The procedure for recognition of educational documents

Legalization
Legalization is a procedure for the legal use of a document of education on the territory of the Russian Federation. Legalization is carried out only in the country of receipt of the document on education.

Apostille
Apostille is a simplified legalization procedure. Consular legalization
Consular legalization is carried out in 2 stages:

  • certification of the document (usually the original, in some countries - a copy) by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country of issue of the document: appropriate stamps and seals are affixed indicating the position and signature of the certifying person;
  • certification by the consular services of the Russian Federation (consulate or representative office of the Russian Federation) in the country of issue of the document: appropriate stamps and seals are affixed indicating the position and signature of the certifying person.
  • Legalization need not when an agreement on its cancellation has been concluded between the country of issue and the Russian Federation.   • A handwritten application addressed to the rector for employment with an indication of the rate, department, structural unit. The application must contain the visas of the head of the department, director of the structural unit, specialist of the Department of educational and methodological work.
  • Medical certificate in form 302Н
  • Certificate of no criminal record in the Russian Federation
  • Medical insurance for the entire period of stay
  • Notarized translation of a passport, document of education, recognition of a document of education

Hello Olga Yurievna! My son graduated from Moscow State Pedagogical University this year and is an elementary school teacher. The son rejoices, he flies inspired, pays for this diagnosis, passes it and receives an "expert level" rating for it. He calls, reports this to the personnel department, at the other end of the phone it sounds "What a great fellow, smart girl, call back tomorrow", and the next day they report that the vacancy is closed ...

I want to add that my son studied for a fee (earning money for tuition by tutoring - he worked with younger students, and also prepared children for the GIA in mathematics). Therefore, the state has won twice: by receiving taxes from the Moscow State Pedagogical University for education and by preparing, I believe, a very good specialist.

And now the question is: what else needs to be done by a young specialist who has graduated from not just any, but state Pedagogical University to get a job in your specialty? Does Moscow really not need male teachers in elementary schools? After all, how many incomplete families we have, where children are raised by single mothers! Let there be a man at school who sets an example! No matter what children's team the son comes to - the children are drawn to him! The son easily finds a common language with them and enjoys respect in the children's team.

The son is in despair: “No one needs me, I’ll go get a job as a loader at the labor exchange” ... The exchange said that if you don’t get a job as a teacher this academic year, then in a year it will be considered that he has lost his qualifications. Is MSGU not a flagship in obtaining the specialty "elementary school teacher"? Pay again, now not for studying at a state university, but for courses?! At the same time, earning money for retraining by the same tutoring? And they say that there are not enough teachers... especially men... and that there are not enough contributions to the PF... Are they lying?

The department of practical training and employment, in accordance with the tasks assigned to it, performs the following functions:
1. Development and approval of the Regulations on the practice of students of the University in higher education programs.
2. Coordination of activities for the organization of contractual relations on the conduct of all types of practices of students of the University in higher education programs in the prescribed manner. Formation of a data bank of basic institutions for practice.
3. Coordination of the activities of the educational structural divisions of the University for the organization and conduct of all types of practices; control over the execution of orders and instructions for practice, compliance with the terms of practice, the movement of students through the bases of practice.
4. Development and approval of a schedule for the passage of all types of practices for students of the University for six months.
5. Ensuring a continuous increase in the level of all types of practices, using a set of justified forms and methods of working with interns: methodological classes, seminars, meetings with experienced mentors, employees of basic institutions, methodologists of departments, conferences for the exchange of experience.
6. Cooperation with basic institutions to improve and develop the practical training of University students. Study and accumulation of experience in improving the organization of practice.
7. Advising and instructing the heads of the practices of the University on the organization and conduct of the practice, execution of financial documents, preparation of reporting materials.
8. Registration of financial documents for payment to the heads of practice in basic institutions, control over the timeliness of payments made.
9. Solving work situations that arise in the process of internship by students of the University.
10. Analysis of the reports of managers on the organization of students' internships to further improve all types of practices and improve the quality of their passage. Preparation of a summary report on the organization and conduct of all types of internships for students of the University.
11. Organization of the collection, processing and formation of statistical reporting on employment for higher educational authorities and structural divisions of the university.
12. Interaction with employers on issues of facilitating the employment of students and graduates of the University, providing data on vacancies and staffing needs.
13. Assistance in finding employment for students and graduates; selection of specialists from among graduates at the request of employers.
14. Advising a contingent of students on effective behavior in the labor market, creating a range of additional services for training in job search technologies, self-presentation techniques and resume writing in order to increase their competitiveness.
15. Organization of career days, job fairs, master classes and other career events aimed at promoting the employment of students and graduates of the university in their specialties.
16. Providing students and graduates with objective information about the state and trends of the labor market, changes taking place on it and available vacancies.
17. Distribution of information and reference materials aimed at facilitating the employment of graduates, their advancement in the labor market.
18. Formation and support in the current state of information databases of vacancies and graduates of the University in need of employment.
19. Interaction with local and regional authorities, including with territorial bodies of the state employment service, public organizations and associations interested in improving the situation on the labor market.
