The most active and talented students of the Russian University of Cooperation make up the student personnel reserve, represented by all faculties, institutes and branches of the university. Young people included in the personnel reserve not only study well, but also actively manifest themselves in science, creativity and social life. They are sociable and endowed with leadership qualities.
The purpose of creating a student personnel reserve was to increase the personnel potential of the Russian University of Cooperation, to identify young leaders of the university, who are called upon to play a leading role in the scientific, pedagogical and administrative fields of the university in the near future.
Interacting with the leadership of the university, representatives of the student personnel reserve develop and implement their own projects related to issues of student self-government, marketing research, student media publications, etc.
