Natural care and upbringing in Tsaregradskaya. Basic rules for breastfeeding

Anna: I was prompted to write this text by the unhealthy hype that the media fanned around Tsaregradskaya. Blazing with righteous anger, at the same time they managed to pour mud on everyone and everything. It is clear that no one has yet been able to shout down the media and prove that Zhanna Tsaregradskaya is not to blame, but let's turn on common sense.

I am one of the victims in this case, so I can say exactly what Zhanna Vladimirovna is accused of. The media portray her as almost a killer of children, and at the same time, the grateful mothers whom she once helped are not at all aware of the second direction of her activity ...

As you can see from Tsaregradskaya's blog, for the past few years she has been obsessed with the ideas of being chosen, the thirst for power and unshakable confidence in her rightness. Where did it come from and what exactly is she accused of today?

By education, a teacher working with young children, and later a nurse, began her career in the 90s. At that time, the World Health Organization (WHO), together with UNICEF, became concerned that the percentage of mothers breastfeeding was rapidly decreasing, and formula was being served almost as an equivalent alternative to breastfeeding, while the mortality from artificial nutrition began to go off scale.

These organizations have launched a global campaign to rectify the situation and increase the number of mothers who breastfeed. For this, they have developed breastfeeding rules, and subsequently a whole course of counseling, which gave rise to a new profession - a breastfeeding consultant.

So, at that time (and this is more than 20 years ago) Tsaregradskaya and her center "Rozhana" were engaged in providing assistance in breastfeeding. Zhanna Vladimirovna was one of the first in Russia to become a consultant, collaborated with the first maternity hospital, which received the title of "Baby Friendly Hospital" from WHO / UNICEF, wrote many articles and books on this topic, one of them is a manual for medical institutions in collaboration with Dr. .m.s., pediatrician Fateeva E.M. (Scientific consultant of the Research Institute of Nutrition of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences).

Then Tsaregradskaya supplemented breastfeeding counseling with other aspects of newborn care as part of natural parenting. This approach is based on the developments of psychologists (Russian and foreign), practitioners of this approach (such as Martha and William Sears, and in our case - Nikitin), as well as ethnographic data. At that time, Tsaregradskaya really literally saved many mothers from the numerous problems awaiting them. The flow of grateful clients did not dry up, and Rozhana was replenished with a large number of experienced breastfeeding and care consultants (all successful mothers of many children), who made their own observations and accumulated positive motherhood experience.

Where and at what stage did the gratitude of mothers turn Tsaregradskaya's head?

At what point did she suddenly imagine herself to be a deity who has the right to determine who is good and who is bad? Where did the idea that everyone should worship and serve her come from? But that is precisely why a few years ago she decided to create a sect, which included us - grateful mothers, who still do not suspect anything about what plans Zh.V.

Why did we get there? Yes, because it all started quite innocently: the now fashionable eco-village, life in nature, good relations. And suddenly strange ideas began to appear, excessive financial demands and claims to worship. Tsaregradskaya began to insist on watching all kinds of "accusatory" films, instilling the idea that they want to destroy Russia and that salvation must be sought. Zhanna Vladimirovna manipulated trust more and more and demanded more and more, trying to suggest that we all have health problems. And she did it veiled, but persistently. She subtly quarreled between husbands and wives, set one against the other, put pressure on each of his sore spots or shortcomings, so there was a feeling that she knew everything about you.

She could put pressure on parents with the help of children. For example, to one family, which, due to financial security, was necessary for her in the village, Tsaregradskaya said that their little daughter, who was very sick, needed to move.

And at some point, we ended up owing huge sums to the organization, and not for general needs, but for such things as organizing a large-scale holiday, gifts for Zhanna Vladimirovna and her family, building a large house for her, etc. Later we learned that our previous "household" funds went straight into her pocket.

Some especially suggestible parents were overwhelmed to the point that they no longer knew how they would manage without the help of Tsaregradskaya. And the last straw was her reasoning that everyone should be treated by her psychiatrist friend, who, in collusion with her, declared the mothers and children who came to him abnormal and prescribed them potent drugs (which, by the way, should not be given to children). This was already flagrant sabotage, and then we finally understood what kind of person Tsaregradskaya was. Its main goal is money and power, and even more power, probably ... And then we left.

But the matter did not end there. Arriving a month later for our things, we were fired from traumatic pistols by her husband and son. Without a doubt, this was provoked by her, because I know for sure: all this month, paranoia was escalated in her family that terrible and dangerous people would come to kill her and her children on the orders of some higher authorities.

What conclusion can be drawn from this situation? Do not create an idol for yourself - this, of course, is for all time.

Probably, this fate is natural. But now, in fact, it is important not to throw out the baby with water and to separate the personality of Tsaregradskaya from the useful activity that she once did. After all, natural parenting was not invented by Zhanna Tsaregradskaya, she only popularized this approach in Russia, bringing together numerous sources - from psychologists to research by her employees.

"Rozhana" existed for more than 20 years. Many excellent specialists came out of it, who are still successfully helping mothers. Many of them are now ashamed of the fact that they studied and worked at Rozhan, because the last years of the existence of this organization were overshadowed by the ambitiousness, arrogance and categoricalness of the leader ... Therefore, you should not give up breastfeeding or methods that provide both mother and child with comfort and peace of mind only because Tsaregradskaya once was the bearer of these ideas.

Deniz: Firstly, I want to say that I am grateful to Rozhana for the fact that she led me to conscious motherhood and taught me a lot (and even a negative experience is also an invaluable experience).

I, like many others, met Rozhana after the birth of a child, when I turned to their specialists with problems in breastfeeding. The center's consultant helped me deal with our issue, and also opened up a lot of new things for me in the field of motherhood. Then a care instructor came to us, then courses, and then trainings. All the information that I received at that time in Rozhan resonated with me inside, the advice and recommendations were practical and worked well. At some stage, I realized that I like this direction so much that I also want to participate in it.

And I went first to the course of consultants on breastfeeding, and then to the instructor course. At the same time, I visited Nikolaevka a lot, and I became more and more interested in the ideas of promoting natural motherhood to the masses. The Tsaregradskys told us a lot about their desire to create an ecovillage that would be a favorable environment for young parents to share experiences. The logical continuation was the move to Nikolaevka and participation in the development of the project. At the first stage, if we had questions and inconsistencies, they were explained by the lack of experience, and, as a result, the inability to see the whole picture as a whole.

Probably, any learning process in any field begins with the fact that a person takes on faith, what the teacher gives him. And then in the course of life you check the information received and draw your own conclusions.

Being at the first stages of training and still fully trusting the teacher, I observed what happened to those who had already separated from her. It should be noted that few people left Rozhana without a scandal. Tsaregradskaya said that everyone who leaves Rozhana must obtain her permission to use the methodology and materials in order to work independently. But no one has ever been worthy of it. And those who continued without permission became enemies.

In the meantime, a team of like-minded people gathered in Nikolaevka, who were so passionate about the ideas of the ecovillage that they turned a blind eye to many things or found explanations for each other. I just really wanted to create a dream. At the same time, Zhanna Tsaregradskaya herself began to change right before our eyes. Feeling the support of the team, she began to act more aggressively. I watched how she could scold a consultant on the phone who wanted to leave Rozhana. She could gather consultants and employees for a general meeting and publicly insult and blame all the troubles of the organization.

She also launched a crusade against the inhabitants of the village of Nikolaevka: she wrote numerous statements to the police, groundlessly accusing people. For example, a person asks: “who are you?”, she writes in a statement “so-and-so insulted me and waved a stick.” This has already been a wake-up call for us.

Tsaregradskaya's next step was "passion for psychiatry": she began to make diagnoses right and left, to convince everyone to visit her psychiatrist friend, to whom she takes her older children and treats them with pills. Then there were proposals to collect huge sums (we are talking about millions of rubles) for the further development of the project. Events rolled like a snowball.

And I, and others, had more and more unanswered questions. We began to look for answers from those who worked at Rozhan before us. Gradually, we managed to put the picture together, and it became clear that we had to stay away from the Tsaregradskys. We quickly packed up and left for Moscow. And when they returned for their things, they opened fire on us from a traumatic weapon (as if we were stealing “their” things), and several people were injured.

I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the Rozhana center and Zhanna Tsaregradskaya personally are not the same thing. "Rozhana" is a large number of talented, selfless mothers who have become wonderful specialists in the field of natural motherhood. This is also a whole movement and direction of a benevolent attitude towards the child.

"Rozhana" stood at the origins of natural parenthood in Russia. And I do not at all beg for the contribution of the organization, and I am grateful to it for the opportunity to plunge into conscious motherhood.

I also want to note that most of the myths about the harsh methods in Rozhan have no real basis. And each case must be considered individually. Yes, there was some tough position on many issues, but it came mainly from Zhanna Vladimirovna. And many consultants of the center, at first projecting the views of Tsaregradskaya as a teacher, subsequently changed their point of view.

Of course, Zhanna Tsaregradskaya is an extraordinary person, and only a strong personality could raise such a case. But as can often be seen in history, few people manage to cope with such a burden of responsibility. And Tsaregradskaya in this case is no exception. It has changed a lot in recent years...

And I believe that at the moment Tsaregradskaya uses "Rozhana" and natural parenthood to realize her personal goals. She is not a stupid person, which is why she acts through other people: it is difficult to catch her red-handed. In particular, she was never the director of Rozhana, always someone else, she hid behind the position of a methodologist - no responsibility.

Shooting, which was in Nikolaevka, is entirely on her conscience. Later, we learned that within a month after our departure, she set up her son and husband that if one of the “escaped” returned, they should be shot and buried in a nearby forest. She practically put pistols into the hands of her son and husband, and as a result, she came out clean again, since incitement is very difficult to prove. That is why the investigative committee is developing a version of the sect today - this is the only way to somehow stop Tsaregradskaya and bring her to at least some responsibility. But since law enforcement (as well as many in our country) are poorly versed in aspects of natural parenting, they dump everything in one heap.

The next wave of stories on our television again terrifies with its ignorance and thirst for "hot". The plots are filled with meaningless phrases and old shots that have nothing to do with real events. It is very amusing and at the same time sad to see how TV people connect footage of water births with "Rozhana", which, as you know, has always been against water births. The list of bugs can be very long. It seems that in itself "Rozhana" or Zhanna Tsaregradskaya are of no interest to anyone, but they cannot miss the opportunity to once again attack home birth and natural parenthood. It is a pity that our mass media do not even try to understand the situation.

New parents have enough reason to be excited. A number of questions arise. How to properly organize breastfeeding? Is it safe to travel with a baby to the country? Are personal hygiene products chosen correctly? Help find answers newborn care books domestic and foreign authors.

publishing house: AST, Astrel, 2005

About the author from the Internet: "psychologist-perinatologist Zh. V. Tsaregradskaya- not only an authoritative scholar and author of several books on the culture of motherhood, but also the mother of seven children, each of whom she breastfed until the age of two.

In addition, Zhanna Tsaregradskaya is the founder of the parental culture center "Rozhana". Among the regulars of the forums there is an ambiguous attitude towards this center, which promotes the cult of breastfeeding. Like, Tsaregradskaya behaves like a real guru, takes innocent mothers to a sect, etc. Whatever it was, her book at the moment is one of the few that convey a modern look at the problems that arise during periods of pregnancy and after the birth of a child. Almost all information is backed up by scientific facts, the author's personal opinion breaks through in full breadth only in matters of GW, but not to such an extent as to turn the reader into a blind fan of "Rozhana" at a distance. After all, every mom has her own head, and there are really few good before and after books.

The book "Child from conception to a year" is the first textbook in Russia on perinatal education.

In the first months of pregnancy, the most noticeable changes occur with a woman's sensory perception. Almost every pregnant woman (90%) reports an altered perception of smells and tastes, which can be observed very early, as early as the second week of pregnancy. In addition, pregnant women may experience an altered perception of sounds, colors, visual images, as well as a change in tactile sensations. A common occurrence of pregnancy is the emergence of various food cravings, which can be extremely strong. The well-known symptoms of pregnancy are mood swings, sentimentality, tearfulness, drowsiness, and dullness. Little-known mental phenomena in the first half of pregnancy include a change in attitude to the type of activity or work, the appearance of unusual addictions and activities (for example, knitting or embroidery, drawing and playing music, etc.), the appearance of unusual dreams and dreams, as well as a change in attitude to others and to your own body.

The author's style is rather dry, a textbook is a textbook, but the density of information is very high. Calendar of intrauterine development of the child, psychology of pregnancy (neuro-psychic, emotional connection between the child and mother), a detailed description of each of the birth periods, WHO recommendations on obstetric care and breastfeeding. What the child feels during childbirth, how his psyche is formed, the calendar of the development of the baby up to a year.

Modern research in the field of psychology and psychiatry, conducted by researchers such as Otto Rank, Abraham Maslow, Stanislav Grof, and others, has proven the connection between the development of various mental disorders and psychosomatic diseases and the stress experienced during birth. As a result of a successful physiological birth, the child develops adequate behavior patterns, positive attitudes towards the world around him, a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment. In this case, the formed perinatal matrices will reflect the psycho-emotional and behavioral norm. Interventions in the course of childbirth and deviations from their normal course bring a number of negative aspects to this picture of “a titanic struggle, a sense of a just victory and gaining happiness”. Moreover, the nature of the negative experiences of the child is closely related to the phase of childbirth and the nature of the intervention in their course. If such attitudes have arisen, then later, if the corresponding unconscious information is activated, they will serve for the emergence of certain diseases and mental disorders that can manifest themselves at any age up to old age.

And about how a newborn child perceives himself and the big world.

The work of the sense organs of the fetus is closely connected with its perception of the world, the perception of its own body and its own "I". The starting point of this experience is the idea of the fetus about the shape of its own body. By the end of pregnancy, due to the intrauterine position, he feels like a ball, or rather, an ovoid, and his arms and legs are parts of this ball. For the fetus, located in the cramped volume of the uterus and feeling its tight touch, his body and the surrounding space of the uterus are something unified and indivisible. Since the fetus perceives itself as a ball, the world around it is also spherical. A feature of the state of consciousness of the fetus, and subsequently the newborn, is its inwardness, combined with the complete identification of oneself with the outside world, and the absence of a clear boundary between the images of internal and external reality. The feeling of unity with the whole world around provides the fetus with a sense of comfort and security.

Thus, the fetus feels its own body as a ball. The external world is integral, indivisible and spherical for him. The consciousness of the fetus is turned inward and is combined with the complete identification of one's "I" with the surrounding reality. This feature of a holistic and circular perception of the surrounding world remains in the child for a long time and is of no small importance for his development and formation as a person.

Many mothers are concerned about why they do not feel the emergence of maternal instinct immediately after childbirth. For some, maternal maturity comes earlier, for others later, observations show that sometimes two, even three children are not enough to fully realize their motherhood. Here is how the author describes the stages of development of conscious motherhood from the point of view of perinatal psychology:

Stage 1, unconscious. This stage a woman goes through in infancy and early age in the process of proper care and breastfeeding herself. It is her infantile impressions that subsequently serve as the basis for the unconscious repetition of this or that behavior of the mother in relation to the newborn and infant.

Stage 2, preparatory. This stage the girl and the girl go through in the process of daily observations of the behavior of other mothers in relation to newborns and infants. In addition to passive observations at the preparatory stage, the girl-girl takes part in care, helping older women. The final stage of the preparatory stage is the woman's own pregnancy and the expectation of the appearance of her first child.

Stage 3, direct learning. Begins with the birth of the first child and the first attachment of a newborn to the breast in physiological terms. This stage continues during the first months of an infant's life, with the education of the woman by more experienced mothers.

Stage 4, accumulation of maternal experience. A woman goes through this stage from the moment of acquiring the experience of motherhood, which is formed by about a year, in the process of exchange of experience between mothers and the birth of her two subsequent children, until the onset of 4 births.

Stage 5, mature motherhood. This stage begins from the moment of the birth of the 4th child.

In the aspiration of the author of the book with all his might to convey to the readers the idea of “back to nature”, excesses are sometimes felt, it remains to be believed that modern mothers will not take this information to heart. In the child development calendar, which is very detailed and, by the way, quite adequate, the author advises to feed the child only with breast milk for up to a year, feeding no more than 1-3 times a day. Nursing mothers will involuntarily shudder, canceling their hopes for peace and sleep, but, judging by some forum topics, many people have this situation for up to a year, and the child feels great at the same time.

The following mistakes lead to psycho-emotional deprivation.

The lack of sensitivity of the mother to the needs of the child is expressed in the fact that the mother is insensitive to the signals of the child and comes to his aid too late. The result of this widespread mistake is a violation of the psycho-emotional contact of the infant with the mother, antisocial behavior and a lack of empathy and ownership. The education of compassion and sensitivity begins with the mother's ability not only to respond quickly to the infant's needs, but also to anticipate their occurrence.

Unsatisfactory holding, which is expressed mainly in the restriction of the child's stay in the mother's arms or in the awkward carrying of the child. The lack of good holding also affects the formation of the child's cognitive interest. A person's desire for research and understanding of the relationship between things and phenomena is stopped precisely when the mother decides "not to accustom the child to her hands."

The book contains a huge amount of information about the benefits of breastfeeding, the author's attitude to complementary foods is also peculiar, something needs to be filtered, but in general I did not find anything particularly outrageous. No one has yet succeeded in deriving an ideal nutrition system for a child up to a year old, the situation remains the same: we listen to our intuition and collect competent opinions, it is important to remember the golden truth: a fat child is not equal to a healthy child. Too often, district doctors, recommending this or that complementary food, focus on weight gain, and not at all on the general condition of the child, on his individual needs.

We list the main tasks and principles of the formation of a child's normal eating behavior:

  • The child begins to get acquainted with foods in microdoses from the moment he shows food interest, which appears at about 5-7 months and does not need any other products, except for those that adults eat at the common table.
  • One of the important tasks of development in the first year of life is the acquisition by the child of the skills of chewing and swallowing solid food, which are not given to us from above, but acquired as a result of training. For such training, the child needs not puree, but solid food. In addition, in the process of chewing hard food, such as a cracker, a bagel, a piece of a hard apple, a carrot, etc., the child intensively massages the gums.
  • It is very important that the child eat literally from the mother's plate, i.e. the same as her. This is important because mother's milk helps the baby absorb exactly the food that he ate with his mother.
  • In the mind of the child, breastfeeding has nothing to do with the consumption of food from the common table. For a baby, these are two independent processes, so it is impossible to replace breastfeeding with complementary foods - it is irreplaceable. A child may ask for a breast before complementary foods, during meals, after complementary foods and regardless of complementary foods.
  • In the period between 5 months and 1.5 years, the child gets acquainted with the taste qualities of all the products that are customary to use in his family, and remembers them. Those products, acquaintance with which did not occur during these periods, will be used reluctantly or will be completely excluded from use.

The author cannot be reproached with an overly critical attitude towards medical workers working in maternity hospitals and children's clinics, in all honesty, not a single maternity hospital can still be called ideal for obstetric care in accordance with all the rules, so that pregnant women are treated not only as hospital patients. Personally, I would call the Tsaregradskaya book a good starter copy for a gift to an expectant mother along with Sears, Glade Curtis and Komarovsky, but not on a par with them - one step lower due to the author's too assertive position on some specific issues.

Saint Petersburg

The book "Newborn Care and Education" shocks some, most of the information goes against generally accepted concepts and stereotypes, and at the same time there is something very logical in everything that has been said. Add to this the scandalous train that stretches for the author, and it becomes not clear what is in this book that it is not written off? Here it is necessary to understand.

The author of the book is Tsaregradskaya Zhanna Vladimirovna. Teacher, scientific director of the Rozhana Center for Perinatal Education and Breastfeeding Support, which has existed since 1985, the author of many articles and books on parenting.

Zhanna Vladimirovna collected grains of information from ethnographic descriptions of childcare, took the experience of her grandmother, her experience as a mother of seven children, as well as the experience of advising hundreds of families over several years of the already existing Rozhana Center. This is how this book came to be, a short course on yearly support for mothers and newborns.

Inborn expectations of the newborn. The name is bold, but it justifies itself. Every living being is born adapted to this world to some extent. Human babies are born weak, but only because their mothers are able to take proper care of them. Therefore, it is important for a mother to be prepared and know what these expectations are.

General principles of development of the child of the first year of life. Here, the first days and the adaptation period are mainly described - i.e. the first 1.5 months. After all, this is the most crucial period, by which an inexperienced mother has the most questions.

About breastfeeding and diseases. Very informative and will debunk misconceptions about feeding issues.

Newborn care. Lots and lots of useful information that can be put into practice (for example, adaptive bathing is described in great detail, which can be done on the basis of what you read yourself). In some places what is written goes against the position of official medicine, about which I do not have the highest opinion. I can say that at least some of the methods have been personally tested by me, which I will write about in the blog, subscribe so as not to miss it!

A woman's adaptation to motherhood. Exciting issues of contraception and figures, as well as life with a child, are covered.

Interaction with medical institutions. It opens my eyes in my opinion. In our country, it is customary to unconditionally obey doctors, a priori assuming that they are right in all matters. We can say that doctors in our lives often personify the parental figure. And that's not okay.

Formation of immunity and infectious diseases. A short course in one book on everything, including immunity and disease. Now doctors often say that the disease is not so terrible and that this is a good training for the child's immunity. But if anyone has not heard about it, get ready to learn something new.

Vaccination. A lot about the history of vaccination. For history lovers and for those who have questions about vaccination. Honestly, at the 38th week of pregnancy, it was hard for me to perceive this information.

What I especially liked

This book is a real guide to child care. As soon as I had questions with my child under one year old, I opened this book, and often got answers.

However

I want to warn you a little. The book is good, that's for sure. Only I ask you, without fanaticism.

  • Zhanna Vladimirovna talks about natural protection against pregnancy in the first 6 months against the background of lactation. Yes, only if you have no plans to give birth in the weather, it is better to provide additional methods of contraception. Why. Because in order for the natural method of contraception to work, the application must be perfectly in rhythm, the air is fresh and other ideal conditions. As you understand, not for our rhythm of life.
  • The author of the book writes that the child does not need disposable diapers ("Pampers"). In my opinion, there is no need to 100% abandon a fairly convenient invention. If you, for example, went on a visit with a child, or to a shopping center, then a disposable diaper will simplify life in order. I agree that you should stop wearing diapers at home at least partially.
  • The book says that "motherhood is the ability of a woman to bear, give birth and breastfeed a child to a certain age, due to its physiological needs." I want to add here that it is important to let the child go on time.
  • As for breastfeeding up to 3-4 years, it may sound scary, but it may inspire someone on the contrary. So. Here, too, without fanaticism. Breastfeeding continues until the baby receives energy complementary foods, and then goes feeding food and application to the chest.
  • About vaccinations. I do not support the idea of universal vaccination of babies in the first year of life. I believe that the approach to this process should be conscious. It is important to know not only all the arguments "against", but also all the arguments "for".
  • About childbirth at home and relationships with children's institutions, I want to correct it a little.

Home birth is certainly a wonderful process, but very responsible. The help of a truly qualified midwife is needed, and there is no indication to give birth in the maternity hospital. It is important to assess the risk ratio for physical and psychological health. Fortunately, there are more and more “baby-friendly hospitals” in our country. In my opinion, giving birth in such institutions is a reasonable decision.

As for medical institutions. You still need a doctor. Situations are different. You need a specialist who you can call in case of emergency. Complete denial of medical care is also extreme.

About the style of presentation

This book may be difficult to read if you are reading it while pregnant. In places, the mentoring tone is annoying, and the first ten pages you generally wade through numerous references to death ... Not the most pleasant reading when you are preparing for childbirth.

However, in my eyes, this does not override the value of the information itself. I found it extremely useful in my time to study and still use it as one of my sources for writing articles.

fair question

If the name of Tsaregradskaya is familiar to you, or you want to read more about her, then you will surely come across articles about the latest incidents related to the sect and litigation about this.

It is possible that the book, revolutionary for its age, simply blew the heads of people who were hungry for something worthwhile. And the rapidly growing degree of fanaticism eventually perverted good ideas to the level of a "sect". There is also an alternative point of view, as if the case was fabricated by those who wanted to seize the property of the Tseregradsky family.

It's hard to say what really happened there. Maybe there was nothing special, but a solid shadow falls on the author's name.

What I want to say. This book is already 16 years old, many consultants and instructors have studied at the Rozhana center, who have spread all over Russia and opened their centers. All these years, the methods of Tsaregradskaya have been tested and improved, and the number of reviews of grateful families whom they helped in their time is in the thousands.

Despite the unpleasant history, one cannot deny the useful contribution made by Tsaregradskaya to the development of support for breastfeeding and natural parenting in our country.

So take what is good for yourself, and what is bad is better left behind.

Common sense

Natural parenthood is not an easy topic and requires a high level of awareness and savvy. If this topic is as important to you as it is to me, I highly recommend this online course. "Natural parenting: myths and reefs" midwives Maria Mayorskaya and women's doctor Irina Zhgareva.

This article was prepared with the support of mother art consultant Evgenia Starkova. You can ask her a question on the topic of the article in the comments, or using the form feedback.

We used only Chicco pacifiers, and the most favorite is Physio Compact silicone. The pacifier looks very beautiful and is made of soft silicone. The material is elastic, and most importantly, it has no smell and taste. It is heat resistant so it will last longer and can be sterilized and boiled to kill all bacteria. And its shape allows you to achieve the correct grip with the mouth and forms the correct bite.
