How many hours is the exam in social studies. Time for the exam

It is handed over only to those who independently made such a choice. Successful completion of the Unified State Examination in History is necessary for admission to such popular specialties as law, linguistics, design, architecture and many others.

Read the general information about the exam before you start preparing. The KIM USE variant of 2019 has not changed compared to the previous year's variant. For the correct completion of tasks 3 and 8, they now give not 1, but 2 points each. For 25 tasks, the wording and evaluation criteria have changed.

EGE assessment

The order of Rosobrnadzor has already appeared, which officially fixed the compliance of primary and test scores in all subjects for 2019.

According to the order, in order to pass the Unified State Examination in history at least for a three, you need to score 9 primary points. To score them, it is enough to correctly complete the first 6 tasks or write a good essay (No. 25), which, if all criteria are met, will give 11 points. On the top five you need to score 39-55 primary points.

USE structure

In 2019, the USE test in history consists of two parts, including 25 tasks.

  • Part 1: 19 tasks (1–19) for choosing the correct answer, establishing correspondences, determining sequences or writing the correct answer (word, phrase, name, name, century, year, etc.);
  • Part 2: 6 tasks (20–25) with a detailed answer, in which you need to analyze a given fragment of a historical source, a historical problem, historical assessments and points of view; the last task is a historical essay that can be written on one of the three periods of Russian history.

Preparation for the exam

  • Pass USE tests online for free without registration and SMS. The presented tests are identical in their complexity and structure to the real exams held in the corresponding years.
  • Download demo versions of the exam in history, which will allow you to better prepare for the exam and make it easier to pass it. All proposed tests were developed and approved for preparation for the Unified State Examination by the Federal Institute of Pedagogical Measurements (FIPI). In the same FIPI, all official versions of the exam are being developed.

The tasks that you will see, most likely, will not be found on the exam, but there will be tasks similar to the demo ones on the same topic.

Not only the schoolchildren of our country are familiar with the concept of the Unified State Examination, but also their parents. Everyone knows that this is a centrally organized holding of a unified state exam on the same day and at the same time for all secondary educational institutions of our state. Such an exam plays the role of both graduation and entrance exams for universities.

Its features are:

  • application of tasks of the same type;
  • a unified system for assessing examination papers.

The results of the state exam are recorded in the relevant document - a certificate, or, as it is commonly called by the people, a certificate. From it you can find out how many points, and in what subjects the graduate received. Also, anyone can retake the unified state exam in subsequent years.

Rules for conducting the exam in 2018

For several years now, the official information portal "USE.ru" has been operating, where anyone can get acquainted with the following information:

  • what is the unified state exam;
  • what are the rules for its implementation;
  • how many items are required;
  • Is there any news regarding the Unified State Examination by country and regions.

In addition, the portal contains a lot of useful information both for the participants of the state exam and for applicants to universities.

One of the important points in preparing for the unified state exam is familiarization with the rules for its conduct in 2018, which it is highly undesirable to violate. They include the following key points:

  1. Where and at what time the participants take exams - in centers specially equipped for this, the beginning of the tests is scheduled for all the same - at 10.00.
  2. Is it forbidden to leave the audience during the course of the test - you can leave accompanied by a responsible person, and only for a good reason (at this time, the work of the participant is handed over to the observer, who makes an appropriate note in it).
  3. How to fill out the examination form correctly - all entries are made with a black helium-paste pen (for example, an example of writing numbers and letters is given in the form), starting filling out the answer field from the first cell.
  4. How to correct the mistakes made - it is forbidden to paint over the field with a proofreader or erase with an eraser; a special field is provided for corrections on the form.
  5. Do I need documents to prove the identity of the participant - an identity document is required (most often this is a passport).
  6. What can be used during the state exam - rulers, calculators, protractors, reference materials (at tests in mathematics, physics, chemistry, geography, foreign languages).
  7. Is it possible to retake the state exam when receiving a low result - since last year this can be done in compulsory subjects.

If observers or organizers notice violations of the rules for conducting the exam, the violator will be asked to stop performing tasks and leave. In this case, a corresponding entry is made in the minutes of the state examination and in the examination form of the participant.

Innovations in the USE-2018

This year, the Ministry of Education decided to change some of the rules for passing the unified state exam:

  1. The number of attempts to retake tests in the main subjects (Russian language and mathematics) has been increased - up to 3 times a year, which depends on the desire of the participant himself.
  2. From KIMs in history, social studies, geography, computer science and ICT, questions that require an unambiguous choice of the correct answer have been excluded (this was already done in 2015 with assignments in two compulsory subjects).
  3. History is not given in the form of test questions, but in the form of an essay on the relevant topic.
  4. Universities themselves can increase the passing scores for admission, which should not be lower than the number of points officially established in the region.

Such an update of the rules in 2018, according to psychologists, will reduce the psychological burden on participants in state exams.

Subjects and tasks for the Unified State Exam-2018

Often, school graduates in our country ask the question: how many compulsory subjects are submitted to the exam in 2018? Experts answer: two - mathematics and Russian. Physics and a foreign language have not yet been introduced as mandatory this year, they can be chosen so far at will. In addition to the four listed, chemistry, computer science and ICT, biology, history, geography, social studies, and literature are also offered for delivery (these subjects are not mandatory).

Tasks for state tests are called KIM (control measuring materials). Their demos for all 11 subjects for 2018 can be found on the official website of the USE http://www.ege.edu.ru/ru/main/demovers/. But it should be borne in mind: only demo options are collected here (starting from 2009)! They are for informational purposes, so that anyone who wishes can understand the structure of the tasks (that is, they have an idea of the form of the questions, their level of complexity, and the correctness of the written answers).

USE-2018 results and their validity period

Today, questions regarding the results of unified exams remain relevant for students of secondary educational institutions.

Information about the officially established minimum limits for USE scores for admission to universities in our state is provided on the website "USE.ru" http://www.ege.edu.ru/ru/universities-colleges/min_points_for/. You can also check the preliminary test results here.

As for the validity of the certificate with the results of state exams for admission, this period is 4 years (this rule was introduced in 2013). It is easy to calculate: the results of the USE for 2018 are valid until 2022, for 2019 - until 2023, and for 2020 - until 2024. After this period, there will again be a need to pass the unified state exam. It should be remembered that the validity period also takes into account the month of passing the tests, that is, if you passed them in May and June 2018, then in July 2022 the results will be invalid.

As part of our website, there is a special offer: you can use the advice of our corporate lawyer for free. All you need to do is to leave your question in the form below.

The author of the article is Anna Malkova.
This article does not replace the preparation for the exam on or with a tutor. But you will learn how to correctly allocate time on the profile exam in mathematics in order to get the maximum scores.

You, of course, saw in the collections for preparing for the exam recommendations to start with the simplest tasks, and then move on to complex ones. Previously, such a recommendation was also in the demo version of the profile exam in mathematics. Now it has been removed. Why?

If you came to the exam without knowing anything at all, then yes, you need to choose the simplest tasks from the option, where you can at least do something. But then it’s better to immediately choose the basic exam in mathematics and not suffer.

And if you want to pass profile mathematics for 100 points? Or at least 80-90?

Let's remember: if you are going for a high score, you need to solve the first 12 tasks of the profile exam in mathematics in half an hour. Correct and without errors. And have time to transfer the answers to the exam form. This is only achieved by training.

We check the answers and transfer them to the USE form immediately so as not to return to them 100 times.

And after 12 tasks with a short answer have been solved, we move on to the complex tasks of the specialized exam in mathematics. And these are tasks from 13 to 19.

This is where strategy matters. If you studied the entire 11th grade (or even the 10th grade) at the USE courses or with a tutor, you can easily solve three more problems:

No. 13 - equation,
No. 15 - inequality.
and No. 17 - economic.
This is algebra. It turns out for everyone. If there are 2 months before the Unified State Examination, you want to pass the profile Unified State Examination in mathematics for a high score, but do not solve these problems - urgently go to express preparation courses for the Unified State Examination! Because tutors are unlikely to have free time for you 2 months before the exam.

To solve these three problems in algebra - an hour. During this time, you need to have time to solve them, and check (for example, substitute the found roots into the equation), and draw up a solution on a clean copy.

Now you have about two and a half hours and 4 difficult tasks. And if you have already solved all the previous ones correctly, you scored about 70-75 points. Fine! Now the fun part!

We look at 4 difficult tasks of the specialized exam in mathematics.

This is Problem 14 - Stereometry.

Problem 16 - Geometry on a plane.

We talked in detail about each of these tasks when we wrote about the structure of the profile exam in mathematics.

What to do on the exam?
It is necessary to look at these 4 complex problems - Stereometry, Geometry, Parameters and Custom - with an experienced eye. If you have been studying at the USE courses all year or with a good tutor, then one of these tasks will definitely seem familiar and simple to you. You remember exactly how to solve it! We take and do. We decide, we check, we draw up a clean sheet. Then the next one. Keep track of time: two and a half hours for 4 difficult tasks is enough. It is important not to "hang"! If you don’t have any ideas for a solution for 10 minutes, move on to the next one.

The most "expensive" of these problems are numbers 18 and 19. They are estimated at 4 primary points each, and these 4 primary points are converted into 8-9 test points. So if you solved three out of four difficult problems on the profile exam in mathematics, you are a champion!

Good luck on your math exam!

Russian language and mathematics. According to data from previous years, almost half of the graduates (49%) pass social studies. And this is not surprising, since the Unified State Examination in social studies is necessary for admission to all humanitarian specialties.

In fact, the subject "social science" includes information on various aspects of society, studied within the whole class of humanities: economics, law, philosophy, sociology, political science and, to some extent, history.

The version of the KIM Unified State Examination in social studies has undergone minor changes. The developers have revised the difficulty of tasks 28 and 29, due to which the maximum primary score for the entire test has increased from 62 to 64.

EGE assessment

Last year, in order to pass the Unified State Exam in social studies, at least for a three, it was enough to score 19 primary points. They were given, for example, correctly completed the first 13 tasks of the test.

How it will be in 2019 is still not known for sure: you need to wait for an official order from Rosobrnadzor on the correspondence of primary and test scores. It will most likely appear in December. Considering that the maximum primary score has increased from 62 to 64, it is very likely that the minimum score may also change slightly.

In the meantime, you can focus on these tables:

USE structure

In 2019, the USE test in social studies consists of two parts, including 29 tasks.

  • Part 1: 20 tasks (No. 1–20) with a short answer (choose the correct answer from those offered, establish a correspondence between the elements of two sets, insert a missing word in the text);
  • Part 2: 9 tasks (No. 21-29) with a detailed answer (answers to questions, mini-essays).

Preparation for the exam

  • Pass USE tests online for free without registration and SMS. The presented tests are identical in their complexity and structure to the real exams held in the corresponding years.
  • Download demo versions of the exam in social studies, which will allow you to better prepare for the exam and make it easier to pass it.

The Russian language is one of the compulsory subjects of the Unified State Examination. Without a positive exam result, a graduate simply will not receive a certificate of secondary education. What is the current version of the Unified State Examination in the Russian language? What should be taken into account when preparing?

All USE assignments in the Russian language require a good knowledge of the school curriculum and do not go beyond its scope. Nevertheless, the tasks are structured in such a way that they test the most diverse knowledge of students and their ability to work with text.

Control and measuring materials (KIM) in the Russian language consist of two parts. The first part includes 24 tasks with a short answer or with a choice of correct answers. The second part involves writing an essay-reasoning on the text read.

The second part of the examination paper offers to write an essay-reasoning on the read text. We immediately pay attention to the type of speech. Essay-reasoning. That is, your work should have a clear structure: thesis, arguments, conclusion. An essay in Russian is written according to a clear plan:

First, we indicate the problem of the read text. There may be more than one problem in the text. You need to choose one.

The second is to comment on the formulated problem. In fact, this is the answer to the question why the author spoke about this. The comment is taken from the text. What the author saw in the life around him, what he heard, remembered, read, what he spoke about this problem.

The fourth is to express your point of view. This will be your thesis. You may or may not agree with the author.

Fifth - pick up two arguments in defense of your point of view. Moreover, you will get the highest score on this criterion only if one of the arguments is from fiction, scientific literature or journalism.

The second may be from life. You can, of course, give two arguments from life, but you will lose one point. Sixth - you need to draw a conclusion, summing up your thoughts. This is about the way we see that the examination paper is evaluated when checking the work.

The duration of the Unified State Exam-2018 in the Russian language

The duration of the USE in 2018 will remain unchanged in all subjects except biology. The time for passing the exam in biology has been increased by half an hour.

The USE in the Russian language will be passed by graduates on June 6

As in the past year, graduates are given 3.5 hours to work. There will be 26 tasks in the test. One additional task was added this year - it will have to find lexical errors in the text. It will be necessary to edit one sentence, excluding from it an extra word that is not suitable or interferes with the meaning of speech.

The maximum number of points remains the same - 58. In order to consider the exam passed, you need to score at least 24 points. For admission to a university - a minimum of 36 points. For budget receipts - as much as possible, because your rating during the competition will depend on this.

The first task is a test. Here you need to be able to use the rules of the Russian language. And you really need to know the rules, since intuition may not help you in solving tasks.

Also in the test there will be a creative task - an essay on a given topic. It is worth preparing for this part quite seriously, because the examiners take into account both the style and the fulfillment of all the requirements of grammar, vocabulary, punctuation and the like.

How to find out the preliminary results of the exam

From May 28 to July 2, 2018, the main stage of the state final certification (GIA) in school subjects takes place. A lot depends on the results of the exam, so the period will be exciting. We wish everyone good luck and the highest possible scores!

The exam is held according to a single schedule. All students on the same day will take an exam in a particular subject. For example, during the main stage, everyone passes the Russian language on June 6.

They don't check the work right away. It takes a few days, but the deadlines are regulated. The schedule for processing and publishing the results is posted on the official USE portal. For example, the results of an exam in mathematics at a basic level will be known before June 15, and in Russian - before June 25.

You can find out the results for each subject on the State Services portal or at an educational institution.
