Novelty: One of the most popular types of arts and crafts creativity is sculpting. Today such material as salty dough become more and more popular in our country, successfully competing with traditional materials - clay and plasticine. In working with it, many are attracted not so much by its availability and relative cheapness, but by the endless possibilities that this material provides for creativity. Products made from this material, unlike plasticine, are durable and do not require expensive processing fired like pottery. Also, salty dough in many respects (first of all, technical and, of course, environmental) surpasses the popular polymer clay abroad, which has appeared on the shelves of our stores for a long time. The implementation of the course allows not only to satisfy formed needs of the population, but also to create conditions for the development of the child's personality, ensure his emotional well-being, introduce him to universal values, create conditions for creative self-realization, to teach tolerant behavior, respect and tolerance.

Report

"Short-term programs of additional

education as a factor in increasing

technological competence of students"

Prepared

methodologist MUDO "DDT" r.p. Dergachi

Zhakboleva Sh.T.

r.p.Dergachi

2017

At present, the experimental and search activities of teachers of additional education should be focused on the creation of a special kind of educational programs - short-term, implemented both in the institutions of additional education for children, and in the conditions of an increasingly growing system of additional education for children on the basis of general education schools.

The presence in the district educational space of a package of such programs is a vital trend of our time. What does this mean practically? In essence, a modern teacher of additional education, adequately responding to the reform of the general education system in Russia, must acquire a relatively new range of methodological and practical skills that provide him with at least the ability to modify his multi-level (long-term) program, or create a fundamentally new - short-term .

Indeed, the ongoing intensive reform of the Russian educational system, its transition to qualitatively new educational standards is associated with the teacher's ability to create socially demanded additional short-term educational programs. An easier version of reading this government assignment involves purposefully transforming existing (multilevel) programs into short-term programs that respond mobilely to a situationally emerging social order.

Organized activitychildreninvacationperiod allows you toadditional education for childrencontinuous throughout the year, because the education of children occurs at any time of their activity. Additional education for children is not a vacation in their free time, but a directed process of raising and educating a child in forms that are attractive to him, which is beyond the scope of the general educational process.

Since the implementation of programs for rural schoolchildren is possible in recreation and recreation organizations for children or institutions of additional education through visiting sessions during the holidays, these programs should be short-term and can be implemented in part-time form (include distance learning or independent work of children).

The full-time part of the program can be aimed at introducing children to a certain type of activity and forming motivation for it. Then, students, for example, in a distance form, master the theoretical block and perform practical and test tasks. The practical tasks of the program should be aimed at creating a specific product with which the child can participate in the competition of the corresponding direction or apply in further activities.

Structure and content of the additional general education program.

The structure of short-term programs complies with the requirements for the structure of additional general education programs.

An additional general educational program (hereinafter referred to as the Program) is the main document of the teacher, which is developed by him independently.

DISTINCTIVE FEATURES

Parameters for identifying distinctive

features

Reformulation of theoretical and methodological ideas in

practice-oriented questions

Multilevel (long-term)

educational program

Short term

educational program

1. Thematic

differences

What are the thematic differences between a multilevel (long-term) educational program and a short-term one?

Consistent movement towards the achievement of the set targets, taking into account the individual and age characteristics of students

A short-term educational program was created with the aim of strengthening the education of children in any kind of creativity.

2. Conceptual psycho-pedagogical

logical approach

What exactly are the changes in the course of goal-setting? How were the goals reformulated?

The leading goal of a multi-level (long-term) educational program is one: children start learning from the basics and finish it with the manufacture of more complex products

The short-term program is originally intended for children who already have some skills in any kind of creativity. Training according to the program ends with the manufacture of the simplest products

3. Perspective of procedural methodological and technological

differences

What is the difference between the technique and technology of work within the framework of a multilevel (long-term) program and a short-term one?

There are no differences in technique and technology between programs

4. Expected results

What are the significant differences in the expected results for the compared types of educational programs?

At the end of the implementation period of this type of educational program, the graduate of the association is able to independently manufacture (sewn by him or connected) a product made sequentially, from lesson to lesson, in accordance with the fundamental, universal technology

At the end of the term for the implementation of a short-term educational program, a graduate can only perform relatively simple creative work that meets the requirements for the planned learning outcome.

But in educational terms, he

motivated for the prospect of its further development in this subject-practical field of activity

There is a huge plus in using short-term programs, the so-called search mode, where the child has time to show and reveal his interests, his "I". And most importantly, that children do not have time to get bored with a certain type of activity. In a short period of time, students have time to get to know and master several types of creativity. Practice has shown that a child who "knows, knows how, can" willingly and boldly joins in more complex processes.

The implementation of short-term programs makes it possible to organize not only rest and recreation for children, but also educational activities that form the qualitative parameters of the younger generation, which allow children in later life to join the life of society, work with dignity, and occupy the appropriate social niche. They contribute to the emergence of unique educational opportunities for the formation of a new life experience in the child.

Thus, short-term programs of additional education are a factor in increasing the technological competence of students, especially younger students.

And for us, teachers of DDT, the key, most important psychological condition for creating a new generation of variable short-term additional general education programs is the sincere desire of creatively working teachers to keep up with the times, not stop there, constantly improve their professional experience, always be socially in demand and useful. https://lysva.biz/uploads/files/2016/10.2016/sbornik_rek.pdf

Explanatory note

Every year, about a thousand children and teenagers come to the children's health center "Salute". Many of them spend their summer school holidays here from year to year, sometimes even refusing to go to the sea. "Salute" has truly become a good and bright tradition for them in life, it has become a second home. It seems that the point here is that the camp is not a school (with standard programs and subjects, a rigid study schedule, etc.), but a “multi-profile institution for additional education for children”, which has wider and more diverse opportunities, which, of course, is more appealing to children.

In addition, the children know and expect that they will be met at the camp by "their" educators and counselors, with whom they had such a good time last summer! Therefore, it is so important that the camp does not change dramatically the pedagogical and technical staff. If today you have one "mom - educator", and next summer - a completely unfamiliar, alien? How would you feel if you were a child? And it’s no secret that children come to the camp precisely to “their” educator, to “their” counselor. Therefore, one of the fundamental principles of software design is the principle of ensuring personnel stability, which, first of all, will contribute to the formation of a psychologically comfortable climate for each child in the detachment and camp. Then there will be no psychological breakdowns and stress in children, which sometimes end in the departure of a child from the camp, or even more tragically. Already today, children (for example, Sasha Baikalov, Kostya Bushuev, Yulia Malyshenko, Yury Kuznetsov and many others), meeting us, teachers - members of the Salyut - Vostok team, who have worked for many years in the Salyut center and have gained authority and love of their pupils, they ask: “Will you return to Salyut? We had such a bad time without you last summer! So is it worth destroying the already established traditions, the established professional creative team, taking to the camp people who only want to find a job during the holidays or because of lack of work, and not give their heart and soul to children, as we have been doing for so many years? After all, the main result of the past years of the work of the team is real - children not only go to Salyut with great desire to spend their summer holidays with "their" teachers, but also dream, having matured, to stand next to their educators - to be detachment leaders (as Silchenko Lena became them and Ira, Ryabtseva Natasha), instructors in physical education and sports (like Dmitry Voronov, Alexei Orlov), leaders of circles (like Nastya Khovratovich, Nadezhda Lopushanskaya).

It is also very important to provide the child in the camp with the maximum provision of various types of activities (organized in interesting, attractive, modern and accessible forms for children), in which he could fulfill himself, develop his interests, inclinations and creative abilities. This is all the more important because today's children and adolescents strive to experience a sense of success, to feel their personal value, to receive approval and support, first of all, from their peers. But this will become possible when your friends see how, for example, you are great at breaking dancing or playing football, how stylish and beautiful you dress, how skillfully you establish contacts with peers, etc. Every child wants to gain authority from their peers! And the camp, teachers are obliged to help him! Such a motivation of the child will very effectively help him, precisely in the conditions of a country summer camp, to acquire additional (to the subjects of the school curriculum) knowledge, skills and abilities, and help him to fulfill himself. It is this goal that is served by the principle of forming in the camp, within the framework of the program, the maximum number (and quality) of additional educational creative spaces (children's creative associations, clubs, studios, sections, etc.), as well as the creation of a Center for children's initiatives in the Salyut children's center. This is an association (in various areas of activity that are of interest to children today), mobilely responding to the needs of children and adolescents in the camp. For example, there is a group of guys who want to learn "step-aerobics". The Center for Children's Initiatives in a minimum period of time establishes contact with a specialist (perhaps a camp choreographer or, if necessary, with a specialist volunteer in the city of Abakan) and organizes the work of either combining additional education (section, studio), or helps to organize the implementation of a creative project " Step - aerobics ", etc.

One of the leading activities in the framework of the most diverse forms of work in the camp will be sports and recreation, sports and development activities, aimed primarily at both the improvement of children and adolescents, and the prevention of negative, bad habits in adolescence, such as smoking, the use of alcohol and psychotropic, narcotic substances. This will be facilitated not only by holding team and camp-wide sports and recreational events, promotions, etc., but also by organizing and conducting a wide variety of projects, life skills training, and healthy lifestyle skills within the framework of the Center for Children's Initiatives.

All activities implemented within the framework of this program are aimed at relieving not only the physical, but also the psychological stress of the child and adolescent organism that has accumulated during the school year, to ensure a psychologically comfortable climate in the children's team (team and camp), to ensure that every child felt at home in the camp. Therefore, the provision of psychological and pedagogical support for all activities in the camp is one of the leading program guidelines (it will be presented by a special program developed by the teacher-psychologist of the Salyut children's educational center).

Particular importance within the framework of the program is given to the organization of leisure, festive, romantic activities. The category of children's holidays DOC "Salut" includes all the variety of festive forms held (festivals of children's creativity, rallies, theatrical performances, themed days, reviews, competitions, concerts, greetings, matinees, lines, presentations, ceremonies, art programs, creative reports, etc. .), affecting the socialization of children, their development and their upbringing.

The leading guide to the interests and needs of today's children and adolescents contributed to the choice of the content core of the program - a game thematic model for the summer of 2009 - "Union of Active, Curious, Young Talents". Camp "Salyut" is a great place to meet the leading needs of children's nature - play activities. The main approach to the content of the shift in the camp will be a role-playing game based on a specific topic, combining various areas of activity and giving children the opportunity to demonstrate various abilities and talents. This is the most promising and modern option for organizing summer holidays today.

All the days of the child's stay in the camp are united by the plot of the role-playing game. Moreover, each season has its own theme. The main idea of season 1 is “Children's Federal Republic “Salyut”, season 2 is “Institute of Free Time”.

Today, more than ever in recent years (based on the experience of the activities of children's public associations and organizations in the city of Abakan and the Republic of Khakassia and the number of participants in their work), the interest of young citizens in the activities of various children's and youth organizations and associations has increased. So, for example, in the schools of the city of Abakan, in the city Union of Children and Adolescents "Friendship - Ynarkhas" (works on the basis of the Center for Children's Creativity and the most active members are, among other things, children of employees of the Abakan branch of the Krasnoyarsk railway), children get the opportunity spend their free time more productively, communicate with peers and adults, take part in socially significant affairs, in various competitions, festivals, promotions, etc. Here they can develop their leadership and communication skills, learn to better understand themselves and the world around them, without being seduced external attributes of "subcultural" communities. Therefore, the authors of the program believe that the form of organizing the activities of the camp as a children's public "Union" will be interesting and attractive for children, will justify itself and will allow more effective educational and developmental work with children in the camp.

Such a game model will allow to develop the theme of the Year of Youth in Russia to the maximum, including a wide variety of activities and events focused on the development of a positive children's and youth social movement. This will be facilitated by those close integration ties and contacts that the authors of the program have established with children's, youth and youth associations and organizations in the city of Abakan, the Republic of Khakassia, such as: the Public Youth Chamber (Youth Parliament) under the Supreme Council of the Republic of Khakassia, the Abakan headquarters of the Khakassia regional branch All-Russian public organization "Young Guard of United Russia", Regional Public Youth Organization of the Republic of Khakassia "Edelweiss", Youth Administration of the city of Abakan under the Administration of the city of Abakan, Union of Children and Adolescents "Friendship - Ynarkhas" of Abakan, etc.

Thus, we believe that the program is relevant and will be in demand both by children and society (support has already been received from a number of public youth structures, etc.). The program includes new approaches to additional education and developmental education (they expressed a desire to implement them, including teachers of additional education and volunteer specialists). The integrity of the program is ensured by the fact that all activities within the framework of the program are combined into a single system (from conceptual foundations to diagnostics of the results of the program implementation).

Goals and objectives

The main focus of the program is to create conditions for the acquisition by each child - a participant of the program, of a socially positive experience of their development through the implementation of the following goals and objectives:

Goals:

• education of citizenship and patriotism, leadership qualities, culture of free time

• teaching children the skills of a healthy lifestyle, practical skills and abilities in various activities

• development in boys and girls of cognitive activity, erudition, intellectual, creative abilities and interests, communication skills, making new friends

Tasks:

1. Provide, with freedom of choice, a variety of additional educational spaces that ensure the assimilation of new knowledge, skills and abilities by the child.

2. Give children the opportunity to realize their own initiatives in various activities within the framework of children's public and creative associations.

3. Provide communicative saturation of individual, group, collective creative activity.

4. Provide an opportunity for the accumulation of social experience of participation in public life, in work, in a team.

5. Provide the child with psychological and pedagogical support for a comfortable life in a country camp, help him learn to live in a team, be in harmony with himself, with the surrounding nature.

The implementation of the goals and objectives of the program is built, first of all, on the organization of the content basis of the program - social role-playing games. As Stal Anatolyevich Shmakov, one of the leading theorists and practitioners of organizing summer holidays for children, said: “The plot-role-playing game is a kind of school for educating a child’s free, disinterested, disinterested attitude to the world, which, in turn, turns out to be the key to the social and aesthetic development of this world” .

As part of the program for the summer season of 2009, role-playing games are being developed at the Salut DEC:

Season 1 - "Children's Federal Republic" Salyut ". The main task: the formation of a sense of "team", responsibility for a common cause, the desire to win, mutual assistance and mutual assistance. All detachments form various children's organizations (federations) with their own symbols, laws and rules, and traditions. During the shift, they implement creative projects (within thematic days), for example, environmental (the project "Ecological BOOM", etc.), cultural and leisure (the project "Festival of Children's and Youth Creativity", "Federation Parade", etc.). etc.), vocational guidance (the project "Economic Zone", the project "Army ABC", etc.), sports and recreation (the project "Goodwill Games", etc.) and other areas. The work of detachments (federations) is built through the activities of children's co-management bodies. At the beginning of the shift, the bodies of the general children's co-management are formed, the laws of the general collective life activity are adopted, the general symbols and attributes of the entire republic, which includes several federations (detachments), are also developed. The key event of the 1st shift is the business game "Election of the President of the DFR" Salyut "(with the involvement of the Election Commission of the Republic of Khakassia), and the final event of the shift is the organization of the Day of Children's Self-Government (with the participation of representatives of youth public organizations of the city of Abakan and the Republic of Khakassia).

Season 2 - plot - role-playing game - travel "Free Time Institute". All detachments are research creative laboratories of the Institute. With the help of the "Time Machine" children participate in various research experiments: "Green Watch", "Paths of countries and peoples", "Robinson's Vacation", "7 wonders of my small Motherland" and others. kind of research, correspondence and real travel, adventures filled with positive emotions, unforgettable impressions, new acquaintances, useful knowledge, skills and abilities.

Co-management activities(children and teachers) in the camp is carried out in different ways: participation in the planning, development, implementation and analysis of the key affairs of the detachment and camp; execution of collective, group and individual assignments; activities of individual teams (Services, agencies, business councils). At the same time, the counselor acts as an equal assistant who organizes the creativity of children in the detachment, recognizes the child's right to make mistakes, takes care of everyone, and transfers his creative and organizational experience. In a word, teachers and children work in co-creation, commonwealth and cooperation. . The "Leader-Council" (a collegial body of co-management) acts as a regulatory body of the entire camp, a generator of new ideas, sums up the results of the work done, highlights the main problems, ways, methods for their resolution. Using co-management in the camp, we give the guys the opportunity to try themselves in various social roles, to gain communication experience.

There is a system of incentives, rewards and fixing results each thematic game session. For each successfully completed project, experiment, the squad receives a certain amount of prize bonuses. Those who received the largest number of these bonuses during the shift become the best squads and participants, receiving the “Salute! - "Salute!!!" and the title of "Leader of the summer shift - 2009".

A feature of the organization of cultural and developmental leisure for children within the framework of the program (two shifts) is work on thematic days - one of the modern and effective approaches. It becomes important that the work in the camp all day long is based on one general concept, and, as a rule, occupies all periods of the day. The advantage of a thematic day is that the idea unites the whole day, a common mood is created for the whole day. A theme day involves several collective creative activities based on one idea. Activities and activities are planned in such a way that every child of any age can take an active part in them. All activities are aimed at revealing the creative potential of the child and provide an opportunity to show their talents and abilities (acting, vocal, choreographic, leadership, applied, etc.)

An economic game (the name will be determined by the children themselves) is held every shift. Its essence is to increase the personal motivation of each child to participate in all the affairs of the detachment and camp. So, for example, for participation and victories in creative events, socially useful deeds, as well as victories in camp and detachment games, a certain amount is credited to the child’s virtual account in special camp banknotes - “salutes”, for which during the shift or at farewell at the shift disco, you can purchase (buy) your favorite products made as part of a group or project activity or creative works from various exhibitions, etc.

Support Center for Children's Initiatives works on all shifts. This is an association in various areas of activity that are of interest to children today, providing additional education for children and mobile responding to the needs of children and adolescents in the camp.

Priority activities of the Center for Support of Children's Initiatives:

  • Sports and health work, promotion of a healthy lifestyle, prevention of bad habits

The main goal of the work is to form in children a negative attitude towards the use of psychoactive substances as a way to solve their problems or spend their leisure time, focus on positive values through involving children in the work on drug addiction prevention.

Forms of work:

• Brainstorming

• Group discussion

• Role modeling

• exercises - energizers

• competition "Reporting from the scene"

• competition of thematic performances of KVN, propaganda brigades and children's theaters.

In the health camp, the physical activity of children is organized during the day according to the schedule: 1 half of the day - sports hours, 2 half of the day - water procedures, work of sports sections. Morning gymnastics is held daily, which children do in the fresh air. Various types of sports competitions are organized on sports grounds, taking into account their spectacularity and mass character - these are “fun relay races”, volleyball, pioneer ball, etc. All sports events are combined into one sports project and are held under the auspices of the Small Olympic Games (Season 1), Presidential Competitions (Season 2).

  • Creative

It includes the work of master classes, clubs, circles, studios of interest, the implementation of creative projects with the support of teachers and specialist volunteers. These associations are created for all children, everyone has the opportunity to try themselves in various activities (variety - vocal studio, choreography, fitness - aerobics, arts and crafts, fine arts, etc.).

  • Socio-practical includes work:

media studio "Salyut"- bringing together guys who are fond of journalism, video and radio - into a single project to create a "Media Studio", which will deal with information coverage of all the affairs of the camp and detachments: designing information stands, publishing the Inform-Salyut wall newspaper, conducting radio broadcasts and etc.

intellectual games club the main purpose of which is to create an environment that encourages children to improve their intellectual level, broaden their horizons, independently acquire knowledge on various topics through the organization and conduct of various kinds of intellectual games, competitions and quizzes.

club of cheerful and resourceful, which will be organized by young teachers who are members of the KVN team of the Republic of Khakassia "Without losers" and will help fill the niche of children's interest in such a popular game, because they will be able to become its direct participants.

Currently, the design and development of various forms of organizing the meaningful activities of the Salyut camp within the framework of the program is still underway. We are still consulting and talking with the children, finding out their expectations from the summer camp this summer. In a word, we want to give the maximum opportunity for children to try their hand at all the things and activities that are interesting for them. To teach them, among other things, to plan and organize their own activities, to participate in solving issues of the life of the detachment and the camp. And most importantly, what we want to achieve is that every child in the camp is occupied with interesting, useful, socially significant work.
