Solving this problem method 1. The easiest way to solve any life problems! Don't try to solve all problems at once

A factory that produces tomatoes and potatoes on an industrial scale. Urban industrial production of vegetables. The first industrial-scale vertical farm opened in the city (Singapore), with the aim of reducing dependence on food. Actually, such a decision seems quite logical, local residents appreciated the freshness and quality of the home-grown product. Unlike a commodity, where it is difficult to monitor the safety of the cultivation technology, in the case of a vertical farm, this is only sunlight and water, and no pesticides. this has made them hugely popular with local consumers, and they sell out very quickly. As a result, the company produces two tons of vegetables per day. The rainwater stored in the upper sections, when flowing down, rotates the platforms, so that their orientation in space constantly changes and a uniform distribution of sunlight is achieved. At the same time, the yield is 5–10 times higher than with traditional cultivation of land on a similar plot. The concept of vertical farms is the only way to feed the population of the future, Singapore has pioneered and I'm sure many cities will follow suit, because the idea is worth it. So, a hybrid of tomato and potato is an independent plant, on which the British company Thompson & Morgan has been working for 15 years. Instead of tops, tomatoes grow on it, and potatoes instead of roots. Representatives of the company claim that more than 500 tomatoes can be harvested from above, which are sweeter than any other varieties. At the same time, wonderful white potato tubers will grow in the ground, which is suitable for boiling, frying and making chips. The new plant bears the patented name TomTato. The British claim that TomTato is not the result of genetic modification, but a natural and safe product. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-24281192
How to grow them? This applies to both indoors and outdoors. Maybe even in a pot. TomTato loves compost and is afraid of frost, tomatoes can be harvested from July to October. But there will be only one potato crop - you can dig it out after the tomatoes run out. Production in vertical greenhouses, in the city. In about 50 years, 80% of the world's population will live in cities. And to the current 7-plus billion, another 3 billion will be added. In order to feed them all, agriculture should be transferred to the cities, the specific architecture of a farm in a high-rise building may vary, food production will not depend on the vagaries of the weather. Such a farm will produce several crops a year. Another advantage is that isolated plants will be protected from infections affecting the fields. The same is true for pests, the farm is able to provide nutritious food for 10 thousand people, inside the building it is much more convenient to organize the care of plants and animals, harvesting, quality control and biological safety of products. And this is with the current level of technology. Why "drag" the farm to the city and fence dozens of floors? It would seem that more advanced systems of agriculture can be developed outside the city limits, and there are still lands free from fields. But Firstly, the cost of transportation: fuel, spare parts for machinery and fertilizers from industrial centers to remote agricultural areas and crops back, "to the center" - this is not only the cost of transportation, but also fuel for cars, the emission of harmful substances. And the additional growth of forests around cities will give the city an opportunity to breathe. Hydroponics, high-tech farms - all this is already there. People only need to take the next logical step - to condense such industries, "growing" them into high-rise buildings, expand the list of plants that will be grown, supplement them with animals, and move farms directly to where consumers are concentrated, that is, to megacities.

A lot has been written about the classification of problems, about the methodology for solving them, various algorithms for "problem solving" are painted and painted, but nothing really changes. If there are problems, then there are ways to solve them.

A lot has been written about the classification of problems, about the methodology for solving them, various algorithms for "problem solving" are painted and painted, but nothing really changes. Since there are problems, it means that there are methods for solving them, well, it cannot be that humanity has not encountered problems since its inception. There were a lot of them and somehow they were solved. Now we have no problems with the fact that a saber-toothed tiger that wants to eat us does not allow us to leave the cave for food. Problems are being solved.

The first thing you need to know (and many people already know this, but I will just remind you) is that if a person himself does not want to solve his problem or problems, then they will not be solved. A person can only be helped to solve it. And this statement has been tried - tried, tested and rechecked, but the fact remains: if a person (or a group of people) does not want to solve a problem, then it will not be solved and no one will help solve it. There is, of course, an even more difficult case, when a person or a group of people are not at all aware that they have real problems and, accordingly, they will sit in them, and they (problems) will spoil their lives. Therefore, in order to be able to solve a problem or problems, it is first necessary to recognize them, to discover them.

And here is a method, call it an exercise or whatever, but it works:

  • The first thing to do is take a piece of paper and a pen and write down a list of the problems you or your field of work have, whether you think it can be solved or not, just write it down. .
  • Second: choose from the entire list the problem that you are most easily aware of, that is, the problem that seems to you or is perceived by you as the smallest. People often make the mistake of trying to do something about their biggest problem.
  • Third: you have chosen such a problem (if you want, mark it somehow in the entire list or write down its wording below the entire list), and now write down (of course, you need to think about it) what you can do to solve this problem . So really, what can you do to solve this problem.
  • And fourth: do it!!! That is, solve it, this little problem.

Let's run through this quickly:

  1. You make a list of problems (for example, you have 5 of them):
    - a problem with the teeth, I have to go to the dentist, but I'm afraid;
    - Apartment without repair 15 years;
    - no one can take out the bin, the kitchen stinks;
    - there is no additional source of income, but I want even more money;
    - the son does not want to study and there is nothing we can do about it.
  2. You see that the trash bin worries you the least of all (and you don’t need to include here “son of a fool, not only doesn’t want to study, he also doesn’t take out the trash, doesn’t understand that the trash needs to be taken out” - you now stink, not him - you have a problem). So write down this problem as the smallest one or mark it on your list.
  3. Write down what you can do with it. You, not an idiot. And write "Take it out into the yard into a garbage container" (or a domestic garbage chute, or somewhere else where normal people throw garbage, and not to a neighbor under an apartment, as this will be another problem).
  4. Easily, or with a creak, gritting your teeth, you take out this bucket of garbage and bring it home without garbage and possibly wash it (if something stinks there). And one less problem and then you don’t chase your son for it - it doesn’t exist.

And here is the math here: let's take and designate one problem as a unit, a unit of your nerves, attention, time, strength, mental activity, worries, energy and other things. In our example, there are 5 problems, that is, 5 units. Due to the fact that you have them, they do not add up to one another, but rather multiply, since all this is yours. And we get 5 (units) problems multiplied by 5 problems (units) and get 25 units of negative emotions, nerves, and so on, and the feeling that you have not 5 separate problems, but 25! And it all weighs on you and rather you have the feeling that everything is a problem and there is no way out of it.

And so you wanted to deal with the biggest one - where do you get the strength from, if you have, in essence, 25 problems that are pressing on you with all their might?

And then you took out the trash can and now you have 4 problems, and 4 times 4 will be 16, that is, 9 units of negativity or tension less. These are the 9 units that are now yours, and which you can now use to solve the next problem from the list and some other, more constructive or useful and pleasant things.

Then we look at the list further. And you find that the next problem that is easiest for you to look at is that you need to get your teeth in order and you write down what can be done about it and then go to the dentist (perhaps having quickly learned before that where the most humane in world dentist) and put your teeth in order. Now you have 3 problems, and 3 multiplied by 3 will be 9 units, that is, even less by 7 units. And so on down the list: find the easiest one from the list, write what you can do with it and now you have 2 problems or a total of 4 units (and the rest of the original 25 are released and give you more opportunities to do something and more courage to solve other problems, and the like). And then you are left with one problem, which most likely will not be a problem, but will be a task that needs to be completed.

There is one caveat here: as the number of problems decreases, you may want to abandon all the others. Don't do it right - solve them. Naturally, when the units “locked” in problems are released, a new outlook on life may appear and you will reschedule something in your life and something will simply cease to be your problem (for example, a hurricane in the USA will stop worrying you or you will find out that your son knows what he wants and he is interested in specialized education, and now the goal will appear - to find those people or institutions that will help your son develop his abilities and talents in the field of activity for which he has a craving).

Take these 4 steps, they help a lot and it is natural that it may take several minutes to take out the trash can, and it will most likely take more time to create and promote your business (or another one).

If problems start to stick, just do these 4 steps.

As for solving problems that do not concern you personally, but, for example, the team (staff, countries, and so on), here, on the contrary, you need to eliminate the biggest blockages by everyone together, but this is a separate issue.

You will succeed!

What to do if you don't know how to solve the problem. Desperate situations.
When difficult life circumstances come in our lives, we, as a rule, plunge headlong into our experiences, ask ourselves questions: “why do I need this?”, “Why did this happen to me?”, which do not help us at all, but on the contrary worsen our psycho-emotional state.

We concentrate even more on the problem that worries us, immerse ourselves in negative emotions, most we spend time looking for solutions and still can't find it. We get frustrated and lose faith in ourselves. Most people, not seeing a way out of the situation, gradually come to terms with negative changes and continue to go with the flow of life, hoping that in time everything will be resolved and the current will carry them to a more favorable shore.

Remember, when we are fixated on a problem, we look at the world and perceive it through the prism of this problem, and do not notice the rest, and this can be the key to overcoming this difficulty.

You need to realize one truth: there is always a solution, and we know about it.
There is 2 important points to which I would like to draw your attention:

– there are no hopeless situations, there are solutions that we do not like
- due to the fact that solving a problem may require leaving the comfort zone, overcoming our fears, working on ourselves, we often block the awareness of such a decision, and we can walk in circles for a long time in search of a way out.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU SEE NO OUTPUT?

1. Answer questions honestly:

How do you perceive your role in organizing your own life?
Do you think you can have a decisive influence on your future?

Listed below are some of the responses to difficult life circumstances. Your task is to determine to what extent they are inherent in you:
“life is cruel/unfair to me”;
“I can’t do anything about it, it’s not in my power”;
“I want changes, but they are impossible under such circumstances”;
“no matter what I do, it’s all in vain, tomorrow something will go wrong again”;
“This is a punishment from above, apparently I was guilty of something.”

If you recognize your reactions in any of these statements, ask yourself how often do you resort to them? The answers to these three questions will give you a deeper understanding of how much you really control your own life and take responsibility for what happens.

2. You need to distance yourself from the problem.

When difficult circumstances come in our lives or, as it seems to us, hopeless situations, we are completely emotionally involved in them and our attention is narrowed so much that we notice almost nothing but an urgent problem. When we get out of the role of the actor, that is, the subject with whom something happened, and take the position of an observer, we can learn a lot about this problem. Our vision of what happened is changing, emotions subside and we are already able to notice those nuances that we did not pay attention to before.

3. The advice to a friend technique works great..

Ask yourself:
What advice would I give to a friend who is in a similar situation?

This is another way to distance yourself from the problem, reduce emotional involvement and partially remove responsibility for the solutions we proposed. It is the unwillingness to bear responsibility for the consequences of our choice that prevents us from realizing how often there is an obvious way out of the situation and causes delay in making a decision. I recommend that you watch my video on how to learn to make decisions.

4. Fear of making the wrong choice is another reason why the situation may seem hopeless. As I said, there is always a way out, but we are afraid to make the wrong decision, and therefore we often begin to ignore the problem, try to find ways to escape from it, someone escapes from reality, plunging into entertainment, computer games, watching TV shows, and someone finds solace in alcohol, drugs, and so on.

It is important to realize that the right and wrong decision is a myth, we cannot know in advance what our choice will turn out to be until we set foot on the chosen path. I talk more about this in my video “Why is it so difficult to make a decision?”

5. Another recommendation for finding the best solution - give free rein to your creativity . Take a sheet of paper or a voice recorder, whichever is more convenient for you, describe your problem situation, and then you need to do the following. Time yourself, say 5 minutes, set an alarm, and start writing down all possible solutions. The main condition is not to criticize yourself and those options that will flash in your head. Your goal is to capture as many ideas as possible, and in this case, the limited time will force you to focus as much as possible on finding solutions. The next step is to choose the best possible solution to your problem.

6. If none of the methods I have suggested help you find a way out of the situation, then just give yourself time. Formulate your question and let your unconscious find the most suitable solution. At first glance, such a recommendation seems somehow magical and smacks of esoteric teachings. However, if you understand the process from the point of view of psychology, everything falls into place and the picture becomes clearer. Our behavior, everyday choices and actions are determined in large part by our unconscious. In addition, often some ideas and desires are rejected at the level of consciousness as unrealistic, delusional, difficult to achieve, inappropriate, and so on. And the amount of information that we are aware of is very, very limited.

I like the iceberg analogy, where the tip is our consciousness, and everything that is hidden under water, that is, the main part of the iceberg, is the unconscious. The technique that I propose works great if you start to trust yourself more, be open to new information coming from the external and your inner world, be attentive to what is happening around you in order to notice the prompts in time and use them.

If the article was useful to you - share it on social networks,
perhaps for someone it will be on time and will help a lot!

Each of us, of course, is familiar with the feeling of hopelessness, inner pain, emptiness, longing or aggression. Any existing problem takes a lot of strength and energy from us. And the main snag is that we do not know how to solve most of our problems in a simple and effective way. I will share with you an ingenious technique that will allow you to return to a calm and happy life. It doesn't matter how big the task is before us. We'll manage!

I myself often use this technology and I am ready to argue with anyone who reproaches me for its untruthfulness and ineffectiveness. The technique is universal! She is able to deal with any kind of problems. In addition, its huge plus is the simplicity and efficiency of use. To make sure of this, you should do an easy and quick instruction.

Where do our problems actually come from?

Enlightened and intelligent people know that they themselves are able to control their reality, that any difficulties, experiences and catastrophic moments of life are the result of our daily beliefs. If you are sure that you are not to blame for what is happening, analyze the problem situation from beginning to end and you will see that it originated and progressed from you. My advice to you, do not look for the perpetrators of the circumstances. This is irresponsible and wrong.

For clarity, I will give you one simple and explanatory example. Imagine a student who is an excellent student, but terribly afraid of taking exams. He imagines how slowly and uncertainly he pronounces the words in front of an audience, how his hands and legs tremble, his body becomes sweaty and his face turns red. If you are afraid of something, you will definitely consider the outcome of this situation. And, in the end, the student gets exactly what he feared so much, because he programmed himself to fail. This example once again convinces us of the validity of the above information. We are in control of our own lives and follow our own rules.

Agree that you have repeatedly had moments when the problem appeared out of nowhere or increased, simply because you often thought about it. This has been scientifically proven. Our thoughts and especially our emotions materialize.

Why do you think the poor are pursued by failures, while the oligarchs continue to get richer? Injustice? Not!

It all depends on your beliefs. And everyone understands that the poor man does not believe in his success the way a wealthy and prosperous person believes in him. And if these beliefs are shifted, restructured? What will happen? The world will change around us.

Now take as an experiment any problem that is bothering you at the moment.

What are the problems? Their scales and classifications:

Let's sort common problems into several categories:

For their importance:

1. Everyday (minor) problems: spilled coffee on a shirt in the morning, forgot to turn off the light in the bathroom or recharge the phone, were late for work, quarreled with a friend, had a headache, worsened mood, put on different socks, etc. In general, the list of such troubles can be continued relatively ad infinitum.

2. Constant (or rare) problems: a virus got on your computer, your apartment keys were lost, your wallet was stolen, an unexpected conference with sponsors, a credit card was blocked, a parking fine, they don’t give you a promotion at work, etc.

3. Medium problems: negative relationships with others, parted with a loved one, poor health, fear of public speaking, poor conceit, complexes ...

4. Important (emergency problems): you need to repay the loan, the car stalled on an empty highway, you were taken to the police ...

5. Major problems: got into a car accident, robbed a house, brought to criminal responsibility, etc.

Now let's sort the problems by their types:

1. Domestic problems;

2. Financial problems;

3. Health problems;

4. Social problems;

5. Mental and spiritual problems.

Perhaps this list is not sufficiently competent and categorical. I give examples only so that you understand the very nature of your problem. And you can put it in a separate category yourself.

What is the essence of this technique?

I appreciate it precisely because it allows you to solve any problems, no matter how small or large they are, incredibly easily and efficiently. In addition, the technique is very easy to learn and apply in practice.

Now to the point...

In order to start immediately solving your problem (experience), you need to find its root sources and the cause of its origin, delve into its structure, so to speak, and conduct a “consequence” (analysis).

Do this step first:

Get angry at your problem, speak out, express all grievances, throw out all the hatred to the last drop, do not keep pain and suffering in yourself, allow yourself to be freed to the maximum. Become more distant towards her. Experiment until you feel a complete release from within.

Ask yourself a few questions (and try to give detailed answers):

1. How long ago did your problem appear (two days, a month, a year, five years ago)?

2. Why did it actually arise? What is its reason (justify)?

3. How and when did you become aware of your problem? What or who led you to its concept?

4. What exactly is this problem preventing you from now? Give yourself a couple of examples, describe it completely.

5. How much worse has your life been with this problem? And what are these impairments?

6. Is your problem really as serious as you think or do you just want to believe it? Is there no exit at all? Are you even worse now than the Africans who are shaking at gunpoint?

7. How different would your life be if this problem disappeared? Imagine or think...

After answering these questions, you should feel some relief on the moral or physical plane. Your problem has come to the surface, and now we can “squeeze” it.

Try to understand that now you are much better than the millions of homeless people who spend their nights not on a soft bed, but in a cramped paper box on the garbage in the company of the same offended individuals.

Look at your problem from a high point of view.

And the last couple of questions to reinforce the new state (it really works):

1. Why do you value your own life and the surrounding society, even if only slightly? Perhaps you are calm, rarely get sick, your family does not suffer, you are not threatened or beaten in dark alleys. There are always pluses, it would be a desire to look for them ...

2. Why do you love and respect yourself? Think carefully, and you will learn a lot about yourself that you did not notice before. What makes you different from other people? What is your uniqueness?

3. Are you fair to yourself? Do you ever underestimate your self-esteem? Perhaps you should change your mind about your personality?

Now your inner beliefs will come out and push and move the problem. She's already shattered. But we don't stop...

For the first time, you can use this instruction, but after a while, you yourself will learn to ask yourself the right and appropriate questions for a particular situation, or even do without them.

Final technique (required):

1. Take three deep inhales and exhales against the background of an elevated state (ask yourself the above questions to feel it). You can even use additional sources of euphoria (which cause you pleasant emotions, feelings, memories).

2. Sincerely ask the Universe to help you solve this problem.

3. Imagine how your problem disappears, dissolves. Feel like it's gone. Enjoy the moments of life without this problem.

4. For three minutes (as little as possible) hold a particularly powerful state of new being from within.

5. Concentrate again and take a few deep breaths in and out to merge with your spiritual world and consolidate the new sensation. It helps. Don't let him get away.

6. Thank the Universe for solving your problem (will speed up the result). Do not think about the time and methods of accomplishing the task.

7. Throughout the day, keep this standing for as long as you can afford. Try not to think about the problem anymore and if necessary repeat the practice again.

Believe in this technology, and it will completely save you from any worries. I revealed this secret to the most worthy and kind people. So let it serve you well.

Happy practice, friends!

What makes a problem unsolvable?

An unsolvable problem looks when a person 1) does not know how to solve it 2) knows, but cannot.

Let's deal with the first point first.

A person does not know how to solve a problem, does not see a solution.

This is the most difficult, nervous and unpleasant condition. When he already knows, but cannot, it is easier, it is clear what to do, the task is to gather strength. And not knowing how, a person rushes about and looks for someone who could help him see these paths. He goes to friends, looks for an answer on the Internet, makes an appointment with a psychologist.

In I have already given a universal recipe for finding solutions to any problem. To do this, it is enough to change the external locus to the internal one when considering this problem.

The explanation for this miracle is simple. A person does not know "how" when the description of the problem is beyond his influence. It is necessary to locate the problem within its own boundaries, and a solution will appear.

Look again at the examples of how the locus changes and the problems are reformulated.

Problem: "The woman I love doesn't love me."

This problem is unsolvable, because its solution is outside the boundaries of human influence, it is about what the other person does or does not do, in this case - does not like.

How to reformulate this problem by changing the locus?

There are several options. “I worry because of the dislike of a woman” - and then the problem is experiences. You can work with feelings, you can work with suffering self-esteem, bitterness and fear of the collapse of relationships. “It seems to me that they don’t love me” - and then the problem is to figure out if they love me. Although in the latter case it is important to understand why you need to figure it out? What will he do with this knowledge? Will he leave, will he try to restore the balance? If the first, it makes sense to find out, and if the second, you can work on the balance without this knowledge.

There is a more or less general formulation for such problems, which requires an understanding of the concept of imbalance: “I am in the red in these respects” - and then the problem is its own minus, you can work with it. This work concerns the reduction of one's dependence on a person and the formation of one's person in his field, more significant than now. The second is the ability to even go a little beyond the boundaries, remaining in the internal locus (from the point of view of psychology, this is "magic", but has a scientific explanation, that is, it does not concern anything supernatural).

The inner locus is a spacesuit that allows you to go to any airless space and visit alien planets. Within the limits of one's own planet (its borders) - the locus is already internal, the spacesuit is replaced by the atmosphere.

Let's look at another problem: loss of a job (any loss of anything or anyone, even a wife)

In the internal locus, this problem will look like "experiencing the loss" and / or "search for a replacement." With one and the other problem, and even with both at once, you can work. Nothing can be done about losing a job. The work is already lost, it is beyond the influence of man. But a person can do something with his experiences: he must find ways to switch, compensate, comfort, cope with the injury inflicted on him (raise self-esteem, restore his integrity, renew protection, and so on)

Speaking of trauma. Having an injury problem, it is very important to keep in the inner locus again. The injury has already been inflicted (or so it seems, it doesn’t matter), you can’t rewind it back, the task is to remove all the negative consequences, to recover. (Either you need to formulate the problem not as "my injury", but in another way, for example, "the struggle for the rights of other injured people"). When treating trauma, “revenge” or “forgiveness” are different ways to restore internal integrity, it is important to find the way that will be most effective, but not forget about the future. Some believe that integrity cannot be restored without revenge, but this is far from always the case. Some are sure that trying to take revenge, you will always lose more. This is also not always the case. It is important to consider your situation and carefully understand why you want revenge, what exactly it will restore or not restore, very often it gives only the illusion of restoring “justice” and “self-respect”, but sometimes not only an illusion, and then the question is only in finding adequate ways.

But this is a separate topic, and if everyone is very interested in it, I will tell you more later.

The locus always needs to be moved, even when it seems that it is impossible to move it inward. There is always at least part of the problem that can be shifted within its own boundaries. Everything that is beyond the borders is unsolvable, inaccessible, does not deserve long-term attention, because nothing can be done.

Of course, knowing the solution is still very little in order to solve the problem. There must be more strength. Therefore, I wrote at the beginning of the post that the problem is unsolvable when a person does not know how, or knows, but cannot. To find the means to solve a problem that is in the internal locus, that is, within the limits of one's own influence, it is important to understand what blocks the forces. As a rule, this is either 1) frustration (apathy), or 2) fear, which is also uncertainty.

How to overcome or deceive frustration and how to cope with fear and self-doubt to solve the problem, I will tell.

In the meantime, there are tasks for you on the topic “changing an external locus to an internal one”.

Reframe the following problems to change the locus from external to internal. There may not be one, but several.

1. “Coworker gets tired of stupid talk at work”

2. “Mother is constantly climbing with unnecessary advice”

3. "The child does not want to do homework"

4. “Husband is offended by too rare and boring sex”

5. “Nothing interesting happens in life”

6. "Wife is constantly nagging about money"

7. "The boss is a fool"
