MAIN CONCLUSIONS When paying attention to all types of speech activity, it is necessary first of all to solve the problem of introducing the student to reading. The reflection of the reader's experience can become the basis for preparing for the presentation, composition and performance of tasks for understanding the text. It is necessary to continue to use the text-centric approach in teaching the Russian language more widely, to actualize the problem of forming the reading competence of students. We recommend using texts of different styles, types of speech, the content of which is aimed at the spiritual and moral education of students, at expanding background knowledge. Comprehensive analytical work with the text will provide an opportunity to ensure the relationship between the study of new material and repetition in the classroom.

Document overview

A procedure has been established for conducting state final attestation (SFA) for bachelor's, specialist's and master's programs.

A student who has completed the curriculum (including individual) for the relevant program and has no debts is allowed to the GIA.

Certification is carried out in the form of a state examination and defense of the final qualifying work. The state exam is taken in 1 or several disciplines and (or) modules of the educational program, the results of the development of which are of decisive importance for the professional activities of graduates. It may be oral or written. The list of questions submitted for the exam is established by the educational organization.

The type, topics, order of execution and criteria for evaluating final qualification works, requirements for them are also determined by the university. Graduation papers on master's and specialist's programs are reviewed.

Upon successful completion of the GIA, a document on higher education and qualifications is issued. Its sample is approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia. Moscow State University M.V. Lomonosov and St. Petersburg State University have the right to establish their own samples of such documents.

Examination and appeal commissions are created to conduct the GIA and appeals based on its results. They are valid for a calendar year. It is established how they are formed and work.

30 days before the start of the certification tests, the university approves their schedule. The break between exams must be at least 7 days.

You can retake the GIA in a year, but not later than 5 years after its completion.

The features of the GIA of students with disabilities have been established.

Based on the results of the GIA, the student has the right to file an appeal. The procedure has been written.

The former procedure for conducting the final state certification of graduates of Russian universities is no longer valid.

What is the state certification of educational institutions? We will identify the main features of such a process, the algorithm of actions.

Option

State final certification is carried out according to the main educational programs. The main purpose of its implementation is to determine the level of training of graduates. There is a certain procedure for carrying out such a procedure, approved by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.

Varieties

Conducting the state final certification for graduates of the middle stage of education is carried out in the form of a unified state exam. In addition, since 2015, a final essay has been additionally introduced. There are certain rules and an algorithm for holding such events, which should be mentioned in more detail.

Final essay for graduates

State certification in this form was introduced last academic year. The expediency of introducing such a form was determined by the President of the country. The children are offered various topics on which they must write their essays in the form of reasoning (essay) for three academic hours. Evaluation of works is carried out according to five criteria. Three criteria must be used to qualify.

The minimum essay size is 250 words. Upon receipt of a failure in the spring of the current academic year, graduates are given the opportunity to rewrite the essay. Note that without a positive mark (offset) for this type of certification, graduates are deprived of the right to take compulsory subjects that give them the right to receive a certificate of secondary education.

Required subjects

State certification of 11th grade graduates involves passing two compulsory academic disciplines: mathematics and the Russian language. As for the rest of the subjects, the delivery of which is possible in the form of the exam, they are optional, chosen at the request of the student himself.

If a graduate passes one of the compulsory subjects as “unsatisfactory”, he receives the right to retake it within the time limits established by the USE schedule. Upon receipt of the mark "two" in two compulsory academic disciplines, retake is prohibited.

The graduate receives a certificate of completion of the course of study, but is not issued to him. He gets the right to retake the mandatory exams only after a year.

Electives

State certification of secondary school graduates involves the delivery of elective subjects that are included in the list of academic disciplines, the delivery of which is allowed in the form of the Unified State Examination. After the introduction of the basic and profile level in mathematics as an optional exam, children can take a complicated level in this subject. This is true for graduates who have chosen technical educational institutions to continue their education.

State certification in the form of the Unified State Examination is carried out in biology, chemistry, social science, a foreign language, physics, computer science, history, geography. Each subject has its own duration of the exam, and there are certain requirements.

Procedure

What is the peculiarity of the state final certification? Educational institutions must provide the regional center for assessing the quality of education with a complete database of graduates by February 1. In addition to the passport data of each child, the database contains additional subjects selected for delivery in the USE form. Each child writes an application addressed to the head of the educational institution, in which he indicates all the subjects, puts a personal signature.

The student's parents must also give their consent. After February 1, there must be a good reason for adding new academic disciplines to the database, while the child has the right to refuse to take optional subjects until the day of the exam itself.

On the day of the exam, a graduate with a passport comes to the point of passing the unified state exam, brings with him a Russian passport, a black (gel) pen.

Depending on the specifics of the subject being passed, additional subjects may be used in the exam. For the exam in chemistry and physics, for example, you can bring a non-programmable calculator. The graduate goes to the audience, he gives his personal belongings to the organizer, for the duration of the exam they are placed in a special safe.

Among the latest innovations is the use of surveillance cameras during the final certification. Any attempts to use the tips, mobile phone are recorded by the organizer in the protocol, the results of this student are canceled.

The results of the final certification can be found in the educational institution where the final certification took place. In addition, it is possible to find the results on the official website.

The program of state certification in all subjects, as well as the timing of the exams, the planned days for issuing results, are presented on the official website of the unified state exam. You can also learn them at a secondary school in which the graduate will pass the final certification.

How to challenge the results of the final certification

Those high school graduates who are not satisfied with the scores obtained on the exam can file an appeal. This must be done within three days after reviewing the results. You can submit an application at the general education institution where the student passed the final certification. If the commission decides to revise the results in the direction of their increase, then the graduate will receive additional points in the contested academic discipline.

Certification of graduates of the basic school

Ninth-graders pass the final certification in the form of the OGE. For them, subjects are mandatory: mathematics and Russian. In addition, they must choose two more items from the proposed list. The procedure for conducting the OGE is similar to the unified state exam, including the possibility of filing an appeal.

The State Final Attestation (SFA) is an integral part of the educational program of higher education (EP HE) and is organized for all graduates of the University in accordance with the Regulations on the State Final Attestation of Students of Educational Programs of Higher Education - Bachelor's, Specialist's and Master's Programs of the National Research University Higher School of Economics » on the final state certification of graduates of the National Research University Higher School of Economics, which regulates the procedure and rules for organizing and conducting the State Examination of students of educational programs of all forms of study at the Higher School of Economics, including its branches, as well as the procedure for creating and operating state examination commissions (SEC).

The GIA of students completing their studies in educational programs is mandatory (it is carried out for all educational programs that have state accreditation). A specific list of mandatory state attestation tests that are part of the State Academic Examination of students of an educational program is determined by the OS of HE, on the basis of which the educational program is implemented, in the section “Requirements for the structure of the program”.

The GIA may consist of one or more state attestation tests of the following types:

  • state exam: final exam in a separate discipline; final interdisciplinary exam in the field of study (specialty);
  • defense of the WRC (mandatory included in the GIA).

A student who has fully completed the curriculum or individual curriculum for the relevant educational program and does not have academic debts for all elements of the educational program is allowed to the GIA.

When conducting state attestation tests, the use of electronic means or remote technologies is allowed.
