Analysis of educational work. Students at risk

How to make an analysis of educational work? Any class teacher should not only draw up a plan of his work, but also evaluate the effectiveness of his work. We offer several options for evaluating the work of teachers.

Sample for school

To begin with, we present an analysis of the educational work of the school. The purpose of the activity is to create optimal conditions for the comprehensive development of the individual, for self-development and self-improvement of schoolchildren.

The analysis of educational work for the 1st half of the year was compiled on the basis of reports from class teachers working in an educational institution.

The activity of the school covers the full pedagogical process, combining educational knowledge, extracurricular excursion activities, various activities, and is aimed at solving the following tasks:

  • formation of civil and patriotic consciousness in children, spiritual and moral values of a full-fledged citizen of Russia;
  • improvement of health-improving work with schoolchildren and the formation of healthy lifestyle skills, improvement of communication skills and development of methods;
  • support for the creative activity of schoolchildren in various fields of activity, the activation of school self-government, the creation of optimal conditions for the creation of a school-wide team;
  • changing the system of family education, increasing the responsibility of parents for the education and upbringing of children.

Patriotic orientation

The analysis of educational work for the 1st half of the year included civil-patriotic education. The formation of the qualities of a patriot-citizen in the younger generation is an important component of the work of an educational institution. As part of the activities carried out in class groups, the children were systematically trained to fulfill their civic duty.

An analysis of the teaching and educational work showed that the teachers worked on instilling a sense of love for their country, small homeland, cultural and historical traditions.

The most significant event was the celebrations dedicated to the anniversary of the school. They united students and teachers, allowed to hold the holiday at the highest level.

An analysis of the educational work for the six months confirmed the excellent preparation and holding of the solemn line, which was dedicated to the holiday of September 1.

Also, as part of patriotic activities, a festive concert was organized for residents of the nearest microdistrict, which was dedicated to the Day of National Unity. Schoolchildren of grades 8-9 met with soldiers doing their duty in Afghanistan, talked with them about the difficulties of military service.

An analysis of the educational work of the class for the six months showed that the following actions were carried out at the parallel of 10 classes:

  • "Helping Hand", dedicated to the Day of the elderly.
  • "We are for a healthy lifestyle" as part of a decade of health.
  • "We hand over the GTO."

The plans are to continue work on creating conditions at school for the formation of correct life guidelines and moral values in the younger generation.

Moral and aesthetic direction

The analysis of educational work in the 1st half of the year includes activities aimed at developing schoolchildren's moral ideals and rules of behavior in society, developing moral principles, cultural values and needs, and forming the aesthetic (artistic) potential of the individual. Teachers organized and conducted events that allowed to reveal and develop the creative abilities of schoolchildren.

An analysis of educational work showed that certain activities were carried out as part of such activities:

  • For children in grades 5-11, the council of high school students organized the "Day of Self-Government".
  • Primary school teachers held a holiday "Dedication to first-graders".
  • Class teachers of grades 5-11 created an exhibition of family newspapers "Ah, summer ...".

With the involvement of a significant number of parents, the school held the event "Journey to the New Year" for children in grades 1-4.

Reading contests were also organized dedicated to Teacher's Day, City Day, New Year.

Class teachers of grades 5-11 organized the work of the school asset, which published 4 school newspapers in the first half of the year.

The high school students held a festive program “My dear person”.

An analysis of educational work showed that in the first half of the year, serious work continued on the improvement of the school.

The attendants regularly released lightning according to the results of the duty, noted all the emergencies that occurred at the school:

  • damage to property;
  • being late for lessons;
  • violations in the meal schedule in the dining room.

An analysis of educational work in the classroom showed that three meetings of the council for the prevention of delinquency with children who are at risk were held during the six months.

Sports and recreation work

The school pays special attention to physical education. It is based on the education of schoolchildren in the field of physical health, as well as the formation of a positive attitude towards a healthy lifestyle.

The analysis of educational work for the 1st grade showed that the introduction of the third hour of physical culture led to a decrease in the incidence in primary school children.

The activity was carried out within the framework of the school program "Health", which includes:

  • rational organization of educational activities: plan, schedule, extracurricular activities;
  • organization of recreational and physical culture activities;
  • educational work with schoolchildren, aimed at shaping the importance of a healthy lifestyle in the younger generation.

What else did the analysis of educational work show? Grade 1 for the 1st half of the year ate in an organized way, the process was followed by the parents of schoolchildren. No violations were identified.

To promote the rules of behavior on the roads for first-graders, the Young Pedestrians event was held, the purpose of which was to create a safe school route for kids.

Work in this direction will be continued in the second half of the year, it will be based on the preservation and strengthening of health, on the physical activity of children.

Ecological direction

An analysis of the educational work for the year showed that various activities were carried out in the educational institution, which are aimed at fostering a careful attitude to nature, the use of knowledge on the protection of the living world in everyday life.

Report on educational activities in the classroom

At the beginning of the report, the class teacher presents a brief description of the class. At the beginning of the year, there were 26 people in the 6th grade team: 15 boys, 11 girls. The class has excellent performance. As a result of the work carried out by the class teacher, teachers, parents, it was possible to achieve class attendance by all students, a timely and responsible approach to educational activities.

There is good discipline in the class, there are practically no interpersonal conflicts. The guys maintain friendly relations with each other, provide support and help to each other. There are no groupings in the team, 25 people are involved in sections and circles. Work for the current period was carried out in the following areas:

  • formation of patriotism and citizenship;
  • development of ethical consciousness and moral feelings;
  • education of a creative, conscious attitude to work, assistance in the conscious choice of a future profession;
  • environmental education, familiarity with the culture of a safe and healthy lifestyle;
  • education of social competence and moral responsibility.

The main forms of work: excursions, holidays, competitions, class hours, conversations, quizzes. In class groups, in addition to the teacher, parents of students took an active part in organizing creative events.

Preparation for the profession

To prepare children for choosing a profession, the class teacher organized and held several events:

  • class hours;
  • meetings with representatives of various professions;
  • creative quizzes from the cycle "World of Masters".

In his work, the teacher paid special attention to the basics of road safety. The program for traffic rules is designed for 8 hours. During this time, the teacher introduced the pupils to the rules of behavior on the road, a pedestrian crossing, and the features of choosing a safe school route. In addition to the class teacher, representatives of the road patrol service also took an active part in the classes on the rules of the road.

Self-knowledge

Throughout the first half of the year, discussions were held aimed at acquainting schoolchildren with the basics of morality. The class teacher worked closely with the child psychologist, which allowed him not only to acquaint students with the theoretical foundations of morality, but also to work out this material in various trainings.

For the cultural development of the children, together with the parents, the teacher organized an excursion and tourist program around the cities of the Golden Ring of Russia.

Working with parents

Interaction with parents became one of the directions in the work of the class teacher:

  • individual conversations;
  • visiting families;
  • holding parent meetings.

To seek mutual understanding with parents and legal representatives of schoolchildren, the teacher first conducted a survey aimed at finding a common language. After analyzing the class teacher, he compiled a work program for the year, the first part of it was successfully implemented in the first half of the year.

At parent-teacher meetings held in the 1st half of the year, the teacher did not talk about the poor academic performance of the children. Parents were given sheets with their children's grades, and the meeting itself was devoted to the adaptation of children at school after a long summer vacation.

The psychologist invited to this event told moms and dads about how to help children overcome their reluctance to learn.

Important Points

When analyzing educational activities, it is necessary to pay attention to certain aspects. Among the signs that are used in such activities, we highlight:

  • a clear and meaningful formulation of the purpose of educational activities;
  • setting tasks taking into account the characteristics of the class team;
  • building individual development trajectories for each member of the class (school) team;
  • an indication in the report of the methods and techniques used by the teacher to achieve the plan.

An analysis of the educational activities of any class teacher can be considered effective if the teacher identifies the main parts of the work, elements and stages, and determines the ways of interacting with other educational and leisure institutions.

The report should contain a description of each stage, the relationship between them, summarizing the intermediate results.

The teacher in the analysis pays attention to the conclusions and assessment of the quality of his work, the final result, their correlation with the tasks set.

Each educational institution develops certain forms (templates) that are filled in by class teachers.

In some schemes, it is first assumed in others, the analysis begins with the goals and objectives set by the class teacher in his work, in others, first the analysis of the fulfillment of the goals and objectives is carried out, then the activities carried out for the six months (year) in the class team (educational institution) are listed.

The choice of analysis structure depends on several conditions:

  • tasks and goals of the activity;
  • specifics of the form of educational work;
  • position of the class teacher and his pedagogical experience; he can act as a member of the administration, an organizer, an observer.

Conclusion

Before proceeding with the analysis procedure, it is important to know the result of the chosen form of work. It is not possible to establish it objectively in all situations. Some part of the information about the results of activities can be obtained from the participants of the event immediately after the end of the event by conducting a survey.

In addition, it is desirable to consider a collective analysis after the completion of certain cases in order to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the educational work of the class teacher.

System-structural analysis allows you to obtain objective information about the quality and content of extracurricular activities, the appropriateness of choosing certain activities.

In order for school teachers to master new educational technologies, methods, and techniques, it is advisable in the process of analysis to pay close attention to certain aspects, links, elements of ongoing educational activities.

In addition to a full report for the half-year (year), you can make analyzes of individual events.

In a favorable situation, the availability of free time, it is allowed to analyze the work immediately after competitions, conferences, holidays.

If this is not possible due to the fatigue of the participants in the event, then it is better to carry out the analysis after some time, for example, the next day.

All participants of the event are preparing for a collective analysis: teachers, participants, organizers. The teacher begins the preparation from the first stages of work on the planned case, thinks over questions for analysis, the time of its implementation.

As the preparation and conduct of a specific event, the teacher makes some adjustments, clarifies important points, monitors, analyzes the results.

for the year 201 4 – 201 5 academic year

Class teacher: Pridannikova E.V.

1. Analysis of the effectiveness of goal setting and planning of the educational process in the classroom.

Educational activity in grade 3 goes through all types and forms of school work. In 2014-2015 academic year year it was carried out within the framework of state policy in accordance with

    Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of October 06, 2009 No. 373, registered by the Ministry of Justice of Russia on December 22, 2009, reg. No. 17785 "On the approval and implementation of the federal state educational standard for primary general education";

    Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of December 28, 2010 No. 2106, registered by the Ministry of Justice of Russia on February 02, 2011, reg. No. 19676 "Federal requirements for educational institutions in terms of protecting the health of students, pupils";

    Decree of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation dated December 29, 2010 No. 189 Moscow “On approval of SanPiN 2.4.2821-10 “Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the conditions and organization of education in general education institutions.     the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child;

    The charter of the school MBOU "Larinskaya secondary school".

In order to develop the personality of students, pupils of the 3rd grade, a favorable emotional, psychological and moral atmosphere has been created. During the year, constant monitoring of the conditions for the education and health protection of students, the implementation of sanitary and hygienic standards, compliance with regime moments, organizing children's leisure, and the implementation of the calendar and thematic plan was carried out.

A positive trend has been the systematic holding of class hours:

1 week: SDA. Legal aspects;

Week 2: Healthy lifestyle;

3rd week: Red calendar dates;

Week 4: Organizing and final questions;

Week 5: Local history.

The educational system was focused on solving the following tasks:

    development of individual abilities of children;

    development of the cognitive interest of students, increasing their intellectual level through the introduction of new pedagogical technologies in the educational process, various forms of extracurricular activities;

    education of initiative and independence of students in the process of developing the system of school self-government;

    development of creative abilities of students;

    education of a person, a patriot of his village, country;

    education of a Russian who knows his rights and obligations;

    development of school traditions;

    improving the effectiveness of interaction with the family.

Ultimate goal : the formation of a harmoniously developed personality, able to adapt in modern society and focus on universal human values; gradual creation of conditions for the development of the personality of students.

Educational work in the 3rd grade was carried out by me according to the following

directions :

Health protection and promotion,

intellectual development,

Formation of spiritual and moral qualities,

environmental education,

Interaction: teacher-student-parent.

These directions correspond to the goal and objectives of education. The selected methods and means correspond to the age characteristics of students.

Each direction of educational work is implemented by me through a system of educational activities both within the school and outside it.

Preservation and promotion of children's health contributed to activities such as

-conversations:

- "Vaccinations "for" and "against";

- "Rules of conduct on the pond in the autumn";

- "Rules of conduct on the reservoir in the spring";

- class hours according to "traffic rules";

The priority direction in educational activities is civic-patriotic education . The main task of civic education is to develop in children a sense of belonging to the society in which they live, concern for the well-being of their country, civil and social responsibility, and a system of value orientations.

Were held Events :

Cool watch:

- "70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War";

Regional competition for the best knowledge of state symbols.

In perspective- further development and improvement of forms and methods of patriotic education; more active cooperation with war veterans, the development of military sports traditions, the formation of a system of knowledge and respect for the state symbols of Russia and the countryside.

The interaction of parents with the class teacher was systematically carried out in order to prevent delinquency, vigilance of children during their stay on the street.

Problem: all events of a patriotic orientation require adaptation, taking into account the psychophysical characteristics of children.

An important direction was cognitive activity , development of intellectual skills of students . This was facilitated by activities aimed at expanding the horizons, curiosity of schoolchildren, shaping the need for education and intellectual development.

Olympics:

EMU - 15 hours;

UTFO - 9 hours;

- School scientific and practical conference:

Kochneva E "Sol-Iletsk - the city of the sun and salt";

Holidays dedicated to the "red" dates of the calendar.

An important place was occupied labor education : socially useful work, self-service. The purpose of labor training was to accustom pupils to useful work from an early age. The problem of labor training as a means of shaping the personality of children was successfully resolved during all quarters.

third-graders did a lot to improve the classroom, the operation "Comfort" was carried out. Children were on duty in the dining room, cleaning tables, taking care of indoor plants.

2. Analysis of the development of the class team.

Sociometry

The indicator of group cohesion is average.

Leader: 1 student

Popular group members: 3 students

Unpopular group members: 2 students

Children are in contact with the society around them: classmates, subject teachers, librarian, school psychologist.

Children are positive, they learn to be kind to people, school, work, study, class, teachers. They respect the work of the teacher, learn to sympathize, worry about their comrades. Learn to help your classmates. Children love their parents and respect their work.

The socio-psychological microclimate in the classroom was different throughout the year. Sometimes conflicts arose between students, but they were not protracted and resolved quickly. Children learned to forgive and ask for forgiveness, to resolve issues not by force, but by word. For this, as a teacher, I had to talk a lot with children on ethical and moral topics. The children listened to me and my advice. But the work to unite the team will continue in the future. It is necessary to work on the formation of trusting and respectful relations between boys and girls, to fight against snitching and false friendship.

3. Analysis of the participation of students in the class at school.

The students of the class are 100% attending circles.

In the curriculum of the second generation standard, 5 hours are allocated for extracurricular activities. Thus, in the 3rd grade, education is built in three areas of extracurricular work: artistic and aesthetic, sports and recreation, scientific and educational.

Hours for extracurricular activities of students is one of the main advantages of the new standards. This is of great importance, as it increases the ability of the school to expand the educational services provided, creates opportunities for organizing individual work with students.

The mode of work in the 3rd grade is built according to the traditional scheme: 1 half of the day is given for homework with a break for breakfast and a dynamic pause; in the afternoon they visit circles.

Extracurricular work in the classroom is built on the involvement of teachers from our school (this is primarily a primary school teacher, a physical education teacher, a music teacher).

Circles are held according to the schedule approved by the school principal.

Circles in 3rd grade artistic and aesthetic directions "Chorus" (Bessmertnykh E.A. music teacher) and "Skilled Hands"(Head of primary school teacher).

Children love to participate in various drawing competitions.

Sports and recreation direction - OFP, "Rhythmic".

There is also a circle scientific and educational direction - "Young mathematician" (teacher Pridannikova E.V. - primary school teacher)

In addition, Fokin A. and Ryazanov M. attend the football section, Efimtseva D., Kochneva E. - a music school.

At the House of Culture with. Larino attend the circle:

Circle "Dance" - Komleva A., Vekshina A.

From the TsVR circle "Flower - seven-flower" head Rylina I. - Komleva A.,

Extracurricular activities have a significant educational impact on students: it contributes to the child's need for self-development; forms the child's readiness and habit for creative activity; increases the student's own self-esteem, his status in the eyes of peers, teachers, parents.

4. Bodies of self-government in the classroom.

In grade 3, since the beginning of the school year, self-government was organized at the level of individual stages:

Commander - Devyatkov A. (selected by secret ballot), Kochneva E. (assistant - having work experience).

Fizorg - Fokin A.

Educational - Kochneva E.

Library - Komleva Anastasia.

Editorial Board - Ekaterina Rybina.

Cultural - mass - Efimtseva D..

This self-government has proven itself well. Children try to cope with assignments: they learn to maintain a duty schedule, carry out raids to check textbooks, assist the teacher in preparing for class hours, take care of indoor plants. Certain leaders stood out among the students: Ryazanov M., Vekshina A., Komleva A. These children are distinguished by independence, good breeding, curiosity and interest.

5. Analysis of student development.

There are 17 students in the 3rd grade at the beginning of the school year, and 14 students at the end of the year.

At the end of the year, the level of upbringing in the class is 2.4 points. High level of upbringing among students: Kochneva E - 2.4, Komleva A. (Vekshina) - 2.3, Galimova A. - 2.3.

Most children in the class have such character traits as tact (Kochneva E, Vekshina A., Galimova A., Sidnenko O, Reshetnikova A.), modesty (Vekshina A., Galimova A, Rybina E.), politeness (Rybina E., Vekshina A., Galimova A.), kindness (Rybina E., Vekshina A., Galimova A.). However, there are children who are quick-tempered (Grishin S., Fokin A., Devyatkov A.), irritable (Grishin S.), indifferent to business (Kozlova A., Rybina E.). They are reluctant to participate in class activities, activities. I work with these guys, I talk with their parents.

I tried to find an assignment for them, to involve them in the cause, sometimes I succeeded, but there is still a lot of work to be done in this direction.

There are especially difficult students in the class. They are unorganized, scattered, inattentive (Shakirova T. and Kozlova A.). Individual work is carried out with them.

There are active students in the class. In the first quarter they took an active part in various creative competitions (Ryazanov M., Kochneva E., Shakirova T., Devyatkov A., Efimtseva D)

6. Analysis of the organization and effectiveness of the educational process in the classroom

Analyzing the effectiveness of educational work in the class as a whole, the level of development of the student team, relations in them, I note that the social activity of my pupils is not high enough. It is necessary to more actively involve students in the creative process through the formation of microgroups, business councils. Then the work in the classroom will arouse genuine interest among the pupils.

In addition, the most important conditions for organizing children's life in the classroom include the participation of schoolchildren in planning and analyzing cases, summing up. It is necessary to actively involve children in the analysis of the work done, the analysis of class affairs at the end of the quarter, half year, and the organization of events.

7. Analysis of the effectiveness of individual educational work

With students: Fokin A., Devyatkov A., Shakirova T., Zainulin M., Galimova A., the following work was carried out: individual conversations with their parents, involving them in social events of the school and class. Conversations on topics such as academic performance, appearance, behavior, crime prevention, health, absenteeism and lateness to classes.

Involvement of gifted children in the Olympiads "EMU", URFO.

8. Analysis of interaction with the teaching staff

Together with English teachers Melekhina I.N. and Grishakina I.V. issues of student performance and behavior were resolved, parents are notified weekly about progress in this subject through a diary.

Close cooperation with the school librarian, club workers, librarians of the rural library.

Korotovskoy A.V. and Voronina O.A. was organized:

Drawing competition on the theme “Here she is, what kind of mother is dear”;

Drawing competition on the theme "Spring - a freckle";

Competition program "Day of laughter";

Drawing competition on the theme "They fought for the Motherland";

Contest of models of military equipment;

Carnival event.

Also, a medical worker came to the class (professional vaccinations were made), filled out a health sheet in the class journal.

9. Analysis of pedagogical interaction with families of students and with parental assets.

The success of the educational process largely depended on the existing relationships between teachers, students and parents. The main forms of work with parents are family visits, telephone conversations about children, parent school and class meetings, the Prevention Council.

During the year, 2 school-wide meetings, 4 class meetings were held.

Joint holidays in elementary school, subbotniks, individual conversations with a psychologist, excursions, and questioning have become fundamental in the system of educational work and indispensable in the life of the class team. Involved parents in joint creative activities, projects, competitions, over the summer period, the classroom was renovated;

Prepared windows for the winter period;

Daily monitoring of attendance;

Close connection with subject teachers and parents of the conversation "Mode of the day", "SDA".

Attendance at parent-teacher meetings averages 90%.

Parents easily make contact. Parents are friendly, positive, interested in the successful education and upbringing of their children.

Findings:

1. I believe that the goals and objectives set have been achieved. The choice of forms and methods of education is effective. It is advisable to continue the implementation of the tasks set in the new academic year.

2. In the new academic year, continue work on team building, involve inactive students in joint activities.

3. Continue cooperation with subject teachers.

4. Encourage active families of students, exchange experiences on education.

5. To develop the creative potential of students.

6. To form an active life position among students and parents by personal example.

Analysis, planning, organization and diagnostics of educational work in the classroom.

Time is changing rapidly, society is changing and relations between

people. And in the modern school, the role of the class teacher remains unchanged. He not only leads, directs, but also educates.

Education is a great thing: it decides the fate of a person. These well-known words not only do not lose their relevance, but acquire even greater significance. What is upbringing? In my pedagogical activity, I proceed from several definitions of education:

Education is a process of purposeful management of personal development, based on the effective interaction of educators and pupils, aimed at achieving the goal.

Education is an art, the art of touching a child, which helps, stimulates his self-change, self-

improvement.

In order for the upbringing process to be successful, painless for the child, such an atmosphere must be created around him where the child will be as good and comfortable as in a family where he is loved, appreciated, where he will be taken care of so much that he will become interesting to himself and others. It is necessary to make every effort so that the child, stepping over the threshold of the school, feels that they are waiting for him at school. In creating such an atmosphere, the class teacher plays one of the main roles.

My task as a class teacher is to pay attention to the smallest features of the personality of each child and respect its most insignificant manifestations in order to support, convince a growing person of the value, usefulness and need to develop his individuality. All this enhances the role of analysis, planning, organization and diagnostics of educational work.

Planning as a function occupies an important place in the managerial activities of the class teacher. The class teacher's plan can be of any form (for a year, for half a year or for an academic quarter), according to how interesting life is in the class, the student judges the life of the whole school, so the plan must be developed teacher only together with pupils. I think planning should start at the top. First, the main activities of the school, where the class is required to participate, and then activities at the class level. At the same time, the plan should be open, i.e. respond to events, conflicts, possibly emergency situations that happened in the classroom during the school year. Each class teacher creates his own system of educational work.

The choice of one or another version of the plan largely depends on the traditions of planning and organization of educational activities that have developed in the teaching staff, on the personal pedagogical experience of the class teacher. It is recommended to draw up a plan from the following sections:

1. Analysis of educational work over the past year.

2. Goals and objectives of educational activities.

3. The main directions and affairs of the class team.

4. Individual work with students.

5. Working with parents.

6. Studying the state and effectiveness of the educational process in the classroom.

Analysis of educational work - this is not a statement: something was done, something was not done in time.

The analysis of educational work is

Identification of high and low, positive and negative results of educational work, as well as the reasons that led to success or failure;

This is the definition of ways to develop success or ways to overcome shortcomings in work.

Especially productive are the results of diagnostics, monitoring and analysis of their own activities, which allows the class teacher to take further steps in their educational practice.

Then, based on the analysis of all areas of educational work, goals and objectives for the coming year are determined, a list of necessary measures is planned. I offer two types of exemplary analysis programs.

Goals and objectives of educational activities - this is the name of the second section of the plan. It reflects the targets of the educational process.

Targets should be:

Aimed at the development of the child's personality, the formation of his intellectual, moral, communicative, aesthetic and physical potentials, at the mastery by students of a holistic system of knowledge about the world around them, practical skills, ways of creative activity, techniques and methods of self-knowledge and self-development;

Conjugate with the interests and values of members of the class community, the social order of the state and society, the characteristics of the class team and the conditions of its life;

Are provided with the necessary resources to achieve them;

Specific, clear and articulate;

Diagnostic.

Along with the goal, the work plan formulates tasks that can be considered as sub-goals or as constituent components of the goal. For example, the class teacher, as the main guideline of the educational system of the class, chose the goal - the formation of a creative personality of students with an intellectual, ethical and communicative culture. And for its implementation, he defined the following tasks:

1) create the necessary conditions for the manifestation of the creative individuality of each student;

2) contribute to the formation of the foundations of a culture of communication and building interpersonal relationships;

3) to develop the cognitive activity of students;

4) to promote the formation of the moral position of schoolchildren.

The main directions and activities of the class team - this is how the third section of the plan can be called. Here the teacher is trying to determine the leading directions, forms and methods of organizing the life of the class team.

Who starts the first steps as a class teacher can use exemplary planning in their work. (Class leader No. 2 2005, No. 4 2006 Megarif No. 8, No.

The study of the state and effectiveness of the educational process in the classroom.

In order to carry out educational work, the class teacher must know the students well, monitor their development, and see problems in their upbringing. He must study the child himself, his family, his environment, the class. Science offers a large arsenal of diagnostic methods. The most acceptable for practical use are:

Observation most accessible to the teacher and gives a lot of information about the students, however, professional observation must be methodologically competent. Observation consists in collecting, describing facts, cases, and behavioral characteristics of students. The technique requires that the goal and object of observation be singled out - which qualities and features they want to study (at the same time there should be few of them). It is required to plan the timing of observation, determine the time and methods of recording, fixing the results. It is recommended to keep a diary of the class teacher, where each student will have a place for notes as they are observed. Observation makes it possible to see the student in natural conditions, which is valuable. But only external manifestations of behavior are available to this method; it is impossible to judge the motives of actions by it.
Questionnaire and other survey methods can provide different data about the personal qualities, values, attitudes, motives of the students. According to the form of the questionnaire, there are open (a free answer is formulated by the student) and closed (you need to choose among the proposed answers). Compiling a questionnaire is not an easy task and requires determining the composition of the qualities, the information that the teacher wants to receive. Then you need to put unambiguously understandable and understandable questions, which should not be very many, etc. The questionnaire allows you to collect quickly and a lot of information and easily process them, but the answers may not always be complete, accurate, sincere.

Conversation, a more flexible polling method, can be standardized and free. In the first case, pre-formulated questions are asked in sequence, which is easier to process. Free conversation allows you to vary questions in order to obtain more accurate, detailed information, but requires a certain skill. It is better to put indirect questions and specific ones, to which you can get detailed answers, you need to create a trusting environment, etc.
Projective technique.

These should include: the methodology of an unfinished sentence, story, history; interpretation of any event, situation; drawing or adding a picture, acting out a situation.
Here are some examples. Finish with a few phrases: Sunday came, and the whole family, as usual, was busy ... (The student usually writes what happens in his family). Act out the scene: The child came home from school, his mother gives him lunch and asks ... The principle of projection of personality in the situation is also used in indirect questions of questionnaires and questionnaires, for example: Over the past week, I was pleased ... I always wonder when in class .. .

Any diagnosing must observe the following rules.

Rules of professional ethics when conducting

pedagogical diagnostics.

    The class teacher, before questioning the children, needs to prepare them for this, create a sincere, trusting atmosphere. An outsider - a psychologist, deputy director - needs to coordinate the survey procedure with the class teacher, having previously familiarized him with the nature of the questions. By inviting students to answer questions honestly and sincerely, you need to reassure them that they will not be harassed for answering honestly. Questionnaires should most often be made anonymous (but children should be left with the right to put their signature, because this is also a test of courage and courage for the child himself). The counting of opinions should be honest, objective, take into account typical answers and judgments. The results must be brought not only to the attention of teachers, but also to the students themselves (with their consent), who should be informed about the conclusions that the pedagogical team has made for themselves - any survey should serve to strengthen the relationship between educators and pupils. After discussing the results of the survey, all measures should be taken so that not one of the teachers in any way (especially in public) reproaches the children, does not stoop to threats. You should not disclose the information received from the questionnaires, which may worsen the psychological state of the student or his position in the class (family). When talking with the student individually based on the results of the questionnaire, one should emphasize and rely on his strengths, mobilizing the pupil to combat his weaknesses. At the same time, it is necessary to give specific recommendations, suggest ways and methods of working on oneself. The conclusions drawn from the questionnaires must be verified and supplemented by pedagogical observations of the child's behavior, as well as by studying the opinions of other teachers and parents. The information received about the child should be taken into account when organizing lessons, extracurricular and extracurricular activities, and additional education for children.

Planning is a creative matter, so the class teacher has the right to choose his own version, which is most consistent with his pedagogical views.

In conclusion, I would like to quote the words of the great Avicenna: “A teacher is a sacrificial profession, this is a person who is able to descend from the heights of his knowledge to the student’s ignorance and make the ascent together with him”

Analysis of educational work for the 2015-2016 academic year

class teacher 6a class

In the class at the beginning of the year - 18 students, at the end of the year - 18 students, of which - 11 girls and 7 boys.

1. Analysis of the effectiveness of goal-setting and planning of the educational process in the classroom in the past year.

At the beginning of the last academic year, the following educational tasks were set:

to develop the student's ability to realize and change the world around him, himself, relationships with other people, to realize his "I" through purposeful creative activity;

to form the desire to take their own, independent position in life;

to form a balance between independence in decision-making, initiative in business and the need to reckon with the opinion of the team;

rally the team of 6th grade;

to cultivate the ability to live in a team, to reckon with all its members, showing their individuality;

to involve as many students as possible in sports sections and art and aesthetic circles;

to intensify work on the development of student self-government in the classroom;

contribute to the education of civil-patriotic qualities;

educate a socially adapted personality.

Educational tasks set at the beginning of the school year are appropriate, as they contribute to the education of a comprehensively developed personality. The main directions, methods and means of pedagogical influence corresponded to the age and psychological characteristics of younger adolescents.

Over the past year, there have been25 thematic class hours according to the plan of the class teacher. Class hours were of different themes and were aimed at the development of the child's personality. So, the class teacher held classes: “Appearance is the key to success”, “Modern etiquette”, “I choose life”, “Caution! Internet!”, “Attention Road”, “The Biggest Lesson”, “Mother's Day”, “Constitution Day of Russia”, “Partnership and Friendship”, “National Unity Day”, “Virtual Life and Real Life”, “Siege of Leningrad” , “On the dangers of smoking”, “Delete antibiotics from the menu”, “Withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan”, “On the 100th anniversary of Maresyev”, “Space is us. Gagarin's Lesson", "Chernobyl. 30 Years of Tragedy”, “71 Years of Victory”, “Remembering the Days of War”, “Defender of the Fatherland Day”, “What is gambling?”, “International Women's Day”, “On relationships in the classroom”, “So the year has arrived”.

In addition, the class teacher conducted conversations on the rules of the road and the safety of children. Carried outTB instruction. At the end of each week, the diaries were checked, at the end of the quarter marks were put in the students' diaries, and at the beginning of the new quarter, the signature of the parents for the quarter marks was controlled.

I consider the tasks set for the team in the 2015-2016 academic year completed.

Class students have intellectual potential. At the end of the year2 people graduated from the academic year with "5", 8 people on "4" and "5",1 a person with one "3". The percentage of knowledge quality is equal to86 %. This is almost the same as last year, especially since new subjects have appeared: geography, biology. In the past year, the motivational sphere of schoolchildren has changed. There was a change in the motives for learning, a desire to participate not only in the classroom, but also in extracurricular and extracurricular activities.

It should be noted that the students of the class have not yet formed the need to engage in self-education and self-development. The guys are not able to analyze their own actions and formulate their motivation. They react to criticism from the outside, but the advice and comments of others are mostly taken superficially. I consider it necessary to organize work in this direction. In the socio-cultural development, students have undergone changes: the level of upbringing, the culture of communication among classmates and with adults has increased; improved legal culture.

In the 2015-2016 academic year, there was 100% coverage of students with hot meals (10 people ate for free).

3. Analysis of the dynamics of the social situation in the development of students.

Students of the class are actively in contact with the society around them: students of the school, teachers. Children have formed value orientations, they have a positive attitude towards people, work, study, school, class, teachers. There has been a change in the circle of the most significant people, i.e. the reference environment of the students in the class. Parents continue to occupy an important place in their lives, but communication with classmates and peers is becoming more significant and important for decision making. The classroom community plays an important role in the social development of schoolchildren, in the formation of their personal qualities, creative, intellectual, physical, organizational and other abilities and talents.

13 people are engaged in circles and sections (in school - 3, out of school 11).

Each student is included in the general affairs of the class: (directions)

Sports, labor sector, decorator…

The distribution of instructions, at this stage, is handled by the teacher, but the activity of children is present in the distribution of duties (50%).

Orders for children are distributed for a period of a year.

The socio-psychological microclimate in the classroom changed throughout the year. Children have become more tolerant of each other, help and communicate with the whole class. By the end of the year, friendly relations among all students were established in the class. The class functions as a whole. The relationship between boys and girls is equal and trusting. I believe that the level of cohesion of the classroom team has increased significantly over the past year. Each student in the class has a collective assignment, which he successfully copes with. The class asset is working, which involves the entire team in extracurricular and extracurricular activities. The cause of team building was facilitated by holding various events, conversations, games, celebrating the birthdays of classmates.

At the beginning of the school year, the class teacher led the work, handed out assignments and assignments. Then the children began to coordinate their actions themselves: rehearsing events, cleaning the school grounds, writing scripts for events, etc.

4. Analysis of the development of the class team.

The socio-psychological microclimate in the classroom is favorable. Almost all students show tact, courtesy, attention and respect for each other. Respect for teachers and the school dominates, and at the same time, students in the class are very demanding and critical, they ask a lot of questions, and often give peremptory characteristics. One student in the class is characterized by high self-esteem.

Most students are included in collective relationships and collective creative activity. However, sixth-graders lack responsibility and independence, active participation in self-government.

5. Working with parents:

During the past academic year:

Parent meetings - 4

Meetings of the parent committee - 1

Individual conversations with parents - 12

If last academic year the parents of Brilliantova Kristina and Maslyakova Veronika never attended parent meetings, this academic year parents were more responsible for the education of their children.

Parents were interested in the following series of questions:

Children's progress

Children's nutrition

Dealing with behavior problems

Preparing homework

Relationships in the classroom with teachers

School uniform

Parents of children in the class are active, respond to the requests of the class teacher. The advice is received positively. The Parents' Committee tries to create favorable conditions for the life of children in society: it assists in the preparation of events, solves organizational issues. Joint activities carried out with children and parents: class design, improving the performance of children.There are no "problem" families in the class that require special attention from school teachers.

The successful result of educational work in the classroom was facilitated by:

Smart scheduling

The use of optimal forms and methods of educational work (class hours, conversations, lessons of courage, KTD, project activities, lessons of ethics and culture of behavior, etc.)

Availability of necessary conditions for educational work (classroom and necessary premises, assistance of teachers and parents)

Methodological support of the work of the class teacher

100% coverage of class children with a variety of extracurricular activities through circles and a variety of educational activities at the class and school levels.

Participation of the majority of parents in the life of the class

The work of student self-government in the classroom

Fruitful cooperation with the class team of grade 7b

Collaboration with teachers in the preparation and conduct of individual events.

Collaboration with teachers working in the classroom.

Individual work with students and their parents.

But along with certain achievements in educational work in the classroom, there are the following shortcomings:

Some signs of the development of the classroom team (self-management, discipline and mutual exactingness) and the level of upbringing of students (attitude towards learning, moral qualities) are still weak;

There is no initiative and independence in terms of the volume and execution of orders. Some students wait for direct instructions;

Based on the foregoing, it is advisable to formulate the following goals and objectives of educational work for the new 2016-2017 academic year:

Target:

creation of conditions for self-development and self-realization of the personality of the student, his successful socialization in society.

Tasks:

Collective level:

Continue to develop friendly relations in the team, relationships of care, mutual assistance and mutual support;

Through the organization of KTD, through the activities of micro-collectives, to show the significance of norms, rules, traditions in the life of the class team, in the life of the family, in the life of the native land;

To continue to form students' understanding of the basics of self-education and self-development.

Group level:

Organize a variety of creative, personal and socially significant activities of micro-collectives in the classroom, school;

To teach to conduct discussions on the role of norms and rules in human life and society;

To develop the ability of micro-collectives to organize their activities to participate in collectively creative affairs and collectively public affairs, to develop algorithms for the execution of instructions;

Develop the ability to work in a team, team, solve creative abilities;

Contribute to the assimilation of the rules of discussion, discussion, disputes.

Individual level:

Continue work to improve individual healthy lifestyle programs;

To intensify the participation of each student in the KTD, in the execution of assignments;

Explain the importance for each person to tame oneself to order, organization, live by the rules;

Develop a culture of communication.
