At the beginning of December 2012, the US National Intelligence Council officially presented to the public the next report on future threats Global Trends 2030: Alternative Worlds 1 . It traditionally presents the views of the American intelligence community on how the world will develop in the next 15-20 years, and its loud subtitle - "Alternative Worlds" testifies to truly global shifts in world geopolitics. At least in the understanding of the authors of the report. Its content has already become the cause of discussion and analysis in numerous US think tanks - some of them suggest taking the necessary efforts to preserve American power, while others speak with fatalism about the inevitability of the processes described in the report.
The Council on Foreign Relations only stated that there would be a reversal of the historical rise of the West, which began in 1750, and with it the role of Asia in the global economy would be restored 2 .
Others focused on science and economics. In particular, the Digital Journal noted the possibilities of neuromedicine and the creation of artificial organs (made on
3D printer), which can turn people into a new race with a new quality of speed and strength 3 .
The Atlantic Council, which helped in the collection and analysis of information for this report, decided to convene a conference on this issue at which to discuss not only this document, but also present their vision of the future, presenting in unison their work “Envisioning 2030: US Strategy for a Post-Western World".
Unlike the conclusions of the intelligence community, this think tank offers a specific strategy for the White House, which should consist of six main points:
Continue emphasizing "state-building at home" as the first foreign policy priority, while keeping the global context in mind.
Recognize that the United States must act vigorously to shape dynamic, uncertain global trends or else they will shape in an unfavorable direction.
Conduct more collaborative forms of governance by deepening current alliances and interacting more effectively with a diverse range of actors. Most importantly, it should strengthen the strategic base: the transatlantic relationship.
Deepen cooperation with China as the most fundamental single factor that will determine the international system by 2030.
Think creatively about the locus of instability in the 21st century: the Greater Middle East from North Africa to Pakistan, which poses a serious threat to US strategy and world order 4 .

The previous Global Trends 2025 report was released about four years ago, right after the start of the global financial crisis. It was marked by the rise of new powers, the globalization of the economy, the historic shift of relative wealth and economic power from West to East, and the growing influence of non-state actors. To some extent, the current analytical review continues the theses of the previous one, as can be seen from the title itself. And if last time it was about the changing world, today no one doubts the emerging multipolar system. In general, this is already the fifth attempt to outline the contours of the future world, made taking into account the work of past years.
As stated in the preamble, the reviewers have identified key "looming" issues that may emerge over the next decade:
Greater emphasis on the US role in the international system. One of the main questions of the report is how other powers will react to the reduction or decisive reassertion of US power. The authors of the study considered that both options are possible.
A clear understanding of the central links in the system of international relations. Previous writings have highlighted the gradual rise of non-state actors, but have not specified what the role of the state will be compared to non-state actors. Reviewers speculated that
we will delve into the dynamics of governance and benefit from complex relationships among a range of diverse actors.
Better understanding of time and speed. The last report correctly foresaw the direction of the vector: China is strengthening, Russia is weakening (this is exactly what is indicated in the document - L.S.). But China's power is constantly growing faster than expected. Based on four previous reports, the authors concluded that they tend to underestimate the rate of change.
Extensive discussion of crises and breaks. Reviewers believe that the use of the word "trend" in the names implies more continuity than change. However, in the last report, "with its close attention to the likelihood of significant shocks and surges, suggests a radical rethinking of this view." The authors recommended developing a framework for understanding the relationship between trends, breaks and crises.
Increasing attention to ideology. The authors of the study acknowledged that "ideology is a frustratingly vague concept that is difficult to define and equally difficult to measure." They came to the conclusion that the great "isms" such as fascism and communism may not appear on the horizon (interestingly, liberalism, which, according to numerous experts and researchers from many countries of the world, is more totalitarian and destructive than, for example, National Socialism of the Third Reich, not mentioned - L.S.). However, small politico-philosophical shifts that often do not come under the auspices of ideology but set "behaviour" in motion should be the focus.
Greater understanding of second and third order consequences. One approach is to try to identify a looming imbalance. The other is that there should be more strategic simulation or simulation games in order to
understand the possible dynamics among international actors at critical inflection points.
From this, we can draw preliminary conclusions about how the US authorities will act on the global geopolitical board. As for the forecasts themselves, they are divided into several sectors. The first part is devoted to megatrends. According to the authors, the following processes should be expected.
1) Growth of individual opportunities. They will increase due to the reduction of poverty, the growth of the world middle class, more education, the widespread use of new communication and production technologies, advances in medicine; 2) Diffusion of power. There will be no more hegemonic powers. Power will shift to networks and coalitions in a multipolar world. In our opinion, this characteristic is extremely important. Until now, the American establishment has done its best to avoid talking about multipolarity. It is highly revealing that a similar report, issued by the EU Institute for Security Studies in March 2012, views future multipolarity in a positive context. The report itself was titled “Citizens in an Interdependent and Polycentric World” and noted that “how the EU manages the crisis and uses its power to act effectively in a polycentric world will determine the future. If the challenge can be met in a credible way, then the current crisis may be replaced by a new “European Renaissance”” 5 ; 3) Demographic changes. The arc of instability will narrow. Economic growth may slow down in "aging" countries. Sixty percent of the world's population will live in urban areas; migration will increase. It is indicated that according to forecasts, there will be about one billion more of us (from 7.1 billion in 2012 to 8.3
billion in 2030). However, the risk will not be population growth itself, but the needs that people will face - this is enough food and water and energy. Considering that the number of urban residents will increase by 10%, there will also be problems that are traditionally associated with the urban sector - traffic jams, ecology, the adequacy of the necessary minimum services, supply interruptions and failures in computer networks that will be closely integrated with infrastructure. Potential conflict regions are Africa, the Middle East (according to the classification adopted in the United States, in addition to the Middle East, there are also some countries of Central Asia - Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and the region itself extends between the Mediterranean Sea and the Indian Ocean - L.S. ) and South Asia.
4) Food, water and energy. This point is directly related to the previous one. The demand for these resources will grow substantially due to the increase in the global population. Solving problems related to one product will be related to the supply and demand for others. And, of course, experts expressed concern about the future energy independence of the United States.
In addition, all four megatrends are proposed to be taken into account against the background of general climate change, which is a factor largely unrelated to the political will of government officials. Incidentally, the growth of individual opportunities also includes the risks of weapons proliferation and the loss of state monopolies to control their production and distribution, including new types of precision weapons, cybertechnologies and biological weapons. So technological progress, as this study shows, is an ambivalent phenomenon.
The second block of the study is devoted to the so-called Game-Changers, i.e. those who will change the rules of the game. Such potential actors are divided into clusters related to the economy, governance, potential for conflict management,
regional instability, new technologies and the role of the United States. In the first two cases, the importance of China is emphasized. There is also the possibility that Western dominance in current global regulators such as the UN Security Council, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund will be transformed by new economic players. With regard to the dominance of Washington, it is indicated that it is preferable to maintain the role of the United States "first among equals", but due to the fact that the "unipolar moment" has ended, and the era of American dominance in international politics, which began in 1945 and is known as Pax Americana , rolls up quickly.
Among the subjective and objective risks that can unexpectedly and negatively affect the current world-system are the following:
Spread of epidemics;
Accelerating climate change;
EU collapse;
The collapse of China;
Reforms in Iran;
Nuclear war or the use of other weapons of mass destruction;
Solar geomagnetic storms;
The exit of the United States (due to the collapse or a sharp reduction in opportunities), which will lead to global anarchy.
It is interesting that in this section there is not a word about Russia. It is not clear what the authors had in mind - relative stability in our country until 2030 or its exclusion from the account as a potential risk.
The most interesting, of course, is the final part, dedicated to alternative worlds, i.e. future scenarios of the world order. We are offered four options with allegorical names: Stopped engines; Synthesis; A genie out of the bottle and a world without states.
The first assumes that a conflict will occur in Asia because of the new Great Game, and since Asian countries are the engine of the world economy, this will seriously slow down world development. This scenario is the worst case scenario and assumes more serious consequences than the results of the First and Second World Wars. The second scenario is the exact opposite of the first. This is a kind of "happy ending" in the American sense. Convergence is taking place, the US, Europe and China (where political reforms are slowly taking place) are finding ways to cooperate, global GDP is doubling, the "American dream" is returning. The third represents the world of extremes. Within many states, social and political contradictions are growing. The US is no longer the world's policeman, and China's coastal-inland income gap is widening. In general, the world remains fairly wealthy, but it is not as secure as it is now due to the negative effects of globalization on domestic and international politics.
And, according to the last option, non-governmental organizations, multinational businesses, academia and the rich, together with subnational actors such as metropolitan areas, begin to flourish and drive global change. A growing global public consensus among elites and the middle class on environmental issues, anti-corruption, the rule of law, and poverty alleviation can form the basis for their support. The world, however, remains uneven, and authoritarian as well as democratic regimes will experience difficulties in the implementation of their functions. The states themselves will not disappear, but will increasingly organize “hybrid coalitions of state and non-state actors. This option is better than the previous one, since according to it there is more interaction and cooperation on global challenges, and the world itself is more stable and socially cohesive.

Also, Russia, along with China and India, is mentioned in the chapter on the potential for future conflicts. Of course, there is also the old song about the need for democratization: “modernizing Russia can integrate it into the wider international community, and at the same time, a Russia that cannot build a more diversified economy (energy resources are called the Achilles heel of the Russian economy - L.S.) and a more liberal domestic policy may pose more of a regional and global threat,” as well as a possible conflict with some of the former Soviet republics, on whose side NATO and the United States will oppose Russia. The presence of nuclear weapons in the Russian Federation also worries American experts. At the same time, Russia is compared with Pakistan, and in this context, Iran and North Korea are mentioned. Definitely, such an assessment is inadequate and reflects the desire of the military-political elites to see Russia in a more dependent position. Other issues that are of an objective nature are also touched upon - this is a decrease in the country's population (the demographic window of opportunity for Russia will close in 2015), as well as Moscow's interest in closer cooperation with the EU and the USA on a number of topics. According to the authors of the report, Russia needs Western investment, as well as the creation of opportunities for the export of its own goods. As a forecast for Russia, it is proposed to see in which direction it will move - to China or to the West. A negative role in the future may be played by the deterioration of life
conditions of the population, which will lead to an increase in nationalist sentiments in the state.
Three scenarios are spelled out for Russia in thesis.
Russia may start to cooperate more with other countries, most likely by choosing a marriage of convenience rather than value. Russia's centuries-old ambivalence about its relationship with the West continues to be at the center of the struggle for Russia's strategic direction.
Russia may continue more or less ambivalent relations with other powers, but over the next 20 years this path is likely to be more troublesome for international cooperation if Russia regains its military strength and must contain a stronger China.
Russia may start to create problems by trying to use its military advantage over its neighbors, intimidating them in order to dominate. Such an outcome is possible if the leader in Russia faces rising public discontent over deteriorating living conditions and a bleak economic outlook, hoping to rally nationalist sentiment and becoming more assertive towards the near abroad.
Of course, the authors do not take into account other trends that are already taking place - growing dissatisfaction with the US-led neoliberal economic order and integration processes - both in the former backyard of Washington, i.e. Latin America, and in Eurasia. If such projects come true, then by 2030 we will see a completely different picture of an alternative world than what Western analysts paint for us based on their dogmatic beliefs and geopolitical interests.

Usually people imagine some kind of steam, something that can pass through walls, like ghosts, something not material, trying to influence the surrounding physical world, but almost to no avail. They understand that the soul can remember, because sometimes a person remembers past lives, but do not think about the fact that this requires a physical brain. People's opinion about the Soul is, as expected, an opinion from a purely human position. What this position lacks is the ability to see the Soul, since its substance (substance) is not accessible to the perception of human eyes. The soul has a substance, it grows in volume as it goes through many incarnations, many lives. It is not given to people to measure the beat of the Soul - they believe that they all have the same size of the soul, although in reality this is far from the case. Some souls are so tiny and so poorly constructed that they dissipate after incarnation: we call them decayed entities. Many animals and even some plants can have this type of soul - the substance of souls is scattered throughout the Universe, and incarnations occur naturally. If the eye of a person cannot estimate the mass of another soul, then the very soul of a person does it very well. You always instinctively know when another soul is old and wise.
The soul not only remembers, but also does not forget. It is no coincidence that sentient life forms have nerves, brains, and memories as "chemical imprints." Soul substance is another level of density, one that is in contact with all others. It is thinner and at the same time more durable. In this sense, the soul can be called the basis of matter, since it penetrates into all levels of matter; sentient life forms come in many sizes and types, but they all have brains and nerves. The soul can incarnate in a humanoid at one moment of its development and in a completely different life form in another incarnation, and at the same time it does not need to somehow specially adapt to one or another life form. The spirit communicates with the mind by biochemical means, having adapted to the level of density of the animate being and to its specific biochemical characteristics.
Nature of the Soul.
The soul, unlike physical life forms, does not need nourishment. Human beings cannot maintain their shape without fuel, without maintaining a certain temperature and without replacing damaged or used biochemical elements (meaning the cells of our body) - they must eat to survive. Souls do not need to maintain their temperature and, by their nature, they themselves maintain their chemical composition; their only external need is to receive more “soul substance”, which is present everywhere in the Universe, to increase their volume.
People are accustomed to thinking that feelings are only sight, hearing, touch, taste and smell - five in total. All other types of perception are called "sixth sense". Even the human body has many senses, and the Soul in this sense surpasses any body in which it incarnates. Other feelings available to the body are feelings of balance, that is, a feeling of connection with the gravitational center, a feeling of movement, a feeling of illness - a person feels that something is wrong with his body. We are now talking only about those feelings that are understandable to an ordinary person, and not about those thousands of feelings that actually exist. So, although the Soul does not actually have eyes, it sees!
Soul substance - the substance of which spirits are composed - is beyond all levels of density, since it can interact with what people call the physical world at all levels of density at the same time. Most people are, at best, newly formed entities incarnated in a sentient body typical of planet Earth. Both the essence itself, or the spiritual form, and the human body that has acquired consciousness, know only about the existence of the material World around them. Naturally, they consider this World to be dominant - in fact, it is not. Many entities that have gone through thousands of incarnations and who have begun to interact with entities from other Worlds are aware of the existence of the spiritual world as well. But until the essence moves into the higher levels of density and learns to mix in them itself, it will have only superficial knowledge about the Universe.
Incarnations.
Incarnations occur naturally - this is how emerging entities begin their journey. The substance of the soul is present everywhere, scattered in the Universe, but in this form it is not a Soul. The substance of the soul tends to collect in living beings, since this shell is more interesting than a lifeless environment. It lingers in the living shell and begins to accumulate there. Without a conscious mind, it cannot create a personality, so after the death of the life form, it disintegrates again. After a certain moment, when the newly formed entity has learned well the lessons taught by life itself, a controlled incarnation becomes the norm. This is to help emerging entities extract the maximum wisdom from incarnations. Formed entities from the fourth and higher densities surround an immature entity that has just left a dead or dying body, and begin to communicate with it. At the same time, the next incarnation can occur immediately if the road is free and there is a possibility of incarnation. In 2015, astrophysicist Ranga-Ram Chari made a statement that he had received interesting data. They may testify to the existence of others. His work was based on an analysis of the Cosmic Background Radiation Map (CMB) produced at the Planetary Space Observatory. It belongs to the European Space Agency. What Chari discovered was a mysterious glowing spot. It could be a "bruise" caused by the collision of our universe and its alternative.

Are there parallel universes?
Some scientists argue that there can be infinitely many parallel universes. If this is true, then each of them is individual, or are they a mirror image of our universe? Scientists who study such things suggest that a copy of you can live the same life as you. Or completely different. Whoever is reading this article may be a nuclear physicist. But in another reality he could become a pianist. What factor or factors are responsible for such changes or, on the contrary, similarity? If the other you has all the same perceptions, experiences and skills as the real one, then it seems logical that the other you would do the same. Any divergence will be based on small changes in the physical body, perception or experience of that twin.
The possibilities here are endless. One universe may be the size of an atom, another may be in orbit around an atom or a molecule. It can contain hundreds, thousands, millions, billions of subatomic galaxies with the same properties. Moreover, our own universe is relatively such atomic design an infinitely large superstructure.
Bubble universes and quantum foam
Quantum theory predicts that at the subatomic level, the cosmos is a frenzy of subatomic activity involving particles and waves. And what we recognize as reality is just blemishes on the face of this quantum continuum.
Quantum mechanics suggests that in the world of subatomic particles, all probabilities occur in different places at the same time. Want to be in two places at once? Quantum mechanics says it's possible.

Everett's Many Worlds
As the theoretical physicist Hugh Everett argued, the universal wave function is "a fundamental entity subject at all times to a deterministic wave equation" (Everett, 1956). Thus the wave function is real and independent of the observer or other mental postulates (Everett, 1957), although it is still subject to quantum entanglement.
In Everett's formulation, the measuring device (MA) and object systems (OS) form a composite system. Until the moment of measurement, it exists in well-defined (but time-dependent) states. The measurement is considered to be the reason for the interaction between MA and OS. Once the OS interacts with the MA, it is no longer possible to describe any system as an independent state. According to Everett (1956, 1957), the only meaningful descriptions of each system are relative states. For example, the relative state of OS given the state of MA or the relative state of MA given the state of OS. As Hugh Everett argued, what the observer sees, and the current state of the object, is connected by the very act of measurement or observation; they are confused.
However, Everett reasoned that since the wave function appeared to have changed at the instant it was observed, then there was no need to actually assume that it had changed. According to Everett, the collapse of the wave function is redundant. Thus, there is no need to include the collapse of the wave function in quantum mechanics. And he removed it from his theory, keeping the wave function, which includes the probability wave.
According to Everett (1956), the "collapsed" state of an object and an associated observer who observed the same outcome were correlated by the act of measurement or observation. That is, what the observer perceives, and the state of the object gets confused.
However, instead of the collapse of the wave function, the choice is made from many possible options. So among all possible possible outcomes, the outcome becomes a reality.
For each his own world
Everett argued that the experimental apparatus should be considered quantum mechanically. Combined with the wave function and the probable nature of reality, this led to the "many worlds" interpretation (Dewitt, 1971). The object of measurement and the measuring device/observer are in two different states, that is, in different "worlds".
When a measurement (observation) is made, the world unfolds into a separate world for each possible outcome, depending on their probability. All possible outcomes exist, no matter how likely or unlikely it is. And each result represents a separate "world". In each world, the instrumentation indicates which outcome is obtained and which probable world becomes reality for that observer (Dewitt, 1971; Everett, 1956, 1957).
Therefore, predictions are based on calculations of the probability that the observer will be in a particular world. Once an observer enters another world, he is unaware of other worlds that exist in parallel. Moreover, if he changes the worlds, he will no longer know that another world exists (Everett, 1956, 1957): all observations become consistent and even include the memory of the past that existed in the other world.
Interpretation of "many worlds"
(formulated by Bryce DeWitt and Hugh Everett) rejects the collapse of the wave function. Instead, it covers the universal wave function. It is a general objective reality, consisting of all possible futures. All of them are real, and exist as alternative realities in several universes. What separates these multiple worlds is quantum decoherence.
The present, future and past are seen as having several branches. Like an infinite number of roads leading to endless outcomes. Thus the world is both deterministic and non-deterministic (this is represented by chaos or random radioactive decay). And there are countless options for the future and the past.
As described by Bryce Dewitt (1973; Dewitt, 1971): “This reality, described jointly by dynamic variables and a state vector, is not the reality we usually think of. It is a reality consisting of many worlds. Due to the temporal development of dynamic variables, the state vector naturally splits into orthogonal vectors, reflecting the continuous splitting of the Universe into a set of mutually unobservable, but equally real worlds, in each of which each measurement gave a certain result, and in most of them the known statistical quantum laws are observed. .
Devitt talks about the many-world interpretation of Everett's work. He argues that a split can be observed in the combined observer-object system. This is a splitting observation. And each split corresponds to different or multiple possible outcomes of the observation. Each split is a separate branch or path. "World" refers to one branch and includes the complete history of the observer's measurements with respect to that single branch which is the world to itself. However, each observation and interaction can cause a split or branch in such a way that the combined observer-object wavefunction changes into two or more non-interacting branches, which can split into many "worlds", depending on which are more likely. The splitting of the worlds can continue indefinitely.
Because there are countless observable events,
constantly occurring, there is a huge number of simultaneously existing states or worlds. All of them exist in parallel, but which can get confused. And this means that they cannot be independent of each other and relate to each other. This concept is fundamental to the concept of quantum computing.
Similarly, in Everett's formulation, these branches are not completely separate. They are subject to quantum interference and entanglement. So they can merge rather than separate from each other, thereby creating one reality. But if they split, several worlds are created. This leads to the question: what if there is something that separates these universes apart? Maybe dark matter?
Multiplayer math
“Mathematics is a tool with which you can describe any event in such a way that it is completely independent of human perception. I really believe that there is such a universe that can exist independently of me. Can parallel worlds be responsible for the "lost" mass of our Universe?
Much of the matter in our universe seems to be missing. Cosmologists, astrophysicists and cannot find it. For example, based on data collected by the European Space Agency's Planck spacecraft, it has been claimed that we only see 4.9% of the universe. Another 68.3% are dark forces and pure energy, and the remaining 26.8% are reserved for dark matter. Even an ultra-precise 15-month survey of space by the European Space Agency's Planck spacecraft could only detect less than 5% of the total. So where is all this mass?

As a result of a combination of circumstances, protein life was born on our planet. But this is not a mandatory course of development of history. And here we observe that our future tree has given the first branch. One branch represents our world with emerging life, and the second - without it.
History does not stand still, and, as you can see, the growth of our oak does not stop either. More and more new branches depart from the main trunk, on which, in turn, their branches appear. This branch, for example, represents our world, taking into account the fact that dinosaurs did not become extinct. And this intersection suggests that a person could not turn into a rational being. Here we see the development of events, taking into account the good health of Alexander the Great.
As a result, our oak tree has a very lush crown. And every branch here is an Alternative World. As you can see, as the world matures, its alternatives begin to grow exponentially. It is impossible to count how many of them, because the totality of Alternative Worlds is all options for the development of the history of a particular world.
By the way, I want to note that Alternative Worlds are usually located not far from their "center". That is, a journey through the interworld will not take much time, in certain cases you won’t even have time to “blink an eye”. This can help in recognizing the world. If you find yourself in another reality in a matter of moments, then you should think about whether there is an alternative to the development of our planet before your eyes.
At least, this is one of the few ways in which you can find out the Alternative World to ours. There are no other fundamental differences from the PM, because there are such Alternative Worlds that you wonder: we also have one common root!
And one more small note. In all Alternative Worlds, time flows at the same speed, if there were no cataclysms in history that interrupted this flow. That is, we can safely say, for example, that in most of the AM of our world it is now the 21st century.

In Everett's formulation, the measuring device M and the object of measurement S constitute a composite system, each of whose subsystems exists in certain (depending, of course, on time) states prior to measurement. David Deutsch's wording
Theoretical physicist David Deutsch from Oxford University, together with his colleagues, published an article in which he proves that without the thesis of the plurality of Universes (he calls them the set of Multiverses, that is, the Multiverse), there can be no quantum mechanics. Since quantum mechanics, this pillar of modern physics, simply cannot but exist, then, therefore, there cannot be no plurality of worlds.
Multiverse (parallel worlds)

The existence of an infinite number of alternative worlds makes it possible for our alternative “twins” to exist (or maybe we are the twins), is it possible to meet twins?
Alternative Universes interact all the time at the microscopic level, at the macro level the universes almost do not interact.
In other words, an alternative world is a world with a different energy and wave frequency, possibly located at the same point in space and then other worlds, and although the worlds are actually at the same point at the same time, the interaction of the worlds is probably only possible at a low level, so the probability of meeting oneself from the alternative world is almost unbelievable, the word is almost not put by chance, since alternative universes interact with each other and are located at the same point in space, then theoretically the possibility of an accidental transition between worlds or accidental contact with an alternative world is possible, although almost improbable.
