Introductory remarks by the class teacher on the history of the emergence of students

Until the 17th century, schools existed in Russia at monasteries and bishops' courts. In 1632, the Kiev-Pechersk Monastery Academy was founded at the Kiev Caves Monastery, and in 1687 the Slavic-Greek-Latin Academy in Moscow. For a long time they became centers for the training of highly qualified personnel for the needs of the Russian Orthodox Church. Over time, the first secular schools were opened under them.
But the time has come for Peter I and his innovations, the most acute in specialists in technical and natural areas. For higher secular education, Peter sends abroad, and schools that prepare students open in Russia.
In schools, and then at the Academy, mostly foreigners taught. The children of soldiers, burghers, artisans, children of nobles were not attracted to the hard path to science at the gymnasium. The teaching of subjects was in German, there was no one to complain to.
For several decades of existence, the St. Petersburg gymnasium at the Academy of Sciences has not prepared a single student for its university, creating the impression of a complete inability of Russians to science. Only after returning to Russia M.V. Lomonosov's case began to slowly move forward.
Lomonosov is developing a project for Moscow University. It proposes to open three faculties: philosophy, medicine and law.
The scientist offered to carry out his project to Ivan Ivanovich Shuvalov, the favorite of Empress Elizabeth.
In 1754, the Senate approved this project. On January 12 (25), 1755, Shuvalov submitted the decree on the founding of the Imperial Moscow University for the signature of Empress Elizaveta Petrovna. It was no accident. Ivan Ivanovich wanted to make a gift not only to his native Moscow, but also to his mother Tatyana Petrovna Shuvalova on her name day.

The lines of the medieval thinker, poet and scientist of the East Omar Khayyam:

From disbelief to faith parting -
Inhale one
From doubt and quest to knowledge -
Inhale one.
Spend this precious in fun
moment
For our flourishing and our withering -
Day one.

2) The game is played in three rounds

3) At the beginning of the 1st round, a draw is held

4) The team with the most points in the 1st round starts the 2nd round

5) Round 3 will be started by the team with the most points in rounds 1 and 2

6) During the game, participants can use words, facial expressions, gestures. But at the same time it is impossible to pronounce single-root words

The explanation takes place in turn, but from the first to the last player. For a correctly guessed word by the team, the player receives 1 point. Then the players are rearranged and a new word is guessed similarly. At the end of round 1, both teams count their points.

2 round:
There is a change of players. This tour is carried out similarly to the 1st round. But the task gets more difficult.
The player, after listening to the explanation of the word, does not name it, but writes it down silently on a piece of paper. For each correctly guessed word - 1 point.
At the end of round 2, points are calculated.

3 round:
The players are being reshuffled.
1 player receives a task:

Class hour on the topic

"I choose health"

Class objectives:

    Cultivating an attentive attitude to one's health;

    Increasing motivation for a healthy lifestyle;

    Development of creative abilities, expansion of horizons.

Class plan:

    Introduction.

    Health scheme.

    Our achievements. Guys performances.

    Discussion of the issue.

    Questioning.

    Conclusion.

Pre-class preparation.

Issue of a newspaper about the sports achievements of the class children, about their hobbies, about families where a healthy lifestyle is cultivated. Prepare in advance on colored cards phrases (see paragraph 2 of the class hour - health diagram), print on colored paper sayings and sayings about health and a healthy lifestyle, such as: “Everything is great for healthy!”, “Health has no price”, “There is a healthy person the most precious work of nature”, “Wealth for a month, health for life”.

1. Introduction

Teacher introduction.

Hello guys! Today our class hour is dedicated to our health. Let's start with the game "Dream Island"

Imagine that you and I are on an island where dreams come true. Each of you can choose only one dream from the list: Love, Friendship, Health, Wealth, Fame, Family. The choice is yours! (Children take turns saying what they choose). It summarizes what and how much the guys chose.

Most of you have not chosen Health. And without health there can be neither glory, nor love, nor wealth.

The most valuable thing a person has is life, and the most valuable thing in life is health. The dictionary defines health as follows: Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease.

If we walk along the streets of our village: we can meet a lot of people who shuffle their soles on the asphalt, breathe with difficulty, obese, with dull eyes. They tremble in fear of disease and death. In most diseases, it is not nature, not society that is to blame, but only the person himself. Most often he suffers from laziness and greed, but sometimes from unreason.

Don't rely on medicine. It treats many diseases well, but cannot make a person healthy. So far, she cannot even teach a person how to become healthy.

To become healthy, you need your own efforts, constant and significant. A person is so perfect that he can restore health from almost any point of his decline.

Unfortunately, health, as an important goal, confronts a person when death becomes a close reality. However, even death cannot frighten a weak person for a long time.

Four conditions are equally necessary for health: physical activity, dietary restrictions, hardening, time and the ability to rest. And fifth - a happy life!

They say that health is happiness in itself. This is not true: it is so easy to get used to health and stop noticing it. However, it helps to achieve happiness in the family and work. Helps, but does not define. True, the disease, it is certainly a misfortune, especially if it is severe.

2. Terms of health

Prepare in advance multi-colored cards with the phrases: mobile lifestyle; binge eating; proper nutrition; nocturnal lifestyle; bad habits; rejection of bad habits; daily regime; leisure; full sleep; food for the night; snacks; hardening; personal hygiene; positive emotions; stressful situations; high moral attitude towards people around, society, nature,

Attach these cards to the board. The teacher offers to read and leave on the board only those cards on which we can associate statements with a healthy lifestyle. Children read and offer to leave some of them. The remaining cards are removed from the board (discussions are possible at this stage).

A healthy lifestyle plan is drawn up:

    mobile lifestyle

    proper nutrition

    rejection of bad habits

    daily regime

    active rest, good sleep

    hardening

    personal hygiene

    positive emotions

    high moral attitude towards people around, society, nature.

3. Performances by the guys. Our achievements

Teacher:

Today we will talk mainly about a mobile lifestyle, and more precisely, about sports, physical activity, and the place of sports in our lives.

Movement is the most important need of our body. For thousands of years of human history, people have sought to develop such qualities as endurance, agility, strength, speed. This was dictated mainly by harsh living conditions: the daily struggle for existence and harsh natural conditions. And now? The question may arise, does a person need physical activity now? There are fewer professions where physical labor is used. (Discussion of the problem)

Now our children will tell us about their extracurricular activities. They will try to answer our question: what do hobby classes give them. (Children's performances, presentation viewing.).

From the stories of the guys, we saw that almost any activity is accompanied by some kind of physical exercise. You choose activities that help you both stay healthy and enjoy your activities, i.e. self-realization.

4. Discussion of the issue

Teacher.

I have a question. Is it possible to put an equal sign between the concepts of sport and health? (Discussion)

Teacher: When they talk about sports, health, hardening, a healthy lifestyle always revolve somewhere in our minds. Indeed, when we go in for sports for the soul, for health, for ourselves, not for the sake of victories and awards, then sport contributes to maintaining health. But in big sport there are ups and downs, injuries and awards.

The story of a couple in figure skating - Elena Berezhnaya and Anton Sikharulidze - is very unusual. Perhaps someday this story will serve as a plot for a Hollywood movie. Elena Berezhnaya competed with Oleg Shlyakhov for Latvia. At one of the training sessions, a terrible incident happened: during the execution of a synchronous pair rotation, the partner touched Elena's head with a tooth of the skate. The girl received a severe head injury. After the operation, the doctors forbade her to even think about sports. But Lena herself secretly dreamed and believed in her recovery and return to figure skating. Everyone helped her: the coach - Tamara Moskvina, parents, friends and loved one, figure skater Anton Sikharulidze. He brought books to the hospital for his beloved and read aloud a lot so that speech would be restored faster. Three months after the operation, he brought Lena to the rink, and a year later they returned to the national team and created their own couple: Berezhnaya and Sikharulidze. A year later, they took part in the World Championship and became winners of the European and World Championships.

The achievements of modern athletes are extremely high. And in order to succeed, you have to give the sport all your thoughts, strength and even health. In addition, for serious studies, remarkable physical data, abilities, and a certain warehouse of character are also necessary. At the same time, it is no secret that excessive physical activity in professional sports often leads to very undesirable consequences. Physical education brings excellent health, good mood, self-confidence, without which at the present time it is impossible to be a good professional, make a successful career. But I also ask you to pay your attention to the fact that, despite the traumatic nature of some sports, our athletes after suffering injuries dream of one thing: to return to sports. So, there is something bewitching, bewitching that does not let a person go when he has tasted the joy of victory. It is not for nothing that many champions say that they cannot even describe the feeling of pride, excitement, happiness that they experience when an athlete stands on a podium, and at that time the anthem of our country sounds.

Teacher. Scientists, considering all the factors affecting health, found that human health depends on the following factors:

    from the external environment - by 20-25%

    from genetic predisposition - by 15-20%

    from health care - by 8-10%

    from lifestyle - by 50-55%.

Harmful living conditions, the environment can be compensated or eliminated by the right way of life. People, for the most part, lead the wrong way of life. The most important thing for health is physical activity, mobility. According to scientists, even school-age children receive only 60% of the norm of movement in the presence of physical education lessons. And adults - and even less so. Many adults and children lead a sedentary lifestyle, do not exercise. Even when we are given the opportunity to show our motor activity, due to our habits, we do not use the opportunity.

For example, in the morning, when we are in a hurry to school, we try to jump into dad's car, instead of leaving the house 40 minutes early and spending this time on a fast walk to school, i.e. for recovery. We are accustomed to various imported products and semi-finished products, in which no biologically active substances remain after processing. Remember the recipes of your mothers and grandmothers, they are much tastier and healthier. Therefore, I believe that the most important thing for health is the right lifestyle.

5. Questionnaire

Teacher. Now let's conduct a survey of our class and get some recommendations on what needs to be done in order to get closer to the ideal of a healthy lifestyle.

Questionnaire "Are you physically healthy?"

You must select one answer for each question.

    How often do you exercise?
    a) four times a week
    b) two or three times a week
    c) once a week
    d) sometimes

    How far do you walk in one day?
    a) 4 km
    b) about 4 km
    c) less than 1.5 km
    d) 500 meters

    Going to school or to the section, you:
    a) walk
    b) part - go on foot, part - using transport
    c) always use transport

    If you have a choice: take the stairs or use the elevator, you
    a) always go up the stairs
    b) go up the stairs if there is no load
    c) sometimes use the stairs
    d) always use the elevator

    On weekends you
    a) Do some housework or gardening for a few hours
    b) the whole day in motion, but without physical labor
    c) take a few short walks
    d) read and watch TV

For the answer "a" - you get 4 points, "b" - 3 points, "c" - 2, "d" - 1

Summarizing:

If you scored 8-13 points, then you are lazy and need to exercise;

If you scored 14-17 points, then your physical activity is at an average level;

If you scored 18 points or more, then your physical activity is normal.

At the end of the class hour, I would like to wish all participants good health. And remember that nature is very generous to us. After all, it is enough to spend only 20-30 minutes a day on physical exercises, but such that you sweat and your pulse doubles to reduce the risk of heart disease by 2-3 times. Move more.

And we will end our class hour with a poem by David Tukhmanov.

The student is reading.

We are born to live in the world for a long time:
Sad and sing, laugh and love,
But to make all dreams possible,
We must all keep healthy.
Ask yourself: are you ready to work -
Move actively and eat and drink in moderation?
Throw away the cigarette? Trample the drug?
And the only way - to maintain health?
Take a look around: beautiful Nature
We are called to live in peace with her.
Give me a hand, friend! Let's help you
Save the planet's health!

Topic:"Can you communicate?" (situational workshop on the culture of communication)

Goals:

Development of a culture of communication, communication skills of students.

Education of ethical norms of conflict-free communication with younger children, with peers and with adults.

Equipment. If possible, prepare for each student texts of extracts from books and the text “Conflict without violence”, sheets, papers and pens.

The course of the classroom.

Situation 1. “Can you manage conflict?”

The rules to be followed in a conversation (from the book by V.V. Lyubimtsev “Do you know?”):

- it is necessary to conduct a conversation in a polite and even voice;

- there must be a desire to talk;

- you should look into the eyes of the interlocutor;

- do not interrupt or interrupt the interlocutor;

- do not get carried away with gestures;

- you should not unnecessarily complicate your speech using foreign words or scientific terms;

- try to speak clearly, slowly, do not mumble or swallow the endings of words;

- intonation should not be offensive or offensive to a person.

1. You need to know how the conflict develops:

- the emergence of disagreements; increasing tension in relationships;

- awareness of the situation as a conflict by at least one of its participants;

- the actual conflict interaction, the use of various interpersonal styles of conflict resolution, accompanied by an increase or decrease in emotional tension;

- the outcome (resolution) of the conflict. The resolution of the conflict is the elimination of the problem that gave rise to the conflict situation and the restoration of normal relations between people.

2. Finding out the hidden and obvious causes of the conflict, determining what really is the subject of disagreement, claims. Sometimes the participants themselves cannot or do not dare to clearly articulate the main cause of the conflict.

4. Focus on interests, not positions. Our position is what we declare, what we insist on, our model of decision. Our interests are what prompted us to make this decision. Interests are our desires and concerns. They are the key to solving the problem.

5. Make a distinction between the participants in the conflict and the problems that have arisen. Put yourself in the place of your opponent. Be hard on the problem and soft on the people.

6. Fairly and impartially treat the initiator of the conflict. Do not forget that behind dissatisfaction and claims, as a rule, there is a problem that burdens a person, gives him anxiety and inconvenience.

7. Do not expand the subject of the conflict, try to reduce the number of claims. It is not possible to solve all problems at once.

8. Stick to the rule of emotional restraint. Be aware of and control your feelings. Consider the state and individual characteristics of the participants in the conflict. This prevents the development of realistic conflicts into unrealistic ones. When discussing a conflict, it is important to avoid the following serious mistakes:

- the partner puts forward his own mistake as a mistake of the other;

- the partner's behavior is dictated solely by tactical considerations;

- the partner hides behind "production necessity";

- the partner insists on the recognition of his power;

- the most vulnerable places of the partner are used;

- old grievances are recalled;

- in the end, a winner and a loser are revealed.

Possible and other mistakes made by interlocutors:

Attention Diversion: Anything that is unusual or annoying can distract attention. For example, the appearance of the speaker, his voice or pronunciation;

- high speed of mental activity. We think four times faster than we speak. Therefore, when someone speaks, our brain is free most of the time and is distracted from the speaker's speech;

- antipathy to other people's thoughts. We value our thoughts more, it is more pleasant and easier for us to follow these thoughts than to force ourselves to follow what another says;

- selectivity of attention. From childhood, we are accustomed to listening to a lot at the same time, without paying the utmost attention to everything. Trying to listen carefully to everything would be overwhelming. In self-defence, we learn to alternately choose what is of interest now. This habit of switching makes it difficult to fix attention on one thing;

- the need for a replica. The words of another may cause us to respond. If this happens, then we no longer listen to what they tell us. Thoughts are busy formulating "crushing" arguments and comments.

Exercise 1. Do you agree with all the "rules"?

Task 2. Have you ever had to apply some of the “rules” given in the text in any life situation?

Situation 2. "What is tact?"

(From the book by V.V. Lyubimtsev “Do you know?”)

First of all, tact is understood as a sense of proportion, the ability to navigate in certain circumstances. How to proceed at the moment? What should be said and what should be kept silent? Stay in the room or go out? Pretend not to notice the unsuccessful remark or turn it into a joke?

Tact is sensitivity, modesty in behavior, the result of upbringing, it is based on respect for others, respect for the opinions of others, care for relatives, friends, colleagues.

- by their behavior to draw attention to themselves in some public places (in a museum, theater, library, etc.);

- talk in a public place about the personal affairs of one's own or relatives (friends, relatives, etc.);

- to impose their tastes and ideas.

Exercise. Complete your sentences with:

"Tactless is considered ...".

Situation 3. "How to get a person to accept your point of view?"

- To convince a person of something does not mean to argue with him: the only way to win an argument is to avoid him. Misunderstandings cannot be cleared up by argument, they can only be cleared up with tact, a desire for reconciliation, and a sincere desire to understand the other's point of view.

- Respect the opinions of other people, never tell a person sharply that he is wrong, especially in public. In such circumstances, it is difficult for a person to agree with you.

- If a person expresses some thought, and you are sure that it is false, it is better to turn to him with the words: “I can be wrong. Let's get into the facts." This will force the interlocutor to be just as fair, force him to admit that he can also be wrong.

If you are wrong, admit it quickly and decisively. It is much easier to admit your mistakes or shortcomings yourself than to listen to condemnation from another person. If you know that the other person thinks or wants to say something negative about you, say it yourself first, this will disarm him.

Do not start important conversations with demands to say "yes" or "no". If a person has said no, his principles require him to remain consistent to the end. He may later feel that "no" was wrong, because you yourself cut off his escape route. Therefore, it is very important to lead the conversation in such a way that the interlocutor does not have the need and opportunity to say “no”.

- If you want to convince people of something, try to look at things through the eyes of these people. You will save a lot of time and save your nerves.

Exercise 1. Do you agree with these rules?

Task 2. Do you think these rules always “work”?

Situation 4. “Will the above recommendations help you speed up the conflict resolution process?”

- During negotiations, priority should be given to discussing substantive issues,

- The parties should strive to relieve psychological and social tension.

The parties must show mutual respect.

- Negotiators should strive to turn the hidden part of the conflict situation into an open one, publicly and convincingly revealing each other's positions and deliberately creating an atmosphere of public, equal exchange of views.

All negotiators must be willing to compromise. Of particular importance is the final, post-conflict stage. At this stage, efforts should be made to finally eliminate conflicts of interests, goals, attitudes, social and psychological tension should be eliminated, and any struggle should be stopped.

Exercise. Do you agree with these recommendations?

Situation 5. “How should you greet a meeting acquaintance?”

Exercise:

1. What ways of greeting do you know?

2. Are greetings among young people different from those of adults?

3. Do you choose this method of greeting with acquaintances only by age or by the personal qualities of this person?

4. Take note of the information below.

"Why do people shake hands?"

(From the book of V.I. Malov "Mysteries and secrets")

There are many other ways to greet each other. In movies, you've probably seen how courtiers bow, well-bred girls and ladies curtsy, and gentlemen raise their hats when they meet.

More exotic forms of greeting are also known: among some nations, for example, when meeting, it was customary to ... rub noses or even perform a special dance. However, the handshake alone survived all times and became widespread. It happened because it is the most peaceful, most friendly gesture, understandable to everyone.

Stretching out an open palm, a person, as it were, showed to another that he had no weapon, that his intentions were pure. And if these intentions were not rejected, exactly the same reciprocal gesture followed. And shaking hands, people were convinced that there really was no weapon hidden in the hand of the other. Therefore, it is customary to remove the glove before shaking hands - the palm should be open.

From very ancient times, a persistent prejudice has come down to us: you can’t shake hands across the threshold. Its meaning is this - at home a person is reliably protected by walls, and dangers and the unknown lurk beyond the threshold. So if someone comes to the house, let him first go inside, into the light, where you can clearly see the visitor and recognize the threat in time, if there is one. And if not, exchange a firm handshake.

Situation 6. “Will the test help you communicate?”

Test "Conflict without violence"

Comic situation 7. “Will humor help you when communicating?”

Test "Can you speak beautifully at the blackboard?"

Studying is not such an interesting occupation. But it is up to you to make sure that every time you go to the blackboard becomes a memorable event for you, your classmates, and the teacher (and your teachers have even fewer opportunities for entertainment than you).

Do not limit yourself to simply answering the question (although some cannot do this either), but supplement your presentation at the blackboard ... How? Well, how can you.

Mentally or on paper, give yourself 2 points for an optimistic answer, 1 point for a positive answer, and 0 points for a negative answer to the following questions:

1. Do you know funny jokes?

I know a lot!

I know, but you can't talk like that in an audience.

I don't know, I'm great.

2. Do you know at least one song by heart?

Yes, I know a lot!

I know, but I mix up the words all the time.

Tried to learn but couldn't.

3. Do you know how to dance any exotic dances, for example, break, mazurka, squat, little swans, mambu-khryambu cannibal dance?

No, I can't yet.

I can only do kindergarten dances.

I can also on the head, and on other parts of the body.

I can, but only on someone else's head.

I still have a hard time standing on my feet.

5. Can you reach your nose with the tip of your tongue?

In two counts!

Only up to someone else's nose.

Not yet, but already started training.

6. Can you show me some trick?

Easy!

I can "cut" the teacher (the number is performed only once).

I don't know, haven't tried it.

Let's summarize. If you typed:

- 10-12 points. You are a cheerful young man (girl)! Humor helps you not only in studies, but also in communication.

- 6-9 points. You can please your classmates and do not miss this chance!

- 1-5 points. Are you such a boring person? How do your classmates communicate with you then? Learn by heart at least one of the student jokes and tell it to your comrades at a convenient time. Maybe this will help...
