In defense of teachers.
Nikolai Viktorovich has almost lost his sleep lately. Cause

my own solution to this problem ... And I found it!

People with a vocation should go into this profession. The modern school needs young smart teachers. Unfortunately, the "old guard" has already exhausted its capabilities. Teachers should be given every opportunity to enter the new age with dignity and to have a higher status.

A modern school will need teachers who both have a deep knowledge of psychological and pedagogical knowledge and understand the peculiarities of the development of schoolchildren, and who are professionals in other areas of activity, able to help children find themselves in the future, become independent, creative and self-confident people, energetic. “Personality educates personality” is the ABC of the educational process. Therefore, the personality of the teacher has an exceptional role in the education and upbringing of the child. The personal qualities of the teacher provide the learning process with a value-meaningful orientation and originality of influence through the individual culture of communication, behavior: to be self-possessed and calm, to be distinguished by the clarity of diction, the expressiveness of the presentation of thoughts, the evenness in the dynamics of feelings. Intellectual development should complement moral and value education. It is in the conditions of research activity that qualitative changes in the pedagogical thinking of teachers become real, there is an intensive development of their creative abilities and, as a result, the effective formation of a teacher-researcher.

The trend of the new education should be that the child becomes the conscious master of his equipment; education should open his eyes to life, open the doors to the world of objective phenomena and relations. Initially, it is necessary to find out the nature of his natural impulses:

Do they gravitate towards physical expression, manual labor, which can include a wide range of qualification opportunities in specialties;

Does he have latent abilities for this or that kind of art, a reaction to color and form, a response to music and rhythm;

Does his intellectual level allow for a purely mental training in the field of analysis, deduction, mathematics or logic.

The teacher must reveal the creative abilities of students intuitively or through diagnostic work, correctly assess the child's capabilities and help him solve his problems, orient him towards his future profession.

For this, practical work, creative projects, olympiads, experiments, creative searches can be used to light the sparks of interest in the eyes of students that do not fade for a long time. The desire to learn about something new increases every day. Working in groups, pairs does not allow weaker students to get confused, everyone begins to believe in their own strengths.

New learning conditions require the teacher to be able to listen to everyone on each question, without rejecting a single answer, to take the position of everyone who answers, in order to understand the logic of his thought and find a way out of the constantly changing educational situation. Teaching logic, discussion, dialogue, problem solving does not provide for a quick correct answer. Therefore, situations are possible when it is not possible to discover the truth in one lesson. The painstaking work of the teacher makes it possible to perform tasks that are interesting for children, approach the problem from different angles, encourage students to think, find ways to solve problems, teach them to think, prove, justify their thoughts. Schoolchildren from the first steps in mastering knowledge should look for a way of action, learn to use it until a new problem appears before them ... The purpose of all this is to minimize the passive stay of children in the classroom. The teacher for them is a partner, only more experienced.

The task of teachers is to teach children to think independently, be able to argue, defend their thoughts, ask a question, be proactive in acquiring new knowledge.

Therefore, we can develop creativity in one area, and it will manifest itself in other areas. Creativity gives meaning, makes life richer, more intense and happier...

Creative teacher:

Stimulates and maintains a creative atmosphere in the group, which allows you to speak, think, work without stress, anxiety and fear of punishment.

Provides the emergence of stimulating, requiring a creative attitude of situations.

Shows through creativity, pedagogical improvisation, finding an unexpected pedagogical solution and its implementation;

Conducts a reflection of his abilities, self-awareness in pedagogical activity and evaluation of its effectiveness.

Shows tolerance and approval in relation to unusual thoughts, original ideas, creative achievements.

Teaches students to accept and value their own opinion, (as well as someone else's) creative thinking and the results achieved.

Educators who are enthusiastic about developing their own creativity are constantly growing creatively. They are more likely to achieve successful results. Teachers who are able to capture what others think and feel have a special gift for group creativity. They are able to perceive the ideas of students, adding something of their own. To increase their ability to empathy, they develop the ability to listen, empathize. This is what a modern teacher should be like.

Currently, scientists, teachers, psychologists repeatedly address the problem of the teacher, giving this concept other names, for example, “competencies”, “professional qualities” of the teacher. This issue remains relevant, since, naturally, the state and society change over time, which means that the requirements imposed by the state and society on the teacher change. It remains an open question what teacher qualities (or “competences”) should be i.e. not dependent on time, but what qualities should be “mobile”, i.e. necessary for the teacher-teacher in connection with the demand of the "new" time. So, for example, just 10-15 years ago, the possession of computer technology was not among the “competences” of a teacher, but now this quality is necessary for a modern teacher.

The intra-school model of development of teacher potential contributes to the creation of an integral system of interrelated measures, actions, activities aimed at the comprehensive improvement of the qualifications and professional growth of each teacher.

Based on the andragogical approach in the field of methodical work, the proposed model allows:

  1. to expand the "space of possible actions" of teachers in the field of improving their own skills in the use of pedagogical technologies, forms and methods of teaching;
  2. build each teacher's own trajectory for improving professional skills, creative self-development;
