1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The teacher of additional education is appointed and dismissed by the director of the school. For the period of vacation and temporary disability of a teacher of additional education, his duties may be assigned to another teacher of additional education or a teacher. Temporary performance of duties in these cases is carried out on the basis of the order of the school principal, issued in compliance with the requirements of labor legislation.
1.2. The teacher of additional education should, as a rule, have higher education or secondary vocational education in the field corresponding to the profile of the circle, section, studio, club and other children's association without presenting requirements for work experience or higher education or secondary vocational education and additional vocational education in the direction "Education and Pedagogy" without presenting requirements for work experience.
1.3. The teacher of additional education reports directly to the deputy director (additional education).
1.4. The teacher of additional education should know:
Priority directions of development of the educational system of the Russian Federation;
Laws and other normative legal acts regulating educational activities;
the Convention on the Rights of the Child;
Age and special pedagogy and psychology;
Physiology, hygiene;
The specifics of the development of the interests and needs of students, pupils, the basis of their creative activity; methodology for finding and supporting young talents;

1.5. In their activities, the teacher of additional education should be guided by:
the Constitution of the Russian Federation;
Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation";
Decrees of the President of the Russian Federation, regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Region and educational authorities at all levels on education and upbringing of students;
labor legislation;
Rules and norms of labor protection, safety and fire protection;

2. FUNCTIONS
The main functions performed by the Teacher of additional education are:
2.1. organization of the educational process in extracurricular activities with students, guidance and control over the development of this process;

2.4. ensuring socialization, the formation of a common culture of the individual, the conscious choice and subsequent development of professional programs by students;

3. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The teacher of additional education performs the following duties:
3.1. analyzes:
The results of the assimilation by students of the program of classes of their circle, section, studio, etc.;

Trends in the situation in the field of education to adjust curricula and programs of additional education;
Consequences of planned changes in the program, curriculum;
Achievements of students;
Consequences of the introduction of innovations;
3.3. plans and organizes:
Teaching and educational process during events with students;
Independent activity of students, including research;
Implementation of systematic control over the assimilation of students of the program of their circle, section, studio, etc.;
Participation of students in public events;
Educational work for parents (legal representatives) on the organization of the assimilation of the programs of their circle, section, studio, etc .;
Mastering by students rational methods and techniques of activity;
Equipping the classroom or other premises assigned to it with visual aids, educational, methodological and fiction literature according to the profile of activity;

Preservation of equipment, furniture and sanitary condition of the assigned premises, as well as any other premises in which he conducts any activities with children;

4. RIGHTS
The teacher of additional education has the right:

5. RESPONSIBILITY
5.1. For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment without good reason of the Charter and the Internal Labor Regulations of the school, legal orders of the school principal and other local regulations, official duties established by this Instruction, including for not using the rights granted by this Instruction, which led to the disruption of the educational process, a teacher of additional education bears disciplinary responsibility in the manner prescribed by labor legislation. For gross violation of labor duties, dismissal may be applied as a disciplinary punishment.
5.2. For the use, including a single one, of methods of education related to physical and (or) mental violence against the personality of a student, a teacher of additional education may be dismissed from his position in accordance with labor legislation and the Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation".
5.3. For violation of the rules of fire safety, labor protection, sanitary and hygienic rules for organizing the educational process, a teacher of additional education is brought to administrative responsibility in the manner and in the cases provided for by administrative legislation.
5.4. For the guilty infliction of damage to the school or participants in the educational process (including moral damage) in connection with the performance (non-performance) of their official duties, as well as the rights granted by this instruction, the teacher of additional education shall be liable in the manner and within the limits established by the labor and ( or) civil law.
6. RELATIONSHIPS. CONTACTS BY POSITION
Teacher of additional education:
6.1. works in accordance with the workload according to the schedule approved by the principal of the school;
6.2. independently plans his work for each academic year and each training module in accordance with the school curriculum and the approved program. The work plan is approved by the immediate supervisor no later than five days from the beginning of the planning period;
6.3. submits to the immediate supervisor a written report on their activities in the amount of no more than two typewritten pages within 5 days after the end of each training module;
6.4. receives information of a regulatory, legal and organizational and methodological nature from the director of the school and (or) his deputies, familiarizes himself with the relevant documents against receipt;
6.5. systematically exchanges information on issues within its competence with teachers;
6.6. performs the duties of other teachers of additional education and teachers during their temporary absence (vacation, illness, etc.). The performance of duties is carried out in accordance with labor legislation and the Charter of the school on the basis of the order of the director;
6.7. transfers the information obtained at meetings and seminars to the immediate supervisor immediately after receiving it.

4. Rights

5. Responsibility
5.1. The teacher of additional education is personally responsible for:
For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this job description - to the extent determined by the current labor legislation of the Russian Federation;

5. Responsibility
5.1. The teacher of additional education is responsible under the legislation of the Russian Federation for the quality of the implementation of educational programs, the life and health of students during classes, the violation of their rights and freedoms.
5.2. For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment without good reason of the Charter and the Internal Labor Regulations of the school, legal orders of the school principal and other local regulations, official duties established by this Instruction, the teacher of additional education bears disciplinary responsibility in the manner determined by labor legislation.
5.3. For the use, including a single one, of methods of education related to physical and (or) mental violence against the personality of a student, as well as the commission of another immoral offense, a teacher of additional education may be relieved of his position in accordance with labor legislation and the Law of the Russian Federation "On education"
Dismissal for such misconduct is not a measure of disciplinary responsibility.
5.4. For the guilty infliction of damage to the school or participants in the educational process in connection with the performance (non-performance) of their official duties, the teacher of additional education shall be liable in the manner and within the limits established by labor and (or) civil legislation.
6. Relationships. Relations by position

6.1. works in the mode of fulfilling the volume of the academic load assigned to him in accordance with the schedule of classes, participation in mandatory planned school-wide events;
