But technologies are developing rapidly and even now we can take machine translation of languages unpopular from a commercial point of view.

The Armenian language is considered one of the oldest among the Indo-European languages. It has been influenced by many different historical events over the long centuries and, of course, by various other languages. Conventionally, the Armenian language can be divided into three historical eras: ancient Armenian, middle Armenian and modern Armenian. Each era of Armenian has its own linguistic features, without knowledge of which it is impossible to perform even the simplest translation.
Modern online translators of Armenian will not yet be able to fully take into account the linguistic features of all the historical stages of this language. They are more focused on the modern version of Armenian and are suitable for translating simple Armenian texts. Of course, you have the opportunity to try to translate Old Armenian with the help of an online translator, but in order to adapt and understand the result of the translation, you still need some knowledge in the field of linguistics and the history of this language.

The population of this country is 98% ethnic Armenians, so we can assume that all three million citizens are native speakers of the national language. At least 3.5 million Armenians still live outside of Armenia. The difficult history of this people for many centuries forced the Armenians to leave their homeland and settle in different countries. Today, millions of Armenian diasporas live in and, 250 thousand representatives of this nationality settled in, a little less - in, there are Armenians in, and many other countries. Armenians, whose several generations were born outside of Armenia, continue to identify themselves as part of this people, maintain family ties, and communicate in their native language.
History of the Armenian language
Assigned to the Indo-European group of languages, the Armenian language is recognized as one of the oldest scripts in the world. The history of the modern Armenian alphabet dates back to 406, the name of the creator is known - Mesrop Mashtots. There are two versions of the language: western and eastern, in Armenia they use eastern (ashkharabar).
Scientists attribute the origin of the Armenian language to the 7th century BC. The prehistoric basis of the language is considered to be the cuneiform of the ancient people of Urartu, who inhabited the territory of Armenia. As a result of the migration of the Thracians and Phrygians, the invasion of the Cimmerians and the assimilation of the Armenians, there was a gradual layering of the languages of the Indo-European group. The mixture of languages has modified the vocabulary and grammar of the ancient.
Separate words that have passed from the period before the 5th century AD denote proper names. But since the fifth century, when the alphabet of Mesrop Mashtots appeared, one can trace the evolution of the ancient literary language of Armenians. The integrity and formality of this language clearly testifies to the civilization of the people.
Christianity came to Armenia very early - in the first century AD. Together with the literary language, which was processed and formed by the clergy, oral folk speech actively functioned. The development of trade relations, an increase in the number of urban residents, the introduction of a state system according to the European type led to the fact that by the XIV century, folk speech was introduced into writing. Apparently, many Armenians already knew how to read and write, since literature intended for a wide range has been preserved - poetry, literature on medicine, jurisprudence and agriculture.
Since the nineteenth century, the Armenian language has been noticeably divided into Western (Turkish) and Eastern (Russian) branches, which is explained by the influence of the colonizing countries. Armenians living in Armenia and Iran speak “Eastern”, this language is used in science, education, and fiction. The speakers of the Western version of the language were people from the areas currently occupied by Turkey. The language is widespread among Armenians living in the USA, Europe, Lebanon, Syria, etc. There is literature written in Western Armenian, this language is taught in national educational institutions on the territory of many states. However, this branch of the language is not developed enough to be used in many areas of science.
Centuries-old Persian domination introduced many words of this origin into the Armenian language. Along with Christianity, Greek and Syriac words came into the language. A large proportion of Turkish words entered the dictionary during the years of the Ottoman Empire. With the Crusades, the Armenian vocabulary was enriched with French vocabulary. Numerous borrowings diversified the vocabulary of the language, which still retained its originality.
Writing
There are 39 letters in the modern language, the outline of which has changed significantly over the centuries. The once angular letters became rounder over time and more adapted to cursive writing. Linguists believe that the basis of ancient Armenian writing goes back to Semitic writing, which was used long before the creation of the new Mashtots alphabet, which restored ancient traditions. The Armenian alphabet is considered by researchers to be among the most perfect. The oldest monument of Armenian writing is the translation of the Bible into classical Armenian, which existed until the 19th century.
- The author of a textbook on arithmetic, compiled in the 6th century, was the Armenian mathematician David the Invincible. This is the oldest of all problem books in the world. One copy of the book is stored in the Yerevan repository of manuscripts - Matenadaran.
- In Armenian, the Bible is called "Astvatsashunch", which translates as "The Breath of God". This is the only title in the world of the oldest book that mentions God.
- The Armenian Church annually celebrates the day of the Cathedral of the Holy Translators. So the church pays tribute to their merits in the formation of national identity.
- The sentence “The bright rays of the sun illuminate everything around” is transmitted in Armenian in one word, consisting of 35 letters.
We guarantee acceptable quality, as the texts are translated directly, without the use of a buffer language, using the technology
