Tomsk Economics and Law Institute

The technical school was established in May 1999, the first name was the School of Business and Management, it was located at the Tomsk Polytechnic University, in the fourth building.

The School of Business and Management was one of the first non-state educational institutions of secondary vocational education in the Tomsk region, which prepared students in the specialty " Economy, Accounting and control”, as well as conducted all kinds of courses: computer, accounting, management courses and others.

In 2003 School of Business and Management changed its name to Tomsk Financial and Legal College.
