Few people know that during the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack, not only the famous New York Twin Towers were destroyed. The explosions affected a huge territory. In the spring of 2016, a new Oculus transport hub was opened in front of the Freedom Tower, connecting 11 metro lines, an overground railway station and a ferry crossing. As conceived by the architect Santiago Calatrava, the station building resembles a dove taking off, spreading its wings.

In the center of the structure is a huge oval hall - "Oculus", which gave the name to the whole structure. There are steel piles around the circumference of the hall, converging at a height of 120 meters. The majestic building has already been called the most expensive metro station in the world. According to experts, over 250,000 people will pass through the Oculus every day.

Memorial and Museum 9/11

Discussions on the construction of a commemorative memorial began in the fall of 2001. A special commission studied thousands of proposed projects. By the beginning of 2004, architect Michael Arad was declared the winner of the competition. The memorial, named "Reflecting Absence", consists of two huge square pools paved with granite. Pools are equipped strictly on those places where the foundations of the destroyed towers were located. The names of all 2977 dead are engraved on the outer granite walls, and water flows endlessly along the inner walls, flowing into square holes in the center. The memorial is surrounded by white oaks, and the famous “survivor tree” grows here - a pear tree that was found under the rubble of the World Trade Center.

In favor of unofficial versions says the following:

• Superficially, the fall of the Twin Towers looks like the demolition of buildings by a controlled, precisely timed explosion, indistinguishable from the planned destruction of other skyscrapers in the US, which can be seen on numerous videos.
• Fires that broke out in two separate buildings could hardly deform reliable building structures in less than 2 hours, including metal ones coated with flame retardants. By the way, the North Tower has already survived a fire in 1975, a terrorist act
  1993 in an underground garage with a truck loaded with 680 kg of explosives, which claimed lives but only slightly damaged the building.
• By the end of the same day, the 47-storey, 200-meter building of the World Trade Center - 7, located far from the twin towers, collapsed. The recipe for solving problems in the West is always the same - war. And the United States began to prepare for war already 12 years ago. And what is needed for a global war? We need a global cause. global provocation. And then September 11, 2001 happened.

What was the intention? As the fuse of a new world conflict, organizations of Islamic radicals were planned, which were nurtured by the States themselves during the Afghan war against the Soviet army. After the large-scale terrorist attacks of 2001, Washington just as accurately "knew" who was to blame for them. And the war did not come to us. And its organizers had to start it anew, preparing the Middle East for its springboard.

The heyday of the career of Ramzan Kadyrov, who brought order to his native Chechnya with an iron fist, meant the decline of the careers of Mubarak and Muammar Gaddafi. This is not a paradox - this is global geopolitics.

“First, let’s refresh our memory of the events of those days. Four passenger Boeings were hijacked within an hour by 19 Arab terrorists armed with cardboard cutters. The suicide pilots took control of the planes and changed course for New York and Washington. Two Boeings were sent to the twin towers of the World Trade Center. A fire broke out in the skyscrapers, causing their complete destruction. The third Boeing crashed into the Pentagon. Passengers on the fourth plane fought the hijackers, causing the plane to crash in Pennsylvania. This is the generally accepted version of events. It finally took shape within a few days after the disaster, becoming official.

And now let's remember the most egregious inconsistencies of this version. Let's start with the least known ones.

1. On September 11, 2001, not two, but three buildings collapsed in New York. The death of the third skyscraper is carefully hushed up. The official Government Commission created on the events of September 11 did not include this fact in their report at all. There are two reasons for this - this building was the New York headquarters of the CIA, the Internal Revenue Service, the Commission on the Exchange and Securities, as well as the operations center and the bunker of the New York City Emergency Management. And most importantly, no flying object crashed into the 47-story skyscraper, known as the building number 7 of the World Trade Center (World Trade Center 7), located next to the twin towers. But the building suddenly took off and collapsed around 17:00 on September 11, 2001. And no one was hurt during its destruction. No one. At the same time, the house collapsed “in shape” in exactly the same way as the towers into which the Boeings crashed (with 6:17 ):

2. The designers of the destroyed building unanimously say that the option of an aircraft hit was taken into account during construction and therefore could not lead to such consequences. The destruction of the towers was surprisingly uniform, symmetrical and absolute. Huge skyscrapers neatly folded like a house of cards. They collapsed completely, turning into heaps of garbage and clouds of dust - even without the remnants of vertical steel columns. So beautifully and correctly, houses are formed only with a directed explosion, used in the demolition of buildings that have served their time. It does not require a lot of explosives to implement, but it must be placed in the right places (in direct contact with structural elements) and detonated in a strictly synchronized sequence.

3. The plane crashed into the North Tower at 8.45 at a right angle and theoretically could damage the supporting steel supports of the building located in the center. At 9:03 a second strike was made on the South Tower, but the collision occurred at an acute angle, which means that the wreckage of the aircraft should not have touched the supports. Meanwhile, despite the difference in damage, both towers "folded" absolutely symmetrically, the floors "collapsed" neatly, just as happens in cases of controlled demolition of skyscrapers. And the first - at 9.59 the less damaged South tower fell, and at 10:29 the North tower, which received more serious damage, collapsed. And at 17.00 the third - which no one crashed into at all.

4. The official explanation for the collapse is that the burning fuel melted the steel columns. The melting point of steel is 1538°C. Each of the towers contained 200,000 tons of steel. And all this mass warmed up and melted from the fuel from the fuel tanks of one aircraft? After all, the amount of fuel that got into the towers was different - if the first plane flew inside, then part of the fuel of the second exploded in huge fireballs outside the building, which is clearly visible in the records and photographs. The towers are the same, the amount of steel in them is the same, the amount of fuel from the aircraft is different, the style of falling and destruction is the same. And the first building to fall is the one with the least amount of fuel?

5. The maximum temperature that can be reached when burning clean aviation fuel is 825°C. In the tower, not only kerosene was burning, but everything that could burn. The temperature from this should have decreased, not increased. The possibility of fires, of course, is taken into account in the design of buildings. The maximum temperature for unprotected steel structures during test fires [in the UK, Japan, USA and Australia] was 360°C. Have the terrorists repealed the laws of physics and managed to melt steel at a temperature lower than necessary? Or in an incomprehensible way raised it to the desired 1538 ° C? One of the American researchers of the 9/11 mystery, J. McMichael, writes about this: “The use of aviation fuel for steel melting is an amazing discovery, I swear ... Metalworkers fiddle with acetylene torches, oxygen in cylinders, electric arcs from generators, electric furnaces and other complex devices, but what did these brilliant terrorists use? Kerosene, worth 80 cents a gallon at market prices."

Meanwhile, the passport of one of the hijackers who crashed into the plane's turret, Mohammed Atta, flew down intact and was found during the investigation.

7. There is still no answer to the question why the twin towers did not fall apart, but disintegrated, turning into dust. If the fire were the cause of the collapse of buildings, then the uneven damage and uneven burning in different parts of the buildings would lead to the fact that the collapse would go in its own way in each of the buildings. Then pieces of concrete and steel beams would have scattered over a large area, causing huge damage and leading to numerous casualties among the inhabitants. That did not happen. There were no large debris, as is usually the case.

8. According to the official version, the third of the hijacked aircraft, American Airlines (AA) Boeing 757 Flight 77, crashed into the Pentagon. To inflict maximum damage, the hijackers directed the plane along a horizontal trajectory. That is, they tried to "drive" into the building, as if they were in a car, and not on an airplane. The height of the Boeing 757 is 13 meters, the Pentagon is 24 meters. That is, the flight altitude of the liner should have been literally a few meters above the ground, which is an incredibly difficult maneuver. Why was it done? Significantly more damage could have been done by simply bringing the plane down on top of a building. At the same time, it is difficult to miss - the Pentagon covers an area of ​​​​117,363 square meters. m. Terrorists choose the most difficult and less effective option. At the same time, flying a few meters above the ground, the plane tore off the wires stretched across the street. But somehow managed to squeeze between the pillars, the distance between which is less than the wingspan of the Boeing 757.

9. Anyone who has seen an airplane at least once in their life should understand that when it collides horizontally with a building, damage will inevitably remain on the latter, both from the hull and from the wings. However, American investigators were not embarrassed by the fact that, judging by the photographs from the crash site, the Boeing 757 neatly folded its wings before the collision, since there are no traces of wings on the Pentagon building. No aircraft debris was found inside the Pentagon. According to the official version, all the details "evaporated" during the fire, as well as the steel supports of the towers of the World Trade Center. Meanwhile, in each of the plane crashes that humanity has experienced, everything has never burned down without a trace. For example, when the Concorde crashed into a hotel near Paris just after takeoff, it was fueled to capacity with kerosene, but there was more than enough debris.

No debris remains on the lawn in front of where the plane hit the building. But the wings should have broken off from the impact and their fragments, along with heavy engines and part of the tail, would have been visible right at the crash site. But next to the fire engines, not a single screw is visible, which could indicate that a plane crashed into the Pentagon.

The wall, into which, according to the official version, the plane crashed, also did not stand for a long time. Although it simply could not be preserved in a collision with an aircraft, the minimum speed of which is about 400 km per hour. But the wall was preserved and stood as if rooted to the spot while firefighters extinguished the fire. On it, the inlet was remarkably visible, the belonging of which only a three-year-old child could attribute to the aircraft. And above the place where the huge plane crashed, a few meters away, whole windows are visible, in which even the glass is not completely broken. Therefore, the outer wall of the Pentagon "collapsed" a couple of hours after the attack.

10. The destruction of the two twin towers was caused, according to the official version, by a fuel spill and a terrible fire. However, there are no traces of burning kerosene on the grass in front of the Pentagon. The lawn is quite green. Meanwhile, when the aircraft hit the second tower, a large explosion of fuel occurred, generating fireballs outside the building. Nobody in the Pentagon has seen anything like it. And the destruction of this building itself is incomparably less catastrophic than that resulting from the same strike in New York.

11. The US government said that passengers and crew members aboard Flight 77 were identified by DNA remnants. After a fire that destroyed without a trace 100 tons of aircraft-grade aluminum, the interior and exterior trim of the liner?

12. Despite miraculously preserved "remnants of DNA", the black boxes of all aircraft, according to the official version, burned down. Similar devices in almost all air crashes remain intact and their records are deciphered and studied.

13. The fourth hijacked United Airlines flight UA93 crashes near the city of Shanksville (Shanksville) in Pennsylvania at 10:37 am, almost two hours after he took off from the airport. As a result of the fight between terrorists and passengers, the plane crashed. However, some aircraft wreckage was found up to 8 miles from the crash site in residential areas. Many residents of the Indian Lake area reported flaming debris falling from the sky.

14. Passengers of 4 hijacked planes were more than two hundred and fifty people. They managed to make 13 calls to their relatives and friends directly from the board. It's incredible. In 2001, the probability of a successful connection to a cell phone from a jet airliner flying at great speed and altitude was close to zero. Only in 2004-2005, a number of companies began to develop equipment to ensure stable mobile communications in airliners - Boeings and Airbuses. The probability of getting through when the plane descends is also extremely small. At a lower altitude, a jet aircraft leaves the limits of one cell within 1-8 seconds. During this time, the phone manages to establish contact with it, but is already in the zone of another cell. The conversation inevitably ends before it even starts.

But if it is impossible to get through from the plane, how could the relatives of the victims be able to identify their voice on the answering machine? There is an answer to this question as well. Recently, a new type of fraud has appeared in Russia. The swindlers call home and tell the relatives of a person that he got into the police (for an accident, a fight, etc.) and money is needed to get him out to hush up an unpleasant situation. So that the victim does not doubt, they give the phone to the “victim”, but literally for a couple of seconds and he manages to say a few words. The bottom line is that all the victims of scammers hear the voices of their loved ones, who are in a completely different place, and dutifully carry the money. It is not parodists or craftsmen who talk on the phone - swindlers call a simple database of numbers and cannot know the timbre of the voice and the peculiarities of the conversation of an unknown person. And relatives hear what they "want" to hear...

The materials of the investigation contain the text of one of the calls that took place. This Mark Bingham, calls his mother and says: "Hello, mom, it's me - Mark Bingham" ...

15. None of the callers from the hijacked aircraft said in any of the alleged telephone conversations about the Arab hijackers. No one said a simple and important phrase in such conditions: "The Arabs captured our plane."

16. US President George W. Bush not only rejected for a long time the invitation to speak to the members of the commission of inquiry into the events of September 11, but, having already agreed to the meeting, set his own conditions.

He insisted on a limited time conversation - one hour.

- The head of the United States agreed to testify only together with Vice President Dick Cheney.

- At the same time, only 2 people should be from the commission - the chairman and his deputy.

After difficult negotiations, the parties agreed that the conversation would take place at the White House, and all 10 members of the commission would participate in it. The time limit has also been removed. It would seem that the commission will be able to obtain exhaustive information from the president. However, not all so simple. To get Bush's approval for this "talk" had to agree that:

- neither her video, nor audio recording, nor even transcripts will be kept;

— at the same time, neither Bush nor Cheney had to take oaths.

What the US leaders said to their congressmen is unknown to this day, although the “conversation” took place in April 2004. To understand the absurdity of such a situation, imagine that a witness is called to court, but he agrees to speak only in the presence of another witness. What for? To hear his testimony and avoid discrepancies. The testimony of the witness is then classified. And most importantly, no one obliged him to tell the truth - after all, the witness did not take the oath ...
