A huge Christmas tree ball on Manezhnaya, which became a hit last winter, will be placed on Poklonnaya Hill this year. Inside the structure, woven from 23,000 light bulbs, there will be a dance floor. There is enough space for everyone, because the diameter of the ball is as much as 17 meters. We will dance to winter melodies about the New Year and Moscow.

2. Light installation "Musical forest"

Since last year, two New Year's festivals - Journey to Christmas and Christmas Light - have been going hand in hand.

The Christmas Light Festival will be held in Moscow for 66 days - from December 16, 2016 to February 19, 2017.

The organizers set themselves the goal of lighting up the entire center of Moscow, so that the walkers would get the impression of the continuity of a magical forest or a palace where night never falls. Light installations will create a mood of magic, warmth, home comfort and in some places recklessness.
