The next important step will be painting a dog from dough. We paint over the main part with dark yellow (ochre). Without waiting for drying, we process the edge of the ear with a darker brown paint.

The main thing is that the base color does not dry out, in which case you will get a smooth transition between the two colors. Next, the decor elements are painted, and at the very end - the eyes (white background and a small black oval) and nose.

The finished product is varnished. You can also add decorative rhinestones, ribbons, etc.

You will need pieces of colored paper, scissors, a stapler, glue, pencils and pens, and a cylindrical torso object. You can use a folded piece of brown cardboard that has been stapled together.

A cardboard base from under paper towels or toilet paper, pasted over with plain or corrugated brown paper, is perfect. Keep in mind that crepe paper is quite plausible to imitate animal fur.

Gently make indentations in the top of the cylinder so that the dog has ears. The result is a notch in the center and sharp ears on the side. Fix with glue.

Then cut out blanks with scissors in the form of eyes, cheeks, tongue and paws. Glue the paws to the cylinder from below, and the eyes and cheeks in place. You can also paint on the cheeks with a pen to give an even more natural look to the craft.

Glue the tongue under the cheeks, and attach a black dot in place of the nose. Glue eyebrows on top of the eyes, while they will not seem too bulging.

In addition, glue decorative elements on the body (for example, a strap with a medal), and a thin paper tail on the back. The craft is ready!
