Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) information Your mobile device is a radio transmitter and receiver. This device does not exceed the RF exposure limits recommended by international standards. These guidelines were developed by the independent research organization ICNIRP and contain acceptable safety margins designed to ensure the protection of all persons, regardless of age or health condition. The guidelines use a unit of measure called the SAR. For information on the SAR value for this device, you can look at the site. 19 14. Information on measures to be taken in case of detection of a malfunction of a technical device What should I do if the operating time of the device does not match the operating time declared by the manufacturer? A smartphone is a complex electronic device that combines the functions of a pocket computer and a cell phone. Your smartphone consumes a lot of power to operate these features. The main amount of energy is spent on the operation of the display module and the GSM transceiver path. The display brightness is set automatically to maximum in very bright light (sunny day) or set manually by the user. Maximum brightness consumes maximum power. During GSM operation and with stable and stable reception, the device consumes a minimum amount of energy to maintain communication. If the network signal is unstable and weak, the machine needs more power to maintain communication. In the case of "Network Search" in the area with no network, the unit consumes the maximum amount of power that is spent searching for the nearest base stations. To reduce the power consumption of the phone, you need to: 1) Disable GPS if this function is not required at the moment. 2) Turn off the mobile Internet, if this function is not required at the moment 3) Turn off or remove unnecessary unused applications, because. they consume the internal resources of the device. What should I do if the phone freezes, does not turn on or reboots? Most of the time, the reason for rebooting or freezing is third-party software or programs. 1) Initially, we recommend that you restore the factory default settings (previously saving the information you need). If the phone turns on, select the function "factory reset 18

20 settings" in the device menu. If the device does not turn on, turn on the device in "Recovery mode" and select "wipe data / factory reset". The way to turn it on in "Recovery mode" is described below in "How to enter Recovery mode ?". 2) If the factory reset does not help, please update the software. See "How to update the software?" for methods of updating the software. 3) If updating the software does not help, please contact your nearest ZTE Authorized Service Center. How We provide you with different ways to update the software, namely: update using a memory card or update "over the air". To update the "over the air" you need to connect to the Internet via Wi-Fi or GSM connections and check for updates in the settings What to do if you forget your password or pattern to unlock the screen? th key or digital password to unlock the screen, you need to carry out the reset procedure to factory settings: 1) Turn on the device in "Recovery mode" and select "wipe data / factory reset". 2) If the procedure fails, please contact a ZTE Authorized Service Center. How to enter recovery mode? In the off state, hold down the volume button (increase +) and the power button at the same time. For all other questions, please contact support or an authorized service center. Support telephone number, addresses of authorized service centers, as well as additional information can be found on the website: Representative office of the manufacturer in the Russian Federation: 19

What should I do if the operating time of the device does not match the operating time declared by the manufacturer?

A smartphone is a complex electronic device that includes the functions of a PDA and a cell phone and consumes a large amount of power to operate these functions. The main amount of energy is spent on the operation of the display module and the GSM transceiver path. Display brightness is automatically set to maximum in very bright environments (sunny day) or set manually by the user. Maximum brightness consumes maximum power. During GSM operation and with stable and stable reception "at the maximum", the device consumes the minimum amount of energy to maintain communication. If the network signal is unstable and weak, the machine needs more power to maintain communication.
