The reason for the increasing concealment of the truth about the Victory of 1945 is not archival limitations or difficulties in understanding this truth. The main reason is different. After all, the main truth about the Victory of 1945 is simple and until August 1991 (more precisely, until March 1985, in which the “best German” Gorbachev was brought to power in the USSR) was publicly available and well-known.
