exam in mathematics on the sixth of June, in chemistry - on the eighth of June), this is even more annoying. After all, you have to prepare for several subjects at the same time. I also had to prepare even at night: during the day I solved math problems, and at night I taught the properties of metals and non-metals. After the math exam, I didn’t have time to relax and recuperate - I had a chemistry exam on my nose.

You start “passing” the OGE long before the exam itself

We started talking about exams back in the eighth grade, we were regularly reminded: “You have the OGE soon, next year will be difficult.” And the words of the teachers, who, it would seem, just intimidated us, turned out to be true. Almost from the very beginning of the school year, we regularly wrote diagnostic papers, and not only in the Russian language and mathematics, there was work in biology, social science, and chemistry. Since September, teachers have already been asking what additional subjects for exams we have chosen, and those who have doubts have been rushed to choose.

During the school year, no one will give you peace - prepare mentally for the fact that you will regularly hear from teachers: “You won’t pass the exams!”, “This is all very serious - there will be cameras!”.

It is important for teachers that everyone pass the exams as best as possible - without twos, so that everyone can write at least a three. For deuces in exams, rating points are removed from the school, as well as for violations of the exam

But most of the rating points are removed if the student violated the rules of conduct and was removed from the exam. That is, if you carried the phone to the exam, got it in the audience, you were noticed and eliminated - not only you will get what you deserve. Your subject teacher, director and head teachers will also receive. Therefore, it is better not to take risks once again. When you break the rules, you let other people down.

Also get ready for the fact that almost all of May and June, exams will become a hot topic. Most likely, your friends will now discuss not entertainment, but the upcoming exams. And some alarmists will have to be reassured and listened to: “I won’t give up, I don’t know anything!”. All your friends and relatives will be interested in how you prepare for the exams.

Here it is important to support worried comrades, to grieve a little that now there is no one to discuss the recently read book with, and to learn to perceive the question “Are you afraid to take the exam?” indifferent. And learn to ignore the intimidation of teachers, only you know what you really can do. If you are sure that you can pass everything, then it is so. It will all be over soon, you just have to be patient.

You should prepare for the OGE, like you would for any exam. But I think that starting to prepare from September is pointless. In all exams there are tasks, the topics of which have not yet been studied. Some of them take place only in the middle of the school year. It is better to start preparing for exams in February-March - at this time they conduct trial exams.

Trial exams are even held, most likely, not to test knowledge, but to show students what the OGE is. We, just like before the real exams, gathered at our schools, took notices of admission to the exams and went to the exam site. There we were allowed in with our passports, seated in our seats, we were read a briefing, and at ten o'clock we were opened envelopes with KIMs and letterheads.

Trial exams were harder than real ones. For example, at the trial exam there were those tasks that I had not even seen in books on preparing for the OGE. Therefore, some students wrote the real exam much better than the mock one. Such exams were given to us in the Russian language and mathematics at the beginning of March.

By the way, we wrote real exams in these subjects at the same schools where we wrote trial ones. Some students took oral tests in biology, geography and social studies at the end of May to test their knowledge and preparation. For other subjects, trial exams were held at the request of the teachers at the school where we study. They were already a kind of formality, so that teachers were aware of what their students were capable of.

You can't rely on answers that you can buy on the Internet - it's money thrown away. Last year, one girl from our school wrote off everything from the answers and wrote a math exam with a deuce

How the OGE works in Russian and how to pass it for five

In 2017, the exam consisted of three parts: presentation, test part and essay. The exam begins with a reading of the presentation. You listen to it for the first time, you are given five minutes to think about the text, then turn on the recording again. During the reading, you need to make notes on the draft, approximately divide the text into paragraphs and during the break try to remember sentences from the text. You should get at least 70 words, and preferably from 80.

On the test part, you are given an excerpt from a work of art and you need to complete 13 tasks on it. There are three topics for writing. Linguistic - explain the meaning of the expression of a famous person with examples from the text, topic in the text - explain the meaning of the sentence, reasoning on any topic.

If you know linguistic concepts well, you can choose the first topic. If you know how to analyze well - choose the second one. The third topic is the easiest and most popular among graduates. I also wrote a reasoning essay and I can tell you how to write it in order to get the highest score.

As a topic, a thesis-question of the type: “What is friendship?” is given. And your task is to open it. The essay should consist of four parts: introduction, first argument (from the text), second argument (from life, books, media, history) and conclusion.

The introduction consists of a thesis, a definition and a commentary. As a thesis, you take a question that you need to answer. For preparation, I advise you to read the definitions of some words like: friendship, love, choice, kindness, kindness, morality, courage. It is important to consider that the definition must match the text. A comment is your personal opinion on this matter. For example, about friendship, you can say: "I believe that friendship is one of the most important things in life." The main thing is to clearly show what you have said about this.

The first argument is taken from the read text, your task is to reveal it and explain the motives of actions. You can start like this: “In a passage from the text of such and such an author, there is also an example ...”. Then you briefly describe it, explain.

Write all the names of the characters and places of action correctly, according to the text. If you name a character whose name is Vanya in an essay you call Vasya, you will get a lower score for inventing

The second argument - from life, books, media, history, you can start like this: "In real life, you can also find an example ...". Then you describe and explain it. An example from life can be invented - you yourself understand, no one will find out the accuracy of the facts you cited. But if you dare to take an example from a book or story you read, then you need to clearly know and remember what exactly you are writing about.

I think it's easier to make up an argument from life, but it should fit the theme of the text. In addition, the inspectors do not particularly find fault with arguments from life - they understand that all graduates have different life experiences. The main thing is the presence of this argument.

The conclusion can begin with the words: "After analyzing the two arguments, we come to the conclusion ...". Next, sum up. Important - the conclusion should be similar to the introduction. What you start with, you end up with the same. The essay must also be at least 70 words.

The essay and presentation are written on an additional answer sheet, which is a double-sided sheet with a rectangle for answering. You can’t indicate your last name anywhere on it, your first name - only the number of the KIM and the variant will help to recognize your work. The essay and presentation should be written only in the place intended for this - within the rectangle. You can't go beyond the edges. Be sure to indicate the number of the task that you are doing. And yes, the presentation, the essay must be written in capital letters, in clear handwriting. Last year we had a boy who wrote both the composition and the presentation in block letters because of ignorance. But you fill out the form with the test part and your data in block letters according to the model.

If you run out of a page, you write on the last line (not under the frame!) "look at the back." If you run out of a sheet, you have the right to ask for an additional one. You write off the data on it from the first sheet: the name of the subject, the venue, the KIM number. And on the first sheet on the last line, without going beyond the edges, write "look at the additional sheet." It is important! These rules apply to all exams.

On the Russian exam, you can use a spelling dictionary. This exam is assessed on four criteria: test part, presentation, composition and literacy. To get a good grade, you need to score the required number of points for literacy. For example, to get an A, you need to score six points for literacy.

How the OGE works in mathematics

Compasses, pencils, and erasers are not allowed in the math exam. The circles will have to be drawn by hand. Try to put points on the graph the first time in the right place. When filling out the form, write each character in a separate cell, this also applies to minuses and commas. To get a positive grade, you need to do a certain number of tasks from the modules "Algebra", "Geometry", "Real Mathematics". Even if you solve all the tasks from the "Algebra" and "Real Mathematics" modules, but do not solve as many tasks from the "Geometry" as required, you will get a deuce for the exam. Allow to use the table of squares, discriminant formulas, areas and others.

By the way, in mathematics, two grades are given for the exam: in algebra and geometry. For the math exam, I scored 22 points - this is a five in the system for converting points into grades. But for algebra and geometry I was given four, and the mark for the exam did not affect the certificate in any way.

How is the OGE arranged in subjects to choose from

At the exam in chemistry, black-and-white periodic tables and solubility tables are issued. You do not need to print them out yourself and take them with you - they are part of the KIM. Take only a gel pen and a calculator for the exam. You will also need a calculator for the physics exam.

The chemistry exam is graded differently. It depends on whether you will do the experiment or not. If you do, your parents must write a statement that you do not have allergies and submit it in advance, before the exam.

You need to start the experiment when you have already completed all the tasks. To do this, first draw up the expected reactions on the draft, and then raise your hand and say that you are ready to start the experiment. You can start one hour after the start of the exam and no later than twenty minutes before its end.

You sit in front of laboratory observers (there are two of them - and each gives an assessment of how you performed the experiment) with your draft, you are given a tray with reagents and tools, you put on gloves (we were not given gowns and goggles) and get to work. Do not be afraid, such reagents are selected here that even if you make a mistake, you will not blow up the school.

The exam has a task in organic chemistry: the name of some organic compound is given, you need to indicate the correct statements about it.

I don't understand why the ninth grade exam should include a tenth grade assignment? I had to study all the concepts of organic chemistry myself

Social studies is not easy to pass. Many students choose this subject in the hope that they will not need to prepare. For those who pass social studies, I strongly advise you to study the Constitution of the Russian Federation - in it you can find answers to many questions of the test part. The exam itself consists of 25 test questions and the second part, when a text is given, and questions must be answered on it.

I didn't like taking the exam on the reserve day. You feel like a loser who came to retake. And one more thing: you understand that you envy other guys. They have been resting for two weeks now, and you are sitting in the office and thinking about the test, analyzing the text.

Checklist before the OGE

Take documents, notices and a black gel pen (preferably two) for the exam. You can take a bottle of water, chocolate and medicine. You leave them on the table at the entrance to the auditorium. It is better to sign the bottle.

You leave a notice and memo at the check-in point. You take your passport with you to the auditorium. You will need to write off the series (the first four digits), the number (the remaining digits) and the last name, first name and patronymic. The main thing is not to confuse, do not write the name instead of your last name.

On the day of the exam, it is better to wake up early in order to have time to get ready without haste. Jackets, removable shoes you leave in the wardrobe. Bags, backpacks, gadgets - for accompanying persons, each class is allocated an office for personal belongings.

Don't expect to cheat from your phone - it's very risky. Yes, there were no metal detectors this year (at least in the schools where I wrote), they didn’t seem to have jammers installed, it’s also quite problematic to find out that someone went online during the exam. But the phone can play a cruel joke on you. Last year, one boy from our school forgot to turn off the sound, his phone rang right in the classroom during the exam.

You can go to the toilet as much as you like. We were not always escorted to the toilet door. The organizers do not count how many times a particular person has entered. The main thing is not to get impudent and not disappear for twenty minutes.

Despite the presence of cameras in the classrooms, we had a “last three people” system. The idea is that the remaining three people are waiting for the last of them to finish everything. And then they will all have to watch how the organizers count the number of forms, put everything in envelopes and seal them. Why just three people? So that in case of violations, there will be as many witnesses as required by law. If there are no cameras, then these three “lucky ones” will be forced to sit in the audience until the end of the exam.

You must be present for the exam. If you do not come to school by the appointed time, they will start looking for you everywhere. But if everything is really bad, you can call an ambulance or go to the clinic so that you can write out a certificate that you need to bring to school before the exam. Then you are assigned a retake on the reserve day.

I also advise you not to risk your health on the eve of the exam - do not eat suspicious food, do not gorge on ice cream on a cold day, dress warmer.

After the exams, you will have to go to school and sign for the results. And you can find out the results themselves on the Internet by last name, series and passport number. We had to wait almost ten days for the results of the Russian language exam, because all the ninth graders took it. Other exams are checked faster. The results of the exam in social studies, which I passed on June 23, became known two days later.

To pass the exam, some show rare ingenuity. After all, if you wish, you can bring the Great Soviet Encyclopedia, reference books, textbooks, notebooks to the exam. And I think it's unfair.

Why can an excellent student who studied hard all the years write an exam worse than a poor student who writes everything off? After all, writing off is real, especially from paper cheat sheets. That is why the OGE is not an indicator of real knowledge.

Sooner or later in the life of every student there comes a moment when you have to start preparing for exams. And the very first serious exam in our country awaits students in the 9th grade. OGE - a general state exam, is a test to determine the level of knowledge of a student in each subject.

Also, the result obtained at the OGE (grade 9) affects the grade in the certificate, therefore it is very important to pass the certification well.

But not every student at the beginning of the year realizes which subjects are easier to take at the OGE and which is better to give preference to. Let's take a look at this step by step.

Classification of all items

First of all, each student should know that all subjects can be conditionally divided into two groups: humanitarian and technical.

There are quite a few items that belong to the technical group. However, it is these sciences that in 90% of cases are necessary for admission to a technical college. Among them are mathematics, physics, computer science. It should be noted that physics is the only subject that is passed in 99% of cases for admission to a technical specialty. Computer science is also not an uncommon choice for taking the exam, but it is required for careers in programming.

The list includes a much larger number of school subjects. Among them:

  • story;
  • social science;
  • literature;
  • geography;
  • biology;
  • chemistry;

Although, of course, biology and chemistry are often singled out as a separate group, it is generally accepted to include them in the list of humanitarian subjects that are passed to the OGE.

And you should not forget about the required subjects for passing the OGE. There are only two of them: Russian language and mathematics. Therefore, no matter which direction you choose, you must remember that preparation for these subjects is mandatory in order to successfully pass the OGE.

9th grade is a difficult period. This year, everyone must determine the subjects that he wants to take. But what subjects are easier to pass on the OGE?

Choosing directions

To make a choice, you must first think about which sciences are the easiest for you. After all, it is no secret that some people perfectly understand physics, others are able to solve difficult problems in chemistry, and still others are well versed in history.

Therefore, the student must understand that there is no list of easy subjects, because for everyone they are different.

To understand which subjects it is easier for you to take at the OGE, first you need to choose one direction out of two. Having decided, we can proceed to further search.

Choice of technical direction

If the choice fell on the technical direction, then, most likely, physics is not an overwhelming science for the student. But, alas, this is not always the case. Sometimes the desire to get a technical profession may not come true due to problems with the subjects necessary for delivery. What to do in this case?

If you understand that physics is not the easiest subject, then you need to properly plan your preparation.

  1. Contact a tutor for help. If a student needs to score a rather large number of points, then it is very difficult to prepare well for the OGE on their own.
  2. In addition to classes with a specialist, the child must also study on his own, which means planning his work and strictly following the class schedule.
  3. In order to pass the exam in physics successfully, you need to practice a lot. Constant problem solving is what is the key to success at the OGE.

The same advice can be applied to other exact sciences, such as mathematics and computer science.

humanitarian direction

With the humanitarian direction, everything is a little different. Of course, due to the large number of subjects, everyone can find the easiest one for themselves. But we can offer a list of the most popular items for passing the OGE, which suggests that they are relatively light.

Social science

This subject is passed by about 70% of students in the 9th grade. Such a high popularity is due to the fact that the subject is easier to understand and remember. This science is not exact, and the student receives a lot of knowledge in this course in the process of life, because this subject is a science of society.

But we should not forget that light subjects at the OGE will not be such if you do not prepare for them. A student who regularly does homework in social studies, prepares at home on his own at least a couple of times a week and is interested in the subject in the classroom, will undoubtedly receive a high score in the OGE.

Story

In fact, it is difficult to call this subject easy. But about 28% of 9th grade students pass history. What's the secret? The fact is that history is a science that must be taught and memorized. There are no complex puzzles and formulas, but there are a large number of dates and events that you need to remember. If the child is responsible for the preparation, then he will not need anything other than careful memorization. And that means the exam will not be so difficult for him.

Biology

And biology completes this list. Biology is a very interesting science. In addition, it is necessary for admission to any medical college, without it it is unthinkable to get a medical education. Therefore, this subject is often chosen in the 9th grade. But he is not too easy. In the tasks of the OGE, the child can meet not only test questions, but also tasks that need to be solved. One good thing is that biology is not difficult to understand. With due effort, it will be possible to pass this subject.

OK it's all over Now. It remains for the student to carefully think about his preferences and abilities, and he will be able to answer for himself the question of which subjects are easier to pass on the OGE. If he plans his preparation, the OGE will no longer seem so scary and difficult to him.

Also, the student must know how many subjects to take for the OGE. The changes that have taken place in a couple of years are unlikely to please future students. And they consist in the fact that if earlier a student could pass only compulsory subjects or choose the ones he needed, then today, in addition to the two compulsory subjects, everyone must determine two more subjects that he wants to pass.

This suggests that each student should prepare for at least 4 subjects, or even more. But this should not be feared either. Do not forget that if you are responsible for learning, then you will not have to think about which subjects are easier to take at the OGE.

The compulsory state exam is not at all as scary as it is painted. Permitted reference materials are free to use on most subjects. Such “cheat sheets” help you quickly refresh your memory and complete tasks correctly, eliminating the need to keep a bunch of formulas and other necessary information in your head. Besides, they are somehow calmer, right?

In no case do not neglect this right. It's a shame to lose a few decisive points due to the fact that you were worried and wrote a formula or a simple word incorrectly.

What is allowed at the OGE / GIA?

The list of reference materials for each discipline is different. It is approved by the order of the Ministry of Education annually. They are included in the KIM and are issued to each test subject before the start of the test.

Russian language

Of the additional materials, you will be provided only with a spelling dictionary.

Biology

Pencil, ruler, calculator.

Maths

Ruler, formulas for calculating the roots of a quadratic equation, the n-th member of an arithmetic and geometric progression, a table of squares of two-digit numbers, as well as some geometric formulas.

Chemistry

Calculator, periodic table, table of solubility of acids, salts and bases, activity series of metals.

Geography

Set of geographical atlases for grades 7-9, ruler, calculator.

Physics

Calculator, equipment for laboratory work.

Literature

You can use full versions of fiction and lyrics for analysis. Only school editions are provided, that is, without prefaces and comments.

Important nuances that everyone should know about

During the exam, you cannot use a calculator that allows you to store exam questions in its memory or receive any information via wireless communication. Only those models that have only the following functions are allowed to be used:

  • four basic arithmetic operations;
  • extracting the square root;
  • trigonometric functions.

If the rules do not stipulate the use of a pencil on a given item, then you cannot take it with you. The drawings are made with a black helium pen. The presence of extraneous inscriptions on the ruler is not allowed.

From food with you, you can only take a chocolate bar in factory packaging without any signs of opening and a bottle of plain water without a label. In some cases, it is allowed to take medicine with you if its need is confirmed by a doctor.

Why can you be removed from the exam?

All items that are not provided for by KIMs are prohibited for use during the exam. These include:

  • mobile phones, smartphones, tablets, communicators;
  • "smart watch";
  • any programmable computing devices;
  • cameras, video cameras, dictaphones, microheadphones;
  • reference materials outside the list, notes, memos, etc.;
  • sheets of paper;
  • any media.

The passport must be uncovered. If it is warm in the audience, then long-sleeved clothes are handed over to the cloakroom. All personal belongings are left in a special room and locked.

During the exam, you can not leave the place and violate the established working order on the table without the permission of the observer, talk, exchange notes and assignments.

If you break the rules, the observers have the right to remove you from the audience. The results of the exam are annulled, an appropriate entry is made in the protocol. You will have the opportunity to re-pass the state final certification in August of this year. Remember that observers are financially responsible for the correct conduct of the exam, so no one will cover up violations and meet halfway for you.
