In Moscow, the early period of the unified state exam in 2018 continues. On March 30, over 2,700 participants passed the math exams. Of these, almost 1,500 people passed the basic level of mathematics and more than 1,200 - profile.

Successful completion of the basic level exam allows you to obtain a school leaving certificate, as well as apply to those universities where mathematics is not in the list of entrance tests. The profile exam must be passed for admission to universities in the specialty, where mathematics is one of the entrance exams.
“2763 people took part in the Unified State Examination in mathematics, of which 1484 participants took the basic level exam and 1279 - the profile one,” said Andrey Postulgin, head of the regional information processing center in Moscow.
Examination work in mathematics of the basic level includes 20 tasks, 3 hours (180 minutes) are allotted for its completion. The examination paper of the profile level consists of two parts, including 19 tasks. The profile exam lasts 3 hours 55 minutes (235 minutes). All tasks in the control and measuring materials were without a test part and required a short or detailed answer.
The established minimum score for profile-level mathematics is 27 points. The USE in mathematics at the basic level is assessed on a five-point scale; to successfully pass the exam, it is enough to score three points.
The exam was held at 19 examination points. All points were video monitored online and the technology was used to print a complete set of examination materials in the classrooms and scan the work of participants in the PES headquarters.
“To ensure control over compliance with the procedure for conducting the exam, 54 public observers accredited by the Department of Education of the city of Moscow were appointed to the exam,” Andrey Postulgin said.
This year's graduates will be able to find out the results of the Unified State Examination at their schools, and graduates of previous years - at the places of registration at the following addresses:

The service has an automatic reminder function to take a break. During the execution of tasks, time control is maintained.
