At the same time, parents whose children are homeschooled often have questions about the number of weekly work hours for such students. In addition, in some schools, parents experience difficulties in the transition to such education.

Currently, in the letter of Rosobrnadzor dated 08/07/2018 No. 05-283 " About teaching people who are homeschooled » clarifications are given about the diseases that entitle children to homeschooling, as well as the maximum weekly load for such children.
Clarified the following .
1. The procedure for regulating and formalizing relations between a state and municipal educational organization and parents (legal representatives) of students in need of long-term treatment, as well as children with disabilities in terms of organizing training in basic general education programs at home or in medical organizations is determined by the regulatory legal act of the authorized body state power of the subject of the Russian Federation.
2. The basis for organizing training at home or in a medical organization are conclusion of a medical organization and a written request from parents (legal representatives) to the principal of the school.
3. Currently List of diseases, the presence of which gives children the right to study at home in basic general education programs, has been revised and approved by order of the Ministry of Health of Russia dated June 30, 2016 N 436n.
However, medical commission medical organization in which the child is observed, can decide on the presence of medical indications for a child to study in basic general education programs at home, based on the individual characteristics of the state of health regardless of whether the disease is included or not in the specified List(corresponding explanations are given in the letter of the Ministry of Health of Russia dated September 14, 2016 N 15-3/10/2-5810). and in medical organizations determined individually according to the curriculum developed in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard, the recommendations of the psychological, medical and pedagogical commission.
The maximum total weekly educational load of students is established by SanPiN 2.4.2.2821-10 and SanPiN 2.4.2.3286-15 (for students with disabilities).
5. Letters of the Ministry of Education of the USSR dated 05.05.1978 N 28-M"On improving the organization of individual education of sick children at home" and Ministry of Public Education of the RSFSR dated 11/14/1988 N 17-253-6"On the individual education of sick children at home", according to which the teaching load in grades I - III (IV) was up to 8 hours; in IV (V) - VII (VIII) - up to 10 hours; in VII (IX) - up to 11 hours, by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia dated 02.09.2013 N 1035 declared invalid.
6. When teaching children at home, various forms of organization of the educational process are provided: visiting teacher, distance learning, visiting subjects at school .

According to the orders of the Ministry of Education of Russia and Rosobrnadzor dated November 7, 2018 N 189/1513 "On approval of the Procedure for conducting state final certification for educational programs of basic general education" and dated November 07, 2018 No. 190/1512 "On approval of the Procedure for conducting state final certification on educational programs of secondary general education "for students with medical indications for homeschooling and the relevant recommendations of the psychological, medical and pedagogical commission, the exam is organized at home.
To do this, the parents (legal representatives) of the child must, along with the application for the passage of the GIA-9 (GIA-11), submit the conclusion of the medical organization and a copy of the recommendations of the psychological, medical and pedagogical commission.
During the exam, students at home are provided with special conditions that take into account their state of health, the characteristics of their psychophysical development, including the presence of assistants, the use of technical means necessary for performing tasks at the GIA; performance of written examination work on a computer at the request of the examiner; increasing the duration of the exam in the subject by 1.5 hours; catering and breaks for the necessary therapeutic and preventive measures during the exam and other conditions.
2. On determining the teaching load of teachers teaching children at home. According to clause 2.5 of Annex 2, approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia dated December 22, 2014 No. 1601, when teachers of organizations implementing basic general education programs for which these organizations are the main place of work are assigned the duties of homeschooling children who, as health can not visit such organizations, the number of hours set for the education of such children is included in the teaching load of teachers .
In accordance with clause 4.2 of the Appendix, approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia dated May 11, 2016 No. 536, the working hours of teachers who teach children at home in accordance with a medical report during vacation time are determined taking into account the number of hours of the specified training of such children, established by him before the holidays.

2. Financing of capital construction projects shall be carried out at the expense of the federal budget and extra-budgetary funds of educational institutions specified in paragraph 1 of this Order.
