The game competition "Historical Quiz" is an extra-curricular event within the framework of the subject week of history for students in grades 9-11. Subject area: history. This material is of interest to subject teachers of this area. The game will help in a comfortable way to remember or learn many events and facts from history.

The game itself is preceded by a qualifying stage, in which 8 participants in the face-to-face competition are determined.
In the face-to-face game, there are 7 rounds with two questions for each player. The time to think about the answer is 10 seconds.
After each round, the players vote to remove one participant. Voting takes place by publicly voicing the name of the participant whom each specific player removes from the game. Participants who correctly answered both questions are excluded from the vote for deletion. If everyone answers correctly or incorrectly, all participants are put to the vote. In the last round, when there are two participants left, the winner is the one who gives more correct answers than her opponent. If both players in the last round score the same number of points, the question of the winner is put to a vote, in which all those who participated in the game take part.
Approximate time required for the competition is 45-60 minutes.
Target:fostering a sense of patriotism and developing a historical outlook.
Tasks:
