Academy of MUBiNT is one of the most effective universities in Russia

The International Academy of Business and New Technologies (IUBiNT) was founded in 1992 as the first non-state higher educational institution in Yaroslavl. Created as an innovative type of university, the Academy of MUBiNT has turned into a major scientific and educational center in twenty years.

In December 2012, the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia published the results of monitoring the activities of universities. The key performance indicators were educational, research and international activities, financial and economic efficiency, and developed infrastructure. The MUBNT Academy was included in the list of 29 out of 446 recognized effective non-state universities in Russia. This is a confirmation of the correctness of the development priorities of the MUBNT Academy, the high quality of all the work of our team.

The results of the work of the university have received wide state and public recognition, which is why the Academy was included in the list of the best universities in Yaroslavl. In 2007, the Academy of MUBiNT became the winner of the competition of the Ministry of Education and Science "Quality of training". In 2008, by decision of the Accreditation Board of the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science, the status of "Academy" was awarded, and in 2009 the Academy received the title of laureate of the "100 Best Russian Universities" competition. In 2011 and 2012, our university became a laureate of the Yaroslavl Region Prize for the best work in the field of quality and a laureate of the Yaroslavl Region Governor's Prize in the field of education.

Thanks to the professionalism and activity of teachers and specialists, the university plays the role of an experimental laboratory in which innovative teaching methods based on the widespread use of modern information technologies are formed and tested. This is confirmed by the successful participation of the Academy of MUBiNT in the projects of the Federal Agency for Education in the field of the use of electronic and distance learning technologies.

The policy of partnership and international cooperation acts as a key element in the development of the Academy of MUBiNT. They find support for the initiative of our university to organize and hold international forums and conferences on topical issues of higher education and, above all, the problems of harmonizing Russian and European education in the light of the Bologna agreements. The annual holding in Yaroslavl of the international Forum “Innovations. Business. Education” among the organizers of which is the Academy of MUBiNT.

The Academy of MUBiNT was one of the first universities in Russia to have its quality management system certified for compliance with the requirements of the international standard in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001:2000. The specialists of the university are actively disseminating their experience to other educational institutions, participating as consultants in the creation of quality management systems. As part of the international consortium "Electronic University" - higher educational institutions headed by MESI, the Academy of MUBiNT is actively developing e-learning technologies.

Significant are the initiatives of the Academy of MUBiNT in solving the socio-economic problems of the development of the region based on the interaction of society, business and government. By order of the mayor's office of Yaroslavl, a creative team of teachers and staff of the Academy of MUBiNT developed a concept for preparing for the celebration of the 1000th anniversary of Yaroslavl, which was implemented when organizing anniversary celebrations. The educational network of the Academy of MUBiNT, which includes branches in Vologda, Kostroma, Rybinsk, provides access to modern high-quality education to residents of large and small cities in the center and north-west of Russia.
