The technology work program was compiled on the basis of the Exemplary Educational Program, in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education, approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated 06.10.2009. No. 373 and the author's program on technology Tsirulik N.A. The selected author's program was developed in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standards of the new generation.
The subject "Technology" in elementary school has a powerful developmental potential. Thanks to the subject-practical orientation of the course in the technology lessons, younger students develop a holistic process of spiritual, moral and intellectual development (including abstract thinking).

General characteristics of the subject.
The development of modern society requires the introduction of modern science-intensive technologies into all spheres of human activity, which contribute to a more complete disclosure and realization of the potential and personal competencies of a person. This trend requires the preparation of a new generation with a high technological culture, ready and able to transform and improve, based on the necessary scientific knowledge. Technological culture is defined as a transformative creative natural activity, including knowledge, skills, emotional and moral attitude to this type of activity and readiness to act taking into account responsibility for one's actions. At present, it is impossible to consider a graduate of a general education school prepared for modern life without getting acquainted with the basics and specific examples of modern technological processes that permeate the infrastructure of society, without instilling the foundations of a technological culture that is lacking in Russia's labor resources. An important role in solving these problems belongs to the educational field "Technology".

Primary technological education should be aimed at ensuring the “entry” of students into a technological culture, creating conditions for developing the ability to transform cultural values and traditions based on knowledge, as well as modern scientific knowledge. The most important feature of technology lessons in elementary school is an activity approach, which contributes to the formation of students not only ideas about the interaction between man and the world, the role of people's labor activity in the development of society, but also allows them to form their initial technological knowledge, the most important labor skills and abilities . Appropriate content and methodological content of the subject "Technology" contributes to the formation of universal educational activities of younger students. Technology lessons in a visual and accessible form allow you to develop the ability to set goals, plan, set and transform tasks, offer various solutions, evaluate results, and reflect.

Brief job description: Today, the absence in a number of schools of the necessary material base for studying the modules "Electrical Engineering" and "Radioelectronics" of the educational program "Technology", late acquaintance with the basics of electrical and radio engineering, the widest distribution of radio electronic devices in everyday life, conflicts with the child's natural desire to independently and safely operate and make simple repairs to household appliances. That is, today, objectively, school education, with all the variability of curricula and programs, is limited in the possibility of cognitive choice and choice of practical activities for children. The circle program provides for compensation for the absence or insufficient number of hours under the Technology program; acquaintance at an early stage with those topics of general education subjects that are related to electrical engineering; providing opportunities for creative development, self-determination and self-realization of students.
