Through the centuries, through the years -

Remember!

In Russia, the defenders of the Fatherland have always been honored and respected. From the time of Russian epic heroes to the present day, men have been entrusted with a great responsibility - the protection of the weak and oppressed, the defense of the Motherland.

Our defenders with honor passed the test of courage, steadfastness and loyalty to the Motherland during the Great Patriotic War. What force helped our people to endure? Motherland, Home, Great love for the fatherland. She helped stop, turn back the Nazis, win.

Afghanistan ... In December 1979, the word “Afghanistan” entered the minds of the Soviet people, perhaps remaining unnoticed by someone, but only until the first planes returned with “cargo - 200” on board, and the heads of mothers turned gray under mourning shawls. Afghanistan... Nightmare... Such words can often be heard from those affected by this problem. How much has been experienced during this time - bitterness, pain, loss of loved ones. Men, young men, almost boys left for Afghanistan, disappeared forever. The death of a loved one during the war is hard, but what could be more unbearable and incomprehensible than a zinc coffin in peacetime? How can you console the bottomless sorrow of mother's hearts? Such sacrifices do not pay off and are never replenished. And the main question - why and in the name of what?

The truth about the war... It is returning to us now, the heroic tale is gradually turning into a heroic tragedy, getting heavier and becoming almost unbearable... The truth about the war, about life, about death.

At that time, they tried to remain silent, to equate the war with everyday events, to hide maternal grief from human eyes. Rumors, short messages - this is the main source of information for millions of people in the 70s and 80s of the former USSR. For many people, the Afghan war was like an "unknown war." Today, much can already be read about this war. And the younger generation should know and remember these events. Currently, many novels, memoirs and films about the Afghan war have been written. And this topic leaves no one indifferent. Doesn't leave me indifferent either. Recently, the feature film "Kandahar" was shown in cinemas and on television. This film caused a heated discussion among the population. The feature film "9th Company" also made a great impression on me. How difficult it was morally, physically and purely psychologically to survive in such conditions. But the guys showed an example of the highest courage and heroism in a foreign country, their duty, the duty of a warrior. And no matter what they say about this war, the main thing is that the guys believed that they were doing the right thing - helping the common people of Afghanistan to defend their right to a better life. For those who looked into the eyes of death, lost comrades in Kabul and Kandahar, this war will remain sacred, because in it the Soviet soldiers defended the approaches to the southern borders of their great, multinational Motherland. The officers and soldiers of the Soviet army were only fulfilling their duty to protect the interests of the state and did not doubt the correctness of the decisions taken by the country's leadership.

The war in Afghanistan continued for ten years. This war ended for the country, but will forever remain in the memory of the rank and file and commanders. Paratroopers. Drivers serving in different parts of Afghanistan. It has been 22 years since the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan. But still, this page of the history of our country cannot be crossed out and forgotten.

Our country paid a very high price for the war in Afghanistan: fifteen thousand Soviet soldiers did not return, seven thousand guys became disabled in this war. More than three and a half thousand Omsk citizens took part in the hostilities. 117 young guys did not return, this war did not leave our countrymen either, 32 natives of the Kormilovsky district went through the heat of the war. Afghanistan has become for them a school of courage, soldier's prowess and heroism, a test of strength, devotion and loyalty to the oath. Here are the names of our countrymen - Afghans: Morash Andrey, Prishchenko Valery, Muslimov Oleg, Baranov Sergey, Leskevich Yury.

Moiseev Alexander Yuryevich, major, deputy commander of a special detachment, which prevented the penetration of gangs from Pakistan into Afghanistan.

Cherepanov Andrei Vladimirovich, private, participated in operations near Kandahar, Jalalabad.

Chertushkin Sergey Viktorovich served in Afghanistan for a year and a half.

Krasnov Alexander Vladimirovich, senior lieutenant, helicopter technician, accompanied the convoys with food and fuel, provided fire support from the air for combat operations on the ground.

All our countrymen were awarded orders and medals.

Soldiers and officers wrote from Afghanistan that they were fulfilling their international duty. We really hoped to return. They also wrote that their comrades were dying, that they would avenge their deaths.

Sergey Anatolyevich Zarovny is our fellow countryman, who was no different from thousands of other young people who grew up in our country after the Great Patriotic War, who have seen only the peaceful sky. He did not have anxiety when he learned that he was sent to Afghanistan. At eighteen, he did not understand what war was. It was only when I came under fire for the first time that I saw how serious everything was.

For the first six months, Sergei Anatolyevich was a sapper, then an operator - a mine detector. He mastered the specialty of a mechanic - an armored personnel carrier driver.

The hot climate of this country was not particularly suitable for a young Siberian, but the guy was steadfast. Sergei Anatolyevich served in a separate 130 sapper battalion. The task of the battalion was to escort a convoy with cargo along difficult, mountainous, often mined roads. For 1.5 years of service, Sergei Anatolyevich had a lot of such raids. Out of a year and a half in the unit, I spent about three months, and spent the rest of the time in the field, on the march, without letting go of the machine gun from my hands.

He rescued the columns, found a lot of weapons in the mountains, blew up mines. The sappers always went ahead of the column. They were the first to meet the enemy, the first to notice minefields on the roads. The armored personnel carrier, on which Private Zarovny served as a guard, was equipped with two coils, as on an asphalt paving rink, which were fixed in front of the armored personnel carrier. It was under them that the mines were blown up.

Sergei Anatolyevich served in almost the entire territory of Afghanistan: Kabul, Jalalabad, Baghdad, Kandahar ...

And about how hard it was for him there, no one knew, perhaps. I was very homesick for my homeland, although the nature of Afghanistan was surprising: there were mountains all around, a green valley, for the first time I saw how apricots grow. But I wanted to go home - to Siberia. In Afghanistan, I saw snow only once: on New Year's Eve it fell and melted by morning.

Many of our soldiers tried to hide the truth about the place of service. The guys in letters home tried to convince their mothers that they were serving somewhere in a quiet place. So Sergei Anatolyevich wrote home for the first six months that he was serving in Czechoslovakia. Only later did he write the truth.

Sergei Anatolyevich was demobilized in May 1987, and in March gratitude was sent to his mother for the impeccable service, courage and heroism shown in the performance of international duty.

After returning home, he got used to a peaceful life for a long time. For another three or four months, I woke up at the slightest noise. After all, in Afghanistan everything was worked out to automatism. After the command: “Rise”, “Alarm”, after 30 minutes a column 150 meters long was already ready to march.

In civilian life, Sergei Anatolyevich remained true to his profession. Went to work as a driver.

Sergei Anatolyevich never regretted that he had gone through this harsh school of life. He began to look at many things in a different way, a huge sense of camaraderie appeared: they stood for each other with a wall, covered the unfired boys with themselves - such was “hazing”.

S.A. Zarovny was awarded the medal "For Courage", which was already awarded at home, in Kormilovka, the medals "To the Warrior - Internationalist from the grateful Afghan people", "70 years of the Armed Forces of the USSR", "15 years of the withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan", the badge of the guardsman.

Alexander Alekseevich Podkorytov from the village of Yuryeva, private, machine gunner - reconnaissance, died on January 28, 1986. Vladimir Viktorovich Traber from the village of Ignatievo, driver, private, died on February 3, 1986. For courage and bravery, they were posthumously awarded the Order of the Red Star.

Today their names are carved on the slabs of the Kormilovsky memorial near the Eternal Flame, are listed in the Book of Memory "Omsk in the land of Afghanistan."

We know and remember the dead and those who passed through Afghanistan and live next to us today.

Years will pass. Much will be forgotten over time. But this war will remain in the memory of the people. The road of memory should be eternal. We tell them who died in a foreign land: “Thank you! We will remember you"

Decades have passed since the last salvos of the Second World War died down, but peace has not come to our troubled planet. First in one, then in another point of the globe there are military conflicts.
We came to our new House of Culture in the city of Nazyvaevsk to meet with the soldiers-internationalists. In the hall - adult men, from the stage - footage of the chronicle, photographs, poems, songs, awards
Why do men cry? Weep and are not ashamed of their tears? - the question begins to torment me. And from the stage continues to be heard:
Forgive me, boys, for being separated from your homeland.
Sorry boys for teaching you how to kill
For not returning back, for your blood, for your wounds,
For carrying the hell of Afghanistan in your eyes.
I catch every word and understand that the memory of the war lives in them. Thousands of Soviet boys then died or returned home disabled ... And in those who remained, pain lives. Lives and does not go anywhere. Even twenty-two, twenty-three years later...
To the presenter's question: do you often remember the war? - without being taken aback, the Afghan man answers with a taut look, in which I am surprised to recognize the winner of the regional motocross competitions and the father of our graduates, the Kartyshkin brothers: “No, not often. Even when we meet with colleagues, we talk more about today: everyone lives their own life, everyone has something to tell. Although we remember friends and comrades and funny moments with pleasure. So you need to remember the war, but you can’t live in the war - otherwise you will go crazy.”
How fatherly sincerely sounded his words, junior sergeant Oleg Kartyshkin, who turned to us guys: "I want you to never know what war is." It even seemed to me that many of us seemed to have become more mature in this short period of time. The smiles on their faces were replaced by thoughtfulness. We realized that everyone who passed through Afghanistan is ready to raise both hands for peace. Because death looked into their eyes and beat through one, not you, so a friend will grab, but you another time! It is to them that the words belong: “We want to live the way we want to live! Happy, peaceful! After all, this is happiness - to live, is it really not clear?
In Afghanistan, 77 Znamevayevs served. Like other Soviet soldiers and officers, they honestly performed their military duty, remaining true to their oath in the most critical situations. 45 of my countrymen were awarded the medal "To the Warrior - Internationalist from the grateful Afghan people." V.P. Zybin was awarded the Order of the Red Star and the medal "For Military Merit", V.V. Ganichev and M.V. Knyazev - the Order of the Red Star, Yu.V. Kutasov - the medal "For Distinction in Military Service". Yu.V. Bachin, Yu.A. Plesovskikh, G.K. Vostrukhin, A.P. Tushnolobov, V.V. Dmitriev, S.K. Maltabarov, Yu.P. For military merit" - V.V. Sobolevsky, A.A. Telnov, Yu.A. Korshunov, V.N. Nikitin, S.V. Cherkozyanov. It is clear: this is the dry language of facts. And if you shift it a little differently, you get:
We are not looking for awards.
They just did what they could.
Dushmans and I fought furiously
For the freedom of the Afghan land.
I come to the conclusion: the whole point is that Service to the Motherland, Patriotism, Duty, Self-sacrifice - for the "Afghans" are not outdated terms, but the Shrines for which they died! Not all Nazyvaev warriors had a chance to return to their homeland. Very young guys are looking into the hall from the screen.
Russian guys were dying
Dropping blood into the dust of the Afghan mountains.
Now I just have to find out about them!
On August 3, 1980, the solemn closing ceremony of the XXII Olympic Games took place in Moscow. A huge rubber figure of the Olympic mascot - Misha - was launched into the darkening sky of the capital to the melodic song of Alexandra Pakhmutova and Nikolai Dobronravov: “It's getting quieter in the stands. The fast time of miracles is melting. Goodbye, our affectionate Misha. Come back to your fairy forest ”To the song that became the anthem of the entire Olympics-80, tears welled up in the eyes of hundreds of thousands of Soviet people. A colorful show with a sea of balloons unfolded on the huge field of the Luzhniki stadium, which was seen on their TV screens by more than two billion viewers. Meanwhile, in the northwestern part of the Shakhmulau mountain range, where a river flows, originating from Mount Shaest, in the gorge, dushmans were aiming and prudently shooting at our reconnaissance battalion. Almost all fell down. Each soldier knew what "must not" be done in the mountains, and battalion commander Kadyrov did these three "musts". "It is impossible" without preliminary reconnaissance or processing by "Grad" to enter the gorge to the main forces. It is "impossible" to walk along the bottom of the gorge without cover. The third “impossible” is to arrange a halt at the bottom of the gorge. And there was a halt, which made it possible for the enemy to disperse.
“The first company perished immediately. And no one really saw how it was. They went around the bend of the gorge, disappeared for a while from visibility. And they fell under the DShK. Twenty-one killed - immediately. For several minutes there was shooting ahead, behind the ledge. Most likely they found "spirits", opened fire. But they were in full view. They still saved us. If the column went over the ledge - the end of everything, - Volodya Kuznetsov recalls. - As if swearing, screams, obscenities, groans of the wounded, the patter of automatic and machine-gun bursts sounded next to me. They were commanded by Senior Lieutenant Serikov
As for the award to Serikov, I’ll say so, he was such an officer, from which real generals grow, but at that time they were not presented for the second award, even posthumously. Like, one is enough."
Viktor Mikhailovich Serikov I open the Book of Memory and read: “Viktor Mikhailovich SERIKOV, lieutenant, commander of a reconnaissance platoon of a separate reconnaissance battalion, was born in the village of Buzan, Nazyvaevsky district, Omsk region. Graduated from the Omsk VOKU.
In the Republic of Afghanistan since February 1980. In battles he showed high military skill, courage and bravery. On April 17, 1980, when advancing to the specified area, the reconnaissance group, which he commanded, was subjected to sudden shelling. Not at a loss, the scouts immediately entered the battle. Having met an organized rebuff, the enemy was forced to withdraw into the gorge. Fearing to fall into a trap during the pursuit, Serikov took three soldiers with him and decided to personally inspect the area. His assumptions were confirmed - scouts discovered an ambush. Leaving the soldiers for cover, the lieutenant, risking his life, quietly crept up to the enemy’s shelter and threw grenades at him.
On August 3, 1980, when performing another combat mission, Serikov V.M. died in battle. He was awarded the Order "For Service to the Motherland in the USSR Armed Forces" of the third degree. »
I, like the survivors of that battle, ask the question: why is the date of death indicated, but there is not a word anywhere about the second battle in which our lieutenant and his platoon saved the rest at the cost of their own lives? This is probably why Volodya Kuznetsov has not been able to see the Olympic Mishka and listen to the farewell song about “affectionate Misha” since then.
Almost four thousand Omsk boys went to that war in the eighties. 9 years 1 month and 9 days - in Afghanistan. The names of 117 who did not return are immortalized on the walls of St. Nicholas Cathedral, where a memorial service is held every year on February 15. Near the Palace of Youth on the Left Bank, a memorial was erected in honor of the Omsk soldiers-internationalists. On the pedestal there is an inscription: "To the warriors - Omsk residents, who fulfilled their duty to the end, increased their military glory."
No, courage does not happen by chance.
It was born in the soul of a soldier
I am proud of our fellow countrymen who fulfilled their international duty, and I am convinced that the time will come, and I will be able to say: “I have the honor to serve the Motherland!”

Russian soldier"

The history of the wars that the peoples of our country had to wage in defense of their Fatherland is the history of military prowess and soldier's glory.

I think that the Russian soldier deserved a fair recognition of his outstanding qualities not only from friends, but also from enemies. From century to century, he successfully defended his homeland from enemy invasions. From generation to generation, strengthening and multiplying, the traditions of courage, fidelity to military duty, endurance, mutual assistance, readiness for self-sacrifice were passed on.

One of the clearest examples of the mass patriotism of the peoples of Russia was the Patriotic War of 1812. As you know, then everyone who cherished freedom and independence stood up to defend the Motherland. Russian soldiers destroyed the army of the greatest of the conquerors - Napoleon Bonaparte.

In a deadly battle with the fascist invaders, Soviet soldiers again delighted the world with their heroism and exploits, which, I believe, have no equal in the world. Historical facts testify that during the Great Patriotic War there were many examples of self-sacrifice of the Russian people, the soldier closed the embrasure of the bunker with his chest, undermined himself and his enemies with the last grenade, the pilot went to ram the enemy aircraft and sent the burning aircraft to the accumulation of the enemy, the partisan died on the gallows, but did not become a traitor. For courage and heroism shown in the battles against the Nazis, over eleven thousand soldiers were awarded the highest degree of distinction - the title of Hero of the Soviet Union, and more than seven million people were awarded orders and medals.

And in our time, Russian soldiers, brought up on the exploits of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War, honor and increase the glorious military traditions of their fathers and grandfathers.

The best fighting qualities were shown by the soldiers of the Soviet army during the war in Afghanistan. Demonstrating examples of courage and heroism, they did not think about honors and awards. The soldiers did their duty and believed that they were doing the right thing - helping the common people of Afghanistan to defend their right to a better life. For our army, the Afghan war lasted ten terrible bloody years. More than four thousand soldiers and officers died. Many Siberians have gone through a difficult service in Afghanistan.

Peacetime did not last long. A new war began on the territory of Russia, in Chechnya. And again blood is shed, again in the cities, villages, funerals come. I understand that the lot of a soldier in Chechnya has faced hardships no less severe than in Afghanistan. But even under these conditions, the Russian soldier remains a Man with a capital letter, his soul does not harden, does not harden, does not yearn for revenge. The feat of Andrei Gardt in Chechnya showed that the Russian people in our time have not lost their readiness to give their lives for their homeland. I want to talk about him.

Andrei was born and raised in the village of Firstovo. He was loved and respected by his peers, teachers were proud. “It seems that he did not differ in anything special from everyone else, but he had a special firmness of character and great human kindness,” they recall about him. The character continued to be tempered in the army. He served in the airborne troops of the 7th Guards Division. For Andrei, these troops became a school of courage, a school of moral education, the goal of his whole life. It is no coincidence that the most difficult, most dangerous cases are entrusted today to soldiers - paratroopers. Falling in love with the Airborne Forces determined the fate of Andrei: the army became his profession.

Extended service began with a business trip to Yugoslavia. Here he performed an international duty, for which he was awarded the medal of peacekeeping forces. After returning from the Balkans, Andrei continued his service in Novorossiysk.

On February 1, 2000, he was sent on a business trip to Chechnya. It was the second war in his life, and for relatives - sleepless nights, tears, expectation. On May 14, he called his mother, asked her not to worry, assured her that everything was fine with him. The conversation was short, he was in a hurry...

On the sixteenth of May Andrei passed away. He died in the performance of military and civil duty during the counter-terrorist operation on the territory of the Chechen Republic.

Andrey's short and bright life, which ended so tragically, is an example of the fulfillment of military duty, loyalty to military traditions and great love for his people. The feat that Andrei accomplished will forever remain in the memory of his comrades-in-arms. The bright memory of Soldier Andrei will forever remain in the hearts of his fellow villagers. In Novorossiysk, on the Stele of Glory in honor of the fallen paratroopers, the name of Andrey Gardt is engraved. He was posthumously awarded the Order of Courage.

My uncle Ivan Rassokhin also took part in military operations in Chechnya. He was drafted into the army in 1999, served in the Nizhny Novgorod region, then was transferred to the outpost, and then to Chechnya. He was in the war for almost a year, until he was blown up by a mine. Miraculously, he survived and underwent several surgeries. Ivan Gennadievich was awarded the badge "For Distinction", "For Military Operations", "For Courage".

Today, fulfilling his military duty to defend the Fatherland, the Russian soldier is writing his page in the biography of the glorious Russian Armed Forces. And from every soldier during military service, diligence, discipline, diligence and loyalty to the best qualities and traditions that Russian soldiers developed in the past are required. Unfortunately, it is often said that the current generation grows up indifferent. I think it's not like that at all. If necessary, at any moment my generation will rise with its breast. If necessary, it will harden in granite. Do not scold my generation!

Many countries of the world have their own army, but there is no such army anywhere as in our Russia. Our troops are brave and strong. The armies of other countries may be good, but you will not find such united soldiers as ours. Knowing this, I myself want to serve in our troops. In this essay, I want to write why the army of the Russian Federation is the best. To prove that for our soldiers the words "honor", "valor", "courage" are not empty.

I already wrote that our soldiers at all times were the most united. We have been victorious for a long time. Proof of this is the military operations on the Ugra River (this standing was the main step against the dependence of Russia on the Horde, put an end to the Mongol-Tatar yoke), the battles of Alexander Nevsky, Dmitry Donskoy, Alexander Suvorov, Mikhail Kutuzov. All our enemies were expelled in disgrace from our great power. We owe this to the generals and ordinary soldiers, to their courage.

In more detail, I want to dwell on the most terrible war that did not bypass any family in our country. This is the Great Patriotic War one thousand nine hundred and forty one. Hitler attacked unarmed people not ready for war, but four years later we defeated Nazi Germany. Not only many soldiers and commanders accomplished feats in this war, but ordinary people also showed miracles of courage, valor, and honor.

Admiral Nikolai Gerasimovich Kuznetsov showed himself to be one of the first in the war. A few hours before the outbreak of World War II, he declared combat readiness number one in all fleets and flotillas. On June 22, 1941, only Kuznetsov met the enemy fully armed, and this helped to avoid heavy losses. He was not afraid to get hit by bullets and constantly went to the front to raise the spirit of the soldiers. But he could sit in a safe place and just give orders from there. He could, but after all, Nikolai Kuznetsov was a courageous person, from whom it is not a shame to take an example. Streets in several cities of our vast country are named after this hero, there are schools that bear his name, one of them is located in the city of Tara, Omsk region. The names of the strait, cruiser, ship are associated with the name of this great man. Why, the Admiral Kuznetsov medal was established, and this says a lot.

Another heroic deed was performed by the Red Army soldier Alexander Matrosov on the twenty-seventh of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three. His group was given the task of attacking the Nazis, but on the outskirts of the village, our soldiers came under enemy fire. Three German machine guns fired at them. Two of them were destroyed, the attack of the last was unsuccessful. Alexander Matrosov threw two grenades, and the machine gun fell silent, but soon opened fire again. Sasha rushed to him with a jerk and closed the embrasure with his chest, allowing the group to complete the task. He was only nineteen years old. How many guys in our time at that age are capable of this? Units! Not everyone has the courage to do so. Alexander Matrosov did not think about glory or honors, he simply did what he considered necessary: to complete the task even at the cost of his own life, to save friends and the Motherland. Isn't this an example for us?

Fought for our Motherland and children. I'm not even talking about those who worked in factories for days to help the army. This is also a great achievement. But there were also those who fought the Germans from the underground. During the Second World War there were many such organizations, but the most famous of them was formed in the city of Krasnodon and was called the Young Guard. The youngest of the children was only fourteen years old. As soon as the Young Guard did not interfere with the Nazis! They distributed leaflets, staged sabotage. Once the guys burned down the building where the German census was kept. Thanks to this, about two thousand people were not exiled to Germany. But over time, the organization was declassified and, shortly before the liberation of the city, almost all the guys were executed. Schools, ships, cities, streets are named in honor of the Young Guard. In my opinion, few of our generation would have dared the risky actions of the guys from the Young Guard. What exploits of some young people of my time can we talk about if they not only want to avoid service in every possible way, but also openly praise the Nazis, steal orders from veterans, walk around with a swastika. Is this what our great-grandfathers fought for, gave their lives for? Did Alexander Matrosov and the young guards die for this? I am ashamed of those who do not respect the memory of the people who fought for us, who gave their lives for our future.

But it is not all that bad. And among the youth of our time there are real heroes. In recent decades, in Chechnya, Ossetia, young guys consider it their duty to defend the country. Some of them never held machine guns in their hands, but performed heroic deeds. For example, Yura Prishchepnoy, a simple village guy who died heroically in the second Chechen war. He was seriously wounded and decided to call fire on himself to help his comrades. But he could lie quietly and wait for help. There were many more such boys who fought in terrible conditions. And it is now! They ate little, drank sips in circles, lacked sleep, lived in constant tension and every day saw terrible pictures around them. As it is sung in one little-known song "Fighting Russia":

“Knocked down knuckles do not have time to heal,

After rehabilitation for more than a year, they come to life.

I saw how wounds torn by shrapnel are sewn up in the field,

They clench their teeth without anesthesia, the boys grow old early.

The song is dedicated to the participants of the Chechen war, the Ossetian war, the soldiers who liberated the school in Beslan and, in general, to all the guys who are defending our country. I admire the courage and courage of these guys. Their prowess knows no bounds. I would like to give a few more examples of this.

On July 13, 1993, the “quiet” twelfth border outpost in the Republic of Tajikistan came under fire from Afghan and Tajik soldiers who attacked unexpectedly. The number of enemies was several times greater. Our guys held out for eleven hours, lost many, but they had to retreat, because the ammunition was running out. By evening, the outpost was recaptured. Six people were awarded the Hero of Russia star. Four of them are posthumous. But I believe that not only these six people deserve eternal glory and memory. All the guys gave their lives for the Motherland, for us. We must all remember and honor.

Another example of valor, honor and courage was shown by the guys of the sixth company of the Pskov airborne division. It happened on February 29, 2000 in Chechnya. The guys were ordered to take point seven hundred and seventy-six near Dagestan. Due to bad weather conditions, it was not possible to ride the APC. The company stretched out for a kilometer and ninety people went on foot, dragging machine guns and equipment on their backs. Suddenly they stumbled upon the militants and opened fire. The guys thought they were fighting against a dozen or hundreds of people. There were also two and a half thousand experienced militants. Ours was given an order to keep the defense and a promise that help would be soon. No one suspected that help would come in a day. Of the entire company, only six survived, but they carried out the order and held the defense, survived! No one knows what they felt when the enemy attacked, what the survivors dream of after the experience. How can you not sing a hymn of honor, courage and glory to such guys? They deserve it!

Such heroes lived and live in our country. Such strong, united, valiant soldiers in Russia! It is impossible to describe all the exploits of our compatriots, and, probably, this is not necessary. After all, all the feats were accomplished for the sake of one goal - the well-being of us and our country. But we must remember all those who gave their lives for this!

One Chancellor Otto Bismarck correctly said: “Never fight on two fronts and never fight Russia!” I fully agree with this statement. I repeat that, starting with the Horde invasion and ending with the Chechen war, we have always fought back and won. And for all this, a great honor, praise and glory to our defenders. These people should be proud!

And I would like to end my composition with words from a song already familiar to you:

“If the enemy of misfortune again calls on his native lands,

Then the power will rise, the warriors will close the ranks.

Look into the eyes of death, but do not be afraid

Military Russia is glorious with a tempered spirit!
