Ranked lists of applicants for state-funded places at Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov in 2018 were published on the website of the Central Admission Committee of Moscow State University on July 27 at: http://cpk.msu.ru/rating. These lists are updated several times a day and contain detailed information about the scores of each applicant and whether he submitted his consent to enrollment and the original of the certificate to this faculty or to MSU as a whole.
The Faculty of Soil Science publishes its competitive lists, which are updated in real time and contain information about the plans of applicants, which makes it possible to predict the possibility of admission of applicants below the list.
We remind you that when submitting documents for enrollment, you must provide additional photos 3x4 on matte paper (their total number in the file should be 8 pieces - they will be pasted into your student card, grade book, library card, etc.).
To get a referral for a medical examination, you need to have a compulsory medical insurance policy, an 86u certificate and a vaccination sheet with you.
Copies of SNILS and TIN are also required - these documents are needed to receive a scholarship. If the applicant does not have them, they must be issued before September 1 and bring copies to the faculty.
Currently, the technical passing score for state-funded places in the second wave of enrollment is 374 to the Department of Soil Science and 290 to the department "Ecology and nature management".
At the meeting of the CPC on August 3, it was approvedpassing score for applicants for a contractin the amount of 50% of the maximum possible total score. Thus, all applicants who passed the exams and scored at least255 points for the department "Soil Science" and205 to the department "Ecology and nature management",recommended for enrollmentto contract places and will be enrolled in 1 coursein case of conclusion of an agreement and payment for tuition in the first semester, regardless of their number.
Department of Soil Science
For comparison, you can see. Last year, the passing score for the department "Soil Science" was 384 , and the position of an applicant enrolled in a budget place with a given score - 132 (in the first wave - 393 and 114, respectively). Please note that those who took documents after entering another place are not included in this number, and also that last year more people were enrolled who entered without exams and according to the target quota - therefore, in 2018 more positions will pass. Information on the passing scores of the last year for all faculties can be found at the link: https://www.msu.ru/entrance/pr-b-2017.php

11 positions according to the originals
Since 2016, there has been a limitation on the number of opportunities to apply for consent to enrollment in the amount of two at a university. In this regard, it is advisable to first submit an application for consent and the original certificate to that university and to the direction of training that is your priority, if the points scored give some chance to enter there - and transfer the certificate to a less priority place, but with greater chances for admission only if there are so many applications for consent from persons with higher scores that this makes your admission to state-funded places impossible. Otherwise, you run the risk of exhausting the specified limit and losing the opportunity to return to the competition that you had the opportunity to endure.

Ranking - distribution of the object in the order of their priority.
The word "Ranking" comes from the word "Rank" that is, primacy, seniority, the predominant value.
To study objects in a certain row (number in the list, etc.). Usually the rating is used to determine the place. Also, from a mathematical point of view, with the help of rating (ranking), you can determine the score (sometimes display the average).
Ranking data, that is, assigning ranks to the subjects of the list, happens according to certain rules:
- Decide on the direction of ranking (lowest to highest or highest to lowest);
- assign the maximum rank (choose either the best indicator or the worst):
- be sure to check if a mistake has been made (to do this, add the assigned ranks and compare them with the sum of the serial numbers)
- if the sums match, then the ranking is correct.
The most elementary example of ranking is the construction of school students by height on the line, in a physical education lesson (students are lined up from the highest and, in continuation, in order of reduction), in social networks one can often find ranking by popularity (first they show “TOP”, then depending on the reduction in popularity).
Of course, there are universities, admission to which flows without entrance examinations. Then the ranking of applicants is carried out on the following points:
- team members;
- winners of the All-Russian Olympiads;
- winners of the All-Russian Olympiads;
- winners of olympiads (this includes district olympiads, regional and intercity ones).
Now let's talk about how the word "Ranking" can apply to the lists of applicants (students) entering universities.
Imagine that there are 200 places in the psychology department. And 300 people applied. This is where ranking comes in. Initially all applicants check for benefits and allowances. It is also a kind of ranking. For example, there are universities that allocate 10% of 100% to places designed specifically for beneficiaries (disabled people, orphans, etc.).
It is these applicants who are in the first numbers of the list for admission to the Faculty of Psychology. But the number of free places is also conditional. Therefore, ranking is also carried out here. In this case, the championship is calculated according to the results of the Unified State Examination (in some universities, a good or excellent passing of the TRP standards is a plus).
They are followed by applicants who arrived on a general basis (mostly paid places). Here a different ranking method is applied. In this case, not only the results of the Unified State Examination are in favor, but also all kinds of diplomas, commendations, merits, etc.
Thus, the university is recruiting 200 applicants, starting with beneficiaries and ending with the extreme ones on a reducing scale of points.
But there are also cases when students, for one reason or another, refuse their place. Then the ranking starts again. The set opens again. The list of two hundred is supplemented by those who were, for example, 201 - 210. Subsequently, until the end of the list of applicants to the university. Places for applicants may change more than once. Until the full staffing of this department in the university.
For applicants, there is a ranked list for admission to the university. As a rule, it is located on the rack (stand) of information. What is it for? They are made so that the applicant can see his place in the ranking. Basically, during recruitment, this list is updated every day (or as applicants move).
Completed List applicants can also be ranked. For example, alphabetically.
In the modern world, people cannot do without mathematics. This is an exact science that requires order. This is one of the main advantages of ranking.
This is a kind of mathematical branch that requires attention, precision and does not accept any digressions. Otherwise, a sufficient number of shocks may occur.
For example, if the calculation is not correct, then an applicant with a low score will be able to get into the faculty (budget), and an applicant with the highest score will be forced to enter the same faculty, but on a paid basis.
In other words, ranking allows:
- mark better work;
- a well-deserved place in the rating grid;
- clearly distinguish faces from largest to smallest and vice versa;
- find the information you need (more popular, better quality, etc.).
HOW TO READ COMPETITION LISTS
Competition, competition group- the direction of training, for which a certain number of budget places are allocated (admission plan, admission target).
Competitive lists, lists of applicants- these are the lists of applicants - candidates for enrollment, formed for each competition. The position of the candidate in the list is determined by the category of the applicant (applicants without entrance examinations, enrolled in a quota with special rights, enrolled in a quota with targeted directions, enrolled in a general competition) and the sum of their points.
To start working with competitive lists, you need to know the admission plan and the organization of the competition for budget places in a specific area of training - this information will be needed to understand where the border of the list of applicants accepted for budget places is, in other words, the border of the list of applicants-candidates for enrollment.
Competition lists are presented in two versions. The first is a complete competitive list, including all applicants admitted to participate in the competition (with originals and copies of educational documents). The second is an abbreviated competitive list, which includes only applicants with originals and statements of consent to enrollment.
Ranging lists, i.e. placement of applicants in the lists is made in descending order of points according to the following algorithm:
1) by the sum of points of entrance examinations and individual achievements,
2) in case of equality of the sum of points on the score of the first subject,
3) in case of equality of scores of the first subject by the score of the second subject,
4) in case of equality of scores of the second subject according to the score of the third subject,
5) in case of equality of points according to paragraphs 1-4, those with the mark "preferential enrollment" are placed above.
Passing score- this is the minimum amount of points scored on the basis of the results of the Unified State Examination or on entrance examinations conducted by the university independently, giving the right to enrollment in the case of providing original documents on education and statements of consent to enrollment. The passing score is determined by the sum of the scores of the last applicant, whose number is less than or equal to the number of budget places ( "green Zone" list). During the exchange of copies of documents on education for originals, the value of the passing score may change; usually in the direction of increase, tk. originals are brought by applicants with a higher total score, ousting applicants with lower scores from the "green zone".
blue Applicants considered as candidates for enrollment at the 2nd (next) stage are highlighted in color in the lists. Gray enrolled applicants are highlighted in color in the lists. yellow Applicants who have signed an agreement are highlighted in color in the lists.
When working with competitive lists, the procedure is as follows:
1. Find yourself in the full competitive list (by copies and originals).
2. If your number in the list is less than or equal to the admission plan, then you are in the number of budget places, and for enrollment you must submit the original document on education and a statement of consent to enrollment until 18:00 on August 1.
3. If you do not fall into the number of budget places, but there are applicants in the competitive list who did not submit the original documents of education, and their number allows the possibility of your entry into the "green zone" (among the budget places) if they do not provide the originals, you must submit an application for consent to enrollment and the original document of education and wait for the enrollment process. You have a chance to get to budget places.
4. If you do not fall into the number of budget places, and your serial number does not give a chance to get into budget places, submit an application for consent to enrollment and the original document on education and conclude a contract for paid training.
5. If you have submitted several applications for participation in competitions for different areas of training, look for yourself in the relevant competitive lists. And choose the one in which you have the best position - either you are in the "green zone", or high enough to the border of budget places. And submit the original certificate of education.
6. At the same time, it should be remembered that at the first stage of enrollment, according to the Admission Rules (reception of original documents and statements of consent to enrollment before August 1), 80% of the total number of budget places remaining after enrollment of applicants with special rights will be filled, and targets on 29 July. If you are located in the competition that is relevant to you within 100% of the specified budget places, but go beyond 80%, then at the first stage of enrollment you do not fall into the order, but you have the opportunity to participate in the competition for the remaining 20% of budget places in the second stage of enrollment (reception of applications for consent to enrollment and originals until 18:00 on August 6).
1.
Lists of applicants are ranked in descending order of the amount of competitive points.
2.
If the total scores for the entrance examinations of applicants are the same, then the lists are ranked according to the priority of the entrance examinations. For ranking (compiling) lists of applicants, the university sets the priority of entrance examinations.
3.
If the categories from paragraphs 1 and 2 are equal, the higher place is occupied by applicants who have the priority right to enroll.
How are the lists of applicants without entrance examinations ranked:
1.
team members;
2.
winners of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren;
3.
winners of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren;
4.
champions and prize-winners in the field of sports;
5.
winners of Olympiads for schoolchildren;
6.
