- It was in the first years of my passion for ufology. We communicated personally and attracted psychologists. Basically there is a complete discord. According to contactees, representatives of thousands of civilizations descended on Earth. And each of them wants to attract some agent of influence to their side. Only for some reason they do not recruit members of the government, but mostly people from the bottom.

Although among the contactees come across people of very different social status, nationality, age or gender. Maybe they are in the highest echelons of power, but we, of course, do not know this. In many cases, contactee information horrified specialists with its accuracy. If we follow the classical version, then we can say that UFOs most often appear over military bases, secret facilities, nuclear power plants, spaceports, etc. But, in my opinion, this is a myth, since, firstly, in such places round-the-clock duty and often observed, including the sky. Secondly, this is due to the fact that a person has more confidence in such messages.

- And in the regions of Russia, where do you see UFOs most often?

If you make a map of UFO sightings, then it will approximately reproduce the population density of the country. I would even say the density of the educated population of the country. Because in regions where the percentage of people with higher education is small, UFO sightings are much less than, say, in university centers.

We entered into the computer the largest archive in the post-Soviet space of one of the fathers of Russian ufology - Felix Siegel (and these are thousands of observations) - plus, also modern observations. We classify UFOs by appearance. For example, any object visible from the end or from afar can be spherical. But the triangle is very difficult to confuse with any other type.

- Can you give specific examples of the frequent appearance of certain objects in any regions?

Triangles, for example, appear most often in the north of the Moscow region and the north of the Volgograd region. In addition, the territory of their appearance is also located in the east of the Krasnodar Territory and the south of Karelia. More than half of their routes have clear intersections in the Moscow region and the Volga region.

- Maybe Russia is divided into "zones of influence" of certain objects?

I won't deny. There is some differentiation. In Belarus, for example, spherical objects often appear, but there are practically no triangles. I think we are talking about different classes of devices. We do not know all the laws by which these devices fly. Maybe some territories are forbidden for them. After all, our planes also do not fly at low altitude near the Ostankino tower.

Where have UFOs landed lately?

We observed the landing site of the "triangle" on the Medveditskaya ridge in the Volga region in 1992. The most recent landing site, dating back to 2001, is located there. It is a ring on the grass with a diameter of 17 meters. The locals also talked about the planting of the object in mid-August this year, but we did not find this place.

What does a typical UFO landing site look like?

I’ll make a reservation right away that most of the crop circles that suddenly appear in different regions are not UFO landing sites. This phenomenon, most likely, although associated with UFOs, but there is no direct contact with the Earth.

The landing site looks like a seal placed on the ground, following the contours of the device itself. There are depressions that copy the perimeter of the device, but, as a rule, these are very small devices (diameter 5-6 m) that sit on the bottom. Large apparatuses most often sit on supports. By the indentations that these supports leave, one can determine their mass.

We studied in the Volga region the landing site of a "triangle" measuring 80x8x50 m. Inside this footprint there were three depressions from supports. The size of the trace from the nose support was 30x90 cm, and the three rear ones - 40x60 cm. All three supports pressed the ground by 8-10 cm. Knowing what the soil was like at that moment, we can conclude that the mass of the entire apparatus was about seventy tons.

- It is clear that UFO-like vehicles move using technology that is unknown to us. But do you have any hypotheses?

Almost all of these devices bend space-time around them. This is confirmed by the results of all our studies of the problem. Key question: why are they doing this?

Apparatuses bend space-time in different ways: sometimes with impulses, sometimes constantly, sometimes sharply, sometimes not very much. Based on this, it can be assumed that the tasks of such a curvature are very different.

The most important task, including for us, is to overcome huge distances. After all, it takes thousands of years to fly to the nearest star. But if you know the technology of space-time curvature, such a flight can take place in five minutes. Many ufologists of the past were often told: it is impossible for an object to rush at a speed of a thousand kilometers per second and at the same time stop instantly, or fly straight and change the trajectory by 90 degrees. So, they argued then, we are dealing with non-material ships, a kind of mirage. But thanks to a change in space-time, it is possible to compress the travel time down to zero and fly to a neighboring star. But, having flown to it and doing specific research there, you can stretch the time.

- Vadim, you yourself are engaged in experiments with time, in addition, Kosmopoisk has accumulated enough artifacts indicating that the Earth is constantly colliding with other civilizations. How do the scientific community treat these findings?

Yes, indeed we have a few artifacts. These are objects of artificial origin, but they are not made according to our earthly technologies. Or they resemble modern technology, but their age exceeds a thousand years.

In the scientific community, of course, there is a certain interest in this, but as long as there is no incentive in our country to engage in breakthrough technologies, no one will take this seriously. Any such artifact can be sold to Western countries, they will gladly use it.

In the West, such research is carried out at the state level. American scientists have requested for such work an amount twelve times higher than the funds spent on preparing a manned flight to the moon. But in America, money is not allocated for science fiction.

Despite the best efforts and numerous methods tried, no conclusive traces of aliens have ever been found. Optimists among the participants in the SETI program say that any more or less development of an alien civilization should come to the creation of systems of radio-television or radar signals that allow them to be detected at a distance of at least 100 light-years. But only 0.1% of promising stars have been verified, and no one can guarantee that among 99.9% of the remaining stars there are no signals of an alien civilization.

By the way, mankind itself shows its presence by powerful radio emission, which comes from both the operation of communications and radio broadcasting, and the operation of radio telescopes, which is comparable to the radio emission of the Sun, and in the past even exceeded it. From the point of view of observers from the depths of space, about 70 years ago, an astronomical event occurred in the solar system, as a result of which the radio emission of a star increased dramatically. If aliens are also looking for other civilizations in space, then they can find the Earth precisely by this powerful radio emission.

Skeptics argue that the negative result of the search for aliens is natural, since in the vast cosmos, infinite in time and space, different civilizations simply do not intersect.

Space must be habitable

All our current knowledge of space suggests that intelligent life in the universe must be a fairly common and commonplace phenomenon. The fact is that the Sun is a very common G2 “yellow dwarf” star for the Galaxy. There are probably more than tens of billions of such stars in our galaxy alone. If we count with other galaxies, then the number of such stars should be huge.

The resemblance of a number of stars to the Sun has led to the suggestion that these stars must have planetary systems that could be habitable. These hypothetical planets have been called exoplanets. This was suggested in 1916 by Eduard Bernard, but the first exoplanet was discovered in 1991 by astronomer Alexander Volshchan around the neutron star PSR 1257+12. In 1995, a large planet was discovered around the star 51 Pegasi. According to the wobble of the star, the exoplanet should be large, like Jupiter, only located close to the star. By November 2007, 260 exoplanets had been discovered in 220 planetary systems. Now the discovery of new planets occurs about once a week, and sometimes more often.

The discovery of exoplanets was the first step towards discovering alien intelligence. The second step was the discovery of planets, according to conditions close to those of the earth. Because it is the terrestrial conditions, according to the ideas of modern science, that are considered the most suitable for the emergence of life. In 2004, in the system of the star Mu Altar, the first planet was discovered, in terms of parameters close to the Earth. Photographs of exoplanets have already been obtained (for example, the gas giant near the star Epsilon Eridani) and it is assumed that soon scientists will have at their disposal equipment that will allow them to study the chemical composition of the atmosphere of exoplanets and detect exoplanets with a nitrogen-oxygen atmosphere.

The assumption about the “non-uniqueness” of the Earth, which follows from modern ideas about the isotropy of the Universe, finds more and more confirmations. Mankind has three steps left to take in discovering alien intelligence: the first is to find exoplanets with an oxygen atmosphere and water, the second is to detect exoplanetary life, and the third is to detect alien intelligence directly.

Aliens do not exist, and there may be reasons for this

But while the cosmos is silent, and there is no proven evidence of the existence of an alien mind. In an attempt to resolve this contradiction, several hypotheses have been created about what caused the “non-existence” of aliens.

The first, and most likely, version is that the emergence of intelligence, of course, occurs regularly, but the Universe is so vast in space and time that we simply do not intersect with strangers. This hypothesis suggests that all that we can find in space are some incomprehensible artifacts, millions of years old, which are completely useless to us.

But here the question arises why, in this case, we do not observe civilizations that have existed for these same millions of years. This question is tentatively answered by the data of biological evolution, according to which the lifespan of successful biological species capable of giving rise to intelligent life is limited to only a few million years. While a number of species, such as sharks and crocodiles, have existed for hundreds of millions of years and even more, but, alas, they are unintelligent. Most likely, the life span of alien civilizations is also short, and we, at best, will find some of its remnants.

From the emptiness of the universe surrounding us, we can also draw conclusions that humanity in its current form is very unstable.

Alien footprints

As already mentioned, traces of strangers have not yet been found. But this does not mean that nothing can be said about the places where they are supposed to be. From the point of view of leaving traces, aliens come in two varieties.

The first variety is aliens, to some extent coinciding with human ideas about them. That is, these are traces left by some intelligent race, but which still has something similar to technology in our understanding. The existence of just such aliens from the point of view of modern ideas is considered just the least probable, but it cannot be discounted.

Where should you look for them? First of all, there is absolutely no need to search on other planets, and even more so on Earth. The atmosphere, and even more so the biosphere, over millions of years will destroy almost any conceivable material. Accordingly, traces of such aliens can only remain in space. More specifically, the most likely location of the artifacts are the Lagrange points, the places where the gravity of the Sun and the planet are balanced. The second variety is aliens, sharply superior to the earthly level, and having nothing remotely similar to technology. Naturally, when it comes to technology that surpasses the earth's by many orders of magnitude, it is pointless, based on our technical level, to assume what someone else's technology can and cannot do. But the search method, nevertheless, exists. It's looking for anomalies. After examining the solar system, it becomes clear which natural phenomena are common for it, it makes sense to focus on those phenomena that are out of this series. Thus, if such aliens left their artifact in the system, there is a chance to find it.

Philistine ideas about strangers

Naturally, while covering the topic of strangers, one should nevertheless mention how the reasoning of ufologists is related to real strangers. Let's just say - none. Modern ufology is a good field for the study of human prejudices and is very interesting in this regard.

A large factual material accumulated by ufologists, where people who are completely unfamiliar with each other, having no benefit from this, but having problems, in the same words (often the descriptions coincide even in details), talk about contacts with aliens, at first glance make an impression. Do such cases take place? Have. Are contacts related to reality? Have. But conclusions from the facts should not be drawn at all from those that ufologists do. Ufologists draw conclusions from this that aliens exist and visit the Earth.

At the same time, it is striking that the flow of reports of UFOs is of a relatively recent age and the year when they began is known. The first appearances of UFOs and the dynamics of the spread of sightings coincide with the beginning of the Cold War. The first UFO report is 1947, the year of Fullton and Churchill's speech. It would be strange to seriously assume that it was this time that the aliens chose this very time to begin penetration. In the Middle Ages, people saw angels, in modern times - ships, in our time - UFOs. Such a clear correlation of the appearance of technology with the mass idea of ​​\u200b\u200bstrangers shows that ufologists turn everything upside down. This explains the paradox that information has been accumulated about tens of thousands of cases of observations and contacts, but not a single material evidence has been found, not a single artifact, even the smallest, that would have proven extraterrestrial origin.

Will there be a war with aliens?

The favorite topic of science fiction writers and partially ufologists, after the great novel by HG Wells "War of the Worlds", is the war of earthlings with strangers. It is difficult even to list how many times and for what reasons this topic was addressed.

Only now the current state of ideas about space and the state of problems of an alien civilization exclude this possibility. If the earthly or alien civilization reaches such a level of development that it will be able to overcome distances of tens of light years (hundreds of trillions of kilometers) in a relatively short time, then for it other intelligent life forms will only be of scientific interest, since by this time all economic and energy problems will be resolved long ago.

It is not a fact that if the terrestrial civilization manages to reach exoplanets with alien life, it will discover exactly the mind and civilization, and not the ocean with the simplest organisms, not the biosphere inhabited by unreasonable creatures. It is not a fact that earthlings on an exoplanet will not encounter something huge and incomprehensible, like Solaris.

How to overcome such distances, now even in theory it is very difficult to imagine. Most likely, huge distances are an obstacle for someone else's mind.

Why do we need outsiders?

In the philistine view, aliens have a high level of technology that earthlings can adopt, which is why ufologists diligently exaggerate the topic that governments of different countries, especially the United States, have long been engaged in contacts with aliens in a secret mode for military purposes.

However, it is most likely that aliens that can reach Earth have such a high level of technology that earthlings will not only be unable to adopt, but even understand the principles of operation of these devices. The idea of ​​the unity of mankind, which for centuries and millennia was the property of only its best representatives, is now becoming a reality. What will our armed forces be able to do with such a "cigar swarm" or their whole armada? Nothing! But the rare but well-known hostile actions of UFOs are, according to some ufologists, part of a program to intimidate the population of the Earth and embarrass them about the true goals of space visits to our planet.

The Moon and the Apollo Program

The Moon is the largest satellite compared to the main planet among all other satellites in the solar system. The force of gravity is about 1/6 of the earth's.

The first manned spacecraft to fly along the Earth-Moon-Earth route was Apollo 8 with a crew of Bormann, Lovell, and Anders. During the flight on December 21-27, 1968, the astronauts repeatedly photographed the Moon from its orbit, including the far side.

The next "lunar" ship was Apollo 10 with Young, Stafford Cernan on board. From May 18 to May 26, 1969, the ship reached the Moon, circled it and returned to Earth. Finally, Apollo 11 (its flight took place on July 16-24, 1969) landed on our natural satellite on July 20. Armstrong and Aldrin exited the lander, Collins remained in lunar orbit.

But "Apollo 14" in flight January 31 - February 9, 1971 landed. Shepard and Mitchell were coming out of the cockpit. Rossa remained in orbit. "Apollo 15" in the period July 26 - August 7, 1971 also "landed" safely. Scott and Irwin exited the cockpit, Worden remained in orbit. This time the astronauts traveled on the Moon in an electric vehicle.

The next landing was made by Apollo 16 in flight April 16-27, 1972. Young and Luke got out of the cab and moved around in an electric car. Mattingly remained in orbit.

The last landing on the moon was made by Apollo 17 between December 7-19, 1972. Cernam and Schmitt were in the lander, Aeans was in the orbiter. As in previous expeditions, the astronauts traveled on the Moon in an electric vehicle.

So, out of 12 planned lunar landings, only six have been carried out. Brought to earth 400 kg of lunar soil.
