Program content: Systematize knowledge about the object of study. Introduce children to the general scheme of activities. Learn how to create a collaborative project. Familiarize yourself with the rules for designing an environmental newspaper. Show ways of self-acquisition of knowledge, Make a creative project based on the collected material. Cultivate an interest in learning.

Methodological techniques

Part 1. Discussion of the topic.

Consider how the newspaper is designed (there is a title, headings, headlines, articles, an entertaining page, announcements)

Choose a newspaper name (teacher-led discussion)

Part 2. Collecting information.

Create an explorer folder.

Glue a picture with the image of the object of study on the folder of the researcher.

Where can you find the information you need? (Ask others, think, observe, experiment, look in a book, on TV, call an information desk, etc.)

Explain to children how to use the encyclopedia.

Collect available information. (Prepare books, encyclopedias, sets of pictures in advance.)

Watch videos on this topic.

Recall what children know about the object of study (riddles, poems, fairy tales). Record information on papers and cards.

Compose a crossword puzzle or questions for a mini quiz

Part 3. Systematization of information

Summarize the collected material, distribute it by topic, select the important, essential, interesting.

Part 4. Creating a project - issuing a newspaper.

The newspaper is placed on the stand for parents "Life on the Ecodoka Planet", additional information from the teacher is in the pocket windows.

We cannot imagine our daily routine without garbage bags and food, water bottles, disposable tableware, feminine hygiene items, cotton buds, toothbrushes, cling film, etc. These items guarantee convenience, but also pollute our lives. When plastic decomposes, a number of toxic substances are released into the atmosphere, which adversely affects not only human health, but also the livelihoods of animals. Here are some ideas on how to reduce the amount of plastic in your home.

Let's take a look at 8 simple ways to help us enjoy a wholesome, healthy, non-toxic life.

Now the eco-trend is fashionable in the world: organic products, ecological materials, recycling of materials, the second life of things (altering, donation, processing, hand-made), ecological settlements and so on. If you decide to keep up with the civilized world, then we have prepared for you 8 simple tips that will help you start living in an eco-style.

One of the most important problems of our time is the environmental problem. An environmental problem is a change in the natural climate (environment) as a result of human activity, therefore environmental problems are problems of an anthropogenic nature, i.e. they arise as a result of the negative influence of man on nature. So there are environmental problems of a local nature that relate to a specific area taken, problems of a regional nature, related to a particular region, and problems of a global nature, they can affect the entire planet.

Recently, "organic vegetables", eco-products, bio-products, are becoming more and more popular among people who care about their health, and there is a good reason for this.

Every day we do not hesitate to spend water, electricity, gas, and fuel. The cost of using natural resources forces some people to think about saving. However, natural resources must be treated with care, not only because of their high cost, but also because of their scarcity. We offer 10 solutions that will reduce costs and help our planet at the same time. It will be useful for both the wallet and the environment.

Man and nature are inextricably linked. We are highly dependent on the world around us. Not so long ago, the opinion prevailed that man is the king of nature, its rightful owner. However, today it is clear that we are just a tiny particle in the world.

My home is my castle - everyone knows this old English proverb. And, indeed, the house is our reliable rear, a safe harbor where we arrive after hard work to relax and unwind. A place where a lot of our favorite and dear things, where we are cozy and comfortable. But are we safe in our own home?

Human factor or symptoms of a sick planet (photo)

It has long been no secret that our planet has become more polluted over the past few decades than in all the other millennia. This was mainly facilitated by the industrial activity of factories, the active depletion and burning of the planet's oil reserves, and huge mountains of unprocessed garbage.

How the face of the Earth has changed in recent times (photos from NASA)

Many do not take global warming seriously, believing that scientists needlessly sound the alarm. Scientists from NASA decided to take a series of pictures that would clearly show all of humanity how the face of the Earth has changed dramatically over the past decades and years.

Ecologists talk about the tricks of seed producers, the reasons for the bankruptcy of family farms in India, and plants that cannot be destroyed even by fire. Ewa Seniarska - expert of the Social Ecological Institute in Warsaw, activist of the Slow Food movement, fights for consumer rights, researches genetically modified plants, promotes the development of ecological farms. The expert tells how the technology of genetic engineering, having fallen into the wrong hands, has turned from a promising industry for humanity into one of its invisible dangers.

Recently, collection points for secondary raw materials have begun to appear again throughout the country. Now they collect not only waste paper and scrap metal, but also batteries, and plastics and other everyday waste. Particularly responsible city residents sort their garbage and take it to separate waste collection points. But the fact is that some enthusiasts, standing in front of the windows, cannot decide what and where to throw.

Scientists and skeptics say that global warming can no longer be stopped, and the transition to a more environmentally friendly lifestyle is useless in a global sense. But if so judged, then people will really be powerless against an ecological catastrophe. After all, indeed, all these theories for the salvation of mankind really sound unconvincing, but this is the problem of society. People hesitate before they even try.

In the CIS countries, the concept of ecological tourism is already known, but the trend of ecological, or organic agriculture, which is expanding in Europe, is not yet so widely known.

Ecological newspaper

as one of the tools for shaping environmental behavior

Romanovtseva O.N., methodologist

MBOU "Secondary School No. 6", Yugorsk, KhMAO-Yugra.

We have learned to fly in the sky like birds.

We have learned to swim in the ocean like fish.

Now it remains to learn how to live on earth like people.

George Bernard Shaw

The problem of new environmental ethics, environmental education and enlightenment are recognized by UNESCO as global. After all, no improvement in the environmental situation will occur until the broad mass of the planet's population is ready to abandon destructive consumerism, does not want to take care of their environment, every citizen about their small Motherland and acquires a new environmentally oriented worldview.

The new situation requires from humanity and from young people, first of all, a new self-determination and a meaningful program of action. Children, adolescents, and youth of Russia today find themselves in a difficult situation, when old ideals are "knocked out" and there are simply no new ones, so they are looking for a way out in negative actions. All this obliges us to start concrete actions for the social rehabilitation of the younger generation and its adaptation to qualitatively new relations that are taking shape in society.

Solving the issues of environmental education today is not only the study of biological science about the relationship of the organism with the environment, but also the creation of conditions for instilling a sense of patriotism in the younger generation. In addition, environmental education is also the practice of human survival in the face of an environmental crisis and an impending environmental catastrophe. It is no coincidence that the 21st century has been named the “Centenary of the Environment” by the Institute for European Environmental Policy.

Ecologically, moral and value principles and norms are assimilated if they are experienced as personally significant. The most important thing is to always remember that our future depends not on someone, but on each of us personally. And even if we cannot do much yet, at first it will be enough not to litter, not to break bottles, not to break trees. It is enough to look more often at the life of a fragile spring flower and a lizard basking in the sun, listen to the birds singing and the splashing of river waves.

Why is the newspaper format suggested? In fact, this form of printed word has a number of advantages.

  1. Newspapers are relatively cheap to publish. In terms of price-to-result ratio, the newspaper has practically no equal in its impact on a large number of people.
  2. You can place a huge amount of information in a newspaper, and if you do it correctly and interestingly, then people will read it.
  3. It is very important that even now in the 21st century in Russia there are a lot of people who do not have access to the Internet or who do not use computer and electronic media.
  4. Our goal is to find and provide access to our newspaper to people who want to know more about health, environmental issues and nature.
  5. Students will receive a true opinion about existing problems and their solutions.

Rationale for the choice of the theme of the project "Ecological newspaper".

The children's and youth press has become a massive and ubiquitous phenomenon in our lives.

Children and adolescents need periodicals where they themselves collaborate and where topics that are important and interesting to them are touched upon.

When knowledge passes through the sphere of feelings and experiences of a person, in the course of reflection, analysis, comparisons with one's own experience, they develop into beliefs.

Of great importance is the practical experience of communicating with nature, including educational studies of regional environmental problems.

Imagination, observation develops

Methods of irrational nature management cause internal protest, desire and readiness to protect the environment.

Pedagogical tasks

  • To create an environment for the development of cognitive and creative abilities of children, skills of project activities.
  • To deepen knowledge about nature and the role of man in it. Increase students' interest in the nature of their native land. Contribute to the acquisition of new knowledge in the field of ecology, biology, environmental protection, computer science.
  • To involve students in practical activities for the protection of nature through the organization of actions and labor landings.
  • Develop interpersonal communication skills using ICT.
  • To exchange experience between the participants of the project on organizing environmental education and environmental protection activities in their city, district.
  • To form in children elementary ideas about plants and animal organisms in their relationship with the environment, about the value of nature and human responsibility for its conservation
  • To use ecological knowledge as a necessary condition for developing the right attitude towards the world around.
  • To promote knowledge to be emotionally effective and expressed in the form of cognitive interest, humanistic and aesthetic experiences, practical readiness to create, protect all living things, handle things with care, not only because it is someone’s work, but also because materials of natural origin were spent on their manufacture.

Possible variants of the release of the newspaper.

NEWSPAPER-APP. This is a satellite newspaper that is published by guys working in certain areas (sports, local history, national culture, etc.)

NEWSPAPER-LIGHTNING. A special type of newspaper. It contains emergency information about one or more events in the life of the city, school (i.e. "lightning" - a special edition of the newspaper with a message about an important event). Information "lightning" requires an immediate response.

LIVING NEWSPAPER” is a thematic newspaper that shows pressing problems. Relevance and topicality are important for a “living newspaper”.

PRESS BULLETIN. This is a newspaper that informs the reader about the course of some event, highlighting its most important moments, giving an assessment, summing up. The press bulletin is issued at rallies, festivals, during competitions, environmental press conferences, etc.

EXCHANGE NUMBER. This is a newspaper that is made for your friends, a team of guys with whom you are friends. It is usually prepared jointly by the editorial board of the newspaper of another school. The goal is to help friends publish a good newspaper, to learn for themselves.

The purpose of the students' activity is:

  1. Knowledge of the native land and specific environmental activities.
  2. Joint creative solution of local environmental problems, finding supporters and partners among various departments, authorities.
  3. Carrying out educational work among their surroundings, informing the local population about the results of their research and success in the conservation of nature.
  4. Participation in environmental competitions, olympiads of all levels, exchange of experience with peers.
  5. Getting pleasure in the emotional sphere from their creative activity.

What can you write about?

  • On the relationship of people to the environment.
  • The fact that people should take care of wildlife.
  • How to Cultivate Green Habits.

Specialized information and news sections:

Environmental News - "Just the Facts";

- "Red Book Views of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra";

- "Our park";

- "The best of the best";

- "Ecological calendar";

- "Medicinal plants";

Entertaining section with crosswords, jokes and much more.

Results of the project implementation.

1. Regulations on the school environmental newspaper have been developed.

2. There are several options for the names of the environmental newspaper.

3. The release of ecological leaflets was organized: "Ecohouse", "Ecopolis", "My Red Book of Ugra".

4. In environmental leaflets, slogans-headings were used:

Think green!

Touch everything in nature only with your heart.

Let's build a Green City!

Let's make the world a better place!

More life!

5. The project involved 8 students of the 8th grade who managed to:

  1. learn how to publish your own newspaper - a leaflet in one page format;
  2. get acquainted with the main newspaper business;
  3. learn how to find relevant material for the newspaper;
  4. learn how to work with the Publisher-Point program;
  5. learn how to interview correctly;
  6. expand the scope of environmental education;
  7. to involve students of grades 2-5 in environmental activities through participation in competitions and promotions announced by the leaflet newspaper.

In the practice of working on the implementation of the Ecological Newspaper project, the following problems were identified:

  • some children came to the elective course "Ecology for All" out of obligation, so they were not active in working on the newspaper;
  • there was no leader motivated to organize work on a common newspaper, each student published his own newspaper;
  • not enough time to publish a newspaper (1 hour per week);
  • lack of automated workstations with Internet access for students.

In order to form the key competencies of students in the process of project implementation, a system-activity approach was used. Main technologies used: design, research, information and communication. Experience shows that the organization of practical activities of students is of particular importance in order to consolidate the primary skills of participation in environmental actions: modeling of environmental situations, development of applied environmental skills, emotional and aesthetic perception of the nature of one's region. Thus, 3 students of grades 2-5 took part in the competition "Animals of the Red Book - through the eyes of children". 30 students of grades 2-5 took part in the action "Your good footprint in nature". As a result of the action, all participants received a gratitude from the director of the school for active environmental behavior. Environmental leaflets were issued in the process of working on the "ecological newspaper", under the heading - "My page in the Red Book of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug" (Appendix-1). 5 students took part in the district competition of ecological leaflets. Thus, we were convinced that the "environmental newspaper" is one of the effective forms of development of environmental awareness and behavior of students.

Justification of the problem.

The children's and youth press has become a massive and ubiquitous phenomenon in our lives. Children and adolescents need periodicals, but not only weeklies with fairy tales and poems, but such publications where they themselves would collaborate and where topics important and interesting to them would be touched upon. The school newspaper can now be considered as a means of creating a real strong creative team in the school, as a means of forming public opinion, a means of education, etc. For active, inquisitive children, the school newspaper is a kind of catalyst and generator of ideas.
Our school operates as an experimental site in the field of environmental and local history. Therefore, we decided to create an annual environmental newspaper. One of the reasons for the chosen topic was the fact that there are many environmental problems in the village, the most acute of which are "wild" landfills. The problem of "wild", i.e. unauthorized landfills, currently exists in any settlement. "Wild" landfills not only disfigure the landscape, but also pose a threat to human health. In landfills, rodents multiply in large numbers, which are carriers of various infectious diseases. Domestic waste dumps pollute the environment, creating an epidemiological and toxicological hazard. Atmospheric air suffers (from emitted methane, sulfur dioxide, etc.), soils and groundwater are polluted (from heavy metals, solvents, polychlorinated biphenyls-dioxins, insecticides, etc.) - soils and vegetation are polluted at a distance of up to 1.5 km from landfills . Arsenic, cadmium, chromium, lead, mercury, nickel compounds were found in soil and groundwater near city dumps
The problem of household waste is also acute in the countryside, although compared to the city, there are no large industrial enterprises in the countryside, and there is less population. But in the village, no one collects and recycles household waste. Therefore, garbage, despite the prohibitions, is dumped in places that are not intended for this at all.
Despite the implementation of various measures to eliminate this problem by the students of the school, the board of the SEC of the collective farm "Progress" and the municipality "Udmurt Toymobashskoye", it is not solved in any way. And much attention is paid to this problem in the settlement: it is the organized collection of garbage in the spring-summer period at a special landfill, the organization of subbotniks, actions and raids carried out by students of the school “Clean the streets of the village and the banks of rivers”, the distribution of leaflets by school students, the performance of propaganda teams. It seems that no one will dare to litter in the cleaned area, but already a few weeks later bottles, cans, bags are lying everywhere. How to solve this problem?
We decided to try a new method of influencing the population - through an environmental newspaper.
Through our newspaper, we want to show the results of the work done, the most significant, urgent problems of our village, to pay attention to ways to solve them.

Purpose and objectives of the project:

Purpose: To make an environmental newspaper as a means of promoting environmentally responsible behavior towards the environment;

1. To inform the population about the main environmental problems of our village;

2. To involve school students and the village population in practical activities for nature protection through the organization of actions and labor landings;

3. To bring up an ecological culture, environmentally responsible behavior among students and residents of settlements;

4. Learn to collect, process information, write and defend projects;

Expected results:

Our newspaper will become one of the ways to influence the villagers to involve them in practical activities for nature protection. After reading the articles and articles in our newspaper, which are written by their children and grandchildren, they will look at the problems differently, especially the problems of waste disposal. If out of 200 families, at least a few dozen families will be affected by our newspaper, if they treat the environment more responsibly, then our work has not been done in vain.

Project participants:

The authors of the idea: participants of the NOU "Young Researcher", leader Izhevskikh S.G.
Project author: Alla Lebedeva, 10th grade student
The authors of the newspaper: students of the Udmurt Toymobash secondary school - 28 people
from 2nd to 10th grade.
Author of design, assistant to the author of the project: Sergey Saramatov, 10th grade student

Implementation period and venue:

Implementation period: Issue and distribution of the newspaper - April-May 2011
Venue: MOU Udmurt Toymobashskaya secondary school, Udmurtsky Toymobash village, Udmurtsky Vishur village, Shubino village.

2. Description of the project

2.1 Preparation

Collection of information. In order to collect information for our newspaper, we announced a competition among primary and secondary school students for environmental posters, notes, stories, drawings and poems about nature conservation and environmental problems in our village.
Treatment. We selected the best papers for printing, in addition, we used the abstracts of previously written research papers by students of our school. The material is ready.
Design. First we had to choose the type of our newspaper. To do this, we studied several types of newspapers. From literary sources, we learned that there are different types of newspapers. The lightning newspaper is a special type of newspaper. It contains emergency information about one or more events in the life of the area (i.e. "lightning" - a special edition of the newspaper with a message about an important event). Information "lightning" requires an immediate response.
A combat leaflet is an operational newspaper published at the site of an event. The very name contains the essence of these issues - combativeness, speed, efficiency.
"Live newspaper". "Live Newspaper" is a thematic newspaper that shows pressing problems. It can be devoted to the problems of the world, ecology. Relevance and topicality are important for a "living newspaper".
Press bulletin. This is a newspaper that informs the reader about the course of some event, highlighting its most important moments, giving an assessment, summing up. The press bulletin is issued at gatherings, festivals, during competitions, environmental press conferences, etc.
exchange number. This is a newspaper that is made for your friends, a team of guys with whom you are friends. It is usually prepared jointly with the editorial board of the newspaper of another school. The goal is to help friends produce a good newspaper, to learn for themselves.
By type - our newspaper belongs to the "Live Newspaper", as topical, topical environmental problems will be considered here.
Now we need to choose a format. The newspaper will consist of a sheet, A-3 format or A-4 format, consisting of 4 sheets? Perhaps, we will stop on the second variant. The newspaper will be printed on A-3 format, which consists of 4 sheets. Then they came up with the name of the newspaper, the emblem and the sequence of materials.

1. The name of the school environmental newspaper:

“We want to live in a clean and beautiful village!”

Epigraph: "Bad is the bird that soils its nest"
Worked on the newspaper:
Editor-in-Chief: Izhevskikh S. G - Geography teacher, head of the NOU "Young Researcher"
Responsible correspondents: Lebedeva Alla, Saramatov Sergey - students of grade 10
Authors: students of Udm. Toymobash secondary school

Appeal from the administration of Udm. Toymobash secondary school, administration of the MO "Udm. Toimobashskoe".
Dear residents of the villages of Udm. Toymobash, Udm. Vishur, Shubino, dear students of our school!
Today we appeal to you through the school environmental newspaper with an appeal that together we try to keep our village, our meadows, forests and rivers clean, which belongs not only to us, but also to our future generations. Every year the surroundings of our villages are littered with garbage, “wild dumps” are arranged everywhere. What will happen in a year, in a few years? If each of us does not clean up after ourselves, then this problem cannot be solved by arranging only subbotniks. Each person should be responsible for the environment, because he lives in this nature, his children run through dirty meadows, pick mushrooms and berries near these garbage dumps. Students and teachers organize actions to combat garbage every spring, but unscrupulous residents again arrange unauthorized dumps. We hope that our newspaper will help many to comprehend this problem, help to take a different look at their actions. After all, everyone cleans around his house, wants to live clean and in order. Only together we can preserve the beauty of our native nature to our children and grandchildren.
The fight against household waste is the maintenance of the environmental safety of the population.
An excerpt from the research work of students: Antonova Tatyana, Danilova Olga. Head: Izhevskikh S. G - teacher of geography and ecology
Currently, each of the inhabitants of our planet accounts for an average of about 1 ton of garbage per year, and this is not counting the millions of worn out and broken cars. If all the garbage that accumulates over the year is not destroyed and recycled, but thrown into one heap, a mountain with a height of Elbrus, the highest mountain peak in Europe, would form, and if the waste is evenly distributed around the globe, then in 10-15 years they will cover the planet continuous layer 5 meters thick.
Despite the construction of special landfills and the creation of more or less controlled dumps, unfortunately, “necklaces” of unauthorized dumps are growing everywhere around cities, villages and garden cooperatives. Garbage, despite the prohibitions, is dumped in places that are not intended for this at all. Such territories are not fenced, there are no specialists monitoring the proper disposal of garbage. From these "wild" landfills, the wind blows paper and other light waste. "Wild" landfills not only disfigure the landscape, but also pose a threat to human health. Part of the former landfills, once within the city, is built up with residential areas. However, the biogas that continues to be released there - the result of the decomposition of organic matter - creates an explosion and fire hazard. A great danger to the environment and human health is waste, which is called special waste. They must not be disposed of with household waste. Approximately 600 highly hazardous substances are classified as special waste. These include:
pesticides contained mainly in waste products from the production of plant protection chemicals;
radioactive waste generated at enterprises using radionuclides and at nuclear power plants.
mercury and its compounds are waste products of the chemical industry;
arsenic and its compounds contained in waste from metallurgical industries and thermal power plants;
lead compounds, which are found especially often in waste products from the oil refining and paint and varnish industries, etc.
Each of us uses a lot of things every day, which after their use also become special waste, for example:
batteries;
unused medicines;
residues of chemical plant protection products (toxic chemicals);
residues of paints, varnishes, adhesives;
cosmetic residues (eyeshadow, nail polish, nail polish remover);
residues of household chemicals (cleaning products, deodorants, stain removers, aerosols)
mercury thermometers.
Disposal of industrial special waste is regulated by law, special landfills are built for them, and household special waste generated by the population is lying around in landfills and poses a great danger to both children and adults.
In rural areas, mostly garbage is dumped in "wild" landfills.
It would be nice if residents dumped garbage in one specially installed dump. But there are still such irresponsible residents who arrange a dump anywhere.
Along the road, by the river, in a ravine, in the forest - anywhere you can see dumped garbage, and even, which is very blasphemous, bags of garbage were thrown near the cemetery, the garbage from which scattered over the entire field in 1 day. So painful and ashamed of the actions of these people.
By the number of landfills - Russia is in first place. A lot of "wild" landfills. The problem of waste is complicated by the fact that the natural decomposition of various materials requires a certain time. For example, it takes 2 to 10 years for paper to decompose, 90 years for a tin can, 100 years for a cigarette filter, 200 years for a plastic bag, 500 years for plastics, and 1,000 years for glass.
In order to see how much garbage accumulates in one family, we conducted a laboratory work on counting garbage for a week, and in order to find out how the residents of our villages dispose of waste, we conducted a survey among the population of the villages of Udmurt Toymobash and Udmurt Vishur. About 50 people participated in the survey.
According to the survey data, we processed the information and obtained the following results:
The analysis of the questionnaire showed that residents mainly dispose of waste using the traditional method. Namely, incineration. Since it is a faster and more efficient way of recycling. Many residents carefully collect garbage in bags, and then take it to the landfill in an organized manner.
But there is a problem, because not all waste burns. For example: batteries, medicines, pesticides, residues of paints, varnishes and cosmetics, bottles, iron cans, etc. And many wastes cannot be burned, such as plastic, synthetic materials, because they emit substances hazardous to health. What to do with them? How to dispose? And not finding answers to these questions, residents simply throw them away, arranging unauthorized dumps.
What activities are carried out in the village for waste disposal?
According to the materials of the interview with the head of the Moscow Region “Udm. Toimobashskoye”, and also, according to their observations, analyzed the situation in the village on the problem of waste disposal and revealed:
The board of the collective farm "Progress" and the village administration pay great attention to this issue and are interested in the improvement and cleanliness of settlements.
1. On the territory of the collective farm there is a specially installed dump, which was studied and approved by the district ecologist, adopted by the decision of the meeting of the village council and deputies. Analyzing the compliance of this landfill with the requirements, we can say that the conditions are satisfactory: the wind rose is taken into account (mainly our area is subject to western winds, and the landfill is located in the north-east of the village), the landfill is located 2 kilometers from the village and has a sufficient area to accept waste for a long period. There is a good asphalt road and a convenient descent to the ravine. But the landfill is not fenced and order is not always maintained. Tractor drivers or just residents do not want to dump garbage into a ravine, but simply dump it on level ground. Probably, bulldozers should sometimes be used here to clear the access roads and push the garbage into one pile.
2. Organized waste collection with the assistance and participation of the Progress collective farm and the village administration. In the spring-autumn period, carts are placed on each street to collect garbage, and the responsible tractor drivers then dump it on a special dump.
3. Spring and autumn cleaning of areas around buildings, houses, on the streets. A commission is being created to check the improvement of settlements, which reveals houses of exemplary condition and punish negligent residents with fines.
4. The action "Clean river banks and village streets" is organized by the school and the village administration.
Students in rubber gloves collect garbage in bags on the banks of the pond, along roads, in ownerless territories.
And the residents are holding a community work day to eliminate unauthorized dumps that have formed near their homes.
5. Cleaning of debris from nearby forests and plantings by students during autumn and spring hikes by burning or burying.
6. Distribution of environmental leaflets by students of the school with an appeal to the population.
7. Many residents of our village have learned to reuse waste:
- the Sapozhnikov family from the village of Udm. Vishur built a greenhouse out of plastic bottles;
- kindergarten teachers made a beautiful fence for flower beds from plastic bottles and old tires;
- school students use waste to make handicrafts, Christmas tree decorations, create clothing models for the competitions "Second life for old things";
- old tires from cars are used by residents and organizations to create flower beds;
- students of the school and the collective farm collect scrap metal;
- Rip stores sometimes organize collections of waste paper, bottles. The school collects waste paper as it accumulates.
Although a lot is being done to solve this problem, but every spring we again face this problem. It seems that no one will dare to litter in the cleaned area, but already a few weeks later bottles, cans, bags are lying everywhere.
What else can be done to solve this problem?
What needs to be done more effectively and efficiently?
How to ensure that every villager, every student of our school is aware of his behavior, understands that by littering nature, he harms not only himself, but also his children.
From the answers of residents and students, based on interview materials, the following solutions can be distinguished:
1. Put garbage cans on the streets, paint them beautifully so that they do not spoil the view of the street (There are such garbage cans in Yelabuga) Students can do this work during the holidays
2. The village administration must approve and adopt strict rules for waste disposal, 3. The deputies of the village council can promote the issue of organizing waste recycling in the district level at the district level. After all, if we collected bottles, waste paper, plastic packaging at a good price, we would not have so much garbage and this problem would be solved by itself. It is not for nothing that in Germany there is a lot of competition for the waste market, which they call the “garbage mafia” there.

And what can we, students of Udm. Toimobash secondary school to at least partially solve this problem:
- firstly, behave culturally anywhere, and never throw garbage on the ground, you need to look for a trash can or put it in your bag, so that you can burn it at home or dispose of it in another way;
- actively participate in all clean-up community work days;
- create interesting flower beds using old tires and plastic bottles;
- disseminate information about the dangers of waste on human health at parent-teacher meetings, reflect in wall newspapers, distribute leaflets;
The problem of waste disposal in Russia is still difficult and painful. And until energy and resource-saving technologies are used in the country, waste will and will continue to accumulate, and landfills will grow and expand. According to scientific data, 98% of the used natural substance is emitted, and no more than 2% is consumed from it.
But we can partially solve it by showing responsibility, conscientiousness, respect, careful attitude to nature.
The problem is in the person himself, and not outside him, and therefore its possible solution is connected with him.
Even P. I. Tchaikovsky wrote: “The power of the country is not only in one material wealth, but also in the spirit of the people. The wider, freer this soul, the greater the greatness and strength of the state. And what brings up the breadth of the spirit, if not this amazing nature. It must be protected, as we protect the very life of a person. The descendants will never forgive us for the devastation of the Earth, the desecration of what rightfully belongs not only to us, but also to them.

Action "Cleanliness of the streets of the village and the banks of the rivers"
6. From the essays of students on nature conservation and the problem of waste:
“I don't like it when people throw garbage: cans, bottles, cans. Because of this, our ponds, forests, our village are polluted. When people do this, they are killing nature. We need to plant trees, flowers, bushes to make our village even more beautiful. I ask people not to pollute our village.” Petr Grigoriev, 2nd grade student.
“You have to throw garbage where you want to. We have such a place "Kuaka nyuk". Do not throw paper, cans, pieces of iron into the water. It is necessary to plant apple trees, take care of the spring, make bird feeders. For our village to be beautiful, people themselves must look at their own village!” Eliza Kuzmina, 2nd grade student.
“We all say that nature is being polluted. But not an hour goes by when we forget about it. For example, let's take our river Toima. We want people not to throw garbage into the river, put up warning signs. But people don't take it seriously. If we throw garbage into the river every year, the environment will change. The springs will dry up. All fish will die. And even willows can dry out because of bad water. Water suitable for drinking and use will be scarce. People, take care of the water, do not pollute the rivers and its banks!” Larionov Ivan, 6th grade student.
“People, stop throwing garbage everywhere. Think of your children and grandchildren. After all, they will have to live in such a bad environment: along the banks of the rivers, along the roads, in the meadows - garbage is everywhere. It wasn't like this when you were little. Think very well and make the right decision.” Igor Volkov, 5th grade student.
“I would like our village to be clean and beautiful. But many residents of our village throw garbage anywhere. Among the garbage there are harmful substances. They can lead to illness and even death. And animals can die if they eat film, plastic along with the grass. That's why we need to protect nature and throw garbage in one permitted place" Alina Denisova, 5th grade student
“Do not destroy, people, the village!
After all, we all need it.
Everywhere garbage, cans, bottles
After all, you should be ashamed!
Help, people, nature!” Aleksandrova Veronika, 5th grade student.
“Dear villagers! I want to make a request! Do not throw garbage bags near rivers, near roads, in meadows and fields! After all, then all this will turn back to us! How frustrating to look at. Please think of your village! Some children also throw garbage everywhere. They go and throw their candy wrappers, bags. After all, they do bad things to themselves, it’s unpleasant to look at such children!” Fedorova Nadezhda, 5th grade student.
" Nature! How beautiful she is! But if you think about it, people destroy this beauty with their own hands. What a pity to look at this perishing nature. A world where there is a lot of rubbish, no animals and plants, is completely uninteresting and uncomfortable. If people throw garbage, then our world will disappear in this trash!” Yakovleva Liana, 5th grade student.
“God created the earth, not us. Which proves that we have no right to litter, break trees. Even a bird does not stain its nest. Before throwing garbage, think about the harm that will be done to our Earth, including us. People, do not throw garbage anywhere!” Kalaev Volodya, 5th grade student.
“In our village every year you can see more and more garbage and landfills! There is also a dump near my house in a ditch. In the spring, melt water carries away garbage, and therefore, bags and bottles can be seen by the river. And in the summer on a windy day, this garbage (bags, paper) "fly" to us. Because of this, our street is very dirty!” Dunaeva Lyudmila, 8th grade student
“Not only small children throw different food packages, but even adults throw whole bags of their garbage near the roads, in the meadow. Shame on them! They clean their houses, and throw their garbage, not even in a landfill, but simply in pure nature! Although you can burn it, bury it, and, in extreme cases, take it to a special landfill! Really, when they drive along the road and see their scattered garbage, they are not ashamed! This is not the only problem of our village! And we need to fight it!” Evseeva Olga, 8th grade student
“People who throw away their garbage before reaching the landfill or right next to the road probably do not think about the future of our village. What will happen if no one cleans up this garbage? Schoolchildren and some responsible residents of our village collect this dirty garbage along the roads, along the rivers, while others leave it! A lot of bottles are lying around in the village because of the drunk people who throw away their bottles and packages. Those bottles are still breaking! How to stop the pollution of our beautiful village! Adults, what will you leave for your children and grandchildren? Polluted rivers, fields and forests littered with garbage? Shulakova Lyubov, 8th grade student.
“In our village, both rivers and ponds are polluted. Swimming is not possible in summer! Here comes sewage from farms, from the garage. Motor oil ends up in rivers in the spring. The water is not suitable for swimming in summer!” Aristarkhov Semyon, 8th grade student.
“Our village is very beautiful, but in recent years it has been littered with rubbish. You can see this garbage everywhere! How people do not understand that this will all turn out to be the same. We need to protect nature! After all, this is our home, we live in nature, we take everything from nature!” Prokhorova Dasha, 8th grade student.

My village in the future.
Excerpts from the essays of students in grade 3:
“I want to see my village in a new way in the future. So that people live in compliance with the rules, do not throw their garbage anywhere, but rather plant trees and flowers. I dream of cars driving through the streets and picking up garbage. I want to organize cleaning on my street. I want all mankind to love and respect their Motherland, because to protect nature means to love the Motherland. Suvorova Yana.
“The forests are green, the birds sing there. The grass is green and there is no trash anywhere. The water in the river is clean. Various fish and beavers live in it. There are many different flowers and trees in nature. Clean fresh air. Garbage cans line the streets. When the garbage can is full, then the garbage is collected from the garbage can and burned or taken to a special landfill. In such a village, in the future, I would like to live!” Volkov Ilya
“I want my village to be clean and beautiful. Fish - water, bird - air, beast - forests, steppes, mountains. I want people in our village not to throw garbage everywhere, so that they plant more trees and flowers” Evelina Denisova
“People protect nature. After all, nature is our second home. Plant lots of trees, plants, flowers. They decorate our land" Dima Nikitin
“I want our world to be clean. You can’t catch butterflies, crush bugs, throw garbage anywhere. May our village be clean and beautiful. You can not pollute the air, without it it is impossible to live. It is impossible to live without a mother, the sun, the village, and most importantly, without the Motherland" Alina Shulakova

« Floriculture d. Udm. Toymobash
An excerpt from the research work of students: Alla Lebedeva, Veronika Ivanova, Yakov Nikonov, Alexander Elkin
Head: Izhevskikh S. G
There is nothing on earth more beautiful and tender than flowers. For humans, flowers have always been a symbol of perfection. Flowers have long and firmly entered our life. Giving flowers means expressing your sincere feelings of love, respect and respect to a person. Flowers help us in sorrow and in joy. They cheer us up, make us smile, make us kinder.
Flowers, like people, are generous with kindness.
And generously giving tenderness to people
They bloom, warming hearts,
Like little warm fires.
A person in the modern technical world seeks to take a break from the hustle and bustle, from working in nature: in the garden, in the park, in the forest, at his dacha. He tries to decorate his house, workplace with greenery, flowers.
Every year in cities there are more flowers, flower beds, various flower vertical compositions. Competitions are organized for the best flower garden between the enterprises of the city.
The village is now also engaged in floriculture. In addition to aesthetic value, floriculture helps to protect nature. After all, in order to give someone flowers, a person now collects his grown flowers, and does not collect them in the forest. Previously, in our area, bathing suits suffered from flower pickers, and now they are planted in front gardens. How pleasant it is to walk down the street, when from every house smiling flowers look at you in a friendly way. The mood immediately rises, I want to come closer and examine the flower, and get to know the person who raised them. After all, people say that flowers grow well and bloom with kind and affectionate people.
In the village of Udm. About 900 people live in Toimobash, and there are 261 houses here. This is one of the large villages in the Alnash region. In our village there are beautiful houses, straight wide streets, many trees. From spring to autumn, it is buried in flowers. In front of each house there is a front garden with flowers.
But it was not always so. Only in the last 15-20 years, the villagers began to actively engage in floriculture. And this is the great merit of Udm. Toimobashskaya avg. school and former biologist Pyotr Filippovich Vereshchagin. According to Petr Filippovich, in 1970-80s only a dozen families were engaged in flowers in the village. They grew mainly cosmea, marigolds, "golden balls", mallows. In 1969, the first dahlias appeared in the village. They were brought by a woman from Kizner. Pyotr Filippovich immediately noticed these flowers and also began to grow them. And when he visited the Porshursky school of the Uvinsky district, where V. L. Ivanov, a native of our village, known for his dahlias, worked as a biologist, Petr Filippovich decided to also grow dahlias at school. From here he brought different varieties of dahlias. Within a few years, the schoolyard turned into a beautiful flower garden. Petr Filippovich was so carried away by these flowers that he ordered them from Barnaul, the Baltic states and Asbest. There were about 40 varieties of dahlias on the school site. In addition to dahlias, the school began to grow tulips, gladioli, and asters. More than once the flower garden took first place in the area. Dahlias quickly spread throughout the village. Many residents love these flowers. At first there were even cases of theft, straight from the station. The school initiated the arrangement of flower gardens near the office and the club. Initially supplied with seeds and seedlings. So, gradually, the village was transformed. Every year there were new flower growers, new front gardens, new varieties of flowers, new species. Residents exchanged, gave each other seedlings, seedlings, bulbs. Both the school and the village administration supported the best flower growers: they were awarded with certificates and prizes, incentive prizes. Bouquet exhibitions are organized in the village house of culture and at the school, where winners and participants are also awarded with prizes.
At present, every second inhabitant of our village grows flowers near the house, many of them are enthusiastically engaged in floriculture. The best flower growers in different years were recognized: Petrova O.V., Proneva E.S., Izhevskikh S.G., Vereshchagin P.F., Kutuzova E.F., Pechnikova M.V., Elkina T., Denisova T.S. and others.
The collective farm administration does not stand aside. On the initiative and under the leadership of chairman V. N. Lebedev, flower gardens were created near collective farm enterprises: warehouses, farms, workshops.

SCHOOL PARK - ATTRACTION OF THE VILLAGE
Lebedeva Alla, 10th grade student

The work that participated in the Republican contest "Green Planet"
There is in our village Udm. Toymobash is an amazingly beautiful place. This is a school park. We are proud that in our village, as in the city, there is a park. Not every village can boast of such a plantation. Located in the center of the village, on a hill near a pond, the park is the jewel of our village. The park delights at any time of the year: in summer - lush greenery, in autumn - a golden outfit, in winter - silver frost on trees, in spring - flowering trees, shrubs and primroses.
Now we hear the rustle of leaves of slender birches and maples, the buzz of bees and insects; enjoy the smell and beauty of blooming lilac and bird cherry; admiring the tenderness of anemone and corydalis. Now the park has become a place of recreation for residents, for several years holidays and sports competitions have been held here. A lot of activities are held here by the school and kindergarten.
And more than thirty years ago there was a wasteland, overgrown with weeds and weeds. This wasteland arose after the demolition of the former buildings of the club, kindergarten and office, since at that time new modern institutions were built on the collective farm. This place was opposite the school and spoiled the view not only of the school, but of the entire settlement. Therefore, the director of the school Yuferev Edict Leonidovich, together with the biologist Petr Filippovich Vereshchagin, decided to organize the planting of a park here. All students and teachers participated in the planting. Planting lasted for more than one year: it was necessary to plant and replant, weed weeds and fence. Tree seedlings were brought from the surrounding forests and the school garden. And surprisingly, together with forest trees, primroses “came” to the park: anemones, lungwort, corydalis. For decades, the school conscientiously looked after the seedlings. And now, thanks to the care of teachers and students, such a beautiful park has grown, which has become a landmark of our village.
Being close to the school, the park has become the most popular place for school excursions in biology, ecology, natural history, a creative laboratory for research and design work. The students of the school carried out research work: "School Park", "Primroses of the School Park". I myself participated in the district competition "I compose an environmental book" with the work "Secrets of the school park" and did the research work "Primroses of the school park"
I really like it in the park in autumn when she dresses in a colorful outfit. Red maples and mountain ash, yellow birches and lindens, green lilacs and acacias. Such a variety of natural colors leaves no one indifferent. During the golden autumn, we often come here with friends: we collect fallen leaves or just admire nature. But even in spring the park is very interesting. Primroses are especially attractive. After all, it is very surprising that primroses grow right in the center of the village. This is a real "oasis". In the spring, we are not allowed to visit the forests due to tick-borne encephalitis, and we probably would never see snowdrops growing. Thanks to our park, we admire the fresh and delicate beauty of snowdrops.
About 300 trees and shrubs grow in the park, 56 of them are birches. The area of the park is 11200 m². The park has a great sanitary and hygienic, decorative and artistic value. In recent years, its recreational value has increased. The trees in the park have grown, and now the park is open for public recreation. In recent years, the collective farm holiday "Gyron bydton", "Children's Day" has been held here. Many activities are held here during children's health camps. For this purpose, a stage has been built here. On this stage, not only participants of amateur performances and students performed, but also artists of the Udmurt stage and drama theater.
But in connection with the massive use of the park, problems also appeared: trampling of plants and the accumulation of garbage. At one time, no one needed the park. The school moved away, as it was no longer necessary to take care of the grown trees and shrubs. The park began to litter, the fence began to rot and break. But the villagers, the school and the leaders of the village administration and the collective farm became worried and took measures to improve and care for the park. The collective farm fenced off with a new fence, the school took responsibility for caring for the park.
We are grateful to students and teachers for this amazing corner of nature, which they created with their own hands. How much knowledge, impressions, joyful mood this park gives people. Every third person in the village photographs the park, all our students have drawn the landscape of the park at least once in art classes. All students contribute to the care of the park.
D. Likhachev wrote: “Love for one’s native land, for one’s native culture, for one’s native village or city, for one’s native speech begins small, with love for one’s family, one’s home, one’s school. And one more thing - with respect for the same feelings of people who also love their home, their land, their own - albeit incomprehensible to you - native word. Our school park teaches and educates, shows the respectful attitude of the villagers to their native land, the desire to decorate and protect their land. The park is the landmark of our village. It should grow, bloom, bring joy to people. We must keep it

The park is beautiful at any time of the year Spring cleaning of the park

The origins of our village.
The springs are the eyes of the village. That's what the people say. But does this definition fit today's springs? The “eyes” of our village have become cloudy and untidy. Eyes are the mirror of the soul, which means springs are the mirror of our village.
But no one, probably, would want our village to be compared with these cloudy, unkempt "eyes". The springs were forgotten because people brought water pipes to their houses. But if there is no water, everyone runs to the springs. Especially begin to revere the springs during baptism. And here it turns out that the springs are unkempt, even dirty. Everyone is waiting for someone, what someone will do. It is good that there are people in the village who look after some springs! And many springs need our help! Udmurtia is a spring region. We must protect our precious pure springs. And do not pollute and forget about them!

2.4. Project performance

After first releasing several copies of the newspaper (trial edition), we distributed among teachers, students and some residents. We were interested to know what effect our newspaper had on the villagers, how they reacted to our comments and requests. Therefore, when distributing the newspaper, we also distributed questionnaires.
Questionnaire questions:
Did you like our newspaper? (Not really)
Have you learned something new? (Not really)
Has our newspaper been able to reveal the environmental problems of our village?
(Not really)
Has our newspaper influenced your attitude to nature?
What could you suggest to improve our newspaper, to improve the ecological situation in the countryside?
Having processed and analyzed the questionnaires, we were convinced that the newspaper was of interest to many. The answers to all the questions in the questionnaire are basically “yes”. There are such proposals for improving the newspaper: that the newspaper be in color, that the pages of the newspaper contain articles by the heads of the collective farm and the administration about the measures they would like to take in the village to improve the environmental situation, that the articles be shorter, that authors be highlighted.
The newspaper was printed on a mini-printing house in black and white. The color version was printed on a school printer in a small amount. The newspaper was distributed by 10th grade students, our classmates.
A large number of copies were sold during the ecological concert, before which we performed with our project, and for pensioners they were distributed free of charge, since part of the costs was paid by the Udm. Toimobashskoye.
To submit the project to the competition, we asked some residents to write a review about our newspaper.

Ecological education of preschoolers in preschool educational institutions

Material Description: the publication is useful for familiarizing teachers of the preschool educational institution to increase the interest of parents in the life of the group, the activities of pupils. This printed publication should be considered as one of the means of environmental education.

This academic year, our group publishes the fourth issue of the ecological newspaper for parents "Healthy Planet".

It reflects all the recommended headings and, of course, the successes of our children.
The heading "Our news" reflects the bright and rich beginning of autumn for the pupils of our group in creative terms, namely:

- it is described in detail about participation in the city competition dedicated to saying goodbye to summer;
- tells about the competition of drawings "Hello, Autumn!" (at the level of preschool educational institutions);

In the section "Secrets of family education" one of the families shared her impressions of the bright colors of Autumn, reflected a special attitude towards this season.

Additionally, the heading "Chronicle of recent events" was introduced in the newspaper of our group,

which reflects the most interesting events from the life of the group. In this issue of the newspaper, parents can see in the photographs of their children as travelers actively showing themselves in a tourist trip organized in September, at the very height of Autumn.
