Exemplary programs for academic subjects physical culture. Secondary (complete) general education

On physical culture

Explanatory note

Purpose of the program

An exemplary physical education program is based on the state standard for basic general education.

An exemplary program defines the invariant (mandatory) part of the course, specifies the content of its subject topics and gives an approximate distribution of teaching hours for their study.

The exemplary program is not intended for practical use in the educational process and is addressed to the creators of author's programs in order to preserve a single educational space and continuity in tasks between the levels of education, prevent educational overload, and comply with general approaches to the disclosure of didactic units established in the state standard .

The exemplary program does not set a rigid volume of the content of education, does not divide it by years of study and does not associate it with specific pedagogical areas, technologies and methods. In such a presentation of its content, an exemplary program does not constrain the creative initiative of the authors of curricula and textbooks, retains ample opportunities for them to implement their views and ideas on building a curriculum, choosing their own educational trajectories, innovative forms and methods of the educational process.

Document structure

The exemplary program includes three sections: an explanatory note; the main content with an approximate (in modality no less) distribution of teaching hours by sections; requirements for the level of training of graduates.

General characteristics of the subject

The subject of education in the field of physical culture is motor (physical culture) activity, which, by its focus and content, is connected with the improvement of the physical nature of a person. In the process of mastering this activity, a person is formed as an integral personality, in the unity of the diversity of his physical, mental and moral qualities. In accordance with the structure of motor activity, the subject of physical culture is structured in three main sections: knowledge (information component of activity), physical improvement (motivational-procedural component of activity) and methods of activity (operational component of activity).

In an exemplary program for basic general education, motor activity, as an academic subject, is represented by two content lines: physical culture and recreational activities and sports and recreational activities. Each of these lines has its own three educational sections (knowledge, physical improvement, methods of activity).

The first content line "Physical and recreational activities" is characterized by a focus on strengthening the health of students and creating ideas about caring for him, the formation of the need for regular physical education and their use in various forms of active recreation and leisure. In the first section "Knowledge of physical culture and health-improving activity" information is given about the rules of a healthy lifestyle and various forms of organizing active recreation by means of physical culture, ideas about modern health-improving systems of physical education and health-improving methods of physical culture and health-improving activities are revealed. The second section "Physical improvement with a health-improving orientation" provides sets of exercises from modern health-improving systems that specifically contribute to the correction of posture and physique, the optimal development of respiratory and circulatory systems, as well as adaptive physical education exercises addressed to students with health deviations (acquired or chronic diseases). The third section "Methods of physical culture and health-improving activities" provides a list of methods for self-organization and implementation of health-improving forms of physical education, methods of control and regulation of physical activity, self-massage and hygiene procedures.

The second substantive line "Sports and recreational activities" correlates with the age-related interests of students in sports and is characterized by a focus on ensuring the optimal and sufficient level of physical and motor fitness of students. The first section "Knowledge of sports and recreational activities" provides information on the history of the development of the Ancient and Modern Olympic Games, reveals the basic concepts of sports training (load, physical qualities, technique of motor actions), gives ideas about general and special physical training and forms of their organization. . The second section "Physical improvement with a sports orientation" provides physical exercises and motor actions from basic sports that have a relatively pronounced applied value and arouse a certain interest among students. Distinctive features of this section is that, by decision of the School Council, students may be offered an in-depth development of one of the sports with a corresponding increase in the amount of hours (up to 25%) for its development. At the same time, it is envisaged that the increase in hours is carried out by reducing them in other sections and topics of the section "Sports and recreational activities". The third section "Methods of physical culture and sports activities" reveals the methods of activity that are necessary and sufficient for organizing and conducting independent sports training.

Goals

The general goal of education in the field of physical culture is the formation of stable motives and needs among students in caring for their health, the holistic development of physical and mental qualities, the creative use of physical culture in the organization of a healthy lifestyle. PLANNED RESULTS

Planned results are based on leading targetsreflecting the main, essential contribution of each studied program to the development of the personality of students, their abilities.

In str In terms of planned results, the following groups are distinguished:

1. Personal results of mastering the main educational program are presented in accordance with the group of personal results and reveal and detail the main directions of these results. The assessment of the achievement of this group of planned results is carried out in the course of procedures that allow the provision and use of exclusively non-personalized information.

2. Meta-subject results of mastering the main educational program are presented in accordance with subgroups of universal educational activities, reveal and detail the main directions of meta-subject results.

3. The subject results of mastering the main educational program are presented in accordance with the groups of results of educational subjects, disclose and detail them.

Subject results are given in blocks « The graduate will learn” and “The graduate will have the opportunity to learn”, related to each academic subject: “Russian language”, “Literature”, “Foreign language”, “Foreign language (second)”, “History of Russia. General History, Social Science, Geography, Mathematics, Informatics, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Fine Arts, Music, Technology, Physical Culture and "Fundamentals of life safety".

The planned subject results of mastering the native language and native literature are developed in accordance with the content and features of the study of these courses by educational and methodological associations (EMA) of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

Planned results related to the block"The graduate will learn" guide the user in the achievement of what level of mastery of educational activities with the studied reference educational material is expected from the graduate. The criteria for selecting results are their significance for solving the main problems of education at this level and the need for further education, as well as the potential for their achievement by the majority of students. In other words, this block includes a range of learning tasks based onreference educational material, the mastery of which is fundamentally necessary for successful learning and socialization and which can be masteredeveryone students.

The achievement of the planned results related to the “Graduate will learn” block is submitted for final assessment, which can be carried out both during training (using an accumulated assessment or a portfolio of individual achievements), and at the end of training, including in the form of a state final certification. The achievement of the planned results of this block at the level is assessed usingbasic level, and at the level of actions that make up the zone of proximal development of the majority of students, with the help of high-level tasks. The successful completion of the tasks of the basic level by students is the only basis for a positive decision on the possibility of moving to the next level of education.

In the block "The graduate will have the opportunity to learn » the planned results are given that characterize the system of educational activities in relation to knowledge, skills, abilities, expanding anddeepening understanding of the supporting educational material or speakers as propaedeutics for further study of this subject. The level of achievement corresponding to the planned results of this unit can be demonstrated by individual motivated and capable students. In everyday teaching practice, the goals of this block are not worked out with all students without exception, both due to the increased complexity of educational activities, and due to the increased complexity of the educational material and / or its propaedeutic nature at this level of education. Evaluation of the achievement of planned results is carried out mainly in the course of procedures that allow the provision and use of exclusively non-personalized information. The corresponding group of results in the text is italicized.

Tasks aimed at assessing the achievement of the planned results from the “Graduate will have the opportunity to learn” block can be included in the materials of the final control of the “Graduate will learn” block. The main goals of such inclusion are to provide students with an opportunity to demonstrate mastery of a higher (compared to the basic) level of achievement and to identify the dynamics of growth in the number of the most prepared students. At the same time, students' failure to complete tasks, with the help of which the achievement of the planned results of this block is assessed, is not an obstacle to moving to the next level of education. In some cases, it is advisable to achieve the planned results of this block during the current and intermediate assessment, and the results obtained should be recorded in the form of an accumulated assessment (for example, in the form of a portfolio of achievements) and taken into account when determining the final assessment.

Such a structure for presenting the planned results emphasizes the fact that when organizing the educational process aimed at implementing and achieving the planned results, the teacher is required to use such pedagogical technologies that are based onrequirements differentiationto the preparation of students.

EXAMPLE PROGRAM

SECONDARY (FULL) GENERAL EDUCATION

FOR PHYSICAL EDUCATION
EXPLANATORY NOTE
Purpose of the program

An exemplary physical education program is based on the state standard of secondary (complete) general education.

In such a representation of its content, an exemplary program does not constrain the creative initiative of the authors of curricula, retains ample opportunities for them to implement their views and ideas on building a curriculum, choosing their own educational trajectories, innovative forms and methods of the educational process.

Document structure

The exemplary program includes three sections: an explanatory note; the main content with an approximate (in modality no less) distribution of teaching hours by sections; requirements for the level of training of graduates.

General characteristics of the subject

The subject of education in the field of physical culture is motor (physical culture) activity, which, by its orientation and content, is connected with the improvement of the physical nature of a person.

In an exemplary program for secondary (complete) general education, motor activity, as an academic subject, is represented by two content lines: physical culture and recreational activities and sports and recreational activities with application-oriented physical training. Each of these lines has its own three educational sections (knowledge, physical improvement, methods of activity).

The first content line of the exemplary program "Physical and recreational activities" focuses the educational process on strengthening the health of students and fostering a caring attitude towards it. Through its subject content, it aims to form the interests and needs of schoolchildren in regular physical education and sports, the creative use of the educational material being mastered in various forms of active recreation and leisure, and independent physical preparation for the upcoming life activity. The section “Knowledge about physical culture and health-improving activity” contains information about the role of physical culture in preventing early aging of the human body, methods and means of preventing occupational diseases that occur in the course of work. It also provides knowledge about health-improving systems of physical education, means and forms of active recovery and improving human performance. The second section "Physical improvement with a health-improving orientation" presents educational content focused on strengthening the individual health of students, increasing the functionality of the main systems of their body. This content includes sets of exercises from modern health-improving systems of physical education, taking into account the interests of students in the harmonious development of their own physical abilities, the formation of an individual body type, culture of movements. The third section "Methods of physical culture and health-improving activity" reveals the ways of independent organization and implementation of health-improving forms of physical culture, methods of monitoring the indicators of one's own health and working capacity, individual control and regulation of physical activity during physical exercises.

The second substantive line "Sports and health-improving activities with applied-oriented physical training" correlates with the interests of students in sports and is characterized by a focus on ensuring the optimal and sufficient level of physical and motor fitness of students. The first section "Knowledge about sports and health-improving activities with application-oriented physical training" provides information about the basics of independent training of students for competitive activities, gives the concepts of the training process and training sessions, reveals general ideas about application-oriented physical training and its connection with sports - recreational activities. The second section "Physical improvement with sports and recreational and applied-oriented physical training" provides educational content focused on improving the physical and technical preparedness of students in one of the basic sports, as well as physical exercises and complexes aimed at the physical preparation of students for the upcoming vital activity. A distinctive feature of this section of the exemplary program is the opportunity for students to carry out in-depth training in one of the basic sports. The definition of a sport is established by the decision of the Pedagogical Council of an educational institution, based on the interests of the majority of students, sports traditions available at the school and qualified teachers (coaches), as well as its popularity and mass character in a particular region. When deciding on the in-depth development of one of the sports, it is also planned to increase the volume of hours corresponding to this (up to 15%), which is formed by reducing it on other topics of the section “Sports and recreational activities with application-oriented physical training”. The third section "Methods of physical culture and sports activities with application-oriented physical training" provides practical skills necessary and sufficient for organizing and conducting independent health training in the mode of sports training.

Goals

The general goal of education in the field of physical culture is the formation of stable motives and needs among students in caring for their health, the holistic development of physical and mental qualities, the creative use of physical culture in the organization of a healthy lifestyle. In accordance with this, the Exemplary Program of Secondary (Complete) General Education with its subject content focuses on achieving the following goals:

Development of physical qualities and abilities, improvement of the functional capabilities of the body, strengthening of individual health;

Education of a careful attitude to one's own health, the need for physical culture and health and sports and recreation activities;

Mastering the technologies of modern health-improving systems of physical education, enriching individual experience with specially applied physical exercises and basic sports;

Development by the system of knowledge about physical culture, their role and significance in the formation of a healthy lifestyle and social orientations;

Acquisition of competence in health-improving and sports activities, mastering the skills of creative cooperation in collective forms of physical exercises.

The place of the subject in the basic curriculum

The federal basic curriculum for educational institutions of the Russian Federation allocates 140 hours for the compulsory study of the subject "Physical Education" at the stage of secondary (complete) general education, at the rate of 2 hours per week in grades X and XI. In addition, it is recommended to allocate an additional third hour for teaching the subject from the regional (national-regional) component, in exceptional cases - from the component of the educational institution.

The sample program is designed for 140 hours of study. At the same time, it provides for a reserve of free study time in the amount of 12 teaching hours (or 16.8%) intended for teachers of educational institutions to implement their own author's approaches in structuring and additional content of educational material, using various forms of organizing the educational process, introducing modern teaching methods and pedagogical technologies.

General educational skills, skills and methods of activity

An exemplary program provides for the formation of students' skills, universal ways of activity and key competencies. In this direction, the priorities for the subject "Physical Education" at the stage of basic general education are:

In cognitive activity:

Determination of the essential characteristics of the object under study;

Independent creation of activity algorithms;

Formulation of the obtained results.

In information and communication activities:

Search for the necessary information on a given topic;

Objective assessment of their educational achievements, behavior, traits of their personality;

Possession of skills of organization and participation in collective activities.

Learning Outcomes

The results of the study of the subject of physical culture are given in the section "Requirements for the level of training of graduates", which fully complies with the standard. The requirements are aimed at the implementation of personality-oriented, activity-oriented and practice-oriented approaches and are set on three basic grounds: “Know / understand”, “Be able to” and “Use acquired knowledge and skills in practical activities and everyday life”.
