Now, after you have a general idea of ​​how the subconscious mind works, implementing a program of behavior, it remains only to make direct contact with it. Then it is possible to uncover the immediate causes of the emergence of painful phenomena or personal problems and connect our minds to healing work. This can be done in several ways.

But first, I would like you to think about this. For a long time you have struggled with your

disease. You perceived it as something alien, interfering with you. Now you know that we create everything in our life for ourselves, with our thoughts and our behavior. Therefore, before you begin to communicate with your subconscious mind, change your attitude towards yourself and your illness. After all, this disease is yours, and you “nurtured” it in your body.

People are accustomed to this stereotype of thinking, according to which the disease is the enemy and it must be fought by any means, regardless of the consequences. But to fight the disease is to fight with yourself. Therefore, accept it and thereby give up the struggle with yourself. There is no power in the universe that cannot be used in a positive way. And your illness is just such a force. Use it as a tool for self-development.

Communicating with your subconscious is a great mystery. This is a touch to the great and indescribable forces of the Universe. If you are ready to start cognizing these forces, then do it only with pure thoughts.

Ways of communication

In order to successfully communicate with the subconscious, it is necessary to establish certain signals, or sign language, with it. It will be better if you do not impose a certain stereotype of communication on the subconscious mind, but give it the opportunity to decide for itself which signal to choose for a response.

Now sit back and be ready to ask a question inside yourself, your subconscious. After you ask this question, your task is to be very attentive and sensitive to the changes that will occur in your body. Watch for sensations in a particular part of the body, mental images and internal sounds or an internal voice. Don't try to influence the answer in any way. The subconscious will choose its own way to answer. You must be sensitive enough to pick up the answer.


The question is: "Is my subconscious now ready to communicate with me on a conscious level."

The answer can be anything - it depends on your subconscious. For example, after a while there was a burning sensation in the stomach. You do not yet know what this answer means - "yes" or "no". So thank your subconscious for the response and say, “Subconscious, I would like to understand your message. If a burning sensation in the stomach means - "Yes, I would like to communicate," then let this feeling repeat itself or become stronger and clearer. If this message means - "No, I'm not ready to communicate," then, on the contrary, make this feeling very weak, to the point that it disappears completely.

If the signal is repeated again and becomes stronger, then this means the answer is “yes”, therefore, the subconscious expresses its readiness to communicate with you on a conscious level. Thank him again (by the way, do not forget to do this after each answer). Now you have a channel of communication with your subconscious. And you can ask him questions, to which he will answer “yes” or “no”.

If suddenly you get the answer “no” or “I don’t know” to a question, don’t be upset. After all, you still got the answer. This happens in cases where the subconscious is not ready to communicate for one reason or another (fatigue, bad mood, unfavorable external environment, noise). Or you need to change your attitude towards your subconscious and treat it (that is, yourself) more respectfully. In this case, apologize to him, ask him for forgiveness for distrusting yourself, for fighting the disease. Address him respectfully and kindly. Or maybe the subconscious mind is just scared and needs to be calmed down. Or you simply do not believe in the possibility of such communication. Wait a while, remove any possible obstacles and try again.

Instead of sensations, the subconscious mind can give an answer in the form of a visual image or some kind of mental picture. Moreover, the answer "yes" - one image, and

the answer is "no" - the other. Or you can make the picture brighter for a yes answer and darker for a no answer. If the answer is a mental sound, then you can make it louder in the case of "yes" and quieter - "no".

Sometimes you can communicate with the subconscious with the help of an “inner voice”, that is, mentally receive specific answers.

Here are some more examples. One woman used a faster heart rate for a yes answer and a slower heart rate for a no answer. Another patient of mine liked to have her hands raised for answers. One man had a rumble in his stomach for a yes answer. For another, the answers were visualized as neon signs so that he could read them.

In principle, how many people - so many ways of communication. Everyone chooses the one that suits them best. Personally, I like finger signals, mental and figurative communication. This allows me to communicate with the subconscious even in transport - no one notices anything.

And don't be afraid to go crazy. We've all been crazy for a long time. Is it okay for people to create illness for themselves, inflict pain and suffering on themselves and others, and live with it all just because they don't want to take responsibility for their own lives? I would like you to understand that there is no bad or good subconscious. It is always ready to communicate with you if you sincerely want it. The subconscious mind always takes care of you, but it does it in its own way, based on the experience of your entire personal history, that is, the way you yourself taught it. Therefore, trust your inner mind, and it will do everything in the best way.

The subconscious functions in the same way for everyone, regardless of education and intellectual level, be it a scientist or a stoker. I would even say that it is much easier for the latter to do this, since a scientific degree often contributes to the growth of a sense of self-importance, which prevents a person from noticing simple and amazing things.


Once again I will mention that a person is a holistic person. And, turning to your subconscious, you simply strive to unravel the incomprehensible mystery, which is the person himself!

finger signals

The previous methods are based on the fact that you invite your subconscious mind to choose a method for communication. But sometimes it is easier to offer the subconscious the language of signs: whether it be finger movements or a pendulum.

The simplest sign language would be to raise one or the other finger: for example, raise the index finger on your right hand for a “yes” answer (if you are right-handed) and raise the index finger on your left hand for a “no” answer. Raising both fingers at the same time for the answer "I do not know" and the immobility of the fingers - "I do not want to answer." As you understand, such a division is purely arbitrary, and you can set the sign language yourself. Finger movements should be unconscious, automatic. Don't try to move your fingers consciously. Just do not interfere with your subconscious, trust it completely. Questions must be asked clearly and unambiguously - after all, the subconscious mind understands everything literally. I want to warn you right away - there are no people who could not communicate with the subconscious and there are no bad subconscious. If one method doesn't work for you, try another. I advise you to try all the ways. Maybe you like one more. The result will be sure if you intend to get an answer from the depths of your mind.

Now let's try. Sit in a soft, comfortable chair or lie down on the couch. Let your hands lie freely and nothing interferes with them. Immediately agree with the subconscious mind which signal will correspond to this or that answer. Now, mentally or aloud, go inside yourself and ask this question: “Is my subconscious mind ready to communicate with me? If "yes" - raise the index finger on the right hand

conscious movements; if "no" - on the left hand. Don't try to guess the answer - just wait patiently. After a few seconds in a certain place, you will feel a slight itch, tingling or numbness. This means that the muscles have received a subconscious signal, tensed up and are about to start raising a finger. Another second, and the tip of the finger slowly, slightly trembling, moves up. The finger may end its movement by rising high enough, or perhaps just slightly off the surface. Once you have received and understood the answer, thank your subconscious mind and lower your finger.

If you get a “no” answer, it only means that there are some barriers to communication that I have already mentioned: poor health or mood, unfavorable external environment, fear of communication, distrust of oneself. Remove possible obstacles and try again.

pendulum method

To master this method, you will need a small lucite ball suspended on a thread, 20 centimeters long. Instead of a ball, you can use a wedding ring or a simple nut.

Now place your elbow on the table and pinch the end of the thread between your thumb and forefinger. The ball will begin to swing freely. Swing it back and forth, left - right, clockwise and counterclockwise. This is necessary in order for the subconscious mind to determine which muscles are involved in these movements. After that, stop the ball and turn to the subconscious mind: “Subconscious mind, choose one movement of the pendulum from four possible ones, which you will later use to answer “yes”, and demonstrate this movement to me.” Wait for the answer and keep your eyes on the pendulum. Try to "hypnotize" the ball, as it were.

After a few seconds, the pendulum begins to move. Sometimes you need more time to "build up". The range of motion may vary. As a rule, it is large enough for the answer to be understandable.

When you get the answer, stop the pendulum, thank your subconscious and ask it to choose another movement from the remaining three for the answer "no". Then ask them to choose respectively the movements for the answer “I don’t know” and “I don’t want to answer”.

This is an old, proven method, which has always been given a certain amount of mysticism. The sight of a “live” pendulum that meaningfully responds to questions is simply mesmerizing. However, there is nothing supernatural in this. It’s just that the subconscious mind is able to independently make decisions, think and take control of certain muscle groups. It is only important to trust your subconscious mind.

How to ask questions

The way the question is asked is very important for the communication process. To achieve perfection in this, you will need certain knowledge and experience. My examples from practice and your personal attempts will help to buy them.

Since the subconscious understands everything literally, questions should be clear, simple and unambiguous. Say exactly what you really want to say. At the beginning, I recommend writing questions and answers on a piece of paper.

If you get any unusual response, then it may mean that you asked the wrong question. Try to phrase the question differently.

The subconscious always gives honest answers (of course, if you are not a notorious liar).

What I really want to warn you against is trying to see into the future. This is an area that needs to be handled very carefully. This is what we create for ourselves. This will be discussed in my next books.

Let's talk more about how to get a response. Many are waiting for some unusual phenomena - a thunderous voice, or bright inscriptions on the wall, or something of the same kind. Everything is much more prosaic and at the same time more interesting! As mentioned earlier, we have always been able to communicate with the subconscious, so I consider it necessary to draw your attention to the fact that the answers from the subconscious come in the form of volatile, fleeting images. This process can be controlled. Just give a task to your subconscious.

Tell yourself: “Don't rush! Give me a clear picture. Or repeat what has already been shown.

Your inner mind can give you the answer in the form of a voice in your head. Either in the form of internal sensations, or maybe a combination of the above methods. Let's not forget about two more channels of perception - olfactory and gustatory. They are less pronounced, but sometimes they can be very significant. So, partners in a couple attract each other, including by the smell, which is produced by pheromones - the hormones of love.

- Could be so. But it would be better to say: "I created this disease in myself."

In this case, you take responsibility for yourself, realizing that you yourself have created this or that situation for yourself. The people around you only voice, screen your own thoughts. Once the issue has been identified, we move on to the next step.

Creating an image

– Now it is necessary to visualize that part of the subconscious that is responsible for creating the problem. That is, to determine how it could look. Let's assume that your subconscious mind looks something like this. We know perfectly well that the subconscious is a rather arbitrary, ephemeral concept and cannot look like anything. It cannot be seen, heard, felt. But you can communicate with him through thought. Let's assume that the part of your subconscious that is responsible for your problem is something like that. Ask yourself: “What object, phenomenon, image is associated with the part of me that created this problem for me for my learning?”

- Can I have an example?

Leading:

- Certainly! Here's an example for you. I'm walking the path of my life. It's like the saying: "To live life is not to cross a field!" There is an obstacle in my way. The image, which corresponds to a part of my subconscious, I associate with a huge boulder, weighing about a ton, dark gray in color, cool to the touch. This huge boulder “looks like” a part of my inner “I” that created this problem.

Someone ready to voice their associations?

- I was talking about my problem. Remember? I couldn't get along with my husband. So, the part of my subconscious that created this problem for me is like a cactus in a flower pot on the window. Round, very prickly, ten centimeters high.

A 60-year-old man says this about his illness:

- I have pain in the upper abdomen, a feeling of heaviness, heartburn, which appear an hour and a half after eating. These phenomena have been disturbing for a number of years. After the question asked to oneself: “What does the part of the subconscious look like that created this problem? What does she look like? - I received an answer in the form of a picture on the mental screen - a white silicate brick, weighing about four kilograms. Therefore, a part of the subconscious is associated with the brick, which created this problem for him.

Leading:

– Can you see it on your inner screen? Please determine the possible characteristics of your ball - its dimensions, weight, color, material from which your ball is "made", the length of its spines.

Alexey Pavlovich:

- Yes! I see it all clearly, clearly in my mind's eye. This is a black metal ball, shiny, cold to the touch, weighing twenty-five kilograms, about a meter in diameter. It feels like it's hollow inside. Spines of different lengths and different colors. And only in dark colors.

- Good! Thank you. Very often parts of the subconscious are associated with various geometric shapes on the mental screen, such as blobs of energy, clouds, balloons, and so on. If you "saw" such a picture, then consider it carefully. Determine the approximate dimensions, weight, color, volume, texture, surface, temperature. The images you have can be very different. Don't be surprised and don't be scared. These are your thoughts, these are your associations - take what is happening for granted.

- May I tell you about myself? a young woman with glasses rises from her seat. Judging by the lenses in her glasses, she has a strong degree of myopia. - My name is Svetlana. My friend and I came to your seminar from Moscow.

Recently, my eyesight has deteriorated. The part of the subconscious that created this problem for me is like a knight in armor, with his visor down.

Leading:

Why a knight? And why is the visor lowered?

The woman thinks for a while. Her vision blurs. After one or two minutes, she, as if not yet completely out of deep immersion in herself, slowly says:

I asked these questions to my subconscious. The first thing I thought about was that there is a lot of evil in the world around us. Therefore, it must be protected from it. I want to draw the attention of the audience! At this step, through your image, you already receive information about the causes of your illness or problem.

Let's leave our images alone for a while. We will need them a little later. Now thank your subconscious for the answers you received, by the way, do not forget to do this every time.

- For those who could not imagine the image corresponding to the problem, I suggest one more attempt: remember yourself at the time when you first had this problem. Or when you acutely experienced unpleasant moments associated with it. Remembered? Assume the presence of a certain object or event, a phenomenon that would be "similar" to your problem.

– I can’t do anything, I don’t see any pictures, no objects.

Listen carefully, remember. We are all different. And if something doesn’t work out for you, it doesn’t mean that you are not capable of learning. You just do better with something else. Try to do this later, in a more relaxed environment, but in the meantime, move on to the next step and learn other ways to communicate with the subconscious.

Figurative receipt of answers "YES" - "NO"

Leading:

– Now try to visualize the images behind the words “YES” and “NO”. In the same way that you saw the images corresponding to the part of your subconscious that created your problem, try to determine for yourself what the word "YES" and the word "NO" might look like.

Leading:

- The most common associations-images are: "YES" - sunlight, "NO" - it's raining, "YES" - plus, "NO" - minus. Once at a reception, a woman answered like this: “YES” - a smile, “NO” - a back.

We have just tried to visualize the images behind the "YES" and "NO", but you do not yet know how the answer will be received from your inner mind. You ask yourself the following question: “Is my subconscious mind now ready to communicate with me about the essence of this problem on a conscious level?” The answer may come in the form of an image. For example, you imagined sunlight. And there was an understanding that you are ready to communicate with yourself and discuss this problem. And this means that you have a feeling of inner harmony. If you have received consent, then proceed to the next step.

- My friend Marina received a negative answer. She is too shy to talk about herself.

Leading:

- Marina, if you want, you can not voice your problem aloud. What answer did you receive from your subconscious?

– I have clear visual images, but I received a “NO” response to the question about the willingness to communicate about my problem.

Leading:

Take another problem for consideration, and you can return to this one a little later, when you learn. This option is also possible - ask your subconscious: “How did I create a situation for myself that my subconscious does not want to communicate with me?”

- You know, I got a strange answer: "Fears"!

- Remember, please: there are no strange answers, you just are not ready to take responsibility. Ask yourself, “What do I need to understand from this answer? What image is behind the word "fear"?

In your case, there is a predominance of the kinesthetic system of perception (sensations emanating from the body). Other systems can also be included, then we are talking about a combination of two or three systems.

finger method

Leading:

– For those who have not received a visual response, try the “finger” method described in the book “Love Your Sickness”. Let's remember it again.

You need to take a comfortable position, preferably sitting. It is not recommended to go to bed if you are at home, as you can fall asleep faster than make contact with the subconscious. Especially if you are tired. Agree with the subconscious mind that the signal of the presence of contact will be the lifting of a finger on the hand. You do not yet know which finger will correspond to which answer - "YES" or "NO". Therefore, you turn inside yourself with a request: “My subconscious! Show me with a wave of your finger what the answer is "YES".

You sit and just wait for an answer and suddenly you realize that your index finger on your right hand is a little numb, it has a tingling sensation and it begins to rise with ragged movements with a small amplitude. And you clearly understand that this is the answer "YES". Thank your subconscious for the answer and move on to the next step. Again, turn inward with a request: “My subconscious! Point out with your finger what the answer is "NO".

After the question is asked, mentally turn to your past - distant, or maybe not very. Indeed, in the past, with your thoughts and deeds, you created the prerequisites for the emergence of a problem situation in the present.

- I understand! I realized how I created her illness!

Asking yourself questions, you realized how you created such a difficult relationship - resentment and fear of losing your soul mate "Why do I need this?" you ask yourself. And you get this answer: “Change your attitude. Learn to see the world beautifully. Experience the joy of communicating with your family and friends. After you have received the answer, do not forget to thank yourself and ask the same question again: “Why do I need this - to change my attitude towards myself? What will the situation give me when relationships in the family change? You get the answer: “Peace. Harmony".

Asking this question consistently (no matter how short or long this chain is), we will definitely come to the conclusion that all these problems are necessary for life, for happiness. And the positive intention behind a problematic situation only leads us to a happy life.

Svetlana, did you understand why you needed myopia? What is the positive intention behind your deteriorating vision?

He didn't know which haystack to start with. Therefore, three new behaviors are just what you need. This is the minimum freedom of choice. Want more - please! The more the better, the more flexibility you will have. It has been noticed that a successful person is one who has greater freedom of choice, many patterns of behavior.

Hello dear readers! I am glad to greet you from the pages of the book you are holding in your hands! My name is Sergey Olegovich Slobodchikov. Until a certain time, I worked as a doctor. For more than twenty-five years of medical activity, he comprehended about a dozen medical specialties. He started with neurosurgery, operated for ten years, simultaneously mastered manual therapy, acupuncture, worked as a neuropathologist and psychiatrist. And all these years I have been searching for such methods of treatment that would be more effective and could reliably provide a person with good health. Working successively in one medical profession after another, I tried to find new ways to communicate with the patient and his illness.

This story struck me so much that I had to rethink a lot in my medical and life experience. As a result, I realized that in our professional activities, we, doctors, are usually dealing with an already advanced process. It will be much more useful for a person to find the causes of his disease. And it’s not even so much to look for the causes of problems as to teach a person to cope with these problems on their own. Don't get me wrong, I'm not against mainstream medicine. Everything that exists in medicine has the right to life. And it would be foolish to have soul-saving conversations with a person who has been hit by a car. It is urgently necessary to save a life, to restore his disturbed health. And only then ask him questions: “How did you create this emergency situation for yourself? What did you need her for?"

REVIEW TECHNIQUE

1. Select an event from your personal history for recapitulation, to which you reacted negatively, experienced stress.

2. Imagine this situation, imagine the person (or those people) with whom your experiences in this situation are connected.

3. The first thing to do is to accept this situation. There is an expression: "All the will of God!". To accept a situation means to take responsibility for its occurrence.

4. Think about how you created this situation with your thoughts and feelings. We create pleasant situations in our life with positive thoughts, and unpleasant (stressful) situations with negative ones.

5. Identify what important and positive things this situation has taught you? What positive lesson have you learned? There is an expression: "Everything that God gives is for the better."

Breathing Technique for Personal History Recapitulation

The procedure of recapitulation of any event of personal history must be combined with a special "cleansing" breath. This helps to achieve a certain degree of focus and makes the whole procedure more efficient.

Before beginning the recapitulation procedure, breathe for 3-5 minutes until the breath is restored.

Now take that personal history crash event that you are reviewing and remember it until all the feelings that this event caused pop up in your memory.

Then take a slow breath, moving your head from your right shoulder to your left, outlining a semicircle in front of you with the tip of your nose. The meaning of this breath is to restore energy, since every life situation in which the senses are involved is devastating for a person.

Inhaling from right to left after remembering feelings, a person, using the energy of breathing, returns his emotions, feelings, thoughts left by him in that situation, that is, returns his energy.

This is immediately followed by exhalation from left to right.

With the help of exhalation, a person is freed from those feelings, emotions and thoughts that other people who participated in this event left in him.

Try to keep a visual image of the event or the individual with whom this event is associated while breathing. Taking away your thoughts, feelings and emotions when you inhale, return other people's feelings, thoughts and emotions when you exhale to this person. Do it completely calmly.

After a few breathing cycles, you will feel much better. Finish breathing and re-watching when a feeling of freedom and lightness appears. Your body will tell you when to finish. Each situation requires a different number of breaths. It all depends on the "severity" and duration of the event. For a complete review of some situations, which are usually associated with difficult feelings and negative emotions, several breathing cycles over several days are required. For example, the death of a loved one or the breakup of a relationship. In this case, you need to reconsider all the events of your life that are somehow connected with this person.

In some situations, one breathing cycle is enough to feel light and free.

Before recapitulating, it is advisable to make a list of all the people you have met in your life. It is possible to do this, especially since when you begin to recapitulate your life, memories of those events that you have long forgotten will come up.

In this appendix, I want to give a description of some of the universal laws that underlie the new model of human consciousness. This law ensures great order and harmony, the highest justice and purity of the universe. Remember, we live in a fair and clean world, where EVERYONE IS RECEIVED ACCORDING TO HIS THOUGHTS. “Let everyone be rewarded according to his faith!” These are words from the Bible. Our action begins not with a word and not with a movement, but with our thoughts and emotions. Thought is a universal form of energy. Our thoughts and feelings materialize, that is, become reality. If something is lacking in your life or there is some kind of injustice, then the reason is hidden only in you, and not in the outside world or in the so-called external circumstances.

Thought, as a form of energy, originating in our soul, does not disappear anywhere. The LAW OF CONSERVATION OF ENERGY is in effect. Any thought sent to the outside world forms certain events in our life. Thus, this energy returns to us in one form or another.

LIKE ATTRACTS LIKE. If our thought is aggressive, then unpleasant and painful events are created. If thoughts are creative and carry acceptance and love, then they are embodied in reality, which brings us only pleasant experiences. Which thoughts to use - decide for yourself.

For example, if some event happens around you that causes certain thoughts, feelings and emotions in you, then look inside yourself - this is present in your subconscious. What positive lesson should you take from all this? All situations in life are created or attracted by our thoughts and subconscious programs.

If you don’t like something in other people, then this is definitely in your subconscious (if you like something, then this is also there). Give up the desire to change the world around you, people, your loved ones. Accept them as they are. Change yourself and then the world will change. If you avoid something, then there is some fear or some pain behind it, that is, something that you have to go through and learn a very important positive lesson. When a person takes responsibility for his world, for his life, he has the freedom of choice. He is free to choose for himself which thoughts to use. Explore your subconscious behavior programs, your thoughts and emotions. Review your whole life anew, from the point of view of a new view of the world.

But this law also applies to living bodies, which are information-energy structures. Every living being is already initially not integral, including man, because he is cut off from Reality, from God. And therefore, a person subconsciously strives to acquire this integrity throughout his life, that is, strives for God. It unites all people. And not only people, but everything that exists in this world. And not only in this “human” world, but also in other worlds, and in general in the entire Universe. It turns out that the ultimate goal is the same for everyone, but the paths are different.

THE PART STRIVES TO THE WHOLE. THE SOUL STRIVES TO GOD. Every person is haunted all his life by his remoteness from the original source. Intuitively, he feels this and rushes to him. In our life it looks like a search for peace of mind, happiness, enjoyment. A person aspires to some earthly things in the hope of finding this eternal bliss. He tries to forget himself with money, food, things, entertainment, sex, relationships. But over time, he feels the pain of losing it all. And in old age there is a nagging feeling that the main thing in life has been missed, for the sake of which life was given. But the forces are not the same.

Man is given life and awareness by God so that he enriches this awareness by the very process of his life and makes his unique contribution to the universal process of evolution. This is the answer to the age-old question: “What is the meaning and purpose of life?” Each person subconsciously performs the main function and the main goal of life - to live in this world and strive for his model of reality to correspond to Reality itself. In other words, connect the conscious and subconscious. Only in this way can he find the integrity of himself.

THE LAW OF POSITIVE INTENTION. Our whole life is a never-ending process of fulfilling our subconscious and conscious intentions. Each person has their own unique life path, and it is determined subconsciously. It is very important to understand that our subconscious mind always carries out certain positive intentions for us. I deeply believe that man is a very complex balanced being. And so he will never have anything just like that. Moreover, any human behavior (including illness) has its positive function in a certain context. Therefore, to identify the cause of the disease means to find that hidden positive intention that the subconscious is trying to implement at the expense of the disease. No matter what we do, no matter what situations we create in our lives, no matter what diseases we suffer from, all these are just ways to fulfill our positive intentions.

The intention cannot be negative, because negative experience simply does not exist in nature. Negation exists only in our language. We can know what we don't want. But we still need to think about it.

A person cannot refuse to carry out an intention. It's impossible. Therefore, you do not need to fight with yourself - you need to change your thoughts and ways of behaving. And it is quite realistic to realize your intentions, create new ones and change the ways of their implementation. This knowledge makes life strong and conscious.

All problems in people (diseases, stresses) are the result of a discrepancy between conscious desires and methods for their implementation and subconscious intentions. The thing is that our subconscious mind knows much more about ourselves and about our vital intentions. Also, remember that the subconscious mind is directly connected to Reality itself or to God. Therefore, it is important not to interfere with the subconscious, but to help with your conscious actions. It is necessary to connect the conscious and the unconscious in your life and thus gain integrity.

THE SUBCONSCIOUS CONTAINS INFORMATION ABOUT ANY EVENT OCCURING IN THE UNIVERSE. Imagine a cell in an organism. She cannot see the whole body. But it contains information about the whole organism. It is encoded at the genetic level. Man is the same cell of the Universe. His subconscious stores all the information about the past, present and even the future of the universe. This law explains many phenomena: clairvoyance and prediction, for example. Or the phenomenon of reading thoughts and transmitting them at a distance. Divination also belongs to this law. Anyone can develop all these abilities and even more. Only purity of mind is required.

THE MORE PURITY OF THOUGHT A PERSON HAS, THE MORE ABILITIES HE HAS, THE MORE ACCESS TO THE UNIVERSE KNOWLEDGE HE GETS. This can be expressed in a simpler way: the less aggression in your soul, in your subconscious, the more pleasant and interesting your life and the more health and abilities you will have. PEOPLE CREATE DISEASES THEMSELVES, AND THEREFORE, THEMSELVES, AND ONLY THEMSELVES, CAN GET RID OF THEM BY REMOVING THE REASONS. And the causes of diseases are in ourselves, and not outside. And they are the following:

a) lack of understanding of the purpose, meaning and purpose of one's life;

b) misunderstanding and non-observance of the laws of the Universe;

c) the presence in the subconscious and consciousness of harmful, aggressive thoughts, feelings and emotions.

Illness is a signal of imbalance, harmony with the Universe. Therefore, treat your illness with respect; accept your illness. Illness is an external reflection of our harmful thoughts, our behavior and our intentions, that is, our worldview. This is the subconscious protection of ourselves from our own destructive behavior or thoughts. A sick person is a person who has a sick worldview. Therefore, in order to cure the disease, it is necessary to change your worldview.

People are accustomed to this stereotype of thinking, according to which the disease is the enemy and must be fought by any means, regardless of the consequences. But to fight the disease is to fight with yourself. Therefore, accept it and thereby give up the struggle with yourself. There is no power in the universe that cannot be used in a positive way. And your illness is just such a force. Use it as a tool for self-development.

When the manuscript of this book was already ready, my wife, after reading one of the chapters, said that the book contains a lot of aggression against doctors and modern medicine. “It reminds me of some of the American preachers who are on television,” she said. “Yes, they talk about God, about love, but they do it very aggressively, and therefore you don’t want to listen to them.” On the same day, the phone rang in my office and an irritated male voice demanded that we not oppose coding as a treatment for alcohol addiction. I had to think. Then I really understood that it is impossible to create something new through the destruction of the old. I reconsidered my attitude to doctors and medicine, asked God for forgiveness for my aggression and rewrote many passages in the book.

In this book, I have tried, to the extent that my knowledge and skills allow me, to reveal the structure of health and disease. I was not in any way trying to create a new method of treatment. Many of them have already been created. I wanted to describe a new model for all medicine. A model that will combine together all the existing ways of influencing a person. My intention was to show the need to change the very approach to the sick and to the disease. Now I know for sure that this will happen spontaneously and only when people themselves begin to change their attitude towards themselves and the world around them, when their thoughts become purer. The model that I have proposed in this book allows you to not only improve your health, but also solve many problems in your personal life. This book is just the beginning of an exciting journey. In the process of working with sick people, I realized that people in general live a very boring and monotonous life. But they do not experience much suffering about this, except perhaps in old age, when their strength is already running out. And as I found out, this is because they know little about life in general and about Reality itself. People do not go beyond their model of the world. They do not understand that their model of the world is far from the Reality itself with all its secrets. And the disease in this case acts as a signal to change your behavior, and with it, change something in your life.

To start working with the subconscious, you need to accept as an axiom one very important thing - Everything that happens in your life is created by you yourself, consciously or unconsciously, in cooperation with the subconscious. If in your life there is an alcoholic husband, a drug addict son, or any other problem of “allegedly another person” - all this is created by you. This is the fundamental concept of human life, which is Master of your life. You can live in a different model - " Victim Tyrant". This concept involves suffering from the actions or non-actions of other people, external forces, good or bad luck, and so on. Choose for yourself which one you like best.

The scheme of communication with the subconscious, which I will give here, has been developed V. Sinelnikov and is described in many of his books: “Love your illness”, “The Power of Intention”, etc.

So the first thing you do when you have some kind of problem (it can be anything that you want to change, from which you experience suffering or discomfort. The only condition is that you yourself are responsible for all the events that occur in your life , the problem should sound, for example, like this, “What or with what actions or thoughts did I create an alcoholic husband in my life”, i.e. sound from you.

First step: Relax, calm down, listen to your breathing. Ask your subconscious mind: Dear my subconscious, are you ready to work with me on the problem now .... " Next, you need to carefully listen to your feelings inside. You can get the answer either in thoughts, or in sensations, or in a picture. Feel it more yes or more no. If you did not receive an answer, V. Sinelnikov gives another way - with the help of fingers or just the body. In this method, you ask the subconscious to choose a signal with the help of the body or fingers, which will mean "yes" and one that will mean "no". Be sure to remember to thank him after each interaction with the subconscious.

* What to do if you received a negative answer from the subconscious? In this case, you thank your subconscious mind and ask it to choose the problem that it thinks you need to work on at the moment.

Second step: So you got the answer or the signal "Yes". The subconscious is ready to work with you. Now we need to formulate the problem. V. Sinelnikov always asks the same question: "How do you know that you have this problem?" What do you feel? Do you feel? What is happening in the body? Or do you feel nothing and tests are an indicator? Imagine all this in detail.

Third step: Appeal to the Subconscious: Dear my subconscious, please tell me what my thoughts, emotions or actions led to the emergence of ….. (problem) in my life? Now wait for a reaction from the subconscious. It can give you an answer in the form of a memory, in the form of a picture, in the form of a stream of sudden surging emotions. If you do not understand the answer, turn to the subconscious, say what you do not understand, and ask him to decipher the answer.

Fourth step: Thanks for the reply. Ask a question: " Dear subconscious, what positive role did this program play in my life? Why did I need her? »

* An important point: the answer in all cases should not contain the particle “not” or some other negative information. You can always reformulate it yourself in a positive way. For example, not to get rid of dislike for yourself, but to start loving and respecting yourself.

Fifth step: At this stage, you need to turn to the subconscious again: “ Thank you my subconscious for wanting to teach me….. (your previous answer). Create at least 3 new ways of behaving, thinking to realize those important positive intentions that you carry out for me. Let these methods be more harmonious than the old ones (*which led to the problem*) and bring good to me and the whole world around." And here in this step you carefully receive 3 new ways of thinking or behavior from the subconscious, write them down and be sure to PERFORM.

Sixth step: Now you need to make a correction. Appeal to the subconscious: Do all parts of my subconscious agree with the new ways of behaving?? » The answer is “Yes” – great, implement it! The answer is "no" - reach out to those parts of the subconscious mind that disagree and ask them to unite with those parts that created new behaviors and make corrections together. When all parts of the subconscious mind agree with the new behaviors, you can move on to the next step.

Seventh step: Launch for implementation. Contact: " My subconscious mind, take charge of implementing new behaviors in my life at the right time and place, and once you're ready, give me a "Yes" answer.»
