Transport interchange hub Petrovsko Razumovsky. Everything you didn't know about TPU Petrovsko-Razumovskaya

Technological part of a large transport interchange hub (TPU) Petrovsko-Razumovskaya it is planned to build before the end of 2021, the related infrastructure - in 2023. This was reported on March 22 by the Stroykompleks Internet portal with reference to the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Policy and Construction Marat Khusnullin.
"Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin has set the task of creating a unified city transport system that will allow each Muscovite to quickly and efficiently transfer from one mode of transport to another, choose routes to their liking. For this, transport interchange nodes are being created at key points of the network. Based on Metro stations Petrovsko-Razumovskaya one of the largest transport hubs in the capital will be formed. It will combine the flows of two metro lines - Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya and Serpukhovsko-Timiryazevskaya, as well as lines of two directions of railways.- said Marat Khusnullin.

According to him, the engineers of the Japanese company Nikken Sekkei participated in the development of the TPU project. It provides for the construction of two passenger terminals and covered pedestrian galleries, which will provide a comfortable transfer between modes of transport.

In addition, roads and access roads in the TPU area will be reconstructed, parking lots for more than 1,000 cars will be equipped, and a tunnel will be built under the Savelovsky direction of the railways.

The Deputy Mayor noted that a decision has already been made to move the two railway platforms of the Leningradsky and Savelovsky directions closer to the future transport hub.

, - explained the head of the Construction Complex.

The development of the project involves the construction of two multifunctional complexes with shopping areas, offices, apartments and hotels. Their area will exceed 260 thousand square meters.

Recall that on March 22, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin opened passenger traffic on a new section of the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya line from the station Petrovsko-Razumovskaya to the station Seligerskaya.

The transport hub will be built on the basis of the metro station of the same name

Transport interchange hub (TPU) Petrovsko-Razumovskaya will appear on the basis of the metro station of the same name until the end of 2021. The accompanying infrastructure - two multifunctional complexes with shops, offices and hotels - will be completed by 2023.

According to Marat Khusnullin, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Policy and Construction, this transport hub will become one of the largest in the city.

This is where the trains will stop. peregrine falcon" following from Moscow to St. Petersburg.

Near the TPU, roads and access roads will be reconstructed, parking lots for more than a thousand parking spaces will be built, and a tunnel will be laid under the tracks of the Savelovsky direction of the railway.

Transport interchange hubs (TPU) allow you to connect the metro, railway, public and private transport, so that passengers spend less time when transferring, and in many cases do not even get their feet wet. Several large transfer hubs are planned in the Northern District, and unique design solutions have been developed for each.

The second area of the three stations

One of the largest transport hubs in the district will be Petrovsko-Razumovskaya, which, according to the portal of the Moscow Construction Complex, will be built before 2020 with the involvement of engineers from a Japanese company.

- The flow of passengers of this transport hub will be comparable to Komsomolskaya Square - the so-called area of three stations, - said Marat Khusnullin, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Planning Policy and Construction.

The junction will unite two metro lines, railway lines and the MCC. The railway platforms of the Leningrad and Savelovsky directions will be moved closer to the future TPU. In addition, the Sapsan high-speed train will stop here.

Straight to Finland

The Khovrino transport hub, whose construction began in February, will include a bus station for buses, platforms for boarding and disembarking passengers, warm waiting areas and a spacious parking lot. It is already known that here it will be possible to board a bus leaving for Finland. Nearby will be the metro station "Khovrino" and the platform of the Oktyabrskaya railway.

A 600-meter pedestrian crossing will be built above the railway, which will connect Khovrino and Western Degunino. Two residential complexes with a kindergarten will also be built as part of TPU.

View of the green hills

This year, on the basis of the CSKA metro station under construction, it is planned to build the Khodynskoye Pole transport hub.

According to Marat Khusnullin, it will be a small knot . A two-story underground shopping and entertainment center will be built above the metro platform. It is planned to erect public and business buildings near the northern lobby of the metro station, where there will also be an office for employees of the Moscow Metro . The roofs will be planted with greenery, and residents of nearby houses will not see the TPU buildings from their windows: they will have a view of the green hills.

Above the tramway

As part of the TPU "Dmitrovskaya" near the metro station of the same name, a multifunctional complex will be built over the existing tram circle.

“We are considering several such projects, where we “cover” the settling and turning areas of public transport,” said Grigory Feofanov, Deputy Director of Mosinginvest LLC. — Due to this, the urban space in the TPU with a large passenger flow will be saved as much as possible.

The commercial part of the hub, which will include retail space, offices and other facilities, will be built by the investor. The project will include a residential complex with a kindergarten and underground parking.

Node with hotel

The construction of the Savelovskaya transfer hub is scheduled for 2020 and will take place in two stages: first, an underground pedestrian crossing and five public transport stops will be built, then a station hotel.

The TPU will connect the metro station of the same name with the Nizhnyaya Maslovka station, which is scheduled to open in 2018.

“TPU will combine the passenger flows of electric trains arriving at Savelovsky Station, ground public transport and the metro,” said Albert Suniev, a representative of Mosinzhproekt.

And shuttles in the future

Together with the launch of the MCC last year, several transport hubs were opened in the north of the capital: Okruzhnaya, Likhobory, Koptevo, Baltiyskaya, Streshnevo, Panfilovskaya, Zorge, Khoroshovo. Almost all of them will still be improved.

Not far from the Sorge station, for example, as part of the TPU, in late 2017 - early 2018, the construction of an apart-hotel with a parking lot will be completed. By the way, the longest pedestrian bridge on the MCC was built at this station - almost 200 meters.

The most demanded of the TPU at the MCC was the node at the "Baltiyskaya". Paradoxically, it is here that the transition to the metro is one of the longest, the passenger spends about 12 minutes on it. In the future, residents of the Golovinsky and Voikovsky districts propose to launch transfer shuttles or travelators here - moving passenger belts.

With the current permissiveness of garden construction, the appetites of the construction business are only growing and this is no longer hidden. Please note that this is not about social construction, but about commercial construction. There are a lot of examples in Moscow. You don’t have to go far, Butyrsky Khutor is a vivid example: in the future 10 global construction projects, of which 6 transport hubs, 2 highways and 2 railway extensions under the Central Diameters program…

TPU "Petrovsko-Razumovskaya". Now there are public hearings on this project in 3 districts at once: Timiryazevsky, Marfino and Butyrsky. Residents of these three districts are practically unaware, and those who are aware are deprived of the opportunity to understand why they need this transfer hub, if there is already one that was built together with the Petrovsko-Razumovskaya metro station in 1991.

We remind you that TPU is a transport interchange hub, that is, a passenger complex in which a transfer is carried out passengers between different types of urban passenger and external transport. Passengers and pedestrians! And not residents of apartments, sellers of shopping malls and casino players! What's with the casino? Ltd! More on that below.

"The city must develop" - Muscovites already have a catchphrase bordering on black humor, among New Muscovites, of which there are more and more every year, a phrase that inspires hope for a mortgage paradise in a concrete hut.

TPU "Petrovsko-Razumovskaya" is waiting for naive villagers in their apartments! One is 150 meters high, the other is 100 meters. That's all. TPU is over. Don't believe? That's right! The customer of the planning project for this transport hub (Moskomarkhitektura) himself honestly admits this. Take a look at page 9 of Appendix 1 to the Petrovsko-Razumovskaya TC Territory Planning Project

(screenshot from document)

But we not only took a chance, we also dismantled this wonderful project piece by piece! Not without the help of professional experts, of course. What a huge thanks to them!

It turns out that under the beautiful wrapper "multifunctional complex", judging by the documents, it means:

And you say, what does the casino have to do with it ...

But to "fraer eared" ( Gleb Zheglov) I didn’t notice this inadvertently, after the 9th page of the documentation there are another 50 pages of all sorts of things and pictures that are proudly called “GRAPHIC MATERIALS”. The essence of this whole project turned out to be the most mercenary - the investor receives a plot of land for his commercial facilities, and the city conducts communications to them for budget money! Yes, yes, our taxes!

FOC with a pool? Rehabilitation area for disabled children? The park? A modern garage complex instead of eliminating the parking space? Oh, dreaming! The city must develop to feed the business, not bankrupt it with social facilities.

If you agree with this, go breathe in the reagents and enjoy the new paid parking or construction crane, and if not, say so by slamming your fist on the table! The most efficient way to do this is:

INSTRUCTIONS for the lazy

  • download 2 files:

These are sheets of comments and suggestions on the TPU and PZZ projects (this was specially thought up to confuse us even more)

  • print for yourself, or maybe for that guy (neighbor on the porch)
  • fill in these sheets (name, address, date, signature)
  • (contacts via link) to find out how and to whom to transfer the sheets, because the collected sheets of comments from the residents of the Butyrsky district will be taken by the deputies to the district town planning commission under the prefecture of the North-East Administrative Okrug no later than February 14th.

Why is all this necessary?

  • Well, firstly, so that the authorities do not consider us an indifferent herd at all;
  • Secondly; to show them (that is, the authorities) that the Butyrsky district is against turning it into a construction site;
  • and thirdly, so that your conscience is calm, that you have fulfilled your civic duty to your own children. The future generation will live the way we leave the city to them.

How did the meetings of these public hearings go,

Follow the news, or better yet, receive them by mail (there is a subscription).

“Design work will start soon. The designers are faced with a difficult task, because one of the largest and technically most complex transport hubs in Moscow is to be built here. The flow of passengers of this TPU will be comparable to Komsomolskaya Square - the so-called "square of three stations", - said M. Khusnullin.

The head of the Construction Complex recalled that the Petrovsko-Razumovskaya transport hub would combine the flows of two metro lines and a railway line. According to him, a decision has already been made to move the two railway platforms of the Leningrad and Savelovsky directions to the future transport hub.

“This will make it possible to organize a comfortable transfer of passengers between the metro, the radial directions of railways and the Moscow Central Ring”, - explained M. Khusnullin.

He noted that a stop of the Sapsan trains from St. Petersburg to Moscow will appear as part of the TPU.

“We proposed to the management of Russian Railways to make an additional stop for the Sapsan trains here. This will partially unload the Leningradsky railway station," he said. M. Khusnullin.

Recall that Nikken Sekkei already has experience in designing transport hubs in Moscow on the example of the Botanical Garden transport hub.

“This is a very successful project with well-thought-out logistics, which provides the most convenient transfer from one mode of transport to another,” he said earlier. M. Khusnullin.

According to him, the adjacent territory will also be developed.
“In fact, the integration of the transport hub into the existing development and the integrated development of the entire site are envisaged,” he said. M. Khusnullin.

Which will be built in Moscow until 2020, published on the Stroykompleks portal.

Now the area of the Petrovsko-Razumovskaya metro station of the Serpukhovsko-Timiryazevskaya line looks more like a large construction site than a busy, but not yet equipped interchange hub that combines the railway station, metro stations and surface transport.

The equipped transport hub will appear here at the beginning of 2020. It is being designed by Japanese engineers from the Nikken Sekkei company, who previously designed the Botanical Garden transport hub.

“Designers are faced with a difficult task, they have to build one of the largest and most technically complex transport hubs in Moscow. The flow of passengers of this transport hub will be comparable to Komsomolskaya Square - the so-called "square of three stations", - said the head of the Moscow Construction Complex Marat Khusnullin.

In the meantime, construction is going on at the station. Metro employees with whom “Moscow is changing” talked about the closure of the old lobby with joy - they are waiting for the changes that will come with the renovation.

The Petrovsko-Razumovskaya station of the Serpukhovsko-Timiryazevskaya line is one of the deepest in the Moscow Metro, its depth is 61 meters. The construction was conceived back in 1938 as part of the Tagansko-Timiryazevsky diameter (according to the plans of 1947 - as part of the Kaluzhsko-Timiryazevsky diameter). Construction began in 1971 and was interrupted due to lack of funding. The station was opened on March 1, 1991 as part of the Savelovskaya - Otradnoye section. On August 29, 2016, the eastern hall was opened, the movement of trains of the Serpukhovsko-Timiryazevskaya line from the center was transferred to it. Traffic on the eastern hall for trains of the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya line was opened on September 16, 2016 as part of the Maryina Roshcha - Petrovsko-Razumovskaya section.

Now the upper vestibule of the Serpukhov branch is not in the best condition: uneven floors, dirty ceilings, stained-glass windows of Zurab Tsereteli, covered with a layer of dust. According to Sergey Zhukov, Director General of JSC Mosmetrostroy, the entire old lobby, including the roof, will be dismantled manually, using jackhammers. “For the duration of the reconstruction, passengers will be able to get to the station through the eponymous ground pavilion of the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya line, attached near the lobby closed for repairs,” he specified.

After the overhaul is completed, it will be possible to get to the metro station through the combined lobby of two metro lines with the same name of the Petrovsko-Razumovskaya station from Lokomotivny proezd, at the intersection of the Oktyabrskaya Moscow Railway and the Savelovsky direction of the Moscow Railway. The opening is scheduled for the birthday of the Moscow Metro - May 15, 2017.

But the Transport Interchange Hub, which will be built by 2020, will combine metro stations with railway lines of the Leningrad and Savelovsky directions. Two railway platforms will be moved to the TPU. “This will make it possible to organize a comfortable transfer of passengers between the metro, radial directions of railways and the MCC,” said Marat Khusnullin. “It is also assumed that the Petrovsko-Razumovskaya transport hub will have a stop for the Sapsan trains from St.

Together with the TPU, the territory adjacent to them will also develop: about 14 million square meters can be built around 169 transfer hubs. m of real estate.

In addition to housing - administrative buildings, shopping and entertainment facilities, offices, hotels and apart-hotels.

“This technology is successfully used in the construction of transfer hubs all over the world. There are such projects in Singapore, Tokyo, New York, Berlin. The most interesting example is the Tin Hau station in Hong Kong. As part of a single facility, a metro station, a bus terminal and a multi-storey residential complex were built,” said Albert Suniev, head of the development division of JSC Mosinzhproekt.
