Simultaneously with the creation of the foundation of the post-war Nazi economy, Bormann attended to the creation of a cadre of post-war Nazism. Preparation went in two directions: youth and actually personnel. In addition to military training, the children were also taught the organization of sabotage, the skills of living in underground conditions and abroad. Since March 1944, preparations for turnouts, shelters, and legalization schemes began. The success of these measures was facilitated by the dense coverage of the population by the regime: one secret police officer per 600 people, one informant per 300 people.

In 1944, British and American intelligence drew attention to the sudden disappearance of a number of important figures from the political life of the Reich: some simply disappeared, others left the party and the SS and were even persecuted. But this is the highest level, where it was about important, but at best, dozens of people; but at the middle level of the NSDAP, the preparation of the future underground became widespread. Party officials, known only at the local level, were transferred to another city, where they suddenly began to manifest themselves as anti-Nazis. These people received new documents, their personal files were replaced with new ones, or materials about their negative attitude towards Hitler, the party and the state were invested in the old ones; some even ended up behind bars or in a concentration camp for a while. There were 8-9 thousand of them, and the allies, having occupied Germany, accepted them with open arms, filling their occupation administration with them. K. Reiss in 1944 believed that it would take the Nazis 15 years to “surface” and crown their underground blitzkrieg with success, bringing their people de jure or de facto to power in Germany (FRG): it took the Irish underground a century, in order to achieve the goals set by the socialists - 25. “It took the Russians to lose two wars. The Nazis cannot wait for another lost war. They want to come to power to start a third world war... Armed with super science and super technology plus what they looted, including perhaps the treasures of Solomon, the Nazis and their ideology were well equipped to start building the Fourth Reich.

To begin with, the Nazis had to ensure the flight of the leadership of the Reich, primarily Hitler and the top, as well as the export of samples of super technology, documentation, money, jewelry and art objects. Even during the war, they (SS) created a whole network of "secret paths" (and those serving them, structures and shelters) around the world, which were called "ratlines" (a play on words: rat paths and at the same time cables that hold on to). After the war, this network ensured the withdrawal of the Nazis from Germany. The main cables were Kamaradenwerk (Comradely Work) and ODESSA (Organisation der ehemaligen SS-Angehorigen - Organization of Former SS Members). "Kamaradenwerk" was created by Luftwaffe Colonel Hans Ulrich Rudel (on his account 2530 sorties), ODESSA - by Bormann and Müller, and Otto Skorzeny provided practical guidance. Louis Snyder, author of the giant Encyclopedia of the Third Reich, defined ODESSA as "a large-scale underground Nazi movement of people."

The Kamaradenwerk worked closely with an organization that had enormous resources and ensured the flight of more Nazis than any other organization - the Vatican Refugee Bureau. In relations with the Vatican, Pope Pius XII greatly contributed. Under this name, Cardinal Eugenio Maria Giuseppe Giovanni Pacelli, who was much more friendly to the Nazis, and one of the books about which is simply called "Hitler's Pope" became pope. Pius XII's predecessor, Pius XI, had a very cool attitude towards the Nazis. On February 10, 1939, the day before the planned next public anti-fascist speech, the pope died; the official version is a heart attack (the speech after death has never been found). According to rumors, one of the Vatican doctors, Dr. Francesco Saverno Petacci (father of Clara Petacci, Mussolini's mistress, who was killed with him) was the culprit of the death of the pope - he allegedly gave the pope a fatal injection. The rumors were confirmed by information found in the diary of French Cardinal Eugene Tisserand, who began as an agent of French military intelligence. From the Vatican, the Nazis went mainly to Latin America - primarily to Argentina, but also to Brazil, Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile, Bolivia, less often - to Spain and Portugal, even more rarely - to the Middle East.

Argentina's dictator Juan Peron was a fan of Hitler; Peron himself was greatly influenced by his wife Eva (Evita). Starting her "career" as a prostitute, she moved from one lover to another, choosing more and more status (while increasingly despising people from the elite) and finally ended up in Peron's bed. In 1947, she undertook the highly publicized "Rainbow Tour" of Europe. The tour was an act of cover for the main operation - the placement in Swiss banks of what the Peron family "borrowed" from Bormann, on the one hand, and the organization of the transfer of Nazi millions from Europe to Argentina. This was done by the head of the "cable" "Die Spinne" ("Spider") Otto Skorzeny. In Argentina, the former chief of the Gestapo Mueller also settled well, continuing to control the secret police of this country even after Peron was overthrown in 1955 and he went to Spain. In Bolivia, under the name of Klaus Altmann, Klaus Barbier settled - "the butcher of Lyon". Here he traded weapons and became one of the organizers of the famous Medellin cartel. In general, the Nazis actively developed drug trafficking in Latin America. They had two reasons: economic - money and ideological - the continuation of the destruction of subhumans in a different way than before - with the help of drugs. Well, since the drugs were going to the United States, it was also a way to indirectly get even with the Americans, whom the Germans considered "a rabble of mutants of all races who consider themselves supermen."

Some of the Nazis ended up in the Middle East - in Egypt, Syria, Iran. Egyptian intelligence at the turn of 1940-1941 - 1950s was headed by the former chief of the Warsaw Gestapo L. Gleim, who took the Arabic name Ali Nasher. Himmler's former adviser B. Bender (Colonel ibn Salem), former chief of the Gestapo Düsseldorf J. Demler and many others served there. I am not talking about the activity of O. Skorzeny in Egypt, how he advised Nasser. The Arab geopolitical project of the late 1940s, directed against Israel, the USA and the USSR (and at the same time designed to increase the confrontation between the USA and the USSR in the Middle East), is the work of former SS men, whose children and grandchildren, often ostensibly converting to Islam, worked and work in the Arab-Muslim world. This world attracts them not only with oil and gas, but also with some kind of occult potential, the possession of which was preoccupied by the Order of the Black Sun and especially its top, led by 12 knights.

Not all Nazis, especially from intelligence, fled Germany. Some of them remained there, actively cooperating with the Americans in the ranks of the Gehlen Organization. This Nazi intelligence network became the eyes and ears of Americans at the very beginning of the Cold War. In 1942, Gehlen headed the Fremde Heere Ost (Department of Foreign Armies of the East), a sector of the General Staff that analyzed intelligence coming from the eastern front. To avoid conflicts with the Abwehr, Gehlen created his own network of spies and informers - the Gehlen Organization. In April 1945, Gehlen offered his organization to the British to fight Russia, but received no answer. Then, putting their archives in 50 metal containers and hiding them in three different places in Germany, the Gelenites decided to surrender to the Americans and offer their services to them.

Eisenhower's chief of staff, Walter Bedell Smith (from 1950 to 1953 he would be director of the CIA, and then replace A. Harriman as ambassador to the USSR), in violation of American laws, brought Gehlen and several of his people on his plane to Washington. We agreed that Gehlen would work against the Russians offline - but within the framework of the goals and objectives that the Americans would set. Thus, the Nazi underground in Germany was placed at the service of the United States, thereby buying itself freedom from persecution. As a result, "virtually everything the US learned about Soviet goals and capabilities at the very end of World War II came from the anti-communist underground, filtered through a Nazi organization linked to the international financial elite." Gehlen's organization developed in close contact with the CIA, being in fact its department for Russian and Eastern European affairs. She received $ 200 million from the CIA funds - Allen Dulles greatly appreciated Gelen, about whom he said that he had the mind of a professor, the heart of a soldier and the instinct of a wolf. In 1946, Gehlen returned to Germany and began to create German intelligence - even before the formation of the Federal Republic of Germany. The number of his organization grew from 350 to 4 thousand people. From 1956 to 1968 Gehlen, a Knight of Malta, was president of the Bundesnachriechtendienst (BND), German intelligence.

In 1980, Martin Bormann, who was over 70, was living in Buenos Aires, writing his memoirs and continuing to travel extensively in America. Under his control was a huge business empire. It was run by the second generation of Nazis, the children and nephews of the 100,000 high-ranking Nazis who had fled to South America after the war. They were educated at the best universities in Europe and America, and secretly trained in such dominions as the colony of Dignidad in Chile. In Chile, former Nazis became frequent after Kissinger orchestrated the rise of Augusto Pinochet to power in 1973 to protect the interests of Rockefeller, Kissinger's patron, in that country.

The Order of Malta (Order of the Hospitallers, Order of the Knights of Rhodes) plays an important role in the religious, political and financial life of the West. Among other things, he carries out communication between the Vatican and the Anglo-Saxon intelligence agencies of the CIA and MI6. The Order has been active in Russia for the last decade, but the Russian members of the Order belong to the outer circle and, of course, are not allowed either to real secrets or to make decisions. It is, so to speak, membership "painted on canvas".

Perhaps one of the last actions, which was led by the already aged Bormann, was the conclusion of peace between the Fourth Reich and Israel, and more precisely, between the Desi secret service of the Fourth Reich and the Mossad. After the Mossad kidnapped Eichmann, who lived quietly in South America until he began to write memoirs, in which, among other things, he talked about contacts between the Nazis and the Zionists, Desi and Mossad began a mutual merciless shooting of employees, cover agents, informers. Since 1961, Mossad losses have been more than 100 people a year. Losses "Desi" if they were less, then not much. In the 1980s, the parties decided to reach an agreement. In Argentina, under the "co-sponsorship" of the CIA, Borman met with a certain "gray eminence" from Israel, who once led the Jewish lobby in the United States. The Nazis transferred gold to Israel (so much that they had to take it out within two days by two Hercules transport planes) and 5 billion dollars by transfer through Swiss banks (A.V. Morozov suggests that in the 1990s, most likely it was on these funds, Israel will begin to rapidly expand its nuclear program). The Nazis, on the other hand, received immunity guarantees for German and Western European (but not Eastern European) Nazis from persecution by the Mossad and the CIA.

The main goal of Bormann and the Fourth Reich he created as the core of the Nazi International in 1980, as in 1945, remained the rise of Germany and the revival of National Socialism. What happened in the dry residue today? What are the results if you balance? “The time of German dominance in Europe, with Ms Merkel as the unofficial but undisputed leader, is in fact already here,” wrote The New York Times in 2011. “Europe is losing its democratic face, and Germany is increasingly asserting its dominant position” - this is already from the article “Revival of the Fourth Reich, or How Germany Uses the Financial Crisis to Conquer Europe”, published by the Daily Mail in August of the same year. The author of the article correctly pointed out the connection between finance and the financial crisis and the rise of Germany: it was the Germans who benefited the most from the introduction of the euro (two-thirds of the economic growth of Germany in the last decade is associated with the introduction of the euro), and now, in case of abandoning it (51 percent want this Germans), will lose less. What he was wrong about was the numbering: the Fourth Reich already exists, it was created in 1943-1947, and its financial base played a big role in the rise of the FRG in the 1950s-1960s, in the phenomenon of the "German miracle"; so we should be talking about the Fifth Reich.

As the founding fathers of the Fourth Reich once dreamed, Germany is the economic leader in Europe: in 2011, its GDP amounted to 3 trillion 280 billion 530 million dollars. In Germany, an alliance of the largest German companies is being created, which will be engaged in the purchase of deposits and the extraction of raw materials around the world - a serious bid. No less important is the fact that in the financial struggle in Europe, the Germans are cornering their main enemy, the British, whom they have been fighting since the 1870s. The current policy of Germany leads to the loss of the independence of the banking system of Great Britain, the independence of the City - the main world offshore, with which the British will never agree. And in this regard, Cameron's threat about the possible exit of his country from the European Union is not an empty phrase. The measures of budget regulation proposed by the Germans are anti-liberal in nature and are focused on a serious modification of capitalism as a system. The Chairman of the 42nd Davos Forum (January 25-29, 2012), the German Klaus Schwab openly spoke about the systemic crisis of capitalism and that this system “no longer corresponds to the world around us.”

A. Merkel speaks in the same spirit. She was the first among Western leaders to launch an attack on multiculturalism, which is an integral element of the neoliberal economic scheme and is unthinkable outside of it. Following Merkel, English Prime Minister Cameron (during a visit to Germany) and, when he was President of France, Sarkozy spoke out with criticism of multiculturalism. In other words, it was Germany, with its rich anti-liberal and anti-universalist, nationalist traditions, that the world elite instructed to begin dismantling what they swore over the past 30 years. This testifies to a serious, qualitative change in Germany's place in the world layout. Even more confirmation of this is the event that occurred on April 4, 2012.
On this day, one of the largest German newspapers, the Suddeutsche Zeitung, published a poem by the Nobel laureate in literature (1999) Günter Grass “What must be said” (“Was gesagt werden mu”). This poem is a sharp criticism of Israel for its policy towards Iran, which threatens to destroy the Iranian people, and in addition to Germany for selling weapons to Israel. Indirectly, this is a reproach to the Germans, who are silent, fearing accusations of anti-Semitism.

As V. Mayakovsky noted in his time, answering the question of V. Shklovsky, how could a poet write the lines “I love to watch how children die”, you need to know: when it was written, why it was written and for what purpose. The moment for writing is well chosen: Germany has become an economic leader and has just (October 3, 2010) completed the payment of reparations following the results of the First World War (in total, equivalent to 100,000 tons of gold). Such a simultaneous North Atlantic salvo against Israel cannot be an accident; a coordinated decision on this kind of action can be taken at a level significantly higher than the state level - at the level of leadership of supranational structures of world coordination and management.

There are two goals at once. Firstly, a “black mark” on Israel and that part of the world Jewish diaspora that supports its tough anti-Iranian course and threatens to draw the United States into a conflict with Iran, when the current administration and the clans of the top of the world capitalist class behind it need this conflict least of all. , and most likely negotiations are needed. Secondly, and most importantly, the world publication of the poem fixes the new world status of Germany, and it manifests itself primarily in the lifting of the unspoken ban on the Germans to criticize Israel and the Jews - that is, the psychological dominant of the “inescapable guilt of the German people towards the Jews” collapses. The biography of the one who spoke with the poem speaks eloquently about this: from November 1944 to April 1945, Grass served in
Waffen SS. In other words, a symbolic action of dual psychohistorical purpose is being carried out by a former SS man.

Grass's poem is not the only example of the gradual removal of the guilt of the Germans for the past, but indirectly - from the Third Reich, not only to the Jews, but also to other peoples of Europe and, above all, to the Russians. Since 2004, the UN has been annually voting on a document on the inadmissibility of xenophobia and racism, in which a separate line emphasizes the inadmissibility of glorifying Nazism. The United States tended to abstain, while European countries voted “yes”—that is, against the glorification of Nazism. But in 2011, 17 EU countries voted against this document, thereby opening the door to the glorification of Nazism. And a year earlier, in 2010, the Deutsches Historisches Museum hosted an exhibition “Hitler and the Germans” with a subtitle quite in the spirit of Nazi rhetoric:
"Hitler as the embodiment of the people's ideal of saving the nation." A reissue of Mein Kampf is being prepared - according to analysts, it was not republished, not because the author is Hitler, but because, according to German law, if the author died without leaving heirs, the reprint of his works is possible only after 70 years . However, even before the expiration of this period, apparently, a quote from "Mein Kampf" will be published.

Another line of indirect rehabilitation of Nazism and the Third Reich is attempts to equate the Reich and the USSR, Hitlerism and Stalinism, to lay the same blame on the USSR as on Germany for unleashing the Second World War and to present our Great Patriotic War as a battle of two totalitarianisms, of which one the other is worse. We already have bastards who call the Great Patriotic War a "Soviet-Nazi" (that is, intra-totalitarian) war. Entire collections about the Great Patriotic War are published, where the points of view of Russian and German historians on the Second World War are presented as equals. At the same time, not only German historians, but also some Russian ones talk about the "struggle of totalitarianism", completely forgetting that it was Hitler's Germany that committed an act of aggression against the USSR, that it was her leadership that set the task of the physical and psychohistorical destruction of the Russians, and that the war with Hitler was a battle for the physical and historical existence of Russians and other indigenous peoples of Russia, primarily Slavic. Totalitarianism has nothing to do with it.

So, Germany is on horseback, its status in the world system is steadily rising, economically, it looks like it is settling scores with Great Britain. Do the dreams of the Nazi bosses who created the "invisible Reich" come true? The USSR and Yugoslavia were destroyed, the Germans partly got even with the Serbs; Germany "won" Bulgaria from Russia; the neo-liberal (counter) revolution weakened the dollar. Deutschland uber alles again? Everything is fine? Everything is good - but something is not good. And this "bad" in bulk. As they said in Soviet films, "you rejoice early, fascist."

Firstly, no one has canceled the document called “Kanzler akt” (“chancellor act”), the existence of which was told at the beginning of the 21st century by the retired general of German intelligence Komoss. In May 1949, the general writes, the leadership of occupied Germany was forced to sign a document with the United States (valid for 150 years, that is, until 2099), according to which the candidacy of the German Chancellor is approved in Washington; in addition, domestic and foreign policy, education policy and the media are largely determined in Washington. According to Camossa, the "Chancellor Act" is still in effect - no one has canceled it, and if we take into account the presence of American bases in Germany and control over public opinion, then today's Germany, with all its economic successes, can be called otherwise than a US protectorate it is forbidden.

Secondly, one should not forget about the degree of economic and political integration of the German elite in the Pax Americana, in Atlanticism as a project. In the post-war period, American corporations invested huge amounts of money in the FRG.

Thirdly, and this is perhaps the most important: the situation with human material and demographics. Not only that, in the middle of the 21st century, the Germans will no longer be 82, but 59 million people, a significant percentage of this population will be Turks, Kurds, Arabs, African blacks - that is, those whom the Nazis considered racially inferior; the social degradation of the lower classes, including the lower part of the middle class, is in full swing. No wonder T. Saratsin called his book "Self-liquidation of Germany." According to opinion polls, 40 percent of German men want to be housewives, and 30 percent consider starting a family “too much responsibility”. However, the situation with women in the Germanosphere is not the best - and as you know, the degeneration of any species begins with females. As an illustration, just look at the trilogy of the Austrian director Ulrich Seidel "Paradise" ("Love", "Faith", "Hope"). The heroine of the first film is a loser, quietly going crazy; the heroine of the second is her sister, a religious maniac who ends up doing what Madonna did with the crucifix; the heroine of "Hope" is the daughter of the heroine of "Love". This overfed (100-kilogram) creature of 13 years old, constantly chewing chips, popcorn and hamburgers, lying on the couch and chatting on a mobile phone - that's all the mindless activity,

"Pay" for those who in the Third Reich would pass under the column "subhuman". The situation does not change even the fact that the director is an Austrian, not a German, he belongs to the Germanosphere (and Hitler was also an Austrian). With such human material, not like the Fifth Reich, you can’t build anything at all. The "Fifth Reich" with a non-Aryan face - such figures of the Third and Fourth Reichs could not even dream of in a nightmare. It turns out that, ironically or, as Hegel would say, the cunning of History, the “Nazi International” for seven decades worked on biomass, which does not need any Reich at all: a bottle of beer, a piece of sausage and a rubber doll are enough. In our film "The Fate of a Drummer", one of the heroes (more precisely, anti-heroes) asks the other: "Is this what you fought for, old Yakov?" One feels like asking a rhetorical question: “Is this what you fought for, old Martin?” For the "Fifth Reich" with an African face and an Arabic kuffa? It turns out that the "mole of history" deceived the Nazis, and Heimdal will not blow his horn, announcing the beginning of Ragnarok - the Last Battle. Holmgang (Court of the Gods) ordered otherwise. And yet the Nazis have heirs in the modern world. But this is a topic for a separate discussion.

The Rise of German Imperialism and the Exaggerated "Russian Threat"

The main ideological pillar of the Nazis, which provided them with massive financial and political support from large German industrialists, was the communist and Soviet threat. The main direction of the Nazi military strike, which absorbed two-thirds of their best troops, was aimed to the east and had the goal of conquering and destroying Russia.

The "Russian threat" justified the conquest and occupation by Nazi Germany of Ukraine, the Balkans, Eastern Europe and the Baltic states, relying on a significant proportion of local Nazi collaborators.

After the defeat, partition and disarmament of Germany, and with the expansion of the sphere of influence of the USSR, the United States reinstated the Nazi industrial and banking giants, officials and intelligence agents. At first, they were involved in the restoration of the economy of their country and the consolidation of political power, cooperation with the American military occupation forces.

But in the late 1960s. Germany regained its economic primacy in Europe and, in alliance with France and England, took its place at the forefront of European "integration". It soon came to dominate the main decision - to create the institutions of the European Union (EU). The EU served Germany as an instrument of conquest on the sly. Year after year, through "aid" and low-interest loans, the EU made it easier for German capitalists to penetrate markets and financial expansion throughout southern and central Europe. Germany set the agenda for Western Europe, achieved economic dominance, while benefiting from the subversion of the United States and its encirclement of Eastern Europe, Russia, the Baltic and Balkan states.

Germany's big leap forward - the annexation of East Germany and the demise of the USSR

Germany's projection of power on a world scale would never have taken place if it had not annexed East Germany. Despite the statements of the West German side about charity and gratuitous "aid" to the East, the regime in Bonn got hold of several million qualified engineers, workers and specialists, seized factories, productive farms and, most importantly, Eastern European and Russian markets for industrial goods with a volume of billions of dollars. From a developing and influential partner of the EU, Germany has become a dynamic expansionist power in Europe, especially in relation to the economies of the Warsaw Pact countries.

The annexation of East Germany and the overthrow of communist governments in the East allowed German capitalists to dominate the markets of the former Eastern Bloc. Acting as a trading partner, they seized control of key industrial enterprises through corrupt privatizations carried out at the behest of pro-capitalist dependent regimes that had just come to power. Due to the fact that the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, the Baltic states "privatized" and "denationalized" the strategic sectors of the economy, trade, media and social services, a "united" Germany could again take a privileged place. Against the backdrop of how Russia ended up in the hands of bandits, newly-minted oligarchs and political henchmen of Western capitalists, its entire industrial infrastructure was devastated, and the country itself was turned into a giant raw material export region.

Germany shifted its once-equal trade relationship with Russia to a "colonial" format: Germany exported high-value industrial products and imported gas, oil and raw materials from Russia.

With the annexation of the "other Germany", the restoration of capitalism in Eastern Europe, and the dominance of client regimes willing to submit to the German-dominated European Union and US-led NATO military command, German power grew exponentially.

German politico-economic expansion through "popular uprisings" controlled by local political agents soon became accompanied by an American-led military offensive, fueled by separatist movements. Germany intervened in the affairs of Yugoslavia, assisting the separatists in Slovenia and Croatia, and inciting them to action. She supported the bombing of Serbia by US and NATO aircraft, as well as the far-right self-proclaimed Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA), involved in the terrorist war in Kosovo. Belgrade was defeated and regime change led to the establishment of a neoliberal client state. The United States built the largest military base in Europe in Kosovo, Montenegro and Macedonia became EU satellites.

Germany became the main economic power of the continent simultaneously with the expansion of NATO and the strengthening of the American military presence near the borders of Russia.

Germany and the New World Order

While Presidents Bush and Clinton were heralding a "new world order" based on unilateral military superiority, Germany was pushing its new imperial order with its political and economic leverage. Both centers of power, Germany and the United States, pursued the common goal of rapidly incorporating new capitalist regimes into their regional organizations - the European Union (EU) and NATO - and expanding their sphere of influence on a global scale. Given the reactionary origins and trajectory of the eastern, Baltic and Balkan regimes towards vassalage, as well as political fears of a popular reaction to the loss of employment, welfare and independence, which is a consequence of the implementation of their wildly neo-liberal "shock policy", the puppet rulers immediately "submitted applications” for accession to the EU and NATO as subordinate members. In doing so, they traded sovereignty, markets, and national ownership of the means of production in exchange for economic handouts and the “free” movement of labor—a safety valve for millions of unemployed workers. German and British capital received millions of trained immigrant workers with wages below those existing in the labor market, as well as unhindered access to markets and resources. The US secured NATO military bases and built up military strength for its imperial wars in the Middle East and South Asia.

The military and economic dominance of the USA and Germany in Europe was based on the preservation of the status of a weak semi-vassal state for Russia, as well as on the continued economic growth of their economies after the initial plunder of the national economy of the former communist countries.

For the United States, undeniable military superiority throughout Europe was the springboard for imperial expansion in the recent Middle East, South Asia, Africa, and Latin America. NATO has been "internationalized", becoming a global military offensive alliance: first in Somalia, Afghanistan, then in Iraq, Libya, Syria and Ukraine.

The Rise of Russia, Islamic Resistance, and the New Cold War

During the “decade of shame” (1991-2000), the extraordinary privatization measures of the non-independent rulers of Russia, taken in the interests of investors from the EU and the USA, as well as gangster oligarchs, resulted in a large-scale plunder of the entire national economy, state treasury and national heritage. The defining image of the EU and the US about Russia has become the image and reality of a giant defeated vassal state, unable to pursue an independent foreign policy, maintain at least some semblance of a modern functioning economy and ensure the rule of law. Post-communist Russia, by any measure a failed state, was called “liberal democracy” by all Western capitalist politicians, and all their lackeys in the media repeated this after them.

The unplanned rise of Vladimir Putin and the gradual replacement of some of the most notorious "Judes" among the neo-liberal officials, and, most importantly, the restoration of a Russian state with a proper budget and functioning national institutions, was immediately perceived as a threat to American military superiority and German economic expansion. . Russia's transition from vassal dependence on the West to the return of its status as a sovereign independent state set in motion an aggressive counteroffensive by the US and the EU. In an attempt to bring Russia back into submission through street demonstrations and elections, they funded a political opposition backed by the neoliberal oligarchy. Their efforts to remove Putin and restore a state vassal to the West have failed. What worked in 1991 with Yeltsin's anti-Gorbachev power grab proved useless against Putin. The vast majority of Russians did not want a return to a decade of infamy.

At the beginning of the new century, Putin and his team established new ground rules that allowed the oligarchs to keep their ill-gotten wealth and business conglomerates, provided they did not use their economic leverage to seize state power. They reworked their dossier: they say, a suspicious person, disloyal to the Reich. Sometimes they were issued a fictitious six-month sentence, and sometimes they were even imprisoned for a month or two. With these documents, a person was sent to another city, where he calmly waited for the allies. Coming, the allies appointed these people to local administrations. Thus, a significant part of the administrative apparatus of the post-war FRG (and to a lesser extent the GDR) are former Nazis, most of whom remained loyal to the Reich and the Fuhrer.
The European Union as a project grows out of the Hitlerite European Union. And as a structure, it absolutely corresponded to German economic and political interests. With the help of the European Union, the Germans peacefully achieved what they did not achieve by the military. For example, the eurozone has its own central bank, but there is no common treasury and no single fiscal policy. The result: the growth of differences in the economic development of different countries and the strengthening of the strong, primarily Germany. Two-thirds of Germany's economic growth in the last decade is associated with the introduction of the euro. Now the euro can be abandoned (by the way, this is what 51% of Germans want).

The Germans gave loans to other countries so that they could buy German products. Now that Germany has to pull these countries out of debt, the Germans do not need the European Union?

Exactly. Germany does not need the European Union in its former form, it rather needs the United States of Europe with a Carolingian (ie German) core. By the way, the European Union has prepared for the domination of the Germans not only the economic, but also the political and administrative basis. Few people write about this in our country (one of the exceptions is O.N. Chetverikova).
Since the 1970s, the process of regionalization of Europe has been actively going on - a project proposed primarily by German politicians. The goal is the allocation of territories in states according to the ethnolinguistic principle and the transformation of state borders into administrative ones.
In the mid-1980s, two regional associations arose - the Assembly of European Regions and the Council of Communes and Regions of Europe; in both the Germans set the tone; 250 regions are represented in the Association, whose documents formed the basis of the EU Constitution. The very regionalization of Europe followed German patterns: the brutal version is Yugoslavia, and the soft one is Belgium, where the Flemings and Walloons coexist. As a result, almost all European countries are fragmented into ethnic pieces, and ethnically homogeneous Germany not only does not fragment, but, due to the disappearance of state borders, “attracts” Austria, parts of Switzerland and Italy; questionable Silesia and Moravia. So to speak, peaceful Anschluss.

The ghost of Nazism.

You do not assume that the rise of Germany is in line with some common Western plan and is beneficial to the Anglo-Saxon elite?

The modern world is not so much a world of states as of supranational structures and clans. Some Anglo-Saxons benefit, some do not. In addition, there is no data on the abolition of the so-called chancellor act. According to the retired Austrian intelligence officer General Camossa, in the late 1940s, the Americans and the Germans signed a certain act, according to which the candidacy of the German chancellor is determined in Washington, as well as, to a large extent, the education system, domestic and foreign policy. The information field and the spiritual life of Germany is largely under American control, the German elite is embedded in the world of Anglo-Saxon closed structures.
At the same time, the situation has begun to change in recent years. The rise of Germany is accompanied by a number of moments, many of which we, and other peoples of Europe, are unlikely to please. First of all, this is a softening of attitudes in Europe and the United States towards Hitler. At the same time, the demonization of Stalin, communism, and the USSR is intensifying. They try to present the Soviet regime as more criminal than the Nazi one.
In October 2010, the exhibition "Hitler and the Germans" opened at the German Historical Museum in Berlin, with the subtitle: "Hitler as the embodiment of the people's ideal of saving the nation." Since 2004, every year the UN has been voting on a document on the inadmissibility of xenophobia. The document emphasizes separately: the glorification of Nazism is unacceptable. In 2011, 17 EU countries voted against this document. It turns out that it is possible to glorify Nazism.
A quote from Mein Kampf is due to be published in Germany this year. And in a few years, Mein Kampf itself will be republished. The German publishers state that the book was not released only due to the copyright situation. As soon as 70 years have passed since Hitler's death, his book can be republished.

And draws correctly. The German upsurge has a most serious contradiction - between economic and political achievements, on the one hand, and the quality of human material, on the other. The number of Germans is declining: by the middle of the 21st century, instead of 82 million, there will be 59 million, and a large percentage will be Turks, Kurds, and Arabs.
Another aspect is quality. According to surveys, 40% of German men want to be housewives, 30% consider the creation of a family "excessive responsibility". With such material, not only the Reich - you can’t build anything at all. Ironically, or, as Hegel would say, the insidiousness of history, the Nazi International (Fourth Reich) spent the entire second half working on biomass, which does not need any Fifth Reich. And the ethnic composition of the current Germany would simply shock them. It makes one want to ask: “Is this what you fought for, old Martin?”
And yet: if Europe is destined to rise and turn from a colossus with feet of clay into a real colossus, then only the Germans can do it.
