Mikhail Litvak is everything. Mikhail Litvak: YOUR man will find you

A joint book by a well-known specialist in psychology, Mikhail Litvak, and a recruitment specialist, Victoria Cherdakova, is the result of many years of work in the field of human relations.
A look at the same questions of top-class professionals from different fields of activity creates a stereoscopic effect that gives a more complete, voluminous and real idea not only about the search for personnel, but also about how to connect this process with other processes in the enterprise.

The author of the book proves that genius is manifested not only in the creation of high standards of creativity and scientific discoveries. You can be a brilliant locksmith, cook, businessman, teacher, parent, spouse, leader. That is, a person who is capable of improving both his life and the whole world around him with his work, the ability to transform. After all, as you know, genius is 1 percent gift and 99 percent perspiration.

Thinking and memory elevated man to the pinnacle of evolution. Even ancient thinkers said: I think, therefore I exist; I remember - so I live. In his new book, Mikhail Litvak talks about the important philosophical laws that govern the world and the fate of each of us.

The idea of "family as production" M. Litvak had already repeatedly expressed in his works. An unusual look at the search and choice of a spouse from the point of view of the same recruiting technology, the basics of psychology and the thoughts of great philosophers is unlikely to leave anyone indifferent. And lighting the issue from different angles allows you to create a stereoscopic effect that gives a more complete, voluminous and real picture.
The book is intended for a wide range of readers, both working and not. It will also be useful for those who have already been burned or do not want it when choosing a sexual partner, or for those who want to somehow improve their family relationships.

A joint book by a well-known specialist in the field of psychology M.E. Litvak and recruitment specialist V.V. Cherdakova continues the personnel theme, begun in the books "How to find a good job and a good employee?" and "Recruiting is a drive!". Here, emphasis is placed on the importance of the compatibility of the characters of managers and key employees, because for success in business and career, it is not so much narrow professional skills that are important as character.

In the sixth joint book of the well-known specialist in the field of psychology M.E. Litvak and V.B. Cherdakova, a specialist in recruitment and personnel management, the authors develop the main idea expressed by M. Litvak in earlier books: one should treat the job search as a game and acquire the skill of finding a job, and not "get a job" at it.

The first edition of this book was published in 1998 and has been repeatedly reprinted without changes until now. Among my books, she enjoys the greatest success with the reader. Its circulation has already exceeded 100 thousand copies, but, nevertheless, it is still selling well. Why then the eighth edition? The fact is that during this time a lot of water has flowed under the bridge. There have been many changes in this world and in my life. Well, what happened in the world, you know.
And this is what happened to me...

The book is designed to help you build interpersonal relationships in the family and at work, not be offended, get out of conflicts without loss or with minimal loss, return friendship and love, get a prestigious job, conclude a lucrative contract, etc.

Designed for psychotherapists, psychologists, teachers. Can be used as a textbook on the psychology of communication.

The author, like Kozma Prutkov, believes that a person's happiness is in his own hands. And if he knows how to communicate with himself, finds a common language with loved ones, is able to manage a group and quickly get used to a new situation, he is doomed to happiness. The author uses his rich clinical experience and experience in psychological counseling, gives simple recommendations on how to improve communication.

The book is intended for psychotherapists, psychologists, teachers. May be of interest to a wide range of readers.

The author considers the goal of all his work to be drawing attention to the need for reforms, as a result of which the development of the country will reach a new, worthy level, corresponding to its natural and human potential.

It is well known that Litvak M.E. is able to get to the heart of any tangled problem, which, no doubt, can be attributed to the topic of raising children.

The book deals in detail with the topics of raising babies even before they are born and babies, children in kindergarten and schoolchildren, as well as how to educate educators, grandparents. It also explains intelligibly that it is just as not recommended to interfere in the privacy of the baby, like any other person.
And the most important thought in this book is that you need to love each other simply, unconditionally, sincerely and tenderly, for no reason and just like that.

In this book you will find invaluable and paradoxical advice on how to find your ladder to the presidency.

The first edition of this book sold out rather quickly, but some comments were made by readers, which forced the book to be revised somewhat, to give more practical recommendations in it. Hello Dear Readers. Today (20.06.2018) Mikhail Efimovich Litvak celebrates his 80th birthday! Therefore, I decided to dedicate today's article to my, so to speak, former Teacher. Yes, once Mikhail Efimovich really was for me an unshakable authority and a Teacher with a capital letter. But, as a whole range of true knowledge was accumulated in such areas as scientific psychology, psychotherapy and clinical psychiatry, his authority in my eyes was greatly shaken - there was too much outright nonsense, delusions and deliberate lies in the speeches of the Teacher. But it is to HIM (and you will NOT take this away from him!), and so, it is to HIM that I owe the fact that once very, very long ago, as much as 10 years ago (in December 2008), thanks to his book “Psychological Vampirism “I first became interested in such a science as psychology. And, although in the future, as I acquired true knowledge, my views diverged quite radically from Litvak, and I filmed a number of sharply negative critical material (the first part of which you can find in the article ""), revealing a number of shortcomings regarding the views and positions of his false doctrine, but, nevertheless, because thanks to him I first came to psychology, I am very, very grateful to him from the bottom of my heart! That is why on his birthday, NO criticism of my former Teacher will even come close. On the contrary, today I will read to you that positive and, I would say, somewhat enthusiastic note about Mikhail Efimovich, which I wrote seven whole years ago - back in June 2011. By the way, my readers often asked me about it - they say, "You criticize Litvak, so why is there such a laudatory note in his honor on your site?" Answering this question, I will say the following: “Yes, when I wrote it for the first time, I really believed that Litvak is a guru, and everything written or said by him is the ultimate truth. But everything flows, everything changes. Later, I realized EXACTLY where my former Teacher was wrong and showed it in critical video reviews. Well, I want to bring that old last note today as THANKS for what Litvak did for me then. I left the whole essence of that note WITHOUT any changes, only in some places correcting the style in it (and even then, very, very slightly - as they say, to make it sound prettier). By the way, about a year ago I already recorded a similar video with thanks to Mikhail Efimovich (you can read it in the article ""). There I talked in detail about how his books and audio seminars helped me. Well, in today's video I will share with you those emotions and feelings that overwhelmed me at that time when I just recently got out of my neurotic life scenario. Actually, this will be discussed further. Well, in order not to delay, I turn from words to deeds (as usual, I will write my brief comments in brackets and designate them with my initials (Yu.L.):

“Hello Dear Readers. I dedicate today's article Mikhail Efimovich Litvak . He is a man of world renown. But for me he is a teacher! (Well, at the expense of a person with a World Name - this, of course, is a bit too much. But since I promised without criticism, I will NOT do it again :); Yu.L.). It was thanks to him and his books that I was able to change my neurotic life for the better. So, I managed to find ways out of my tragic scenario. (No, from the point of view of scenario theory, the outcome of my neurotic life scenario was, of course, NOT tragic, but banal. More details about the scenario outcome (banal (non-winner), tragic (loser, or defeated) and victorious) I will write down separate video; Yu.L.). I managed to understand how to live according to my Destiny, realizing all the inclinations and abilities that Life generously rewarded me from nature. (Yes, what is true is true. Nature and genetics rewarded me really generously; Yu.L.). I was able to find myself. I decided on my global (strategic) and smaller local (tactical) goals, and found the roads that lead to their implementation. I figured out for myself what principles I need to proceed from in order to behave correctly and effectively in absolutely any life situations. (Well, at the expense of Absolutely Any - this, of course, is a clear overkill. But, yes, I will NOT deny it - even at that time I understood how to build communication with many people and significantly improved my communication skills; Yu.L.) .

Although all this required just titanic work on myself, but in 2.5 years I independently (only with the help of books and audio seminars by Mikhail Efimovich) found the roots of neurotic traits of my character, managed to rebuild myself in communicating with people, understand, forgive, ask for forgiveness, let go and forget, and if you remember, then with a smile on your face. (Yes, this is absolutely true. Then I really forgave a lot of people and let them go both from my soul and from my life; Yu.L.). I successfully exited the scenario. The servile tyrant(probably the scariest scenario) (yes no, I would NOT say that this is the scariest scenario - yes, it certainly had its difficult moments, but in general - nothing really tragic in my neurotic scenario, on my opinion, after all, it was NOT; Yu.L.), and then Arrogant Creator(no, here I am writing erroneously - I HAVE NEVER been an Arrogant Creator at all; Yu.L.). Now I firmly stand on the path of the Subhuman according to Maslow, who at all costs strives to be a full-fledged Personality. (Yes, this is true, then it was really SO; Yu.L.). I had a lot of trial and error. However, without the latter - really nowhere. It was after the failures, which I carefully disassembled and analyzed, followed by significant success in working on myself - in self-improvement, personal growth and development.
Yes, the work was done, well, just huge, although according to Abraham Maslow and Mikhail Efimovich Litvak, (i.e. Man) I am not even close yet. But I am moving towards this goal by training my mind, pouring in new information from his books and audio seminars, as well as from the works of classics of both fiction and psychotherapeutic literature.
Books Mikhail Efimovich Litvak - this is the best that I have ever met from psychological, psychotherapeutic, philosophical and fiction. (Well, since I promised WITHOUT criticism, then, perhaps, I will refrain here too:); Yu.L.). In the shortest possible time, they really allow you to change your life. (It is very, very difficult to change anything in the shortest possible time. But, however, then, at that period of my life, this literature really gave impetus to the beginning of my changes; Yu.L.). I thought for a long time, what is the secret of his success? Why does his work simultaneously include three most important components: efficiency, simplicity and accessibility? Why does the mind work to its fullest and in the right direction, healing and cleansing the soul from the fetid neurotic rot that has accumulated in the soul for years? - Here's an interesting thing. I changed Myself, only by his books and seminars. In addition to another Teacher from Network Marketing, to whom I am also very grateful (he taught me in practice to communicate with people on business and for business) (I will devote more to the topic of network marketing two separate large videos, in one of which I will definitely tell you about my history of doing this type of “business”; Yu.L.), I didn’t have more Teachers who helped me get out of my neurotic life scenario - I didn’t go to psychologists, didn’t attend various training groups (and thank God, otherwise it’s still unknown where I would end up, and to whom I would have been brought; Yu.L.), did not run around neurosis clinics and psychotherapists. I bypassed black and white magicians, hereditary shamans, midwives, astrologers and fortune-tellers of the highest categories!
Yes, I did a lot of work on myself, studied, wrote down, kept diaries, wrote a biography and analyzed. (Yes, all this, of course, is very useful things in working on oneself; Yu.L.). I perfectly mastered and successfully applied in practice psychological aikido, purposeful modeling of emotions, Horney's introspection, script reprogramming and basic techniques perls gestalt therapy, (well, fortunately, I took, in fact, only one exercise from Gestalt therapy - to live here and now, and I tightly tied it with Gestalt; somehow I will definitely shoot a few videos on the topic of criticism of this "psychotherapeutic" directions; Yu.L.). But it was Litvak who opened my eyes to these techniques, clearly and easily describing them in the book “From Hell to Paradise”. From his other books and audio seminars, I received the missing love of my father and mother. (No, here, of course, I wrote complete nonsense in general; Yu.L.). I found out at what stage in the development of sexuality my delay occurred and how to deal with it. (No, both with love and with sex, I resolved the issue in a completely different way. Litvak had NOTHING to do with it at all. More precisely, at some point his false teaching played a cruel joke on me both in terms of sex and in terms of relations with opposite sex, and in terms of love. But, since I promised WITHOUT CRITICISM, I will NOT go into details here; Yu.L.). I stopped criticizing people close to me: I got rid of criticism, which I sinned hourly, if not every minute. (Yes, that’s right. Here, of course, Litvak is absolutely right, believing that one should praise for free, and criticize for money. And now, accordingly, working as a psychologist, I take money for the criticism that I carry out during consultations when analyzing and analyzing the situation from the perspective of an Adult, explaining to their clients where, in what and why they were wrong, and how they should have acted in order to achieve the desired result for them; Yu.L.). I managed to find in almost every person the positive qualities of his personality, as the 19th century German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche advises to do: “correct” your neighbor by praising him; or, grasping the tip of his good qualities, drag him until you pull out his virtue and hide your neighbor in its folds. (Yes, also an absolutely correct approach; Yu.L.). I stopped dividing people into good and bad: I communicated with those who suited me for this and stopped communicating with those who, accordingly, did not suit me for this. Whether they are good or bad is not for me to judge (100%; Yu.L.).

Of course, I, like all people, have my unresolved problems. But these are problems of a completely different level than they were before, when my soul resembled the Augean stables, and the ninth circle of the fifth belt of Dante's hell reigned in my brain (there, according to Litvak, betrayers of Themselves are tormented). (Yes, that's right. I used to betray myself (my goals, my dreams, my aspirations, desires, interests and needs). indeed, it was very, very hard; Yu.L.). By adjusting the script, all the problems from the unconscious have moved into my consciousness (yes, being aware of your problems is really the first step to success; Yu.L.), and since I no longer want to hide them or forget about them, very soon they will find their logical solution because I am constantly working on myself. But two and a half years is clearly not enough here. (Yes, everything here was written absolutely correctly. Some problems, indeed, sometimes require longer work on themselves; Yu.L.). But with what joy I celebrate each small turn of the spiral, bringing me closer to a full-fledged Personality. I am moving forward towards the realization of my global goals, simultaneously overcoming smaller (local) goals, but no less important in their significance.

And now, Dear Readers, I will reveal to you the main secret of success. Mikhail Efimovich Litvak . In his books he gives us the Laws. (No, there are NO Laws in psychology AT ALL. This is NOT physics and mathematics for you - here THERE, indeed, exactly the clear and strictly defined LAWS of our Universe are described. - How it is arranged, and how certain phenomena are arranged in it As for psychology, there are only a certain kind of REGULARITIES that can work with a certain percentage in certain situations. And a huge number of these same "laws"-patterns that Litvak cites in his books, passing them off as truth in the last resort, very often in fact this very truth is NOT even close. But I promised WITHOUT criticism. So I shut up; Yu.L.). They can be called differently: for an atheist, these are the Laws of Nature, for a believer, these are the Laws of God. For me, these are the Laws of Life on which the whole world rests. These Laws know no exceptions. Only by competently mastering the Laws, you can get rid of the neurotic hell, find peace and peace of mind, and finally live a happy life. (What is true is true. - Having mastered the true laws of our life, it is really possible to significantly improve its quality, making it much better and happier; Yu.L.).
Over the course of two and a half years, I had the opportunity to communicate with several people who graduated from the psychological and even psychotherapeutic faculties of prestigious universities and received their diplomas and crusts there. Their whole misfortune lay in the fact that during their training they never learned, or, perhaps, they simply were not given, they were not explained, these most important Laws of Life! Those. in universities they taught everything except the latter. (Yes, unfortunately, this is true. At the university, unfortunately, they DO NOT teach the laws of life. ANYWHERE AND IN NO WAY. And it’s very, very sorry. Psychologists really lack real knowledge of psychotherapy. Therefore, indeed, it would be very, very cool to introduce such a large and voluminous course on certain psychological patterns of our life in universities right at the time of obtaining the specialty of a psychologist. This would be very useful to my colleagues both in terms of working on themselves and in terms of further work with clients and patients who turned to them for help. That is, normally, this course (I would call it a course on psychological maturity) should have been told, among other things, about certain patterns on which certain phenomena are based, and about certain patterns, knowledge and understanding of which would help to successfully resolve certain life situations and psychological problems that arise in a person). As for my view of the system of psychological education as a whole, I will present it in separate video; Yu.L.). What was the result of such training, I think you, Dear Readers, have already guessed. At best, Arrogant Creators emerged from the universities, at worst, Subservient Tyrants. I dread to think how many souls they can ruin by doing psychotherapy. (Well, by the way, Yes - a person who graduated from the Faculty of Psychology, in my opinion, cannot be admitted to psychotherapeutic work with a client exactly until he himself is an adequate and psychologically mature person. Read more about psychologist's personality(i.e. about how it should be) I also plan to record a separate video; Yu.L.). After all, a person who came to a psychologist for the first time and, at the same time, ended up with a completely unqualified specialist, will not even turn to other psychologists anymore - here such psychological defense as Identification. (Yes, absolutely true. Often a person who has run into a low-quality and unskilled psychiatrist will most likely never turn to another such specialist: “Since this one is such shit, then all the others will most likely be the same. All they are the same. And what did they teach them only at the university? They only charge money for their work, but there is no sense in it! ”; Yu.L.).

Materials from the books of Mikhail Efimovich allow you to independently go from Hell to Paradise. No wonder Litvak believes that neuroses are 150% curable. And indeed it is! And let him take decent money for his seminars, but he does it only because he helps, and not charlatans! (Well, I promised WITHOUT criticism. Therefore, I will refrain from commenting on the cost of his seminars, and from a detailed analysis of the effectiveness of his seminars and trainings, although I definitely have something to say on both of these points ... But I won’t. At least, definitely NOT in this article and NOT on the anniversary of Mikhail Efimovich; Yu.L.). Soon after treatment, patients (and now clients) stop needing it. He does not act as an inductor, does not wind up, does not hypnotize, but makes the brain work to its fullest and, over and over again, find the right solutions to get out of the most difficult life situations. He is an extra-class professional, but does not appear to be.

Here is some biographical information about Mikhail Efimovich Litvak which I found on his official website:
Litvak Mikhail Efimovich was born on June 20, 1938 in the city of Rostov-on-Don. He is the founder of the CROSS club (a club for those who decide to master stressful situations), where you can learn psychologically competent communication and oratory, as well as undergo a course of treatment for psychosomatic diseases and neurotic disorders (now there are seminars on logic and management psychology). This club was founded back in 1984.
Mikhail Efimovich is the author and co-author of more than forty books that are devoted to topical issues of clinical psychiatry, psychotherapy, and the psychology of management and communication. The total circulation of his books has already exceeded 15 million copies. Bestselling books: "Psychological Aikido", "If You Want to Be Happy", "The Sperm Principle", "Psychological Vampirism".
He is a Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, as well as a psychotherapist of the World Psychotherapeutic Association and a Member of the European Association of Psychotherapists (EAP) (this title was awarded to Litvak immediately after reading his books!). (Okay, I will not say anything about what an organization such as RANS (Russian Academy of Natural Sciences (NOT to be confused with RAMS - Russian Academy of Medical Sciences) is) and WHAT for there, in this RANS, all these pseudoscientific titles are given. Well As far as the European Association of Psychotherapists is concerned, personally for me, personally in my eyes, after Litvak’s story that they took him there only after reading his books, and so, personally, in my eyes, this organization fell sharply. moreover, they are absolutely NOT scientific, but issued in mass circulation and designed for the mass reader, i.e. for ordinary and ordinary inhabitants, who even have nothing to do with psychotherapy and, accordingly, are NOT able to evaluate his works from the point of view of the truth that is served there information - as for me, it's just utter nonsense. However, what can we say just about some kind of Litvak, when he enters the same European Association and is considered adequate m and normal is such an absolutely pseudo-scientific direction in psychotherapy as neurolinguistic programming(or NLP). So Litvak and his membership in the EAP are still trifles; Yu.L.).
Mikhail Litvak is the creator of such unique techniques as "Psychological Aikido", "Scenario Reprogramming", "Purposeful Modeling of Emotions", "Intellectual Trance", "Psycho-Laughter Therapy" and others.
He and his students regularly conduct psychological seminars and trainings in more than thirty-two regions of Russia, and in eighteen countries both near and far abroad (Ukraine, Latvia, England, Kazakhstan, Germany, USA, Switzerland, Finland, Bulgaria, Lithuania, and etc.).

Biography

Mikhail Efimovich Litvak is a psychologist, psychotherapist (has an EAP certificate), candidate of medical sciences, author of 30 books on practical and popular psychology, the total circulation of which in 2013 amounted to more than 5 million copies, and a number of scientific articles on psychotherapy and communication psychology. Corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.

He developed and began to put into practice (to teach patients treated under his supervision for neurosis and depression) the concept of a system for resolving conflicts in human relationships, called "psychological aikido". This concept, as M.E. Litvak himself points out, was based on the work of the famous psychotherapist E. Berne on transactional analysis. Founder of the psychological public association "Club-CROSS", which in 2013 has branches in 40 regions of Russia and 23 countries of Europe and America

Mikhail Litvak was born on June 20, 1938 in the city of Rostov-on-Don. Father - Litvak Efim Markovich, born in 1912, doctor, died in 1964. Mother - Litvak Berta Izrailevna, born in 1912, employee, died in 1986.

In 1961 he graduated from the Rostov State Medical Institute. He was called up for personnel service in the ranks of the Soviet Army, where he served as a doctor in medical institutions. Since 1967 he worked as a psychiatrist in the psychiatric clinic of psychiatry and narcology of the Rostov State Medical University, and since 1980 he taught at the Department of Psychiatry of the Rostov State Medical University at the Faculty of Postgraduate Medical Education.

Scientific interests and research were conducted in the field of clinic and treatment of schizophrenia. In 1989 he defended his Ph.D. thesis entitled "Clinic and complex treatment of neuroses depending on the system of personal relationships." Later, in 1992, in collaboration with A. O. Bukhanovsky, Yu. A. Kutyavin, M. E. Litvak, a textbook - a manual for doctors "General Psychopathology" was written.

In the course of his scientific activity, he also modified some traditional methods of psychotherapy, such as autogenic training. He developed a comprehensive therapeutic program and an organizational model for the treatment of neuroses, which were successfully introduced into clinical practice. For some patients of M.E. Litvak, the treatment in the clinic turned out to be insufficient, and patients began to come to him even after discharge from the hospital and bring their relatives and friends.

So, in 1982, the CROSS psychotherapeutic club (a club for those who decided to master stressful situations) was spontaneously formed. It received its official name in 1984. The popularity of classes in the club, and most importantly, the results of the author's methods obtained by people, such as "psychological aikido" and "scenario reprogramming", only grew over time, which resulted in the gradual opening of club branches not only in Russia but also in the world. Litvak received a certificate from the International Psychotherapeutic Association, which gives him the right to practice psychotherapy in countries that recognize this organization. He was awarded the certificate of recognition No. 5 of the Russian Professional Psychotherapeutic League for a significant contribution to the development of Russian psychotherapy.

Literary activity

He began his literary activity in 1992, the first book written was "Psychological Aikido". The book gained popularity and was reprinted more than 30 times. The book has also been translated into English, French, Bulgarian and Lithuanian. The "psychological aikido" described in the book is based primarily on the transactional analysis of Eric Berne, according to which, when people communicate with each other, three states of their personality interact: "Parent", "Adult" and "Child". With parallel transactions, conflicts do not arise in communication. Mikhail Litvak proposed a technique to recognize the "I-states" of a person in a conversation and, when transactions begin to overlap, translate transactions back into parallel ones, smoothing out the conflict. This technique is quite popular.

In 1995, his book “If you want to be happy. Psychology of communication. It describes for the first time the so-called scenario reprogramming and (in line with transactional analysis) the main aspects of human communication: with oneself (I), with a partner (I and You), with a group (I and You), with strangers (I and They) . Subsequently, the material of this book was expanded and published in the form of three different publications: “How to Know and Change Your Destiny”, “Psychological Vampirism. Anatomy of a conflict” and “Command or obey. Psychology of management".

In 2001, commissioned by the Phoenix publishing house, M.E. Litvak wrote the book "Sex in the Family and at Work", based on a sociological study of many families, which was carried out in the 1980-1990s, while working as a psychotherapist.

By 2013, Litvak had written more than 30 books, with a total circulation of more than 5 million copies.

Ratings

One of the recognized psychologists and psychotherapists of the international level. Vladimir Lvovich Levi in one of his interviews spoke highly of the professional activities of M.E. Litvak, calling him his favorite Russian author, who writes about self-understanding and self-work.

A short autobiography written by me for a Wikipedia article at the request of readers.

Wikipedia got the most abridged version, which you can find on its official website.

Here I offer you a slightly more extended version.

Parents:

Efim Markovich Litvak, born in 1912, doctor by profession, died in 1964.

Mother, Litvak Berta Izrailevna, born in 1912, an employee by profession, died in 1986.

In 1961, I graduated from the Rostov State Medical Institute (now a university) and was called up for personnel service in the ranks of the Soviet Army, where I served in various positions in army medical institutions.

Since 1967, I have been working in the Psychiatric Clinic of Psychiatry of the Rostov Medical University as a psychiatrist, and since 1980 as a teacher in the Department of Psychiatry at the Faculty of Postgraduate Medical Education, where I participated in teaching general advanced training courses in general psychiatry, narcology, psychotherapy, medical psychology and sexology.

Scientific interests until 1980 were in the field of clinic and treatment of schizophrenia (about 30 articles). In the 1980s my scientific and clinical interests shifted towards psychotherapy, psychosomatics, sexology and medical psychology.

Studying the problem of neurosis on the example of my patients and when getting acquainted with the world literature (psychoanalytic methods, existential analysis, humanistic psychology, cognitive therapy, etc.), I came to the conclusion that patients should not be treated with medicines so much as be taught how to communicate correctly with oneself, with close and unfamiliar people, in general, to build communication correctly and successfully resolve their affairs both at work and in personal life.

Using as forerunners Freud, Adler, Skinner, Berne and others, I developed a technique which I called "Psychological Aikido". This technique has proven to be applicable in business, education and sports, where it is now widely used.

This was followed by the development of a method of purposeful modeling of emotions. It proved to be applicable in the training of leaders. The notion that the roots of neuroses go back to early childhood, when an unfortunate scenario develops, led to the development of a method that I have called "script reprogramming."

Some traditional methods of psychotherapy, such as autogenic training, also had to be modified. A comprehensive therapeutic program was developed, and an organizational model for the treatment of neuroses, which were successfully introduced into clinical practice.

The simplicity of the modification is such that it is also used by healthy people for the purpose of prevention and recovery. Treatment in the clinic turned out to be insufficient, and patients began to come to me even after discharge from the hospital and bring their relatives and friends.

This is how the psychotherapeutic club CROSS (Club of Those Who Decided to Master Stressful Situations) spontaneously formed. It received its official name in 1984. There were already more healthy (more precisely, not yet sick) people there. The results of the treatment turned out to be stable, and many of my patients, as well as healthy people, began to grow socially. They became leaders, and they were not ready for this work. This is how the methods associated with the psychology of management arose. Now they are mastered by top and middle managers in the appropriate trainings. And when some of the most advanced decided to try their hand at politics, we organized a cycle of training in oratory for them.

In the process of this work, a technique of public speaking was developed, which I called "intellectual trance". Methods of speech were developed at rituals (weddings, birthdays and other holidays), meetings and rallies, which allowed my wards to win election campaigns, occupy higher positions and win tenders.

In 1986, I summarized all this in my Ph.D. thesis entitled "Clinic and complex treatment of neuroses depending on the system of personal relationships", which I successfully defended in 1989 at the Academic Council in Tomsk at the Research Institute of Mental Health.

I started writing books at the request of members of the CROSS club. They didn't remember everything they were told. Thus began my publishing and writing career. The main theoretical developments of the dissertation formed the basis of all my books. The first book "Psychological Aikido" appeared in 1992 in the publishing house of the Pedagogical University. (Before that, I had three more pamphlets published, but I do not include them in the list of books).

Then the book "Psychological diet", "Neuroses, clinic and treatment" was published based on the materials of the thesis in 1993. But for this I had to organize my own publishing house, where I published the book "The Algorithm of Luck".

At this time, fate brought me to the Phoenix publishing house. The publisher suggested that I increase the volume of my books and release them as one page per 600, which I did. And at the end of 1995, this publishing house published my first thick book, which I called "If you want to be happy. Communication psychology", in which there were all 4 aspects of communication - with yourself (I), with a partner (I and You), with a group (I and YOU) and with strangers (I and THEM). The book immediately became a bestseller and was reprinted several times. In 2000, it was substantially revised. Its total circulation has already exceeded 200 thousand copies.

However, the publishing house did not unconditionally publish all my books. In my publishing house, I also published the book "Psychotherapeutic Etudes" in 1998 and the monograph Epilepsy. "Psychotherapeutic studies" is actually a collection of my articles that did not want to publish scientific journals for their "non-scientific", and the media for scientism.

"Epilepsy" is a textbook for doctors, co-authored with Yu.A. Kutyavin and V.S. Kovalenko. In addition, in 1992, the publishing house of the Russian State University published a textbook "General Psychopathology" in collaboration with A.O. Bukhanovsky and Yu.A. Kutyavin.

The communication related material grew and in 1997 If You Want to Be Happy was split into three

"How to know and change your destiny",

"Psychological vampirism. Anatomy of a conflict"

and "Command or obey. Psychology of management" with a total volume of 1200 pages.

Some editions are corrected and supplemented. The book "If you want to be happy" was decided not to be released. However, at the request of readers, its publication has been resumed again. In 1998, by order of businessmen, I published the book "The Sperm Principle", which turned out to be the most widely read book, which has already gone through 40 editions.

By order of the publishing house, the book "Sex in the Family and at Work" was published in 2001, which I consider as a scientific monograph, because it summarizes the experience of a large sociological study (approximately 11,000 families).

In 2001 and 2011, the book "Psychological Aikido" was published in English.

In 2011, books were published in Latvian, Bulgarian and Lithuanian. In 2012, the books "Neuroses" and "Religion and Applied Philosophy" were published. Now the publishing house has several more books at the stage of printing at the printing house. The book is being prepared for publication in German and Chinese.

In 2001, I quit my job and began to engage in predominantly social work and periodically taught at various universities in Rostov-on-Don (Institute for the Improvement of Teachers, the Civil Engineering Institute, the university, at some Moscow universities, as well as at the University of Portland and the business center of New York

Social work

From 1984 to 2006 he was a freelance chief psychotherapist in the Rostov region.

Since 1984 I have been engaged in educational work (CROSS club). The club's branches are already operating in 43 regions of Russia, as well as in 23 countries of near and far abroad (Latvia, Uzbekistan, USA, Germany, etc.). I regularly go there to give lectures.

At one time he was the chairman of the regional qualification commission under the Ministry of Health of the Rostov region for the certification of psychiatrists, psychotherapists, narcologists and neuropathologists. I am also a psychotherapist in the register of the European Psychotherapeutic Association (certificate issued in Vienna on 01.29.2002), as well as a psychotherapist in the register of the International Psychotherapeutic Association (certificate issued in Vienna on September 26, 2008), which entitles me to practice psychotherapy in those countries that recognize these organizations, I have a certificate of recognition No. 5 of the Russian Professional Psychotherapeutic League for a significant contribution to the development of domestic psychotherapy and a number of other diplomas and certificates.

Participated in the work of a large number of scientific conferences, congresses, Russian and international congresses as a speaker, section leader, seminars, round tables, master classes, etc.

Periodically I advise sports organizations, in particular the Olympic team in kayaking and canoeing.

This is an interesting fact:

  • Club CROSS at the very beginning of its foundation in 1982 was called "Vanka-Vstanka".
  • I was 44 when the club was founded.

Ecology of life. People: A new book by M.E. Litvak “A Man and a Woman” has recently been published. And today we decided to talk about relationships

Recently released new book by M.E. Litvak “Man and Woman”. And today we decided to talk about relationships. Econet publishes an interview with Mikhail Efimovich Litvak.

1. Mikhail Efimovich, you always say that we are all born to be the first. In terms of self-realization, this is, of course, true, but how can a man and a woman get along when each of them seeks to take a leadership position?

Well, everyone is a leader in their field. And you can complement each other. A man can be a writer and his woman a translator, or she is a lawyer, he is a builder. Thus, everyone is busy with their own business. On the contrary, it helps the relationship.

2. What is love? How to understand that this is not just a hobby, falling in love, but exactly the same real feeling?

I use the definition of E. Fromm - "Love is an active interest in the life and development of the object of love." We often use the word “love”, and by this we mean anything but this feeling. But if you think about this definition, you will understand that the main thing here is not that there is no one to love, but a sudden matter, do you know how to love.

And remember, there are no dramas in love, there are sorrows in love. You accepted my love - that's good, I can develop you, if you didn't - it's worse for you. By the way, all trainings are based on love. I love my listeners, I talk about how they can become better. If they take my advice, everything will be fine. If not, well, what to do, I do not force anyone to anything and do not hold.

3. You use the term “addict love” a lot. Explain the meaning of this concept.

Addict love is a disease. Drug addiction is a painful addiction to something. Take, for example, alcoholism. A person understands that it is harmful, but he is drawn.

So it is in relationships. It is very easy to cure this disease. You need to develop yourself and acquire the qualities you need in order not to depend on another person.

4. In your new book there is a chapter “The Art of choosing a partner”, please tell us once again about the criteria for this choice. When we choose something, we must calculate everything. What are our needs?

The main five are food instinct, defensive instinct, sense of self-worth, and sexual instinct. A partner must meet all of your needs.

Let's digress from love and talk about the cost of the picture. Well, for example, there was such an artist Modigliani, he sold his paintings for half a liter of vodka, and now they cost millions. Only the cost of the painting then and now was the same. They just didn't understand it at first.

With regards to connections, I emphasize that this is not blat, this is what binds us hand and foot. Well, the future. In general, how much does a person cost? This is determined by the presence of an apartment, a car, the level of material wealth, and connections, the fewer of them, the better. After all, ties are all our prejudices, racial, class, etc. And, if they participate in the choice of a partner, in building a family, there will be nothing sensible.

5. Well, after all, probably, when choosing a partner, you need to listen to your heart?

If you listen to your heart, make a mistake. Emotions never really say anything. An emotional person is a stupid person. Well, for example, I got off at the wrong stop, everything around me was unfamiliar, I was confused, but immediately got ready and got into the next transport, and if I’m emotional, then I don’t think well, then I won’t be able to calm down and understand what to do next.

6. But we touched on the topic of interethnic relations. What are the pros and cons?

If you have prejudices, they can ruin everything.

7. Mikhail Efimovich, now a modern person can no longer imagine himself without the Internet, here we can find everything: various self-education courses, books, and the contacts we need. And even your soulmate. How do you feel about online dating and is it really a good place to start a relationship?

I have a negative attitude towards such acquaintances. Because you don’t recognize a person on the Internet, and he can write anything. You need to get to know each other while working together. There you will get to know the man in action.

8. Are examples of happy relationships that started with online dating just exceptions to the rule?

In my opinion, yes. I know more negative examples of online dating.

9. Tell us, what factors bring a man and a woman together, and what separate them from each other?

First of all, common interests and worldview bring together a man and a woman. In second place are general gastronomic tastes. In third place is sex. On the fourth - the desire to stroke. All these 4 factors are very important. But the most important thing that comes first is common interests. Then two people look in the same direction. And this is very important.

10. Expand the meaning of such a term as “psychological divorce”.

This is such a psychological technique that I invented. Its essence lies in the fact that I internally divorce my wife. But I don't tell her anything. He was born out of practice. One woman, a resident of a small town, was so worried about her husband's infidelities that she ended up in my clinic with a nervous breakdown. She did not want to get a divorce, thoughts “what people would think”, a shared apartment, etc. Well, I offered her a “psychological divorce”. I told her, “Consider your mistress your wife and yourself your mistress. Only he goes to his wife 2 times a week, and to his mistress 5 times. Wife wears a salary, gifts to his mistress. In general, she took my advice, stopped pestering him. And he stopped leaving the house. Then I thought that “psychological divorce” is the norm.

I must understand that at any moment my wife can tell me:

“I don’t love you anymore and I want to part with you.” What need to do? Wish her happiness. And thank you for the years of life that she gave. Grieve a little and look for another. And let her be happy. Many dream of eternal marriage. But nothing is eternal. Everything is updated every time.

As Heraclitus said, "You cannot step into the same river twice." I paraphrased - you can't spend the night with the same woman twice. And live with her for the rest of your life. Those. every time we change, we are already different. And in fact, every day I live with another woman, if I think well and see these changes. If I think badly, then it seems to me that I live all my life with the same one, and this is flour.

11. That is, using the “psychological divorce” technique, our claims to the partner disappear, and, accordingly, the relationship becomes stronger without mutual reproaches. But does this approach always work?

Of course always. This is the law of nature. Live for yourself. Basic love is self love.

Children will grow up, you can leave your wife or husband, you can quit your job. BUT you can't get away from yourself. Who does not love himself, he has no chance of mutual love.. Is it possible to impose something bad on a loved one. A loved one needs only to give himself to a loved one.

12. Is friendship possible between a man and a woman?

What can I say. There is no friendship at all. Pushkin also wrote: “Everyone has enemies in the world, but God save us from friends.” There is no friendship. Even more so between a man and a woman. There is cooperation. When there is a common cause.

13. You always say that in order to meet a worthy partner, you must be a person yourself. Please name the three components of personality in your opinion.

These are three factors. Your earnings, health and spiritual development. Read books, think, attend seminars, learn logic, philosophy.

14. If you could give one piece of advice for a man and for a woman, what would you say?

Take care of yourself. And your man will find you. When you grow up, you will be more visible from far away places.
