The positive aspects of this work include a comprehensive analysis of the international legal aspect of cybersecurity, indicating not only the problems of assessing the current level of information security, but also determining the prospects for ensuring cybersecurity in Ukraine and in the world.

1. Relevance of the topic. The ever-expanding market of legal services causes the need to regulate social relations between the person providing and the person receiving these services. Strange as it may sound, despite the fact that one of the participants in these relations is a professional expert in law, the legal formalization of these relations leaves much to be desired and can be of better quality. The author's work is devoted specifically to the study of the established practice of civil law settlement of legal relations in the field of legal services.
2. Analysis of the content of the topic. The work is an independent study. The final qualifying work consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a list of sources and applications. The work plan reflects the content of the stated topic. The object of scientific research is contract law. A separate type of unnamed contracts is a contract for the provision of legal services.
The plan fully reflects the content of the work. In the first section, the author resolves the general issues of the contract for the provision of legal services. The concept and features of this type of contract are given (pp. 7-25). The final qualifying work is made in accordance with the requirements for the design of this type of scientific work. The work is based on rich empirical material. The writing style is scientific. There are no cases of appropriation by the author of other people's scientific thoughts in the work. The presence in the application of a contract for legal assistance is appropriate and positively illustrates the work.
In the course of writing the work, the author accurately fulfilled all the requirements of his supervisor. And, although the topic proposed by the author himself is not easy, it was approved by the supervisor. The author coped with his own task. I would like to note paragraph 2.2 of the final qualifying work - "consulting agreement". This type of contract, although used in the civil circulation of Russia, remains completely doctrinally undeveloped. Based mainly on the experience of foreign countries, the author offered his original vision of this type of contract.
The disadvantages include the lack of a critical analysis of the current motley law enforcement practice regarding the conclusion of contracts for the provision of legal services.

1. Relevance of the topic. In the final qualifying work, in fact, two of the most pressing topics are touched upon - qualified legal assistance in the arbitration process and disputes with tax authorities. If on the first issue in scientific circles there are still disputes over the circle of persons with access to the provision of legal services (the so-called lawyer monopoly), then on the issue of disputes with tax authorities, we have an actual doctrinal vacuum. The author tried to combine these two most difficult topics in his work and for the most part coped with his task.
2. Analysis of the content of the topic. The topic of the work has signs of scientific novelty and relevance. The final qualifying work consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a list of sources and applications. The work plan reflects the content of the stated topic. The object of scientific research is the arbitration process, tax offenses. Issues of representation and features of protection in the course of tax proceedings.
3. Compliance of the content of the work with the plan and the degree of its disclosure. The plan fully reflects the content of the work. The author devotes the first chapter to the consideration of the issue of representation in civil proceedings. The author has worked out sufficient scientific material. Unfortunately, the work does not use the personal experience of the author. The writing style is mostly scientific in nature. I would like it to be more even, i.e. a smoother transition from quotes to the author's own opinion. The application to work successfully complements it.
5. Positive and negative aspects of work. In the course of writing the work, the author in most cases fulfilled the requirements of his supervisor. The complexity of the topic was the difficulty of combining the issues of the arbitration and tax process. Basically, the author coped with the task assigned to him. It is noticeable that the author uses his professional experience in his work. The topic is disclosed and, without a doubt, is the first work in Russia on this topic.
The main drawback of the work is the incomplete understanding of the problems of the tax process by the author. This rather "strange" legal institution (a mixture of administrative and arbitration process) required more thorough study. The topic of the final qualifying work was chosen in accordance with the interests of the student who has a job in the Garant company. In the course of his career, he drew attention to the fact that a significant part of the legal relations that arise within a corporation are regulated by special legal regulators - corporate acts. Since this issue is relevant both in the theory of law and within the framework of civil law, the supervisor formulated and approved the topic of the qualification work “Corporate acts as a regulator of corporate relations”. The work has significant theoretical significance due to the insufficient doctrinal study of such a source of law as a corporate act. The empirical part of the study was based on the corporate acts of the place of work of the graduate - the company "Garant" and therefore is of a pronounced applied nature. Work on improving marketing activities is an urgent task for any enterprise, because even the most comprehensively attractive product will not be able to compete with analogues without prior preparation of consumers. Based on this, it is obvious that the main task of the thesis is of serious practical interest.
The structure of the work is logical. The material is formatted correctly, presented consistently, systematically and accessible. The chapters reveal the topic, in the course of the work the objectives of the study are achieved, and the tasks are solved.
The advantages are the clarity of the author's position in solving the problems identified, the excellent practical significance, the validity of the conclusions and the usefulness of the proposals. The work presents a small amount of graphic materials, which becomes a minor drawback of this diploma.
A deeper study of the proposed methods and their implementation in practice is recommended. After a successful defense, the author deserves "excellent", it is recommended to qualify as an "economist-manager" in the specialty 080502.65.

Example of a Diploma in Accounting Review
The final qualifying work of student M in the direction 080109.65 "Accounting, analysis and audit" considers the topical topic "Analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of the use of current assets of the organization (on the example of LLC "...")".
Scientific and practical interest is caused by the large role of current assets in the capital of each organization. Fluctuations in their volume have a negative impact on business efficiency, however, it is difficult to find the optimal amount of working capital both practically and theoretically. Capital planning becomes more complicated in the face of constantly changing market conditions as well as business strategies.
The main part of the diploma consists of three chapters. The first one reveals the term "current assets" and provides different points of view on the disclosure of their essence. The second is the study of current assets at the selected enterprise. The third considers ways to improve the efficiency of the use of current assets. It presents practical measures to reduce the size of stocks to an optimal level, timely collection of receivables. If they are implemented at the specified enterprise, financial indicators will increase.
The qualification work of graduate M demonstrates the author's excellent preparation, reflects his ability to work with large data flows, analyze complex financial situations and propose ways to solve them. All this is a sufficient basis for conferring the qualification of "Bachelor of Economics".

The graduation project of student X was completed on the topic “Business plan for organizing a vegetable and granary on the basis of SPK “Y”.
Business planning is a fundamentally important aspect of the organization's work. Therefore, the practical benefits of the diploma are obvious. The work meets the semantic and design requirements and organically combines the theoretical and practical parts. It analyzes the financial and economic activity of the enterprise, on the basis of which conclusions are formulated regarding the impact of certain factors on the financial condition of the enterprise and measures are developed to improve it. The text is divided into chapters, between which a logical connection can be traced.
I consider the main advantages of the study to be the abundance of illustrative material, the reliability of the data used, the excellent practical significance of the recommendations, and competent design. The achieved results are already being successfully implemented by the managers of the SPK “Y” base. As shortcomings, I can single out shortcomings in the wording that do not affect the final quality of scientific work.
The thesis is compiled in accordance with the established requirements and deserves the highest rating.
