Target : Checking the compliance of the educational process with the goals and objectives of the plan, the Charter of the preschool educational institution, and national settings.

Forms and Methods : a conversation with the head of the preschool educational institution, analysis of the documentation: the annual work plan of the institution, the control log, the book of orders, the protocols of the teachers' councils; analysis of the subject-developing environment.

The check was carried out for a preliminary analysis of the working conditions of the preschool educational institution before the state accreditation of the educational institution. In general, the material base of the preschool educational institution makes it possible to implement the comprehensive educational program "Childhood". Household equipment meets the requirements of SanPiN. Play equipment was replenished at the preschool educational institution and indoors; hygienic requirements for child care are observed.

The management of the preschool educational institution is carried out in accordance with the requirements. However, control as a management function is carried out without connection with other functions. Criteria, standards, with which it is possible to compare what is available, have not been developed. Partially withdrawing from control or exercising it not systematically, the leader loses the ability to quickly intervene in the course of the educational process, to manage it. The lack of a control system causes spontaneity in the implementation of the educational process. The annual planning traces the development of a system for monitoring educational work with children; questions on the implementation of thematic control in different age groups. But the monitoring of the activities of educators in the process of working with children, the activities and relationships of children, fixing the results of observations, analyzing the results of educational work, children's creativity, plans and documentation of educators is not systematically carried out. Often the formulation of conclusions and conclusions about the state of educational work with children is methodologically not entirely correct. Diagnostics of the professional competence of teachers, the development of children is not carried out. And the biggest drawback is the lack of secondary control, the not always timely development of measures to eliminate the identified shortcomings in the work of teachers, the lack of discussion of the results of control with educators, the use of these results in preparing decisions of the teachers' council, planning the work of the team.

The lack of consistency leads to fragmentation of control, does not give an objective picture of the state of affairs in the institution. Sometimes an incorrect definition of the subject of a corrective action leads to conflicts in the workforce.

The process of managing the educational process in the preschool educational institution is cyclical: defining the goal (however, the goal does not correspond to the problems put forward, and the problems are not identified in the analysis of the work of the preschool educational institution); planning (tasks for the year are not specified, and in the annual plan of the preschool educational institution, on the contrary, the tasks are narrowly focused, but due to the large number they are difficult to complete); organization of activities (planned activities are “amorphous”, do not have a specific focus, are not aimed at solving specific problems); control (represented by a plan for conducting a thematic check on problems; there is no log with a control sequence diagram, a plan for conducting a thematic check on problems, technological maps, maps for analyzing classes and other activities). In the preschool educational institution, the design of the protocols of pedagogical councils, parent meetings does not meet the requirements: the agenda often does not have a specific topic, sometimes there are no decisions.

There are a number of shortcomings in the DOE that require immediate correction in order to successfully complete the accreditation procedure. The object-spatial environment does not quite meet the principles of integration, free zoning and mobility. The main condition for building the environment is not taken into account - a personality-oriented model. Therefore, the position of adults does not fully proceed from the interests of the child and the prospects for his development.

The furniture is selected according to height indicators and is located in accordance with the requirements of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision.

The arrangement of furniture, play and didactic material in the group room is not consistent with the principles of developmental education, individual approach, differentiated education. The creation of a 2-3-level space with the help of podiums of different heights is not yet carried out. The color design and decoration needs careful work for the sensory development of preschoolers.

The subject environment is not always built taking into account the organization of children's activities: the selection of didactic material does not correspond to the topic being studied; does not correspond to the interests that have arisen in the joint activities of the educator with the children; conditions for creative expression and self-awareness in the independent activities of children have not been created. There is insufficiently expedient placement of attributes in the group room, there are no movable and multifunctional modules.

The program and technologies used are implemented taking into account the main goals and objectives of the preschool educational institution, the features of the material base.

The management of the preschool educational institution by the head is aimed at unlocking the creative potential of employees, stimulating development and self-education. But 3 teachers have expired the term for advanced training courses.

Working with parents is aimed at informing about the content of the work of the preschool educational institution, involving parents in the lives of children, drawing attention to the successes and problems of preschoolers. Consultations, thematic parent meetings are held. But the openness of the pedagogical process (the opportunity for parents to see any type of activity of a preschooler), individual familiarization with the diagnostic data of the child received by teachers is not yet sufficiently provided; there is no specific information about the achievements of children.

Educators MBDOU carry out pedagogical activities in accordance with the Charter, the educational program of the institution. The upbringing and educational process should be built on the basis of a combination of an exemplary general education program "From Birth to School" and pedagogical technologies.

The analysis of the calendar-thematic planning showed that all teachers have a plan for the educational process on electronic media, but not all of them comply with the time frame for writing the plan. On October 10, for groups No. 2, 4,6, the plan was written only before October 14, for group No. 5 until October 17, for group No. 3 until October 10, for group No. 1, the plan was written before the end of October.

Direct educational activities are planned in accordance with the approved schedule for the year. Planning is carried out on a specific topic, in accordance with the complex-thematic planning presented in the program "From Birth to School" edited by N. E. Veraksa, T. S. Komarova, M. A. Vasilyeva. But often the theme of the week is not reflected in the topic of classes, conversations, games, observations, GCD topics exist separately from the topic of scheduling (column No. 2,3,5)

In all groups, the integration of educational areas is not reflected in the plan, methodological techniques are not prescribed, individual work with children in the process of GCD.

There is no system for morning exercises, exercises after sleep. The duty with the children is not organized, the duty is not reflected in the plan of all groups. The duty corner in groups works only in a group

Not all groups track the work on the formation of cultural and hygienic skills, and healthy lifestyle, life safety are not included in the planning at all.

Educators mainly plan observations of wildlife, while forgetting about the work of adults, inanimate nature, about the social life passing by children.

There are few experimental activities in the calendar plans, which significantly expands the horizons of children and stimulates their cognitive activity.

There is no system of work on the formation of gender, family and citizenship in children in the calendar plans.

The educational field "Artistic and aesthetic development" falls into the planning, there is no general work on familiarizing children with architecture, sculpture, genre painting, conversations about artists, writers, musicians. It is also not visible to consolidate the material on musical development in independent children's activities and joint activities of children and teachers.

Work with parents is poorly reflected in the planning, uniform forms of work with parents in all groups.

The activities planned in the annual plan are not reflected in the plans of teachers, although all educators were familiarized with them.

Prescribe in the plans the integration of educational areas, methodological techniques, educational activities in regime moments, joint educational activities, group and subgroup, taking into account educational areas, and the creation of conditions for independent activities of children in the kindergarten area.

Teachers of all age groups must indicate the sources used in scheduling.
