Nothing in this world is new...

Crimean Prosecutor Natalya Poklonskaya said that the organization with the name "Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people" is not registered in Crimea and Russia, so it is better not to use such a name in the media. ()

Our Nyasha is crying loudly
Tears flowed like a river:
- On the border of the Crimea they are jumping
"Right Sector" and the Mejlis!

Tatars are raging there,
Unraveled completely
Dzhemilev and Chubarov are there,
Those that interfere with life for everyone!

There in a company of gouging
Aider Muzhdabaev walks,
Former deputy chief editor of MK,
Righteous for sure!

And a little something - they shout in a lordly way:
"Speak Tatar!"
They were told in response: “Wow!
We don’t want to go back to the yoke!”

Who are they anyway
And where did they come from?!
Crimea is now Russia,
Nafig need their Majlis!

Their language is Crimean Tatar
Putin leveled with the Russian
That the ordeals are over,
He explained to the Tatars

But the Tatars became insolent,
They all need to be treated!
It's necessary! Wanted
To teach your children!!!

Imagine two mullahs
Something there "curly-murls",
Maybe this means
That all Russians are goats?!

We are in Russian because
Here in Crimea we say:
Koktebel, Gurzuf, Alushta,
Simeiz, Alupka, Crimea!

But back to our Nyasha
(Our Nyasha is a prosecutor).
The press posted yesterday
With our Nyasha conversation:

"Kol Tatars for a boycott
Gathered along the border
That's understandable to an idiot
We need to ban the Majlis!

The Majlis does not have, for example,
Registration in the Ministry of Justice,
So the media has this advice:
The Tatars do not have a Mejlis!”

I'll tell you a secret
(Not about Nyashina's brains):
There is an ass, but there is no word,
You can't say a word!

By the way, I turn to Nyasha:
Where is the hard hand?
Many in our Ministry of Justice
Not marked yet:

Neither the UN signed up,
No NATO and EU!
What is Majlis? Tatars! Smallness!
The whole world has not signed up!

Yes, and I, the poet Orlusha
Did not reach the Ministry of Justice ...
Forbid me, but better
Send me a photo! Good?

About this, comrade, they will not add rhymes
Worked at a difficult job Peskov
And a miserable reward was for him
One paycheck, one paycheck
Only one salary - nothing at all!

He knew by heart how notes student
About what even the president himself did not know,
At least wake up at night, at least hit with a club -
He will answer everything, he will answer everything,
He is responsible for everything as a press secretary.

Another would be embarrassed, but he is not like that,
It turns out one in five hundred fools,
And even when the guarantor suddenly disappears,
Peskov and this, Peskov and this,
Peskov will find answers to this!

He will say that the First is alive, like Ilyich,
Though the press screams, he has paralysis
Let them know Paris, Kostroma and Yamal:
Of course, childbirth, childbirth in Switzerland,
The heir to the birth of VV accepted!

In a difficult time, in a responsible hour
Answers about Crimea and Donbass are ready,
Otherwise, after all, the bastards will ask a question,
And thousands of shares, and thousands of shares,
And thousands of shares will fall in price!

They covered the country for trouble, -
Either sanctions, then food becomes more expensive,
That the dollar takes off, then oil will fall,
But Dmitry without fear, but Dmitry without fear,
But Dmitry goes to work without fear.

The burning stove burns food,
And what else would distract the population?
Take the trace away from the First,
Maybe die, maybe die
Or maybe not die, but save the grandmother!

There are a lot of cool men in the government,
But the first to fail is Peskov,
- I know what to do! Peskov says
- And even if the image, and even if the image,
My beautiful image is like a candle burning!

He decided to come to the wedding in hours,
In a paratrooper vest and red shorts,
He looked stupid in the name of the country
And the city thought, and the city thought,
And the city thought - a gift from his wife!

He knew the stupid answer to the questions
Like a grenade will blow up the Internet,
That even Navalny will swallow the hook,
And who distracts, who distracts,
Why distracts, about this - keep quiet!

He will pretend that he is the only one
Over all the money of the country, lord,
Five billion - the question is the price ...
And how to spend it, and how to spend it,
To no avail to spend - tell the wife!

The enemy will move with the brain of the fatherland,
There will be no courts, tribunals, The Hague,
The UN will forget about the liner and the court,
And Merkel with Obama, and Merkel with Obama,
And Merkel and Obama let the fuck go!

Now you understand how bold and intelligent
The mysterious Dmitry Sergeyevich Peskov?
Where did they get with their wife Tanyusha
Huge bucks, big bucks
Huge grandmas, one for two?!

There, far beyond the river, hot stoves are burning,
Formidable border guards can not sleep,
But unaware of the Parmesan squad
Moved to the Russian border.

Salmon and cheeses were walking, their step was not heard,
Went out of step, without jokes and songs,
So that the enemy does not track down, using dogs,
Roquefort mold was ahead.

They walked, foreign labels removed,
Forged documents, as it should,
Suddenly bayonets flashed by the river,
This is an ambush of the Selkhoznadzor.

Children of the Alps, Pyrenees, Barcelona and Lausanne
The system was broken on foot and on horseback,
But the fearless gray-haired elderly parmesan
He was the first to stand in a battle column.

Looking around your Camembert army,
Smiled bright and radiant
And he exclaimed: “It’s not scary to die in battle
Italian smuggler!

And in the cruel last decisive battle
The sanctions ton rushed,
Iberian jamon suddenly reared its head,
Although the hamon has no head.

And the enemies are already close, half a step away from us,
Now for the amusement of YouTube
On the left they crashed into sticks of smoked sausages
Border guards have sharp teeth.

On the right, a regiment of Dutch flowers is ready for battle,
They were expected at a wedding in Buryatia,
Only these flowers will not wait for anyone,
All were cut down in a fierce battle.

They made new holes in maasdams,
Even though they were full of holes,
I'm dying for the world! one cheese shouted
Freebies in the stomach of the devourers.

- The Russian people will not wait for the products,
Destroy them all indiscriminately! —
The smeared mouth proclaimed foie gras
Representative of the Agricultural Supervision Authority.

But suddenly the bellied official frowned,
Someone told him timidly:
An elderly parmesan left the massacre
And his radio operator, Mozzarella.

The most vigilant fighter climbed a birch,
I looked around with binoculars in a circle,
To find parmesan, they cut down the whole forest.
In general, they took him and his girlfriend.

Torture with a grater, knives, endured without a word
(by nature, cheeses are silent),
Only at the end answered the last question,
Smiling without fear squeamishly:

- What did they ask? How would I like to die?
Not from the hands of those who are shell-shocked.
I wish you could rub me
An old woman for a beggarly supper!

I will tell you that the jamon asked you to pass,
For you there, in the Kremlin, to tell:
He dreamed that his volunteer would bring
To all homeless people at Kazansky railway station!

The official was indignant: “What are you doing! My God!
We do not change our positions!”
He cut a piece of cheese home
And handed him over to the killers.

- It's a pity that yours has nowhere to run from you ... -
So said the parmesan before he died,
And with a smile stepped into the kindled furnace,
Do not ask for mercy, believe me.

We are from hunger, cold, prison and scrip
By tradition, they did not promise
And far beyond the river smokes rose,
Food was burned at the border...

"Blacklists", "Whitelists"
Ukrainian and English
Lists on the case and not on the case,
For privileges and for execution.

The layman met me on the lists:
Now I'm on the shortlist, now I'm a national traitor,
Then among those who fought in the club,
That is among those who swore obscenities.

Coffee and whiskey - the breakfast of the poet,
The newspaper beckons with a fresh page,
Suddenly he choked, swallowing coffee:
I read the name "Orlusha" on the list!

I stretched in sweet bliss:
There is Almodovar, there is Schwarzenegger,
There - Makarevich, Wenders and Clooney,
Yursky, Ryazanov, Kim and Akunin!

So tell me, isn't it nice
To be on the same list as Mila Jovovich?
Also flattered me not childishly
To be with Mikhail next to Zhvanetsky

Right there - the elite of the Russian world -
Gaft, Shenderovich, Schatz and Zemfira,
Misha Efremov, Trinity Tyoma,
All who are loved, all who are familiar.

People on different lists
Measured by weight, height, pip:
If in the first, say, you place,
That is definitely better known.

Second place determined
Little Akhedzhakova Leah,
And on the last (West - fig!)
The actress Vera Farmiga stood up.

I will be extremely humble and honest:
I am in the twentieth (so-so) place.
Does it need to glow more often,
Am I not a real poet?

A little lower - Tanechka Laza -
the roar with which I drank three times,
Below on the line - Rubinstein's sadness ...
Who would have poured port for the heroes?!

By the way, about the list: the list is not long
Those who stood up for Ukraine,
Those who, although the conclusion could be terrible,
He did not call Crimea either “Russian” or “ours”.

I was told this imperishable
Personally compiled by Kirilenko himself.
Who is Kirilenko? He is Ukrainian
Chief in the Ministry of Culture (like Medinsky).

But Kikabidze with Basilashvili,
Included in the list, they were not asked
But they, like Pannettieri,
There is no boxer husband, I checked.

Klaus Meine with Jared Leto
Anything is unlikely to be for it,
We, having got into the "white lists"
We can lose Russian registration.

For understanding friend-minister:
If the anti-fascist Germans
Stalin, according to the lists, would give medals,
Everyone would have been looking for them for a long time after.

Malice to be afraid of cotton poop
I don't intend, not at all scary,
All their prohibitions, all their laws!
We crossed the Rubicons a long time ago.

"Black lists", "White lists" -
This is help for the vile and low,
From the blank, in general, absurd
List Medina will make black.

We are chosen, we choose
We call black black
Not for the sake of lists, but for the cause
We call white white.

(afterword to the Requiem for MN-17)

We live over a precipice in lies
They don't want to admit the terrible truth
Those who answer: "Prove it!!!"
For questions about MH-17.

Like once school punks
Covered the sidekick-thief,
So today the whole country
In mutual responsibility lies in a circle:

With us - even if Europe is not friends!
What is it to us, because their grandfathers beat them!
And about the liner, bitch, prove it!
We saw your tribunal in the coffin!

Prove by referring to facebook,
That Chechens were seen in the Donbass!
Prove that the Buk installations
Were at the Lugansk militias!

Prove that in a field of ripe rye
Took a selfie on the killer's wing
Prove about the liner! Come on!
Who helped the pilot to go astray?

Prove it! my country screams.
Prove that ukry are not freaks!
Prove that there is a war going on
And not help brotherly people!

"Prove it!" - sweeps across the country
From Vladivostok to the Caucasus.
Prove that you brought your wife
Body in camouflage from special forces!

Prove, lousy verse,
That poetry was not written by order!
It is unknown if the plane
The one that we never shot down!

Let Europe, take aback,
Know the authorities and any grandmother:
The thief did not steal, and the thief does not lie!
But it burns, the hat on the thief burns.

From the burning in the hat of cotton wool stench
Dirty smoke flies into the sky,
And again commands: "Fire!"
The one who has never been where he was.

A year has passed, and many years will pass,
Cannons will rumble and rust,
And one day the girl will find
A burnt toy in the field.

Wipe dust and dirt from toys
Take it home to Odessa
Small Malay plane
The one that flight attendants give to children.

Truth will not overcome the power of lies
If there is hardening against the truth.
For those who know the word "Prove it!"
You can't prove anything. It's a pity.

Will drive his horses again
The sun driving the chariot
And July is always seventeen days
For those who have gone to heaven will last ...

Andrey Orlov (Orlusha) 07/17/2015

Back in the now 90th year, my friend, a Jew with a Ukrainian surname, proposed raising a toast to my wife at that time, a Ukrainian with a surname derived from the Jewish name David:
Let's drink to Gala! With this beautiful Khokhlushka, Orlov was really lucky!
Everyone happily rushed to clink glasses, but I asked for “alaverda” and continued his toast, using a word that had not been in my everyday vocabulary for many years:
- Let's drink at the same time for Lena, the beautiful Jewess, with whom Valera was so lucky!
There was an ominous silence. The Jews reached for their forks, the friend turned purple and yelled:
- You're not crazy?!

In a pub, it would have ended with beating mugs on heads, but we were friends for many years, and the matter ended in a chaotic philological dispute:
- And what, "crest" is it offensive?
- Yes, in the village where my parents are from, this word is unacceptable and is considered an insult.
- So after all, "Jew" is a name-calling, and "Khokhol" is so, in a kind way.
- Any anti-Semite will justify himself by saying that "Jew" is a literary word, both Pushkin and Dostoevsky liked to insert it into the line.
- In Poland, the Jews call themselves that!
“And in Odessa you can get punched in the face!”
- Look, Sanya Shevchenko is a Ukrainian, but he doesn’t call himself a “Khokhlov” except as a “Khokhlov”!
- I generally live in Khokhlovsky lane, why can’t I tell the address now?

It all ended with peace and children's teasers like “a Jew runs along a rope” and “a crest walked, shit on the floor”, they agreed that with me and in my house the word “crest” will never sound like a designation for a Ukrainian. In a joke - yes, in jest - yes, who would argue, but not addressed to a specific person or to the people. This has become one of the unwritten rules of our small community, our social shopping bag. And for 25 years, no one has violated it, even after we successfully divorced the culprit of the incident.

Why so detailed? Yes, just what has been happening on Facebook in recent days, all this idiotic pandemonium around bans and blocking for a word considered comic in Russia and offensive in Ukraine, is ridiculously reminiscent of the case described above. Or rather, sadly. The arguments are the same, the excuses are just as ridiculous. Misunderstanding by one another is just as natural and natural. The subconscious, implanted feeling of the superiority of one over the other, the other over the third and the third over the first two - is spat out in anger, which is the more poisonous and rude, the lower the level of development, education or tolerance of the speaker.

Dozens of bloggers of many thousands and hundreds of thousands repeated the bathing feat of Kononenko with a quote from Pushkin, raising invisible signs Je Suis Skazhuhohol above their pages. Roskomnadzor "fit in" for Bagirov and Minaev, the Russian Foreign Ministry in the person of Zakharova caustically asks if the word "Katsap" can be used, State Duma deputies demand to block American social networks, quotes from Pushkin, Gogol, Dostoevsky and Brodsky are poured by those who have never read them. We are good! We are brotherly! We are literary! We were joking! And for this, some Zuckerberg bans us at the behest of the Jewish Bandera, the junta, the Nazis and the punishers! They are there - “Moskalyak to Gilyak”, but we cannot name the Zaporizhzhya hairstyle, what is it called?

Here, dear, stop! We open Wikipedia, we read: “Khokhol (female khokhlushka) is ethnopholism, a derogatory or insulting, sometimes joking nickname for Ukrainians.”
I ask you to pay special attention to "sometimes playful." This is a note to editors and presenters of programs on Russian state channels (primarily Pervy and Rossiya) and radio stations (including Echo). The abstruse word "ethnopholism" is understood simply: "ethnos" - a clan, tribe, and "folis" - bad, insignificant. So here it is, it turns out that! Here they are called, all our familiar “kind” words from childhood! Let the one who has never said in the yard, in line, in the army or on Facebook "chock", "Jew", "black-assed", "chuchmek", "bulbash", "chukhna" or "children of the festival" - throw in me a comment!

Everyday racism and xenophobia begin with the introduction of innocent and playful designations of "strangers" into the norm. The history of the formation of such vocabulary dates back many centuries, and, as practice shows, surges in the popularity of hate speech always precede conflicts, pogroms and wars. From the "Jew" - one step to the "blood of Orthodox babies", the "Zionist conspiracy" and the Holocaust and the "doctors' case"; from “Khokhlov” to “Jewish Bandera”, “bloody junta”, “crucified boys”, “NATO legions”, and “we will reach Kyiv!”

I don’t think there is a language that could compete with the “great and mighty” in terms of the variety of names that are offensive to other countries and peoples. The Germans, and the French, and the Italians, and the Japanese and the Chinese got it in our vocabulary. What can we say about former and current compatriots - Georgians, Armenians, Chukchi, Mordovians, Tatars, Uzbeks, Azerbaijanis, Balts ... It's simple with us: appoint an enemy for us, point your finger at him from the TV screen, and we already have hate speech, Kiselyov with Solovyov, you don’t even need to invent anything, except perhaps to place accents, but to remind a children’s teaser and a long-standing quarrel in the sandbox.

The most bitter war of languages begins with a conflict between countries that are ethnically or linguistically related. We understand that they are shouting to us from a real or virtual enemy trench! It is unlikely that anyone will be offended by a Chinese curse or insult, but by “Katsap” and “Muscovite” - here we will fall upon the whole “Russian world”, words, that is, we swear the same way!

By the way, a question for those who are touchy about nicknames for Russians abroad: do you know how the Russian Foreign Ministry, offended by the ban on “Khokhlov”, calls us Russians? Ready? I answer: "Krivichi"! Well, yes, in Latvia they still believe that their eastern neighbor, as in the old days, is the Krivichi tribe, which has long been dissolved in the melting pot of the Russian nation. Don't believe? Look at the sign of the Russian embassy in Riga, it says in blue and white: Krievijas vēstniecības Latvijā, which means “Krivichi embassy in Latvia. In Finland, Russians are officially called "Vends", in China - "Olas", in Buryatia - "Oroduud", in Adygea - in general - "Urysher". What, isn’t it insulting and annoying to anyone that it ends with “her”?

Why am I? Yes, to the cry we raised around the bill on the renaming of Russia in Ukraine, which has not yet been discussed. Imagine if they take the Adyghe name? Why scream? Each country has the right to its own language and its own exotoponymy (a designation of geographical objects not used by local residents). We, without asking anyone, call Magyaria "Hungary", and Shokeria - "Albania", without causing Facebook and parliamentary debates. Whatever (if suddenly) the Ukrainians decide to call us, it is their right, the same as ours, to write “Belarus”, “Alma-Ata”, “Tallinn”, “Paris” and “Cannes”. We can also rename (exclusively for ourselves) Ukraine, Kyiv and China. Quite a lot of hemorrhoids with the reprinting of encyclopedias, maps and globes, but, believe me, nothing will happen to us for this. The state language belongs to the state and it can do whatever it wants with it - at least ban obscenities (in vain, by the way), even call the phone “gravitsapa”, and don’t give a damn about the opinion of foreign advisers.

Returning to the "Khokhlov" and addressing the innocent victims and banned for them, I want to say one thing in conclusion: gentlemen, let's not clow around and distort the cards, the word is so-so, kind and literary. Its popularity and common usage for referring to Ukrainians flourished only against the backdrop of a massive anti-Ukrainian campaign, driven by the need to justify any Russian actions in Crimea and Donbass. Calling Pushkin, Dostoevsky or Brodsky into allies in the “Russian world” is far-fetched and in no way justifies insults to the insincerely called “fraternal” people. Pushkin did not interfere with his talent to despise Mazepa and the “Little Russians”, in Dostoevsky the great writer and anti-Semite easily coexisted, Brodsky easily and freely expressed his Ukrainophobia in verse without jokes and the Aesopian language attributed to him retroactively.

Every word you say and write, even in great quotation marks, is your word,
Every insult in a repost is an insult that you inflict. At the forefront of sofa wars on both sides are radicals and pseudo-patriots who provoke idiots into backlash and hooting from the crowd.

I personally feel sorry that Facebook has become a platform for organized information attacks and protects us from them sometimes mechanically and clumsily, not understanding everything. I think that Zuckerberg and fb with a billion users have something to do besides the Russian-Ukrainian information wars, in which, yesterday, having piled on, the Olginsky trolls won, and today, with a ban for "Khokhlov", the "Information Society of Ukraine" took over. A la ger com a la ger,
Know how to lose or blame it on Odnoklassniki and Vkontakte, they don’t ban you there.

There will be no winners on the battlefield.

Andrey Orlov (Orlusha), who blocked for "Khokhlov" 25 years earlier than facebook

Russian poet Andrei Orlov (Orlusha) dedicated his new poem to the deceased Russian actor and director.

The poet posted a verse called "I do not regret. I do not grieve. I do not cry" on his Facebook page.

Last night I was visiting alone.
Everything is as usual: crowded, glasses, cups,
And talk about "dancing on the bones"
He led us to dances on the living Arkashka.
Arkady, if anyone saw him,
Not from dancers, eggs, damn it, interfere.
I will believe if they say "I gave it in the face",
But the stamp about dancing does not reflect the essence.

The owner is sparkling and not stupid,
Fighter with the regime and its villainy
Suddenly he cried out about the "uncooled corpse"
Acting teacher.
A flow of firs about this and that role
On the soul that flew away like a balm,
And people were revealed, as if their password
Opened like doors to the mysteries of Sesame.

How did he play? And how he held the hall!
- Matroskin, "Unfinished Play"!
- And the fact that he shook the hand of a * lyudka, -
The costs of complex creative processes!
About the "Piece" ... I watched it for a long time,
Everything in it is beautiful sincerely and subtly.
Sorry Nikita. Nikita became a g*vnom.
No, not shit, but worse. Became a bastard.

Who did the artist kill? Have you lost your mind?!!
- You are simply glad of the death of a person!
- The rocket aimed at the Boeing itself,
Lelik couldn't fire from the Grad!
- A scoundrel? So what, now forget
How was he cozy, kind, sweet?
- And to relatives - what, now do not drink
For the memory of his grandfather in the Chikatilo house?

After all, grandfather is ours, he is not like everyone else,
We will always remember him in our family!
Fucked the kids in the forest belt?
But the grandchildren made a birdhouse!
Well, yes, of course, he went too far,
But look what a house he managed!
Not for that he cut a log house for us,
So that everyone crap on his grave!

Yes, I didn't shoot. But something, oh my
From Chekhov, the words recall:
An old gun hangs on the stage,
And in the third act - conscience kills.
- How about Hamsun? What about Leni Riefenstahl? --
It flew into the night along the streets of Moscow.
- Singers cattle, by the way, I do not feel sorry for them.
The same as Gorky and Mayakovsky.

Oh how you disgusting viscous pus
Imperial for rations of intellectuals,
And eternity will not give them a single
Of all that are so desired, indulgences.
They were silent in the 68th,
And in the 79th - they were silent,
They were silent, it turns out, with difficulty,
But without difficulty, they received awards.

Oh, to know who, when, for what and with what
Talent for villainy measures.
The hostess suddenly jumped up: - Drink for everyone!
After all, the death of anyone reconciles with everyone!
To which I said, “Probably not.
Not everyone can reconcile with everyone,
The sound of deadly castanets cannot
Make the victim dance with the killer.

... I loved to drink with them until dark,
We scolded the authorities, not embarrassed by the mat,
But there are bridges between us
"On the road" I will not drink, guys.
I'm sick of fake copper pipes,
I cry because you are happy.
When I die - do not try to mourn,
And you don't have to come to the funeral.

And I? I'll fly to Zhytomyr tomorrow afternoon.
To the theater, to the army friend Shkarupa,
We will remember the artist there with a friend
Without dancing on a barely cooled corpse.
We'll drink to his sly look,
For how passionate he was in art.
For us, he died many years ago,
Having attached Crimea to the faded Russian map.

There is a monument of guilt in Zhytomyr
All those who did not stand up against the horror.
There is a photo of everyone who did not come from the war,
They hang in formation on an old pedestal.
There you can hear the groans from the soldiers' throats,
Frozen by the Prilugansky villages,
And the phrase: “The son Yegor has lost,
Druzhina Vira, little girl Olesya "...

You are in the coffin of the one who humiliated with a word,
"For the repose" of the notes were stuffed,
You, supporting the one who supported,
Voted for evil and abomination
Well keep on praising and licking
Tyrant, obscurantist, invader...
"rest in peace" can't say
The one who supported the war with talent.

Andrei Orlov, better known as Orlusha, is the most popular and quoted modern Russian-speaking poet, his poems are taken apart into quotes and reproduced on thousands of facebook pages, becoming a source of numerous battles and news.
We are sitting with Andrei Anatolyevich on the sidelines of the Jewish conference "Limmud" in Lvov and talking about what is happening in Russia, about Putin and the desire for a strong hand, the cowardice of cultural figures and the image of the enemy.
- Andrei, in the early 1990s it seemed that the new era with its spirit of freedom could not be reversed. But several years passed, and Russia, with some kind of joyful readiness, allowed itself, in the words of Pobedonostsev, to be “frozen”. What happened? Perhaps Putin just got into the nerve of popular expectations, and is this the kind of country that 86% of its citizens want to live in?

- As a former political strategist, I will say that the polls do not reflect the real mood of the notorious 86%. In any society, up to 60% are undecided - think people with their heads, election campaigns would lose their meaning. These 60% are now in the Putin support camp, but they turn 180 degrees in one day in any direction. A competent speaker calling to move to Europe is followed by 5-10% of the population, with the right positioning they are joined by 60%, who do not care where to go - moreover, this is true for any country. It is good when fellow citizens follow the right path, but one should not be deceived that everyone is going there consciously.
“But Putin, at the very beginning of his reign, unambiguously demonstrated that he was going to move towards Europe, remember his friendship with Tony Blair…
- Russia went in this direction back in February 2014 during the Olympics in Sochi, which was supposed to raise the image of Russia, strengthen investment attractiveness, etc. The reversal took place on the same day, at the moment when the decision on Crimea was made. And even then in Russia they thought that they could stay in Europe, that they would look at it through their fingers.
I am one of the people who participated in the Putin project in 1999. Almost the entire program of the all-Russian movement "Unity" (which soon became "United Russia") was written in the kitchen of my apartment, the chief artist of the Kommersant publishing house Nikita Golovanov, in front of my eyes, drew a bear - the emblem of the movement, a symbol of strength and confidence.
Putin is Boris Berezovsky's systemic mistake. By and large, there was no “successor” operation, other candidates were also considered, Nikita Mikhalkov, for example - with the right promotion, almost anyone can be the president of any country.
According to our surveys, in 1999, 70% of Russians dreamed of a "strong hand". The gates of the zoo opened, but the animals remained and waited for them to come and feed them. People were waiting for a man in uniform, and we offered them a trio of Shoigu - Karelin - Gurov, the so-called "civilian military". Colonel of the tax police Karelin - nine-time world champion in wrestling; anti-corruption fighter Gurov fired from the Ministry of Internal Affairs - in uniform, but against the system, and Shoigu, a rescuer who, like Chip and Dale, rushes to the rescue and distributes blankets to the victims.

Dismantling of the monument to Dzerzhinsky, Moscow, August 1991

Put the first number on the list of a firefighter or a sea captain in a cap, and the people will see that their hopes for a good paramilitary power come true. 26% voted for three characters in uniform, and Unity immediately became the second faction in the Duma. This is all about the fact that someone votes for a twisted braid, someone for the bear emblem as a symbol of strength, but the poll numbers themselves do not explain much.
However, there is a trend...
- Back in the early 1990s, I told people from the Yeltsin government that if decommunization is not carried out, totalitarianism will return. We must not forget that the fall of Lenin began much earlier than in Ukraine. Hundreds of thousands took to the streets of Moscow during the August days of the putsch in 1991, but how many came out then in Kyiv?
The problem is that the fall of Lenin does not lead to the fall of the system. And in this sense, Ukraine should not delude itself - Lenin remains in the minds. Decommunization is indeed a complex process. Let's imagine a person who is going to undergo the process of de-Rukification, because his hands once beat someone. And he thinks, how can I be without hands, poor thing. And he decides to cut his nails, and leave his hands for now, because even though they beat someone, they are still quite useful.
When it turned out that there would be no decommunization, it became clear that Russia had no chance for democracy - I said this in 1991, I said it in 1995, and I am ready to repeat it now. 25 years ago, Moscow consolidated and demolished the communist regime. And, believe me, this was also done by the people who today are among the 86% who support Putin.
At the same time, in order for Russia to turn away from Putin in the direction of anyone, Solovyov needs three programs with the words “we were deceived.” It's like your best friend visited you for many years, and then it turned out that the silver spoons were gone, and he kissed your minor daughter. And it doesn't matter that you were at home, you didn't know anything! The same Putin can feign ignorance, imprison everyone who has been “misleading him” for years, and change course 180 degrees. And the people will immediately move to Europe in formation. An example of this is the sanctions against Turkey. A couple of days passed from “Turkish enemies – we always knew it” to “Turkish friends – we always knew it”.
- Do most Russians feel a sense of social schizophrenia - they are surrounded and enjoy using the products of Western civilization - from a mobile phone to social networks - and at the same time they ardently hate the West, slapping stickers "To Berlin" on their Opel or Volkswagen ".
- I saw these on the Maybach, but you need to understand that 90% of people in any society do not have any feelings. In addition, the war with the West fades into the background in the public mind. The people have already forgotten how it all began, no one associates the sanctions with the annexation of Crimea or the downed Boeing. Russia has already forgotten that it stole spoons a long time ago and do not hesitate to use them. The trend is now simple: “what are we, are we going to quarrel over some garbage?” Therefore, many people who quarreled with me about the events in the east of Ukraine go to my concerts today. Active insanity is no longer there - people have long gone completely insane and think they are recovering. So do not be surprised if some Russians will say - "we drove." Let's say a person cut off his finger two years ago at work and they sympathetically ask him, they say, it's healed, it doesn't hurt anymore? Let's have a drink!
— For decades, the attitude of many Russians towards Ukrainians has fit (with reservations, of course) into two trends: either they are our younger brothers (with all the attitude towards younger ones that implies); or - Ukrainians - the same Russians, that is, they, as it were, do not exist. The Maidan and the conflict in Donbas, of course, added color to this palette. What determines today the attitude of the average Russian to the once "brotherly" people?
- This is a topic for a small book, but, in short, the USSR, with the declared brotherhood of peoples, was a racist country. There was a xenophobic basis in everything. In all the republics, there were humiliating jokes about “strangers”, in Russia we heard “a crest was walking, shit under the table”, in Ukraine - “a katsap was walking, a tsap was walking with his teeth”, etc.
There have always been negative stereotypes, but now propaganda has done its job, and the Ukrainian is associated with the enemy, which is natural after the words “punisher”, “fascist”, etc. appeared in the media. Personally, I am ready to be responsible for the actions of the country of which I am a citizen. I had a poem "Requiem for MH17" with this stanza:
And while politicians' minds
not ready to reboot,
I confess for them: we shot down.
I am guilty because the Russian...
In the same way that a 30-year-old German has to bear the burden of responsibility for the Holocaust, I, too, will have to answer uncomfortable questions all my life. And if I am ready to answer them, then many are not, they are looking for excuses.
- How do you feel about those who find such excuses?
- Fortunately, my close friends do not need to explain anything, we are on the same side. And the rest… It is unlikely that any of my colleagues changed in 2014, it was just that what was under a bushel was revealed.

I don’t think that Sasha Sklyar (the leader of the Va-Bank group) has changed, supporting all this. I have not been in contact with Vanya Okhlobystin since 1997 after an anti-Semitic stunt, when he told my Jewish assistant: just wait, feathers will fly over the towns from your Jewish pillows. It is clear that he was tipsy and played a little, but at the same time he played a pogromist, which is typical. Vanya has not changed by 2014, but for me his statements about one nation make statements about any other possible.
- But there are people of a different sort - Spivakov, Bashmet ...
— This is a creative nomenclature. They understand that if they do not support, do not sign, do not vote, then they will not see tours, financing a book or a film. For Nikita Mikhalkov, to whom the state gives conditional $30 million for a conditional "Stalingrad", the phrase about the presence of Russian troops in the Donbas is tantamount to the words "thank you, I no longer need your money."
Of course, do not oversimplify - it's not just about money. Mikhalkov's brother Andron surprised me even more by saying that Russia has never had a better ruler than Putin. Don't think you bought it. It's just that people need to cling to something, find a paper clip to justify their position. The internal justification of betrayal is no less complex process than the formation of a hero - having committed a certain act, you continue to move in the same direction. Once upon a time, Larisa Shepitko made the film "Ascent" about a very weak person who, having endured the first torture, becomes a hero, while changing internally. But the film "The Fall" would have developed according to the same canons - once having lost heart, once saying "Crimea is ours", you begin to build a chain inside yourself that logically explains this step.
At the same time, one should not exaggerate the opinion of cultural figures. I don't care what Gergiev or Larisa Milyavskaya thinks, as well as Orlusha or Vakarchuk about the annexation of Crimea. Sometimes they say the right things, sometimes they are talking nonsense, but you should not attach exaggerated importance to this and build your own opinion on the basis of the rating of pop musicians or even classical musicians. I don't care what Stas Mikhailov or the Slivki group thinks about the annexation of Crimea, just as I don't care what they think about the Pythagorean theorem or about life on other planets.
You can say that Bashmet is not Stas Mikhailov, but in fact it is the same Stas Mikhailov playing the viola. I was at the birthdays of many oligarchs - both in Courchevel and in Nice, where Stas Mikhailov sings quite calmly, then Bashmet plays, and Vera Brezhneva performs behind him. And I spoke there, so I should not be taken seriously.
- Recently, at the next talk show on the Russian First Channel, one of the political scientists barked angrily, they say, Ukraine is not run by Ukrainians, but by various Valtsmans, Groysmans and Avakovs. There are also anti-Semites in Ukraine, but I can imagine what would have started in the studio if one of them had allowed himself such a thing on the air. Even if his anti-Semitic nonsense is directed at Putin. But silence hung in Ostankino - not a single guest objected. And this is really scary...
- Firstly, I worked on TV and I know how the audience is selected. Secondly, today in this phrase belonging to the Jews is part of belonging to Ukraine. Groysman is an enemy not because he is a Jew, but because he is a Ukrainian politician. I myself am accused of Jewish origin (actually I am from the Ural Cossacks), thinking that I should be offended. But it is impossible to offend me with this, just as it is impossible to offend by calling Hohlusha.
Anti-Semitism was not invented yesterday and comes out when it is allowed. My friend Misha Efremov for some already Moishe Efraimov. And the term "Jewish Bandera" was not coined by chance. This does not mean that anti-Semitism has intensified, just that "Jewish fascists" appeared - that is, animals allowed for hunting, and xenophobes like Prokhanov, Okhlobystin and others crawled onto the canals. They have always been xenophobic, just now they are allowed to pour all this on a million audience...
It's like playing the bagpipes. Imagine that you squeezed all xenophobia with ten fingers - you raise one - you sound hatred for Jews, you raise the other - hatred for Ukrainians, and so on. The question is which valves are clamped and which ones open, but inside it all sits.
I recently performed in Israel in a T-shirt with tridents interspersed with the Star of David - after all, it was also hard to imagine three years ago.
I do not think that serious psychological changes have taken place in Russian society. But the impact of propaganda that suggests that tomorrow they will come to kill you is enormous. My mother is afraid every time I go to Ukraine, because she watches very well-chosen news on TV. Yes, many are sure that people in Ukraine are being killed for speaking Russian. And it does not matter that in Kharkov or Dnipro it is not easy to find a person who speaks Ukrainian, and in Lviv they will not look askance at a Russian-speaking person. All this is unimportant, because there is an image of the enemy, and people no longer understand who they are “protecting” on foreign territory and why, protecting, they kill ...

- Is a reboot possible in Russia, and what needs to happen for this?
- Reloading is possible with the initiative from above, and such an initiative with the existing "top" is impossible. In addition, there are no real alternative leaders, there is an administrative ban on gathering not even three, but two in identical T-shirts, real landings for comments on the Web begin, people are afraid to like. If five out of a crowd of a thousand people are detained, the rest will fall silent.
The difference between Bolotnaya and Maidan is that when several people were arrested after Bolotnaya, not a single one came to the square the next day, and after dispersing several dozen students on Maidan, thousands came out the next day.
As for the reset... It will not be allowed by the "vertical" created by Putin and the harmonious system of controlled power - from top to bottom. I call it "collective Putin". This is a well-established mechanism that has long been without any command from the "individual" Putin - crushes, steals, tortures, imprisons and kills, and the "cogs" that compose it will do absolutely everything to stay in power. Everything.
- And what does the individual Putin want, in your opinion?
- He has already gone beyond some psychological boundaries, when his inner circle does not know what he wants, and he himself does not know, because he does not trust anyone and believes in his own propaganda, which is designed to deceive others. A direct lie and a complete change of point of view on a particular problem make any forecast impossible.
Well, suppose for a moment that Kasyanov or Kasparov wins democratic elections. The people will still vote for the owner of the zoo, because he still fed meat, although he stole it. And the uncle from the street, who promises to feed better, will be told, excuse me, they say, we have lunch.
The problem is that there are no people with experience of non-corrupt leadership in the country, and this is true for Ukraine as well. You can, of course, invite people from Boston, but, as practice shows, people from Boston in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan begin to steal in the second year.
— Don't 30-year-olds have a request for change?
- 30-year-olds grew up under Putin, they don't know what could be different. Some of them are already built into the system, others have a request to leave, but I don’t see a request to change the country.
Departure is not considered a betrayal, on the other hand, At my concerts in Israel and America, I meet pro-Putin spectators more often than in Moscow. However, I once heard from a taxi driver in Kyiv: “Putin come, put things in order” ...

Interviewed by Mikhail Gold, Focus magazine

Orlov, Andrey

Orlusha(real name Andrei Anatolyevich Orlov; genus. November 2, 1957, Berezniki, Perm region) is a Russian poet.

Biography

Born in Berezniki in a family of builders. At the age of three, he moved to Cherepovets with his parents. The family spent about a year in Finland, where his father worked on the construction of a large plant, after which he moved to Chelyabinsk.

As a child, I went to a music school (piano class), went in for swimming. He graduated from school in 1974 in Chelyabinsk. He entered the Moscow Institute of Chemical Engineering, but was expelled from the second year. In 1979-1981 he served in the army in the Penza region. He worked as a journalist for Moskovsky Komsomolets, a producer, political strategist, advertising specialist, art director of the magazines Stolitsa and Krokodil. He was a co-owner of the company "IMART-Video", participated in the creation of the program of the party "United Russia" (at that time - "Unity").

He became widely known in the middle of the first decade of the 21st century as the author of satirical poems, replete with profanity, which were distributed on the Internet and on mobile phones. Critic Dmitry Bykov, in the article "Orlusha, you're a big bitch," claims that Andrei Orlov is "the main Russian poet of our time."

The heroes of many of Orlusha's poems are public people of our time: Anastasia Volochkova, Nikita Mikhalkov, Ksenia Sobchak, Vladimir Solovyov, Mikhail Fradkov, Sergei Shoigu and others. ").

Lives in Moscow. Single. There is a younger brother.

  • According to his own words, in the early 90s he met in the state of New Mexico (USA) with Carlos Castaneda and drank vodka with tequila with him.

On the eve of today's creative evening of the poet Andrei Orlov in the Bristle bar, Irina Mikhno found out what kind of person he is and why it is worth going and listening to his poems. Orlusha's performance will start at 19:00, and if at the entrance you say that you read about the event in the KYKY online magazine, you will be given a discount of 50 thousand for entry.

The obscene genius Andrei Orlov, with the appearance of a charming drunkard, appeared in the mobile phones of Muscovites in 2004, before that he was a loser, a bad student, a journalist, a rock producer and a tramp. Paradoxically, Orlusha is that pure and bright thing that remains in today's Russia, despite Life News, the ruble exchange rate and information wars. He himself does not consider himself an author, he says that he does not always sow the reasonable, kind and eternal, but he continues to write and show stand-ups, for which many thanks to him.

Maxim Vitorgan, Mikhail Efremov, Orlusha and Ksenia Sobchak at the anniversary readings of the "Russian Pioneer"

Andrey looks like a typical Soviet intellectual, such people often sat in the kitchens, drank a lot, smoked and talked on high topics, and in the morning the unshaven ones rode the bus to the research institute, breathing fumes on the glass. His poems are imbued with spiritual impulses, sarcasm and fantastic subtle humor, they need to be read: in the morning, to break into a smile and mentally send the whole crowd to the subway to hell. For example, this poem:

Orlusha "Cold":

Orlush "Putin's Dog":

Andrey's nickname Orlusha appeared in childhood: "Orlusha, orlusha is a big bitch", the phrase from Ilf and Petrov's "12 chairs" stuck to him and became a creative pseudonym. Andrei Orlov does not write to order, although he had offers to participate in political campaigns in order to lower and humiliate his enemies in poetry. Orlusha has many impromptu about famous characters, the loudest of these was "About the inflatable Ksenia Sobchak", where the poet denies rumors about Ksyusha's sexual promiscuity and describes the anticipation of promiscuity with a rubber socialite. Ksyusha, in turn, was not offended, but said to Orlusha: “Thank you, this verse is recorded on my mobile phone” and she herself read an ode about herself:

But there were also touchy people: Anastasia Volochkova reacted very negatively to the sketch about her beloved and did not appreciate the efforts of Andrei Orlov, who, in fact, somehow did not care.

Orlusha - "Anastasia Volochkova":

If you are interested in this Russian style and humor, and want to see this prototype of a drunken sage in life, come to Bristle today.
