"Vocational training without borders" involves the development of basic vocational training programs for the professions of workers, positions of employees funded at the expense of the budget of the city of Moscow, in educational organizations subordinate to the Department of Education of the city of Moscow.

This project is aimed at acquiring professional competencies by schoolchildren. One of the main goals of the project is the early professional socialization of persons under 18 and the expansion of interest in labor and vocational training in the context of structural changes in the labor market, increased competition, which determine the ever-growing need of the capital's economy for professional mobile youth. Having received a profession in college, schoolchildren will become more mobile, independent, and will be able to socialize faster in modern socio-economic conditions.

The main objectives of the project: to enable schoolchildren to make a professional choice, to develop interest in their future specialty, to prepare the basis for a more in-depth study of the area of ​​interest at the level of secondary vocational and (or) higher education.

The acquired skills in the working profession, positions of the employee will allow:

On more favorable terms (in comparison with applicants without professional skills) to get a job during the holidays;

Successfully find a job after graduation (for example, when applying for part-time education);

It can be taken into account by the university as part of the portfolio upon admission.

At the end of each training module, a Certificate is issued. Upon completion of the full course of study, a “Certificate of the profession of a worker, the position of an employee” of the state standard is issued with the assignment of a rank.
