What is more important social growth or spiritual. How is Personal Growth represented in the service market? Peace of mind is the absence

Spiritual growth is a very loose concept, but I will try to briefly state what I put into it. Some people consider themselves spiritually developed, living by some kind of moral principles. They lead a certain way of life, for example, do not eat animal products, believe in God and try to live according to the commandments, follow high moral ideals.

This, of course, is not bad at first glance, but I would not call such a person spiritually developed. High moral - yes. concept spiritual growth in any case, it is subjective, like any other, but let's try to look at it from the outside.

It is possible to improve the body, mind and personality by training accordingly - everything is relatively simple here. What is a spirit? According to the article, it is a state of freedom from the body, mind and personality. In the case of highly moral people who are considered spiritually developed, we are talking about setting the mind and one's personality into a certain framework in which it would be right to live.

From the point of view of the public, they are examples and examples of where one should strive, aka the righteous. But they are not free in their essence, they depend on their own life principles. And sometimes they cannot do otherwise, even if they want to, even if it concerns a matter of life and death. We can say that they also live programmed, like the average person. If not more.

spiritual growth implies freedom from all moral precepts. This does not mean that such a person will behave like a moral freak, no, he is simply free from the conventions of perception, from his mind. A spiritually developed person will not analyze how he should act and act correctly, how he should live. He simply lives, and his thoughts and actions come from the absence of the mind, ego and the fears that accompany them. He is free from them, and therefore his actions are filled with love for himself, others and the whole world.

Spiritual growth is the development of awareness, as a result of which there is love for all things.

Highly moral people live in accordance with certain life principles: you need to be like this, behave like this, live like this. They know how to live right, and how not.

A spiritual person does not plan how he should live and what he should be, he simply exists, is present in his being. And so it works in the most optimal way. Because his actions are not dictated by fears, complexes, insecurity, self-confidence and all the attributes of the ego and mind.

Spiritual growth is different from personal growth. All sorts of personal development includes modeling the necessary skills to achieve certain goals, giving your personality and mind some kind of frame; improving oneself through reorganization; development of new abilities, etc. You start to change something, move in some new direction.

Spiritual growth will get you out of all this. You will free yourself from the illusory perception of yourself and the world, you will not improve your personality, but go beyond it, free yourself from yourself.

Here the dual mind will say: so, then you can not develop in any way, but only spiritually? It's not like that at all.

Precisely because you cultivate spirit, awareness in yourself, you learn to love yourself. And by loving yourself, you develop all your incarnations: body, mind, personality, soul, if you like.

Thanks to the fact that you love yourself, you develop your material and financial condition as well. Many people who consider themselves highly spiritual neglect money and goods, considering it base and unworthy of themselves. Very often artists, poets, musicians behave this way. Why do I need all these material goods?

He denies the material part of the world and thus part of himself. Doesn't accept it, doesn't like it. Because unconsciously he feels that he is dependent on it.

By accepting this and developing financially, you become free from it. Then you become a whole person, then there is nothing to deny. Because everything is one and every part of the world and our life is beautiful.

Develop personally, spiritually, physically, financially, creatively, and then you will become a free and whole person!

Best wishes,

Spiritual growth is development and movement in all directions of our life. ©

Before we talk about the growth of the human spirit, let's remember what is the soul? But before that, let's look at your body.
How does the human body grow? We feed it, feed it with fruits, vegetables, protein and dairy foods, and gradually year after year, our body grows and we simply observe this process. We do not participate in the formation of our body, it grows according to a certain program that is embedded in our genes. And growth occurs in a clearly allocated time frame.
It is impossible for a person to remain in infancy for longer than prescribed by the program, or in adulthood. Of course, you can delay the withering time by coloring your hair, tightening your skin, and following your diet. But for this you need to make great efforts. And why are we doing this? For the sake of prolonging the family, to look beautiful? But age cannot be hidden. This is an illusion of our mind.
So, the body grows by itself, without our desire. But what about the soul?
The soul is our emotions, feelings, thoughts, will. How do they grow? And this process goes on when we feed our subtle body (feelings, thoughts, emotions, will) with intellectual food. This is what we read and watch. Art galleries, travel to different countries, news of the day, television programs, fiction of various kinds. These are our relationships with people, relatives, friends, with employees at work. Through relationships, you can see the level of development of the soul. It can be said that this is our culture of behavior in society, our knowledge of the world in which we live, our professionalism and teamwork.
In society, our subtle body is called the psyche, and such a science as psychology deals with it. Psychology monitors human behavior and gives recommendations on how best to use thoughts, emotions, will and feelings when communicating with people and with oneself. Suffering, something that brings us great discomfort, is a violation in the psyche, that is, in the thoughts, feelings and will of a person. Suffering is the indicator that constantly informs us about the wrong behavior and wrong nutrition of our subtle body. It is just like feeding the body with poisoned food and it will get sick and cause a lot of unpleasant sensations to a person, so feeding the psyche with thoughts and feelings poisoned by emotions, the subtle body becomes ill and the person falls into a state of stupor - depression and stress.
We will not go into now how to nourish the subtle body with the right food, what stages of growth it has, how it is possible to grow the soul body only to the level of a teenager and remain at this age forever, and not grow up to the period of wisdom, there is a lot of literature about this, our goal is the spiritual body of a person and its nutrition, so that our Spirit grows.
Spiritual body of a person. How do I know if I have a spiritual body or not? Each person has a place where the spiritual body is born. But not every person sows seeds in this place to activate the growth of the spiritual body.
What kind of seed should be placed in this place so that our spiritual body is activated for growth.
For a birth on planet earth, we need the womb of the mother and the activation of this womb by the masculine principle. And there is a process of growth. Similarly, the spiritual body must have a womb that activates the process of growth. The bosom of a person is the heart chakra, that is, an open heart, and the Lord God Himself activates the spirit.
The heart is closed when the will of a person belongs to him, and he controls his own heart. So the Lord Almighty provided for us, giving us the right to decide for ourselves what to do and how to live.
But as soon as we begin to understand that there is the One in the world who gave us all this life, and actively seek him, the process of preparing our heart for the activation of our spirit begins. A person opens the door to the bosom of the heart himself. In order for the seed of God the Father to be sown in our hearts, it is necessary to allow through the surrender of one's will, and hence the rule of one's life to the one whom you want to call your Heavenly Father.
The one to whom you completely entrust your life, as you once entrusted it to your earthly father, who activated you for life on earth.
It can be said that I did not choose my parents, but this is not so, in the wheel of samsara-rebirth, there is knowledge that we go to earth specifically to those parents whom we have consciously chosen, and which our souls need for progress and future life.
To choose your parents for a future life beyond the earth, you need to be awakened and aware of what you want in life? You can choose a holy person (Matrona, Xenia of Petersburg, Panteleimon, Seraphim of Sarov, Sergius of Radonezh ...) you can choose a famous person in the past, you can choose from the elements (the god of the Wind, the god of the Sun, the god of Water, a god from the pantheon of Greek or Slavic Gods). To whom we turn, he will answer our call
And usually, when we ask for something, then we will have to give it back with our energy. And this is the energy of our heart, the activation of which occurs by those to whom we give free will. Because requests are a sign that I, by my own will, cannot fulfill my desire. You (to whom I am addressing) fulfill it for me, and I will serve you for this, since gratitude is the return of energy from the bosom of the heart for the good deeds that the one to whom we addressed did to us.
You can open the bosom of the heart for Angels, these are Mother Mary, Archangel Michael, Archangel Gabriel, the Ascended Hosts. Help will surely come from those who are already on the subtle plane. They are higher than us in the rank of development and will definitely help and activate our bosom of the heart.
Will is what is most precious in our life. Will is the key that opens the door to the future for us. Free will and the right to choose - this privilege was awarded to us by God the Father himself. Will is our choice for a future life after death. Whatever we choose, we go there. To whom we give the keys to life (will is the key), he opens the bosom to us and activates us.
Categories good, bad do not work here. Everything is decided by the person himself, by the right given to him by the Creator himself.
But there is a small nuance here.
The spiritual body is activated only by the Creator himself. Since we can get into the spiritual world by having a body that grows under the control of God the Father himself.
We recognize the right to be our Father God, which means that, like small children, we must surrender to Him, by giving our will into his hands.
Not my will, but Yours. Everything that was for this moment, as it were, remains in the past and a new life begins. It's like you find yourself in another family, where there is your Father, your teachers, nannies, helpers. Now the whole sky is taking care of you. This is a new territory called the Kingdom of God. You find yourself in the children's room of God the Father himself. The main condition is to become a baby. The baby listens to his teacher Father in everything and does what He says. From this moment on, all your miscalculations (sins) are erased. The Lord enrolls you in the University of God, where training begins. And the nourishment of your Spirit begins with the information that the Heavenly Father himself gives.
Each person is individually trained at the University of God. An individual program is prepared for everyone. Therefore, there is no mass character in spiritual growth, only individually. The Lord gathers souls in classes of up to 12 people, gives information for everyone to make it easier to learn. But still, the work goes with each separately.
This is how the spiritual body grows from year to year.
Bodies do not grow in the church, but through personal contact between God and man. The beginning of everything is the second birth from God the Father. And then the Path of growth under the supervision of heavenly teachers.
For mankind of this period, God gave a teacher - Jesus. He entrusted to Him the souls of those whom He activated for spiritual growth. And Jesus, the Son of God the Father himself, is our teacher. For our growth, he individually chooses the bread of life. It can be information about the life of saints, about the life of celebrities, about the life of Lucifer, about the life of our ancestors. But this is only information for a short time for our understanding and acquisition of certain qualities. Everything that comes into life during the period of spiritual growth is all bread for the growth of our spirit.
The main thing is not to cling to these personalities, otherwise they will be torn off with pain. They won’t leave you, because you no longer belong to yourself, but they will tear you off and lead you further. After all, you no longer have your own will to make a decision. God the Creator, your heavenly Father, will decide everything for you.
Being born in the Spirit is like jumping from an airplane without a parachute.
Can you jump into nowhere, without guarantees and dividends, only by believing in God? So you can be born again. Only faith...and nothing else. When you lose yourself, you gain life again. If you save yourself, you will lose everything.

And then, after death, there is something to go to the Spiritual world - this is a spiritual body, raised with love by God the Father themselves.

After all, the spiritual body and the physical body remain on earth.

P.S.
Matthew 4:10.
Then Jesus says to him: get away from me,
Satan, for it is written: To the Lord thy God
worship and serve Him alone.

open 22:8, 9
“I am John, I have seen and heard this. When I heard and saw, I fell at the feet of the Angel, showing me this, to worship him; but he said to me: look, do not do this; for I am a fellow-servant with you and with your brethren the prophets, and with those who keep the words of this book; Bow down to God."

Act 10:25,26
As Peter entered, Cornelius met him and bowed,
fell at his feet.
But Peter lifted him up, saying, Arise;
I am also human.

Rev. 19:9, 10
9. And the angel said to me: Write: Blessed are those who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he said to me, These are the true words of God.
10. I fell at his feet to worship him; but he said to me: look, do not do this; I am a co-servant with you and your brothers who have the testimony of Jesus; worship God; for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy

Definitions of the term " spiritual growth You can find many and they will vary greatly. I intend to periodically blog about this topic, so there is a need to outline my vision of this area of self-improvement. I will try to describe what I mean by the word "spirituality" and how I imagine the process of spiritual growth.

Perhaps my position will differ sharply from many generally accepted and will change over time. Which is just for the best. In the meantime, I will state it as I understand it at the moment. Each person and him is a kind of life little experiment.

What is spiritual growth?

I don't think "growth" is the right word here. It means building up, improving something. But the spiritual perfection of a human being is not a state to be pursued. This is not something that needs to be acquired - but something that has been in us for a long time. It just needs to be seen in the depths of oneself. This perfection has always been and is our component, and only numerous layers of acquired beliefs and false beliefs prevent its realization. spiritual growth- this is destruction, cleaning up the unnecessary in order to see yourself as you really are.

We are born spiritually perfect. Enlightened. Over the years, under the influence of society and environment, we acquire limitations and destructive beliefs. The true nature of man is thereby greatly distorted. We are spontaneous and irrational, like life itself.

Only a child is capable of any act without a twinge of conscience, fear of failure and fears. Children are capable of expressing any emotion. There is no concept of "good" or "bad", "effective" or "ugly". The action is not done for the sake of profit, but for the game, for the whim, for the action itself. This state of permanent happiness is hidden deep within us, and spiritual growth is nothing but a path to it. ?

The loss of the ability to enjoy the people and things around you today is an essential attribute of growing up. In society, the constant degradation of the human soul is considered normal. Many people do things just to avoid being seen as failures. It is more important for people to seem than to be. Even those who have succeeded have done so on the run from failure. As a result, the work done does not feed them at all, but rather drains them emotionally.

I believe that it is impossible to form as a spiritual person without the following steps:

  • Awareness. Self-monitoring and Belief Adjustment
  • Finding responsibility and self-sufficiency
  • Spontaneity and the Creation of Transpersonal Values

Let's go through them briefly.

mindfulness

mindfulness is the ability to look at oneself in a detached way. Changing the prism of perception of the world: not through the filters of habits and beliefs, but from the outside, without the manifestation of automatic emotions. This allows you to see the world as it is and adjust your habits.

Mindfulness is a close and detached look deep into oneself. It is not common for people to do this, moreover, most of them are afraid of it and avoid it in every possible way, most often with the help of entertainment, drinking and food, TV, etc. For an unconscious person to be alone with himself is a real torment. Isn't that why the punishment cell in prisons is a terrible punishment for the majority of "lost souls". The prisoner can easily go crazy. Think about it "Most can't live with themselves." Is it worth talking about something more?

The more a person is unconscious, the more he does not control his actions. Remember the words of Jesus: “Forgive them, for they know not what they do”? They describe the essence of unconsciousness well and at the same time call for treating it without judgment.

As soon as a person begins to shift the focus on himself at least occasionally, this frightens him at first. Worried. Repels. But squeezing through these first "overlappings" will reveal what can inspire. Something deeper and more indestructible under the layers of habits, attitudes and masks that have been collected for so long and carefully, over the years of growing up. When light is shed through this piling up, it will become obvious that man has always been and is in perfect order.

Responsibility and self-sufficiency

These are signs of a mature person. - the inevitable result of a conscious life. When a person follows his true goals, and not imposed ones; interacts with the world not only to take, but also to give, - self-sufficiency necessarily comes. Together with the ability to choose how to act in a given situation, regardless of imposed beliefs, but based on the factors of rationality and one's desires. Self-sufficiency allows you to be truly the creator of your life. Not needy, loving the world and their surroundings. Creating real ones.

Responsibility- this is the acceptance of oneself as the cause of everything that happens in life, whether it be events or their experiences. Most tend to look for excuses outside: other people, circumstances, chance or imperfection of the world. This is life from the position of the victim, but not the responsibility.

Of course, many things happen independently of us, but we always free to choose how to experience them. Wiping away tears or blurring with joy. The reason for the differences in reactions to the same events is our beliefs. These are a kind of filters that give color to the experienced neutral events. And it is thanks to awareness that we can correct them. It is very entertaining to watch the world change while doing a spring cleaning in the pantry of your habits.

Spontaneity

Spontaneity- this is the ability to make decisions not on the basis of an analysis of the past and based on one's own formed beliefs. Our whole life is spontaneous. It makes no guarantees and puts up no walls. It has everything in equal proportions.

We try to convince ourselves that the integrity of the individual is the norm. And all our life we try to become such. In fact, this means having a certain set of life habits and patterns. Today, a person with firm life positions is a hostage: he is forced to defend them, look for confirmation of them outside, and react emotionally if they do not coincide with reality. Such a person, from the point of view of society, is most often successful; in terms of spiritual maturity - a prisoner.

It seems to me that there are two reasons for the misfortunes of mankind - the desire and the desire for constancy, not only in everyday life, but also emotionally. We just crave stability and comfort. The more the future seems vague, the more unbearable it is for us. It is preferable to suffer and be sure that changes will not come in the near future.

Stability is the absence of experiences and changes in life. The desire for stability is the desire for the state of the dead.

Pay attention to children: no restrictions, fears, thirst for perfection, rightness and praise. They treat life like a game, they set their own rules and limits. We, adults, still teach them to “live”: to be afraid, to be shy, to be reasonable, timid. From birth, a person is multifaceted and immense - this is something that society will never accept.

Spiritual Growth Is True Growing Up

So, spiritual growth- first of all, not the acquisition of skills, or the development of the positive aspects of the personality. This is a constant awareness of their masks, which have been collected, like an expensive collection from the moment of birth, in order to isolate themselves from what there is. And then their destruction or adjustment. Spiritual growth leads to true human maturity. Makes him an adult not only in years.

Spiritual maturity is not the number of hours spent in retreats. This is choice to be spontaneous and self-sufficient, for the most effective and joyful life. Here and now.

Great article! Especially this one - The desire for stability is the desire for the state of the dead. I have been noticing for a long time, as soon as you go “outside the circle”, such a sausage begins, and then it turns out that it was only good for you.
And also, yes, lately I often look at young children with a desire to learn, and maybe remember how it was ...

Without stability, no goals are achievable. Except enlightenment. ;))

Stability is one of the most important characteristics of a person, designed to fix the achieved levels of awareness, not to forget about them. Of course, in some cases, it can be harmful, but underestimating stability is nothing more than a lack of experience. I don't even know what could be more important. Without stability, a person dangles through life as you know what, without achieving anything ... Moreover, one should not confuse stability with immutability. You can grow steadily, you can live steadily in shit - in the first case, life changes, in the second it doesn't.

Actually, in my mind, stability is very close to responsibility. These two concepts are merging... And for children, here you are right, there is no stability or responsibility. There is energy because they are free. To free oneself - this is the task for an enslaved person.

Growing up. He used to be fed by his parents, now he has to feed himself. He is cut off from nature by the habits instilled by society, and the simplest and most obvious way out is to sell himself into slavery and work like parents.

Everything is decided by time. Free time. The average person has very little of this time. And the child has a lot - so he is cheerful, energetic, light. I tried not to work for a long time (2 years with short breaks) - childhood returns.

Perhaps, everyone living on earth strives for harmony with oneself and happiness. Some move away from civilization in search of themselves, while others are forced to spin in this ferris wheel, but spiritual growth is also subject to them. In principle, anyone can take a step towards it, but how?

But before answering this question, you need to understand what spiritual growth is in principle. To be honest, this term is not entirely accurate and represents a misunderstanding, but it is well established.

For many people, spiritual growth remains the search for an answer to the question, what is the meaning of a person’s life, for someone the answer will be to raise a child, and for someone to follow the law and the word of God, and what is it if not strengthening the human spirit.

Spirit - it already exists with us, as such, it does not need to be developed, it is perfect. However, we cannot fully see and feel it, as it is woven with a web of prejudice, speculation and lies. So, spiritual growth is the way in which we destroy this web and become aware of ourselves and the world around us.

Letting go of prejudices is sometimes difficult. We are used to living in a world of lies and deceit, so many things that we take at face value may turn out to be just an unnecessary piece of coal. But in the context of spiritual growth, you need to direct the truth in the direction of your personality and your ego.

You have no idea how many false judgments about yourself can develop in the subconscious of a person. However, if you do not accept things as they really are, you will not be able to develop further.

For example, I was convinced for a very long time that I could read any person like a book, just by looking at him. My judgments were often pretended to be real, thanks to my deduction. Although I usually only noticed it. However, as I got to know some people closer and closer, I realized that I was wrong in many ways. It turned out that a person is such a multifaceted creature, it is simply impossible to understand who he really is if you don’t get to know him well.

Can you imagine what would have happened if I had not realized then this simple thing? Surely I would still consider myself a kind of oracle who can read a person in a couple of seconds and would never be able to really get close to people.

If we don't understand why we don't love ourselves, we will never be able to understand. Even if we redo a bunch of exercises. Without understanding, it is impossible to achieve the result for real.

And there are whole hangars of such self-deceptions inside of us. But the more often we clean up in them, the stronger we will understand ourselves, and, consequently, the stronger our spirit will be. Knowing who we really are, it will be much easier to achieve happiness, right? I already talked about this on the "" page.

Personal and spiritual growth of a person strongly overlap. In modern language, they are synchronized. The more we understand ourselves, the more opportunities we have for self-development. By recognizing the fact that our memory is far from perfect, we can develop it (Post in the topic: ""). Realizing that we spend too much time on trifles, we can get rid of this bad habit.

The spiritual growth of a person is a continuous state. Yes, at some time you can do it especially intensely, for example, during meditation, but the search for answers occurs even when we do not even think about it. Remember how you, doing your usual business, suddenly realized some important fact. We may even wake up and our first thought will be - "I'm doing something wrong" or "what I'm doing is wrong."

Fundamentals of Spiritual Growth

Below you can read some helpful tips on how to get started. The basics of spiritual growth are what you should start with if you have just embarked on this path. However, some tips may come in handy even for experienced ones.

First of all, be aware of the fact that your spirit is the real you. Gain a desire to know who you really are. So to speak, implement this idea in yourself

Secondly, start thinking positively. Just remove all negative thoughts or replace them with good ones. In every minus there is a plus, right?

Thirdly, listen to your heart and do your business the way it tells you to. Let’s say that while you’re at work, you might come across some inspiring idea for a blog post. Stop for a moment and think about what your heart is telling you. In a situation like this, I'm willing to bet my heart would tell me to write down the idea and get on with my work rather than drop everything for a blog.

Fourth, enjoy what you have at the moment. Just imagine that you do not have all this as realistic as possible. Usually this exercise works.

Everyone needs this development today. We've gotten too caught up in being constantly manipulated. Less and less people experience real, genuine happiness.

What does the phrase "spiritual growth" mean to you?
Have you ever thought about this?
Do you associate this concept with religion or church?
And in general, is there, in your opinion, the difference between the Spirit and the soul?

Spiritual growth is when the Soul changes its energy potential - it transforms, approaches with its glow to the divine Light - to the Source!

Source, depletion are synonyms. Depletion means the opposite, reduction or loss of energy potential.

When does energy loss occur?

It would seem, at the moment of death. No. The death of the physical body occurs at the moment when the Soul leaves it. And she leaves with the potential that she has worked out (changed for the better), or maybe she has worked in her current life. With the same "baggage" she will come to the next incarnation. And so from life to life!

If we improve our energy potential, i.e. the quality of the Soul, therefore, we are moving upward along the evolutionary level of the universe. If, on the contrary, we worsen its qualities, i.e. we accumulate anger, envy, and other negative character traits, which means that we are moving down the step of the universe. And so, with the already existing "flaws", the Soul will incarnate until it gets rid of them. And it can be cleansed only by going through the experience of its incarnations, in a physical body, on planet Earth!

Now the tendency of the Creator is to bring life on Earth, according to his original, divine plan - the return of Paradise to Earth, where people will live enjoying, not suffering.

Therefore, those Souls that will not undergo transformation in favor of developing a positive potential will migrate to other planets for purification and experience (training), since they will not be able to exist in the new high energies of the Earth, they will simply burn out from the high frequency of vibration. And over polluted, in fact, defiled souls, will undergo recycling as intractable or "devilish", and will never again be able to experience life.

But you want to live, don't you? Truth! But for this you need to turn to face yourself, take care of yourself, and not fulfill or implement other people's principles and goals. "I live to rejoice and enjoy!"— this principle should be registered in every cell, both physical and subtle bodies.

How is it to enjoy?

To live in enjoyment does not mean to lead a carnal life of excesses and pleasures for the body. To live with pleasure, I would say, is to live with pleasure for the Soul! But for this, of course, it is necessary to be able to separate these concepts. You need to learn to hear your mind, and not a pragmatic and cunning mind, which is aimed at the momentary pleasure of the body.

The enjoyment of life can be achieved only when you live in the moment "here and now". To feel, to feel each of your actions, to be in it, to catch these moments that will never return. There may be better ones, but these and such will no longer be. Will the future come, but today is already there!

Do not spray yourself only on dreams of the future, they say, I will still live, but now somehow! I run, I do, I do everything automatically - just to do it, just to be in time. Who is it for? Who needs it? Why should I if I don't enjoy it?

As a result, we are all chasing money and material goods, and this is carnal pleasure, it is fleeting. He ate, slept, put on, showed himself - he seemed to be glad ... That's just the point, that it seems - would be !!!

Some live in the past: "There was life then, but now"… People with such thinking move away from reality and give their lacking energy to the past, not allowing themselves to live, rejoice, feel today.

How to live "here and now"

Let's learn together to live in the moment "here and now" and get real pleasure from it - from the fact that I woke up today and have the opportunity to contemplate, live, feel life. To see the diversity and colors of nature, life. To enjoy what I already have, what I have achieved: to use it all. The fact that I have the opportunity to live the way I want.

After all, we, each, manage our own life, and its quality is only our merit or contribution to it. After all, what I have today is the fruit of my thoughts and actions. Personally mine, not someone else's! If I succumbed or was tempted by someone's tips or interests, then this is my choice and only mine!

We increase the potential of the Soul

The moment "here and now" returns us to the Source, to our true, divine state. It is magnificent, and only in it you can feel, hear and enjoy yourself personally. At such moments, you feel timelessness - a true merger with nature, with the universe. You feel like " I am!". What "I really have!".

"I feel. I feel. I am a person!
I own myself. The world is in me. I am in nature.
I am the love. I am Happiness!
And in general — Happiness that I am!
I am a gift! Gift of the Universe! Gift of God!
God gave me this life, with all its charms and pleasures!
And I am in it!
We are one - the Universe, I, and my life!!!
So Joyful, so Happy, so unique!
And so it is, only now!
The way I perceive it now, feel it.
The way I love her, sing, approve (or not).
If I don’t feel it like that today, then I need to
take care of yourself immediately!
Work on yourself, on your inner state,
over the potential of your Soul."

And no matter what state it is in today, you can still fix it. Correct your vision of people and situations. Correct your attitude towards them. This must be done not for them, but for yourself!

"I live for myself, not for them!

They, each, have their own lives, and let them take care of themselves.

They gave me, my, destiny, with its lessons; and them theirs!

And we are given to each other only so that

experience together and teach each other the lessons of life."

How to grow spiritually

A man did meanness to you - understand why? Draw a conclusion and thank him for helping you get this awareness, and therefore helping your Soul evolve. People and situations don't stack up against us just like that - it's done for the good of us, for our evolution. And in no case do you need to take revenge, hate, turn on your entire arsenal of negative qualities - this will only de-evolve you, fall back and cross out the experience of possibly many lives that have been lived, and what has been gained there. Lives, with all their joys, worries, sorrows, inspirations, in which “I didn’t lose my head, I didn’t give in, but I remained myself”.

Work! Work on yourself!
Love yourself!
Be proud of yourself!
Surprise yourself and - develop!

This will come back to you a hundredfold and come back to haunt you with a good mood, satisfaction from what you are doing. Pleasure, true delight in what "I live now and have the opportunity, myself (a), to manage my life!"

"I rejoice! I live! I grow!
I am evolving!
This earns me a pass to eternal life,
irresistible, Rai-sku-yu!!!"

Are you growing spiritually or are you crawling down?
