Wu ming dao 15 minutes. Mark Newton - Villajamura Nights

Founder of the School of Healing Practices, author of the method of direct brain training for correct movement.

No seminar leader, no doctor, can be suitable for everyone, because there is a question of personal compatibility and coincidence of goals.

This little biography is meant to give you an idea of what to expect from studying with Anna Vladimirova and what not to expect.

"When you go to a doctor, you try to find out about his education, work experience and reputation. You want to find a professional. It is very strange to me that people make lower demands on teachers of bodily and respiratory practices than on their doctor.

After all, if you think about it, when you study bodily practice and do it every day, any mistake is multiplied by the number of repetitions. No doctor can intervene so regularly in your health.

Therefore, I see the profession of a teacher of bodily practices as very responsible and demanding for its representatives. In order to guarantee safety and positive results, years of personal experience and years of teaching experience are needed. Anna Vladimirova.

Higher medical education.

Firstly, this is Anna's extremely responsible attitude to delayed results. We all know that there are practices that make you feel good right now, but cause harm to health that will manifest itself years later. Most often, this sharply manifests itself after 45 years, when the body runs out of strength to compensate.

That is why the School teaches only those practices that have passed the test of time and have historically existed unchanged for at least 800 years. And only those practices that A.V. She has been practicing for at least 10 years.

Secondly, it is knowledge and understanding of the anatomy, physiology and biochemistry of the human body. This makes it possible to develop the medical, healing aspect of qigong and to help students in maintaining their health in a very correct way.

In addition, it allows you to speak with doctors in the same language and cooperate with them.

A.V. works in partnership with many medical practitioners and provides qigong training for medical practitioners.

Anna Vladimirova devoted 10 years of her life entirely to the study of qigong. During these years she lived in Asia (China, Thailand, Indonesia…) and personally practiced under the guidance of the great modern qigong masters. Some of her teachers are very famous, their lives are described in books, others lead a secretive life.

In Chinese tradition, the lineage is very important. Knowledge is transferred only to selected students, over the years, in small portions. And in order to get permission to teach, you need the highest personal achievements, years of personal practice for 6-9 hours a day.

Over the years of travel A.V. received initiation into several closed qigong schools and, much more difficult, received permission to transfer knowledge.

We add that A.V. was presented to several grandmasters (teachers of the teacher). In Chinese tradition, this is the rarest and highest recognition of a student's achievements. Such acquaintance occurs only when the master is proud of the student's achievements and wants to earn the praise of his teacher.

Anna Vladimirova is a personal student of such masters as:

  • John Chang Mo Pai (his life is described in the book "Magician from Java", author - Costa Danaos, on our website and here in the "photo and video" section there is a small video about him - "Ring of Fire").
  • Wang Liping Long Men Pai (his life is described in the book "Sacrifice of Tao" by Chen Kaiguo, Zheng Shunchao).
  • Lvo Kanchi Miao Tong Tao.
  • Wang Tingjun Sing Shen Juan.

And others who wish to remain anonymous.

One of the advantages of initiation into different schools is the ability to identify the fundamental principles of techniques without which they will not be effective, and unimportant ones, which may vary depending on the master and school.

Such deep knowledge of practices allows us to select the most effective solutions individually for each student.

Why qigong

Before starting to study qigong, Anna got acquainted with many schools:

  • yoga,
  • sufis,
  • esychasts...

The task was simple - to improve their own health.

Qigong attracted the greatest manufacturability and speed of results. Qigong has a technology that you can use and get results without changing your beliefs, beliefs and values. A technology separate from symbolism, rituals and religion. In addition, in qigong, physical health is considered the basis for spiritual growth.

Social orientation

In the teaching of bodily practices, the role of the intellect is often denied, you can even hear the phrase: "Turn off your head."

For business educated people it is very valuable that A.V. does not oppose mental (verbal) intelligence to bodily intelligence. The brain is the most important organ of the body, and a developed intellect is not a problem, but an advantage.

A doctor by training, she lived in Asia for 10 years, studied with the greatest masters of our time and received permission from them to teach these practices. 15-20 minutes a day are enough to start practicing according to the method of Anna Vladmirirova. The school specializes in the development of the medical, healing aspects of qigong. We teach healing technology, not ideology or worldview. The school is a partner of the Register of Osteopaths of Russia. When working with health, the most important aspect is the safety of practices and their long-term positive result. Since it is known that there are many practices that allow you to feel better right now due to the burning of health. Therefore, only those practices that have passed the test of time and have historically existed unchanged for at least 800 years are taught at the School. The School teaches only those practices that Anna Vladimirova, the founder of the school, has been personally practicing for at least 10 years. We practice exceptionally correct work with the body. All exercises are performed very carefully and accurately. One of the basic principles of medical qigong is that this body will have many more years to live, so you need to keep it healthy and strong in order to enjoy life and wealth. From Hollywood movies came the romantic notion of how hard knowledge and especially traditional practices like qigong must be passed on. Believe me, in China they are still transmitted this way. We want to make learning and practicing easy! At the School, we work hard to ensure that learning is clear and comfortable. We use the most modern methods of teaching and conducting seminars. 10 years of teaching experience has shown that this has a positive effect on the quality of the results. We are waiting for you!

The Wu Ming Dao School has been operating in Moscow since 1999. Wu Ming Dao has its own patented proprietary methods, which are recognized as scientific medical inventions. In fact, this is a way of healing and treating a person with non-drug methods. Having mastered the methods of the school, a person is able to maintain his own health and get rid of part of the negative impact of the urban environment on the body.

The school runs five-day workshops for anyone who wants to improve their health. The main activity of the school is health-improving gymnastics for the spine. This is a set of ten basic exercises based on the synthesis of qigong practices, proven over the centuries and existing unchanged, and the knowledge of modern medicine. Particular attention is paid to the correct execution of exercises. Over the years of the school's activity since its opening in 1999, Wu Ming Dao has taught health-improving gymnastics for the spine to more than seven thousand people in 6 countries of the world.

Using the rich experience of oriental practices, the school provides knowledge on healing, and not ideology or worldview.

About other school methods

A separate area of activity is women's practices.

Female Taoist sexual practices help a woman in the sensual aspects of relationships with her partner, in preparation for pregnancy and childbirth. Classes on women's practices are exclusively and only exercises without excessive esoteric bias and extravagance, namely the knowledge that helps a woman, for example, to ensure a normal birth.

The Taoist tradition says that a normal birth is a birth with cries of pleasure from the mother. This is a process that should not bring traumatic experience to either the woman or the child. At the Wu Ming Dao school, they prepare for pregnancy six months before this time. It is necessary to prepare and heal the spine, which will then improve the overall functioning of the body, preparing the body for childbirth.

The methodology for maintaining the health of a woman in all her subsequent years of life, "from 50 and older" deserves special attention. This is an age that is also full of the brightest sensual experiences, wonderful emotions. It is necessary to prepare for this facet of a woman's life in advance in order to be active not only during the childbearing period, but much more.

It is said that the women of these clans are ageless, their skin retains elasticity, and their eyes have a lively luster. They know how to deliver unforgettable pleasure to a partner and can transfer vitality to him or, conversely, drink it, depending on the situation. They are able to store energy and transfer it to their baby during pregnancy. For them, femininity and sexuality is a direct path to strength, vitality and influence.

Contradictory rumors and legends have always circulated about these clans and practices, and only when I first went to China in the mid-90s in search of masters did I discover how closed these schools were even to locals. No one advertises their possession of knowledge. Often a master is a person who lives in a big city, has a “civilian” profession, and only a few students are aware of his skills.

Sometimes I found the master, and she told me: "I was waiting for you." And I settled next to her, and lived for several years, and studied every day, but there were other stories ...

A long time ago when I lived in Asia...

Unfortunately, you can’t do women’s practices all day long, you can do a lot, but you can’t do it all day. So I had free time in Asia, and during the search, I met masters not only of women's practices. So I was lucky to learn also medical qigong, and meditation, and neigong - the practice of accumulating energy.

Among others, I had one teacher - a Chinese professor of philosophy, a master of medical qigong, he studied with me for many years. Once I let him know that I was looking for masters of female practices.

    — What are you! Do you want to suck the life force out of men? he protested.

The fact is that the most famous were the female clans of hired killers: these seductive ladies could literally drain the well of a person’s life during sex, and within a few days he was dying of exhaustion.

    - In fact, practices are needed not only for this, what you say is only a small part that you can do or not do. There are many other elements, I replied.

It took me several months to calm him down and convince him of my good intentions. A few months later, he admitted that he knew a woman - the keeper of one of the clans. Of course, I started begging him to introduce us. He demanded a promise that I would never use what I learned to harm anyone, and I very solemnly put my fingerprint on a special scroll with hieroglyphs and took an oath.

Then he said that I would only have a few night classes to which he would take me, and again I had to make a promise, this time - that I would not look for this place and that master again.

I felt like the heroine of a spy movie. He blindfolded me and drove me around the night Chinese town, cutting circles to completely confuse and disorientate. Then he led me blindfolded to some house where the windows were curtained, and there...

It was an invaluable few hours of communication. The details of the knowledge that were shared with me were worth all this nonsense and oddity. But how difficult is the path to real knowledge in qigong!

For ten years I had to live in Asia in order to find the real guardians of the practices, gain confidence, receive initiation, study, receive transmission and permission to teach.

Sometimes people ask me very touchingly why I needed to go to China, why didn’t I have to study some authentic practices, for example, Slavic women’s practices that seem to have been preserved in our remote villages ... Sorry, maybe I’m wrong, but I’m weak I imagine where I could find mysterious collective farmers who for decades retain their youth and gain strength and influence in a village on the border with the taiga ...

In Asia, despite the events of recent history, such as the Chinese Cultural Revolution, traditional schools and clans have survived that have been transmitting knowledge and practices for three, and sometimes five thousand years. No other country and culture today can boast of such an ancient tradition that has not been lost or distorted. This is just a unique opportunity to gain living knowledge and skills.

Thanks to my medical background and non-Chinese background, I can separate technology and technology from the culture within which they exist. I can transfer knowledge with the necessary explanations for Europeans and when I teach, I can make sure that learning is convenient, interesting and results are obtained quickly (which is exactly the opposite of how the Chinese teach).

The exercises (and the knowledge that goes with them) can be taken very simply - you don't need to believe in anything - just do them. The results of the research that we conducted jointly with osteopathic doctors and doctors from the Central Research Institute of Epidemiology are insanely valuable to me. Studies have confirmed that as a result of practicing practices, chronic infections that have been resistant to drugs and have not been affected for years can be cured ... and much, much more.

In my blog I will talk about practices, but only a little. A little because...

Firstly, these are practices, and they need to be taught in direct communication, which is what my best students and I do at the Wu Ming Dao Qigong School of Healing Practices.

Secondly, over the years of teaching, my own practical training and traveling through different cultures, I discovered that there are knowledge and skills that are even more important for the happiness of a woman than technology and technology. That's what I want to talk about in my blog!

    To be continued...)))
