Five reasons to take this course on self-motivation.

Dip: Well, our project “Bogachev Self-Motivation” has come to an end, where for 12 weeks Maxim Vorobyov, the main participant in our reality show, shared with you his successes, failures and enlightenments about Philip Bogachev's training on self-motivation. Today I am publishing on my blog a review of the final, twelfth week of this training. This is a real review of a completely living person who went through the training from beginning to end.

Friends, hello everyone! This is the final review of the training "Self-Motivation" from Philip Bogachev and webtraining.ru

How it all began?

I can’t even believe that the summer is coming to an end and the training is coming to an end. I want to tell you a little about myself, how I got to the training and why I went to it. My name is Maxim Vorobyov, I come from the westernmost point of Russia - Kaliningrad. I am a student, I am 21 years old, until now I have worked as a waiter, I love sports and traveling. Yes, I quit my last job, but more on that later. Let me tell you how my life went before the training.

I worked 14 and sometimes 16 hours, about 16-18 days a month. Sometimes more, sometimes less. Let's calculate, take the average: 15 days for 15 hours, that's 225 hours a month. I have had this schedule for the past year. With an average working week of an ordinary person 160 hours. In general, I worked enough, while I made good money, about 40-50 thousand rubles, and I did not complain. Now I understand that this is nothing special, but when you just come after the army, this is a lot of money for you, but time goes by and you want more.

I have heard about Phil since the time of the RMES project

The man is a legend, to be sure. I heard about “Self-Motivation” by Philip Bogachev a couple of years ago, I even remember that the first streams were free. And I also heard from the RMES party about one friend who went to SM and is doing well. He opened his own travel company, bought a car, travels. In general, came to success. I was not in a close relationship with him and did not know all the details, but then it greatly influenced me. Why am I worse than him, I thought?!

Somehow I stumbled across the site. webtraining.ru and I saw a banner that there was a set for the next stream of "Self-Motivation" and decided that I wanted to go. I trust Phil, because I know that all his trainings are of high quality (I have already taken his training programs before). Therefore, I left a request, the manager called me, I left him an advance payment, and before the start of the training, I paid the rest.

If there are any thoughts that the company can "throw for money!". There is no divorce here. I give you 100%. Philip is not the kind of person who will throw for 15,000 rubles, believe me. Web training was not created for this, and a group of participants is recruited so that people achieve results.

I didn't have any specific goals before I started. I wanted changes for the better - to earn more money with less workload, to change the field of activity and the like. Simply put, I went to SM for a "kick in the ass". Oh, Phil knows how to give it))

Already at the beginning of the training

you conclude an agreement with yourself about passing the training, you give yourself a word about the fulfillment of tasks. If you do not fulfill them, a very unpleasant punishment awaits you. You choose this punishment for yourself. I chose a punishment for myself - to stand in the central square in my shorts with a sign: "He didn't do his homework." For me it's a shame. Adds motivation.

My good friend and I, the founder of the On the Edge adventure project, decided to blog about my experience of going through extreme self-motivation and you can read and watch all the reviews for each week of the training in video format on his website (list of weeks at the end of the article). I want to thank him very much, without him I think I would not have achieved such results!

I think it’s worth telling what I achieved during the training:

1. I lost weight.

When you run every day for 30 minutes, it is very difficult not to lose those extra pounds. By the way, I had one of the goals to throw extra ballast. Therefore, if, my dear reader, you have a desire to lose weight, go for self-motivation. Checked on myself.

2. I started listening to audiobooks all the time.

It turns out that this is very convenient. I do not have the opportunity to read often, and more just laziness. It became easier for me to replace reading with listening. Especially comfortable while jogging. I liked it, you listen to a book and don't want to stop at an interesting moment, and then you continue to run.

3. I dreamed of cycling to the Baltic coast.

From Kaliningrad to Zelenogradsk, but did not dare to do so. And I did it. 34 km one way and back. This is my personal achievement this summer. IM proud of myself.

4. During the training, I sold my game console.

I wanted to do this for a long time, but somehow I gave up on it. And at the training it is forbidden to play electronic games. As it turned out, I had so much free time, both for books and for sports. Even the girl appeared permanent.

5. I started to work less, but my wallet did not suffer from this.

My efficiency has doubled. I only worked 2 days a week. I used to work 18 days a month. It's nice when you have twice as much free time.

6. During the training, I never drank alcohol or smoked cigarettes.

Before training, I sometimes smoked cigarettes when I was drinking. I drank about once a week. Relaxed, as I thought before. Now I do not want to drink and smoke, even more so.

7. I donated blood.

One of the most memorable assignments in the training. You begin to feel differently when you start helping people for free. I liked this feeling, and I will donate blood on a regular basis. Moreover, the renewal of blood is good for health.

8. I realized my dream.

I visited "big" Russia. I visited the banks of the Kama and the Volga. Words cannot describe how beautiful it is. And for myself, I decided that I want to go wherever possible on the globe. Communicating with different people and feeling a different mentality is something you can’t buy for any money.

9. By the way, I have a permanent girlfriend.

Better than what I had before. Girls especially feel when you get better. And they begin to reach out to you. Nice 🙂

10. The most important thing for which I came to the training.

I achieve my goals. No matter how beautiful it sounds, but no one except yourself will force you to get up every day 1.5 hours earlier than usual and run for 30 minutes, and then douse yourself with cold water.

11. I roughly decided what I want from life and where I need to strive and what to do for this.

Friends, in conclusion, I would like to advise you to go to Bogachev's Self-Motivation training. If you all think and cannot decide: you need it, whether I can, how I will combine work and training, then I want to say that everything will work out for you. The main thing is to believe in your abilities. And any person has a lot of these opportunities, as it turns out. It is clear that water does not go under a lying stone.

The main thing that I understood on SM is - just do it.

If you want to run, run. If you want to earn more, develop in your field. Become the best. No need to make someone guilty, we ourselves are responsible for the results of our lives. I remember that during the training I watched a film about hunters from Siberia. So: in the taiga, people live at temperatures of -40C, which are felt like -100C, under normal conditions. And these hunters live in ordinary hunting huts, the whole winter. I don't see how it's possible, but it's real. There, no one complains about the weather, the government, low wages, and so on. Either you get the game, or you die. And you have a family, children. Economy. And we, living in comfortable cities, have much more, we just don’t even think about it.

From time to time, each of us inevitably faces certain difficulties in life. All of them are related to different areas of our lives: work, business, family, friends, finances, etc. But there are situations when difficulties do not concern something external, but specifically ourselves and our internal state. The biggest problem of all the problems that affect a person most strongly is internal imbalance. One of the manifestations of this imbalance is the lack of desire to take any action, develop and achieve goals. In other words, it is a lack of motivation. And if it is sometimes possible to influence someone else with enviable ease, then it can be very, very difficult to have an effective impact on oneself. In this article we will talk about practical, putting into practice that any person can rekindle within himself an unbridled desire to move forward with his head held high.

Without a long introduction, let's get straight to the point.

If this topic seems interesting to you, you want to understand it in more detail, sign up for where you will learn practical techniques for self-motivation, stress management and social adaptation in order to always control your emotional and mental state.

The first way: leave aside everything superfluous

You must learn to ignore everything that distracts you from achieving your goals and pushes you off the intended path. Developing this skill is not that difficult, but the results obtained from its application can be the most amazing. Take some free time to think about what your plans for life are. Think about what tasks you have set at the moment and realize whether you absolutely need all of this. Surely, you can find something that does not require your efforts and that you can just throw aside. It happens that some aspirations are imposed on us by society, advertising, even parents. If you really want something, keep only that for yourself, and forget about the rest. Everything superfluous is a psychological burden that prevents you from using your full potential to achieve what you really need. The energy released as a result of ignoring everything superfluous will constantly feed you and increase your personal productivity.

Method Two: Keep a Success Journal

The Success Journal is a very effective tool for motivating yourself. It is a kind of diary in which you must record all your achievements. Even the smallest ones. This may be a successful acquaintance that happened on your initiative, praise from the boss for a well-prepared report, an increase in income, getting rid of a bad habit, etc. It is advisable to keep this diary every day, because any day is filled with many events, among which there will certainly be good ones. The more you write down, the more progress will be in your diary. Scroll through and read it every morning and evening, and whenever you are in a bad mood and feel low on energy, lack of motivation, or feel like you are standing still and not moving forward. A visual display of all your successes and achievements will give you a new positive charge and strength to continue acting.

Method Three: Work in the Right Environment

At first glance, this may seem naive, but in fact, the environment around us has a very strong influence on our mood and our motivation. Where you work doesn't matter. But if your workplace is messy, dusty, everything is not the way you like it, or the environment in general annoys you, be sure to fix this state of affairs. You should work in an atmosphere that suits you, makes you feel positive emotions, where you are comfortable and cozy. Tidy up, arrange everything the way you like, use your creativity: hang a couple of pictures that inspire you, stick stickers with motivational inscriptions, put a book you like to read next to you, turn on your favorite music. "Your" environment will have a beneficial effect on you and contribute to productive work, because you will like to be in it.

Step 4: Set Clear Goals

Fifth way: use motivating materials

This method is one of the most motivating. It lies in the fact that you systematically (for example, half an hour or an hour a day) get acquainted with the success stories of different people. And there are many such stories. Watch feature films and documentaries that talk about how someone achieved success. Read books and articles, listen to motivational audio recordings. Thanks to the Internet today you can find just an incredible amount of a variety of motivational materials on almost any topic. By practicing this method regularly, you will be able to provide yourself with a constant stream of only the information you need, which will charge you with creative energy, change the direction of your thinking towards success and motivate you. In addition, the success stories of different people are clear examples of the fact that any person can achieve the most amazing results.

Method 6: Do Different Tasks

And finally another good recommendation: always remember that time tends to go away and life passes. And it depends on you how you will live it: will you remain among those who have not managed to grow themselves, letting their whole life take its course, forgetting about their goals and betraying their dreams, or will you pull yourself together, make yourself the way you want and be able to achieve what you want more than anything else! Think about the fact that you will always have the opportunity to drop your hands and head, cry and become a slave to circumstances. But only today, and only now, can you make the decision to become a winner - a winner over your fears, your insecurities, your bad habits and, ultimately, over yourself!

Dear readers, leave your comments and share your opinions. Which of the above methods did you find the most effective? What else would you recommend for people who want to increase their motivation and learn to be more mentally ready to act?

I will remember the summer of 2017 for the rest of my life! After all, I was then studying the course "Self-motivation" from the WebTraining project. It was the longest training in my life, real!

Philip Bogachev, coach of "Self-motivation"

It was led by Russian personal growth coaches Philip Bogachev and Alexei Lukin, who can be jokingly dubbed as "evil coach, good coach." Philip Bogachev, a dollar millionaire, owner of eight businesses, opened his first business at the age of seventeen. Alexey Lukin is a leading trainer at the International Center for Psychology and Development (ICPD).

They perfectly complemented each other not only with their characters, but also with the directions of our education: Filipp Bogachev was responsible for the outside world, i.e. for achieving goals, willpower, etc., and Alexei Lukin was responsible for the inner world (psychology), i.e. i.e. for the study of fears, relaxation, etc. And each of them, of course, had something to learn.

For three months, every single day, I did exercises, doused myself with ice water, ran for at least half an hour in any weather, did plank, shavasana, talked to strangers, visited a new place, performed other tasks and exercises (for example, I interviewed a homeless person).

When completing the first task, I published on my VKontakte page a contract for the training, in which I promised to reach the end. As a reward, I was supposed to go to the sea in September, as a punishment - to raffle 700 US dollars among all my friends who liked this post. The so-called "carrot in the back, carrot in the front."

Looking ahead, I will say that if not for this contract, I would have retired. It was especially hard at the end, when I was on the verge of a strike several times (a strike is a warning, 3 strikes and you are out) and I sincerely wondered why they didn’t give me one.

My results. As a result, for June and August, I earned the maximum amounts from translation services this year (in July there was a small breakdown when I did not work for ten days, which means that I did not earn anything during these days), improving the previous maximum monthly indicator by 40 %. This became possible due to the fact that I began to concentrate more on work, was less distracted by news on the Internet, etc., became more disciplined, began to do more.

The plank, an exercise from fitness and yoga, certainly played a positive role in this (in yoga, this pose, or asana, is called “chaturanga dandasana”).

Every day we had to stand in this position for 5 seconds more than the previous one. I started with a minute 45 seconds (I performed a simplified version - the bar on the forearms). When I reached 5 minutes, it was a pity to look at me: my whole body ached and I could hardly walk. By the end of the training, I stood in the bar for more than 6 minutes.

As part of the Self-Motivation training, the bar is not just a physical exercise. This is primarily a spiritual practice aimed at developing willpower. After all, you really want not to reach the end, to give up, feeling sorry for yourself, but you endure, no matter what. In addition, as a side effect, you strengthen almost all of your muscles.

As a result, I became more purposeful, and I returned to this exercise after the holidays, realizing its importance for my life. I strengthened not only the muscles, but also the willpower. And now, for example, I firmly fulfill the plan for the day, no matter what it costs me.

At the moment, I stand in the plank for more than 11 minutes, despite the fact that my record is 15 minutes. I set it up during a training session while doing a challenge, in which we had to do something extraordinary for us, something that we would be especially proud of ourselves.

In addition, while doing the same task, the first time I completed the goal that I set for September - to pull myself up 30 times on the crossbar. So far, I've done 20 pull-ups. I took a whole month to increase the number of pull-ups, and here the first time I pulled up all 30 times. Simply due to faith in yourself, in your strength and lack of self-pity.

These achievements have shown how much I feel sorry for myself, limiting myself to far-fetched limits in advance, while my possibilities are endless. And you just need to believe in yourself, go to the end, do not give up. In general, during the training, I realized a lot.

For example, while observing the ban on entering into conflicts, which is valid for all participants in Self-Motivation, I realized that I am not good at negotiating, negotiating with other people. When I defend my interests, I can lose my temper and enter into a conflict. It is always easy to create dissension, it is much more difficult to avoid it while saving face. You need to be able to negotiate and control yourself.

Thanks to the realization of this simple truth, I recently successfully negotiated with representatives of a mobile operator on the issue of charging for traffic spent on the Internet. I was recalculated at a different rate, in the end I saved approx. $25.00

In addition, thanks to Self-Motivation, my life has become more meaningful. After all, now I have a plan for 10 years, and the plan for the next year, broken down by weeks, hangs on the wall in my apartment, so I always have it in front of my eyes. And now I know exactly what I need to do to achieve my goals. I believe that it is with setting goals for life and drawing up a plan that any time management should begin.

As part of one of the tasks, I did what I had been planning to do for a long time, but constantly put it off - I put things in order at home, throwing out unnecessary trash. It is curious, but the absence of worthless things at home reduces the clutter of consciousness. It seems to be freed from excess load and begins to work more productively. After all, it is not in vain that they say: the order of the house is the order in the thoughts.

Sports also have a positive effect on personal effectiveness. Now I go for a run every day. I run for at least half an hour, in any weather, despite all my workload. I used to run regularly, but sometimes I missed it. By the end of Self-Motivation, it became a habit for me.

My results could have been much better if I had completed all the tasks one hundred percent. This is due to my fears-stoppers. During the training, I realized them and now I am working on them. I hope this will reduce self-sabotage and help me reach my goals faster.

It was not easy to reach the finish line, in 3 months many fell off. But I survived, and now I am one of the surviving participants in the Self-Motivation training.

In September, as promised, I rewarded myself with a seaside vacation in Georgia.

Three months flew by quickly, and it was a little sad to part with the coaches who had become family during this time. I will forever remember the words of Philip Bogachev that we must “get from the depths of our souls the desire to tear everyone and devour the enemy’s warm liver while he is still alive.” I constantly repeat them in order to awaken in myself a feeling of anger in the good sense of the word.

How many goals did you achieve last year?

What goals have you already achieved in this?

How many times this year will you justify yourself to yourself?

You understand that it's already gone THIRD of the year?

Those. in theory, you should have realized your goals and plans on THIRD. If not, maybe it's time to correct them?

For my part, I can only say that everything that I get is thanks to the fact that I constantly pump my own goal-setting, goal-achieving skills. Not knowing how to give a request to the universe for the next “wish”, I would not have achieved even half of what I have now.

In addition, now every course or book begins with words about the importance of the goal.

Review of the training - "The course makes you think that it's time to change something in life!"

I don’t have a strict daily routine (often on the road), so I didn’t succeed in consistently completing all the tasks of the training “”: at some steps I lost my way, then I tried to catch up.

However, the course was very helpful. I realized that I was stuck in a routine and I could not break out of it.

It turned out to be very difficult to set yourself up for positive thinking, because. On duty, you have to communicate with different people, most of them set you up in a negative way. But I am obliged to restrain negative emotions in myself, so I often release negativity on loved ones.

With gratitude, Dmitry.

In this paragraph, you can cite a pseudo-scientific text that a test was conducted at some Western institute - Oxford, Cambridge, which showed the immediate importance of setting goals for applicants.

BUT WHY???

Both you and I know that the ability to correctly and correctly set YOUR goals is undoubtedly an important skill. And it DIRECTLY affects the quality of your whole life. Who you will be in a month, six months, a year, five years depends ONLY on you. More precisely, from those settings that you set today.

“Get a boost of energy and understand where and how to move!!!”

« » - A positive webinar, the speaker feels the topic of goal setting and interest in teaching others, I'm sure you can rely on the author and ask for help in explaining the material, because I feel completely involved. Thanks, I liked it! I recommend without hidden motives, get a boost of energy and understand where and how to move.

olegkapelmeshka(at)gmail.com

THAT'S WHY!!!

I invite you to a webinar called "How to set and achieve YOUR goals". In it, I will try to give the basics of how to set goals for yourself correctly. To make them understandable to your unconscious. To make them do it themselves. And I will show it with concrete examples!!!

This master class will be useful for those who:

- really wants to achieve more in this life;

- wants to understand what HIS goal is, and not imposed from the outside;

- wants to increase their productivity;

- wants to increase their income;

- dreams of increasing the number of colors and brightness of life;

- seeks to understand how to achieve what one can "only dream of"

- implement "impossible" dream;

- move CONSCIOUSLY towards your goal, and not in a dream;

- does not want to waste precious time on the way to his dream;

Review of the training - "The training shows how to move from theory to practice."

Each person has internal resources to achieve any goal. But what to do if the work does not bring results, and the daily routine is so tired that it does not bring joy? First of all, you need to find out the reasons and learn how to motivate yourself to achieve the goal.

Turn your dreams into reality - learn to set goals

The training “Self-motivation or how to make dreams come true” can serve as an impetus for development. The CiBest International Academy has developed a program to teach you how to set goals and find motivation.

The program, developed from the experience of a group of practitioners and experts in the field of psychoanalysis, has helped many to overcome their laziness and insecurity in order to continue moving towards the intended result.

Self-motivation is a tool that any manager and employee needs. It is she who helps to smile when hard times come and go through this period with confidence, make dreams come true and make a profit that you never even thought about before.

The training "Self-motivation or how to make dreams come true" will help to encourage yourself to action, to break out of the vicious circle of problems. You will learn to enjoy every moment you live.
