  • first conclude a contract with a future employer, negotiate the terms of cooperation, then get a budgetary place at a university on favorable terms and start training (in this case, the future specialist undertakes to work with the employer for a certain period of time in order to recoup his education).

How to apply for uplift payments to young professionals

In order to receive lift payments, graduates of medical and pedagogical universities must follow the scheme below:

  1. Finish education, receive a diploma on completion of studies and passing the final certification, sign the first employment contract with the employer within the first 12 months after graduation from the university.
