How can you tell who you can contact and who you shouldn't?

Here you need to know a few rules or regulations that should be followed until you learn to distinguish on your own - with whom you are in contact, namely:

There is one important rule - you need to ask not for events, not some advice, not facts, you need to ask states.

We all came here, to Earth, with our unique stellar signature, with our unique past lives, in order to build our own unique life. And if we wanted to know the answer, we would simply open our genetic memory and immediately leave the game. It's like seeing a game of chess, all laid out to the end. Why play then? Then there is no need to be in the body. But the fact of the matter is that we chose to play this game, knowing in advance that in this particular life we ​​have limited ourselves in something.

Often the mind intervenes in the dialogue of our heart with the Higher powers and wants to get some logical or rational answers. But, in fact, the angels cannot give you any valuable instructions, they can only help to energetically influence your space, help you keep calm. Everything else you decide for yourself, because it is you who are your life.

You have probably heard such a metaphor that a person is stronger than an angel, because he can choose between good and evil, has freedom, unlike an angel who is the executor of God's will. Therefore, it is you who is the master of the situation, and you choose the path. And the heavenly forces are beings that energetically help you to realize your desires. They help you achieve that inner balance, create such inner harmony that will be favorable for the realization of your creative desires. Angels can tell you whether it is better to go to the right or to the left along the road you have chosen, but they cannot say which road to go on.

But you must understand that the answer will come at the right time for you. While you are tense and waiting for an answer, you will not receive it.

In any case, remember that when you receive an answer (words, visions or signs), you must certainly have a feeling of deep peace within. Therefore, it is necessary to turn off the internal dialogue - chatter with oneself. Again, the existing techniques for shutting down the internal dialogue are aimed at eliminating thoughts, not at streamlining them. I turn off the internal dialogue with a prayer from the bottom of my heart with the maximum awareness of every word and selfless love for the highest. And then a special state is activated. I call it awareness.

Awareness. My communication with the higher ones is different in that I absolutely clearly feel like the earthly person that I am. I realize who I am, where I am. All earthly parameters of time and space.

I perceive any act of communication with higher powers as a common occurrence - I do not fall into borderline emotional states. There is no fear or euphoria. Sometimes this can be expressed in the feeling of a blessed flow of cleansing energy, giving strength, quiet joy and an incredible feeling of love. Sometimes communication occurs with the help of mental images, the quiet voice of intuition. Sometimes these are "signs" of the real world that need to be realized: life events, phenomena, meetings with people, books, movies - the Universe communicates with us all the time.

At my request, higher powers usually come out to communicate when I need their help, support, when I declare with an inner prayer that I am ready to meet with them and that my human strengths and possibilities have been exhausted.

Intention. If I need to ask a question, I use intent. Try to understand your feelings when the thought is just getting ready to form into words. This is the intention of meaning. This is a monologue without words. Body sensations plus mental images sent with love. This is such a peculiar language.

Communication with the higher is characterized by the absence of strict control and violence over oneself. Because the more you try, make efforts, the more your attention will be focused on these efforts.
