100 steps to change your life. Kefir in the fight against extra pounds

2018-02-06 16:22:00

Every day we challenge. Get up early. Wash up. Get yourself in order. And this is no longer some kind of feat. This is commonplace. Ease of action. Sometimes even on autopilot. Until you get there to the kitchen, take your favorite cup and make yourself some coffee... Then, you see, you'll wake up. Further street. Traveling by public transport is another test, I'll tell you. But we never take the above actions as some kind of test. It is our life. Simple. Understandable. Outstanding. There are also bright “flashes”: travel, walks with friends, children, the lights of other cities and countries that feed and charge better than any doping, etc.

But more and more people are now being challenged in a different way. Challenge (the English word directly meaning "challenge", in the sense of "to challenge") has become commonplace in the social life of our society. Recently, it has become such a fashionable trend of our time. For example, #21days sugar free #20days workout #30detox diet etc. In this case, the call can concern anything. #icebacketchallenge #icebacketchallenge - I remember, even the children of the President in poured a bucket of water over themselves. Then there was another #22pushupchallenge, when I had to push myself off the ground 22 times. And it's amazing how these flash mobs affect people. How charged and beckoned to participate in such a mass action. Of course, involvement in the process plays a very important role, especially if the challenge is basically aimed at helping others - sick children, low-income families, etc.

To be honest, I have never participated in this kind of action. Did not want.

But in October of this year, I could not resist when one of my colleagues challenged and launched the “Challenge 100 days for myself” - Yes, you can!

What is the point. Live 100 days without:

sweet,

flour;

Walking without a phone for at least 30 minutes;

Learning 5 new words of a foreign language;

From drinks - only water.

Imagine the surprise when the number of those wishing to support the challenge exceeded 400. In total, 421 people participated in the group.

Many participants changed options for what would become a challenge for them. For example, someone did not drink coffee, but ate sweets. Someone taught a foreign language. And someone else started training in the gym, etc.

Also, every 10 days, the participants wrote a report on the work done. What happened, what didn't. Pros and cons, etc.

For all 100 days the number of participants has not decreased. It's just that someone went through the challenge to the end, and someone didn't.

From personal experience

I managed to live without coffee for 50 days. After there were breakdowns, and I started drinking a cup a day. Now I drink coffee once a day until 12:00, although before that the norm was at least 4 cups (which I am not very proud of).

I drink a lot of water. Minimum 1.5 liters per day. And I advise everyone, because it is water that fills our body with the necessary energy, which is important for the work of all organs and systems. Yes, at first it is very difficult to force yourself to drink 1.5 liters. But over time, the body gets used to it. And then even demands. (If you start, then hold out for at least 21 days - this is exactly the milestone when a habit is developed.) To make it easier, you can take a 1.5 liter bottle - pour water and drink throughout the day. So you will see and control how much is drunk / left.

I do not eat sweets and starchy foods. For me, this is my personal pain - I have a little sweet tooth. Not really, but still. And as experience shows, sweet and starchy foods do not have a very good effect on the female figure and skin condition. Therefore, the rejection of this addiction - to seize everything sweet - is a very big achievement for me. Yes, sometimes one cookie, chocolate is allowed, but not always.

I don't drink alcohol. The first 80 days did not drink at all. Then the New Year and a few birthdays - so a few glasses were drunk. But the very fact that I don’t drink now makes me very happy. Since it is bad for the color of the skin, liver and stomach. No, I am not encouraging anyone to become a teetotaler. A glass of good wine or an evening in good company with a glass in hand is another.

Walking every day in the fresh air did not become a challenge for me, since I walk with my little son without fail at least once a day.

I lost 3 kilos and am not gaining any weight. I want to emphasize that the challenge has nothing to do with diets. I don't like them and have never sat on them.

From interesting

Many participants in the reports stressed how difficult it is to stick to everything. But the very fact that another 400 people are going with you to such a challenge was encouraging.

Nobody forced anyone to do anything. And sometimes that's the best incentive.

The achievements of others (when you read the reports of the participants) only stimulated to continue further.

As a result, all participants became better. Many have changed their lives and views. And now we are ready for new challenges.

Conclusion

I want you to challenge yourself too. It doesn’t matter what and what… The main thing is to start. Just not from Monday. Today! Set deadlines. Write down on a piece of paper a clear list of harmful and unnecessary things in your life. And go! To the hundred meters)

Believe me, after you pass this path once, you will radically change your life. Become better and even your environment will be different.

P.S. Huge thanks to Tatiana Merzla.

In order to change your life (and, in any direction), you need quite a bit - just start acting. But this "simple" is not always so simple. Sometimes we know what to do, but these actions seem scary to us. And sometimes we do not have a clear plan, nor an understanding of how to draw up this plan. Perhaps these 60 small steps will help you finally start doing something.

House

1. Create your own "Calendar for cleaning the house of unnecessary things" by distributing the cleaning of various household areas by day.

Day 1. We sort out magazines.

Day 2 Parsing DVD.

Day 3 We understand books.

2. Live by the mantra: "Everything has its place, and everything must be put in its place." Try all 100 days to follow the following 4 rules:
1. If you have taken something, put it back.
2. If you have opened something, close it.
3. If you drop something, pick it up.
4. If you took something off - hang it in place.

3. Walk around the house and find 100 things that need to be fixed or tweaked a little. For example, change a light bulb, seal a hole in the wallpaper, screw in a new outlet, etc.

Happiness

4. Follow, finally, the advice that psychologists of all countries and completely different views write about: write on a piece of paper from 5 to 10 things for which you can thank your life every day.

Competence goes much further than words. It means the ability of a leader to articulate what is needed, plan what is needed, and do what is needed, all in a way that makes it clear to others that you know how to do it and it is clear to them that they want to follow you. If you want to truly develop this quality in yourself, you must do the following: Every day show your competence, Do not stop improving all the time, Bring everything to a successful end, Do more than expected of you, Inspire others.

5. Make a list of 20 small things you enjoy doing and make sure you do at least one of them a day for the next 100 days. For example, eat your lunch on a bench in the park, walk in the park with a dog in the evening, paint with watercolors for 1 hour, etc.

6. Keep a diary of your internal dialogue, that is, write down thoughts and feelings that arose throughout the day. For example, how many times a day have you blamed yourself for something, how critical you are to others, how many times a day you have positive thoughts, etc.

7. For the next 100 days, try to have a good laugh at least once a day.

Study and self-development

8. Choose a difficult book that you still have not dared to read, but wanted to. Read it in 100 days from cover to cover.

9. Learn something new every day. For example, the name of a flower, the capital of a distant country, the name of the dog breed you like, etc. And in the evening you can scroll through your head all the new things that you learned over the past day, get a dictionary and learn a new word.

10. Stop complaining for the next 100 days. Negative thoughts lead to negative results. Every time you feel like complaining, try to stop yourself.

11. Set your alarm a minute earlier each day for 100 days. Try to get up as soon as the alarm goes off, open the windows, do light exercises. After 100 days, you will wake up 1.5 hours earlier without much effort.

12. In these 100 days, lead the "Morning Pages" - a simple stream of consciousness in the morning, which you will write in a special notebook. This should be the first thing you do after waking up.

13. Try to focus your attention on the thoughts, words and images of who you want to become and what you want to achieve.

Finance

14. Make a budget. Write down every penny you spend in 100 days.

15. Search the Internet for good financial advice and pick 10 of them. Try to follow them for the next 100 days. For example, going to the store with limited cash and no credit card, doing several things in one trip to save on gas, etc.

16. Pay in stores only with paper money and put the remaining change in the piggy bank after purchases. After 100 days, calculate how much you can save.

17. For 100 days, do not buy anything that you do not really need (meaning fairly large purchases). Use this money to pay off a loan (if you have one) or put it in a savings account for six months.

18. Dedicate at least 1 hour a day to finding or creating a source of additional income.

Time Management

19. For 100 days, carry a notebook with you everywhere. Write down all the ideas and thoughts that come to your mind, make your to-do list, write down new meetings literally on the go right after the calls.

It's no secret that some time ago a financial crisis began in our country. For me personally, this crisis very “successfully” coincided with the decree and the birth of twins. The market I worked in for 10 years collapsed almost overnight, leaving me with unemployment benefits from the state treasury and a one-time allowance of 8,000. After about a year of living in austerity and raising children non-stop, I decided to exhale and go to training. This time my choice fell on the training center "Smart Way". I read a lot about the method of Alexander Sviyash, as well as about the method of Nikolai Kozlov. And in general, I agreed with the author: what we have in our heads, then in life. However, for some reason, it was not possible to implement the wise postulates from books in practice.

20. Track how you use your time for 5 days. Use the information you've collected to create your "time budget": the percentage of your total time spent on activities that you do each day. For example, house cleaning, commuting time, vacation time, etc. Make sure you stay within your budget for the next 95 days.

21. Determine for yourself the least priority thing that you can not do for 100 days, and replace it with a really important one.

22. Identify 5 ways your time "leaks" and limit that time to the next 100 days. For example, do not watch TV for more than 1.5 hours, do not spend more than 1.5 hours a day on social networks, etc.

23. Stop your multitasking and only do one important thing a day.

24. Plan your day in the evening.

25. Do the most important things on your to-do list first, then everything else.

26. For the next 14 weeks, review each week. During the weekly survey, answer the following questions:
- What have you achieved?
- What went wrong?
- What did you do right?

27. At the end of each day, tidy up your desk, sort out papers and stationery. So that every morning you will have an order on your desktop.

28. Make a list of all the promises and commitments that you have made for the next 100 days, then take a red pen and cross off the list of everything that will not bring you joy or bring you closer to your goals.

29. During these 100 days, before you switch from one thing to another, during the day ask yourself, is this the best use of your time and resources?

Health

30. Losing about a pound of weight requires burning 3,500 calories. If you reduce your calorie intake every day by 175, then after 100 days you will lose about 2.5 kg.

31. Eat vegetables 5 times a day for 100 days.

32. Eat fruits 3 times a day for 100 days.

33. Choose one of your favorite, but not very healthy dishes, and replace it with a cold turkey for 100 days.

34. In these 100 days, eat from smaller plates to control the amount of food consumed.

35. Use 100% juice instead of high sugar substitutes.

36. Use only water instead of soda.

37. Make a list of 10 easy and healthy breakfasts.

38. Make a list of 20 easy and healthy meals that you can eat for lunch and dinner.

39. Make a list of 10 easy and healthy snacks.

40. Use your healthy meal lists to plan your meals for the week ahead. Eat like this for the next 14 weeks.

41. Keep a food journal for 100 days to see if you deviate from the menu.

42. Get at least 20 minutes of exercise every day.

43. For 100 days, always carry a pedometer with you and try to walk 10,000 steps a day.

44. Set up your scale and hang a graph in your bathroom. At the end of each of the 14 weeks, weigh yourself and record your weight loss (gain), changes in waist circumference, etc.

45. Set a reminder on your watch or computer to repeat every hour to drink water.

46. During these 100 days, meditate, breathe, visualize - make it your daily ritual to calm your mind.

Relations

47. For 100 days every day, find something positive in your partner and write it down.

48. Keep an album of your joint activities, do some scrapbooking. At the end of your experiment, give your partner the resulting album and a list of all the positive things you have observed during those 100 days.

49. Determine for yourself 3 actions that you will take 100 days in a row to strengthen your relationship. It can be words (I love you) or hugs every morning.

Social life

50. Chat every day for 100 days with someone new. It can be your neighbor with whom you have never communicated before, your comment on a blog where you have never written anything before, a new acquaintance in social networks, etc.

51. In these 100 days, focus on communicating with people you admire and respect.

52. If someone offended or upset you, think for a minute before answering.

53. During these 100 days, don't even think of making a final verdict before both sides have been heard.

54. Try to do at least one good deed a day, no matter how small it is.

55. Praise everyone who deserves it.

56. Practice active listening. When the interlocutor speaks, listen to him, and do not rehearse your answer in your head, ask again to make sure that you heard everything correctly, etc.

57. Practice empathy for a full 100 days! Before judging someone, try looking at the case from their point of view. Be curious, find out more about the interlocutor (his interests, beliefs, etc.)

58. Live your life and don't compare yourself to anyone.

59. Look for good intentions in the actions of others.

60. For 100 days, constantly remind yourself that everyone is doing everything as well as they can.

How to change yourself? How to change your life and become better? What do I need to do? These questions come to mind from time to time for all of us. Someone quickly drives them away and continues to live the way they lived before, while someone understands that the current state of affairs does not suit him, and life needs to be radically changed. But how to do it is the most important and most difficult question.

Of course, there are many different articles on the Internet, all kinds of information that theoretically can help you change your life. But the emphasis should be on the word "theoretically", because it is not a fact that this will happen. Right now, you may be asking, “What are you better at? How is your article different from others? How can this information help me become a better person and change my life?” The questions are logical, and I understand you. Once I myself, reading various sites, asked myself similar. I will say right away, so as not to drag it out for a long time and not to write a lot, that the tips that will be laid out below are based on practical application. In short, I tried everything myself, I felt for myself everything that I will advise. And frankly, life began to change, I began to feel how it was filled with meaning, it became more interesting, more valuable, I wanted to live, and not vegetate.

On the net you can find a lot of tips that promise you a change in life, financial situation, family well-being in almost a few days, well, a maximum of a couple of weeks. To be honest, this is all nonsense. Life does not change in an instant, well, except in very critical situations. This requires a lot of hard work and dedication. My advice is designed for at least 100 days, and if you do everything correctly, then after 100 days you will see dramatic changes, you will be drawn into this lifestyle, you will be able to understand how correct it is, how much easier it is to live like this.

How to change yourself and become better: 100-day course

Below I will give just 8 tips, 8 simple actions that you need to perform for 100 days. Believe me, it works, it's not just a fantasy or a desire to write another "necessary for everyone" article. I try to give only such information that has been tested on myself, which is really capable of changing you and your life for the better.

1. Start reading
I used to think that I knew everything, that I had already seen and learned a lot, that there was nothing in books that I could not find on the pages of Internet resources or in various videos. How wrong I was. Over the past month, I have already read about 7 books, and with each new one I understand how little I knew before, and I realize how much I still have to learn, learn and learn. Therefore, do not put off reading books for better times. Right today, decide what you want to read, and for the next 100 days, try to spend at least 30 minutes every day reading. Your horizons will begin to expand, knowledge will be replenished with new words and definitions.

2. Learn something new every day
Every new day is an opportunity, an opportunity to learn something new, to meet someone, to see or hear something. Do not miss this opportunity, and give yourself the installation that over the next 100 days you will definitely learn something new, daily, without omissions and excuses.
For example, I really want to travel, see the whole world, learn the cultures of other nations. Every day I learned something new about different countries, their climate, geography, religion, history, etc. Also, if during the day I came across some interesting name, a word I did not know, I wrote it down, and then found out its meaning. At the end of the day, I tried to analyze everything that happened, thanked myself for new knowledge.

3. Gratitude is a powerful practice.
For the next 100 days, develop the habit of thanking everyone for everything. Thank yourself for some successes and achievements, thank God for the opportunities that are provided to you, for the people who have come into your life, thank your friends and family for what they are, thank fate for the difficulties, because this is not at all difficulties, but the chance to do everything right, the opportunity to change yourself.
Psychologists advise you to take a piece of paper and write down 5 to 10 things for which you are really grateful to life. Every day look at this leaflet, at these things, rejoice that they are and give thanks.
Believe me, gratitude is a powerful practice that can change your life very quickly. Speaking about me, I give thanks at the end of the day, already when I go to bed. It is at bedtime that my gratitude for the day lived is as strong and effective as possible.

4. Stop Complaining
If you learn to be grateful, you simply have to stop complaining. The complaint, in itself, does not change anything, your life does not go for the better, but only the other way around. All complaints carry negative energy, and when you think like that, you attract similar things. I always remember the parable:
“A man rides a bus to work and thinks: “I got problems at work, and my wife saws at home, children do not study well at school, they don’t get along with friends, everything in life goes topsy-turvy, everything is bad, everyone doesn’t like it.” At this moment, an angel stands behind him and says: “What strange desires. And most importantly, every day the same. Well, what can you do, you need to perform "
Stop complaining about your life, stop plunging into problems and plunging others into it. Be optimistic, believe that even after the strongest storm, the sun always comes out. As they say, to see a rainbow, you need to survive the rain.

5. Morning thoughts
There is another very interesting practice that should become mandatory for you in the next 100 days. Let's call this practice, figuratively, "morning pages". And every morning, as soon as you wake up and open your eyes, you should think about something good, about your dream, about how you have already achieved it, imagine the emotions that you will experience at that moment, the people who will be next to you . It is this visualization that activates the flow of thoughts. All these thoughts you should write down. Everything, everything, everything that comes to mind. You ask, why do this? It's simple, when you think positively, are tuned in to a good wave, then very useful and interesting thoughts, unusual ideas, creative solutions can come to you. The creative flow will set you on the right wave of life, help you solve many pressing issues and problems.

6. Financial well-being
For the next 100 days, try to spend at least 30 minutes a day looking for or creating additional money-making opportunities. The financial component plays an important role in our lives, and it will be extremely difficult to change yourself, change your life without improving your financial condition. Therefore, try every day to consider interesting options for making money.

7. Regular exercise
Many scientists argue that regular exercise has a positive effect not only on our physical condition, but also on our psychological state. Give yourself the setting that in the next 100 days you will definitely start going to the gym regularly, jogging in the morning, exercising, or doing any other sports. The main thing is that it should be systematic, so that you enjoy it. Believe me, at first it may not be familiar, but over time you will get involved and understand that sport is a very important component of a good and proper life.

8. Focus on the essentials
And the last tip will be perhaps the most important. You already know what you want in this life, you have already decided and are going to radically change your life in order to achieve your goals and objectives. So, in the next 100 days, every day you should concentrate on the final result, imagine that you already have what you want, that you are already experiencing these joyful emotions, share them with friends and loved ones. Imagine yourself as a successful and happy person, and you will definitely become one.

As we know, everything is interconnected: if you lower your head and slouch, you will immediately feel insecure. But as soon as you raise your head, straighten your shoulders and smile, even in a bad mood, everything changes around you and you are already the kings of the ball.

In order to change your life (and in any direction), you need quite a bit - just start acting. But this "simple" is not always so simple. Sometimes we know what to do, but these actions seem scary to us. And sometimes we do not have a clear plan, nor an understanding of how to draw up this plan. Perhaps these 60 small steps will help you finally start doing something. And even if after 20 steps you realize that this is not your plan, you will already be ready to make your own plan. Eyes are afraid, but hands do?

House

1. Create your own “Calendar for cleaning the House of unnecessary things”, distributing the cleaning of various household areas by day.

  • Day 1: Parsing magazines.
  • Day 2: Parsing the DVD.
  • Day 3. Parsing books.

2. Live by the mantra: "There is a place for everything and put everything in its place." Try all 10 days to follow the following 4 rules:

Activation of Unconditional Love through the chakras

These short meditations will help you activate Unconditional Self-Love in every chakra of your physical body.

  • If you took something, put it back in its place.
  • If you open something, close it.
  • If you drop something, pick it up.
  • If you took something off, put it back in its place.

3. Walk around the house and find 100 things that need to be fixed or tweaked a little. For example, change a light bulb, seal a hole in the wallpaper, screw in a new outlet, etc.

Happiness

4. Follow, finally, the advice that psychologists of all countries and completely different views repeat - write on a piece of paper from 5 to 10 things for which you are grateful in your life every day.

When a person experiences Gratitude, a powerful stream of unique vibration comes from within, which is just a step below Love.

5. Make a list of 20 small things you enjoy doing and make sure you do at least one of them a day for the next 100 days. For example, eat your lunch on a bench in the park, walk in the park with a dog in the evening, 1 hour of watercolor painting, etc.

6. Keep a diary of your psychological chatter - that is, write down your thoughts and feelings that arose throughout the day. For example, how many times a day have you blamed yourself for something, how critical you are to others, how many times a day you have positive thoughts, etc.

7. For the next 100 days, try to have a good laugh at least once a day.

Study or self-development

An important practice is Reading and analyzing spiritual literature. It is necessary to read and think deeply about classical and modern texts of a spiritual, philosophical, psychological orientation, as well as analyze according to a certain scheme ...

9. Learn something new every day. For example, the name of a flower, the capital of a distant country, the name of a dog breed you like, etc. And in the evening you can scroll in your head all the new things that you learned over the past day, get a dictionary and learn a new word.

Incredible Facts

"We are what we constantly do. Excellence is not one action, it is a habit." (Aristotle)

Scientists say that with willpower, it takes about 30 days for a person to form a new habit. Creating something new and going beyond the comfort zone - this is already 80 percent success.

It is very important for this to make small, but necessary changes every day for at least a month.

"How can you eat an elephant? A little bit every day." The same philosophy applies to making changes in your life. Trying to bite off more than you can swallow will inevitably lead to problems with the digestive tract.

However, small, targeted bites can help you create simple productive habits and are an amazing way to make positive changes and enjoy your life.

When you start small, you don't need much motivation to do so. The simple act of “starting” will give you momentum, and the spiral of change will soon begin.

Below are 30 tasks to be completed within 30 days. If you approach the question responsibly, then you will see that each of them has the potential to help you introduce a new habit into your life.

Yes, there are overlaps between some tips. And no, you shouldn't try to do everything at once. Take 2-5 and work on them wholeheartedly for the next 30 days. Once you've developed these new healthy habits, start working on a few more.

1. Use words that are associated with happiness in your speech.

As a rule, when you ask someone "how are you?", the answer you hear is "fine", "I'm fine", etc. Try the next time you are asked such a question, answer: "fabulous!".

This will certainly make the person smile and ask you what is causing these feelings. You say that you are healthy, your family is healthy, you live in a free country. There is no reason not to be happy.

The difference is simply in the choice of words. People who answer this way are not better than others, they are just much happier. Test it out for yourself for the next 30 days by practicing something like this.

2. Try something new every day

Variety is a vital spice. You can see or do something a million times, but the first time is always the same. As a result, "first time" experiences often leave vivid emotions in our minds that illuminate our lives.

Make an effort on yourself and try something new every day for the next 30 days. It could be a completely new activity or just some minor experience, like talking to a stranger.

Once you get off the ground, many of these new experiences will open doors to new life opportunities.

Self-improvement methods

3. Do one selfless act daily

In life, it usually happens like this - you get what you put in. When you positively impact someone else's life, positive changes will also occur in your own life.

Do something that makes other people feel happier and helps them suffer less. It will be a very rewarding experience. Something you'll remember forever. Obviously, in this case, the scope of your activities is unlimited.

4. Learn and practice a new skill daily

Self-confidence is a vital key to a healthy and productive life. To be self-confident, you need to master the basic set of skills, and be able to manage them very well, but it’s better to be a jack of all trades.

Contrary to what you may have been taught in school, a jack of all trades will be much more prepared for life than a person with a highly specialized occupation. Plus, learning new skills is always fun.

Work on yourself

5. Teach someone something new

Inner happiness and zeal comes from using these "gifts" on a regular basis. What do people usually thank you for? What are they asking you to help them with? The talents and hobbies of most people can help another person in one way or another.

Perhaps you are good at painting, teaching mathematics, or maybe you are a good cook? For the next 30 days, try to dedicate some time each day to sharing your talent and experience with others.

6. Spend one hour a day on your hobby.

Do what interests you. It could be anything. For some, it is a hobby, others find refuge in faith, others attend social clubs or take an active part in the city council.

In each case the psychological result is the same. A person does what he strongly believes in. Such interaction helps to feel happy, and life takes on meaning.

7. Be friendly with everyone, even those who are rude to you.

Being friendly with someone you don't like doesn't mean you're not sincere. This suggests that you are mature enough to control your emotions. Treat everyone with kindness and respect, even those who are rude to you, not because they are nice, but because you have a light inside.

Do this for 30 days and you will not notice how the rudeness around you will dissolve.

Personal development

8. At any time in your life, try to focus on the positive.

Real winners in life cultivate optimism. They know how to create their own happiness and manage it. Regardless of the situation, a successful person will always find a reason to be optimistic, because he knows that failure is an opportunity to grow and learn a new lesson from life.

People who think optimistically see the world as a place filled with endless possibilities, especially in difficult times. Try to spend the next 30 days seeing the bright side of things.

9. Learn to admit defeat and learn from difficult situations

It is important to remember that everything we go through are life lessons. This is part of the experience. Never forget to learn a lesson, especially when things don't go smoothly.

If you didn't get the job you wanted, or the relationship isn't going the way you envisioned it, it means the best is yet to come. It is important to learn the lesson, because this is the first step towards a new, better.

Try in the next 30 days to remember and analyze all the life lessons that you have received from life.

To make life better

10. Look back at your life and enjoy it here and now

Life happens to us every second. Ask yourself: how much time in your life are you actually living and not existing? Most likely, you, like most people, will answer this question: "not enough."

The key is to focus a little less on "do" and a little more on "be". Remember, the only thing you have is the present moment. Life is now. Spend the next 30 days truly living and you won't be able to get back on track.

11. Get rid of one thing daily for 30 days

There is so much clutter in our lives (in the office, in the car, in the house), and we are so used to it that we no longer notice how it affects us.

If you free the surrounding space from clutter, then the inner clutter will also disappear. Every day find in your environment something unnecessary and throw it away. It's very simple. This may be difficult at first, some resistance will inevitably accompany you.

However, after a while you will learn to get rid of unnecessary things and your mind will thank you for your efforts.

12. Create something new

Creation is a process that inspires like nothing else. When you invent something new with your own hands, you are filled with an indescribable sense of integrity. Nothing can replace it.

The only catch here is that you have to be sincerely interested in it. If you create financial plans for clients during the day, and at the same time hate them, then this type of activity does not count.

But if you have something that you love and can create something related to your passion, then life will shine with new colors. If you have never created anything just for the sake of creating it, be sure to try it.

13. Don't tell a single lie for 30 days

For all their seeming innocence, the white lies that ooze out of us are more dangerous than they seem. But you can get rid of it. Stop deceiving yourself and others, speak from the heart, only the truth.

14. Get up 30 minutes earlier every morning

Try waking up half an hour earlier and you won't be running around the house like crazy, afraid of being late. This feeling is familiar to every second of us. This half hour will help you avoid speeding tickets, being late for work, and other unnecessary headaches.

Do this for at least a month, and then analyze how it affected your life.

Self-improvement of the individual

15. Get rid of three bad habits in 30 days

Are you eating too much fast food? Are you spending too much time on video games? Or maybe you like to argue on any occasion? Every person knows his own bad habits. Choose 3 of them and stop doing them for a month. If you hold out, you won't want to go back to them.

16. Watch less than 30 minutes of TV a day.

Entertain yourself with real emotions. Great memories are the product of interesting life experiences. Therefore, turn off the TV, computer, and go for impressions in real life.

Interact with the world, appreciate nature, pay attention to the simple pleasures life has to offer, just watch it unfold.

How to get better

17. Set one long-term goal and work towards it for an hour every day.

Break your goal into small pieces and focus on working on each piece daily. It is important that the pieces are small but consistent. The hardest thing about this is taking the first step.

For the next 30 days, make regular time for your dream. Start with a small dream and turn it into reality.

18. Read one chapter of a good book daily.

With the endless flow of information on the Internet, often full of simple and shallow text snippets, people are spending more and more time reading online. However, the web will never replace the wisdom that some of the classics are full of, carrying deep insights to the world for generations.

Books open doors to your mind and your life. Find a list of good books and start reading today.

19. Watch or read something every morning that inspires you.

Sometimes all we need is a pep talk. For the next 30 days, before eating breakfast or before leaving the house, watch a motivational video or read a story or blog that inspires you.

20. Do something daily that makes you laugh.

Watch a funny video, read your favorite comic, or find a good joke online. Good, sincere laughter stimulates the brain and energizes a person. The best time for this is the middle of the day.

21. Forget alcohol and other stimulants for 30 days.

If you use alcohol and other stimulants with enviable regularity, then try to get rid of them for at least 30 days. You will feel better. There are many other natural ways to get energy. For example:

- turn on the light, darkness provokes laziness.

- go out into the fresh air more often, it sharpens all the senses.

- call a close friend: talking with the person you care about is what it takes to boost your mood.

- reduce the amount of carbohydrates consumed, fruits such as raspberries, apples, oranges and grapefruits will saturate you with energy very quickly, eat less bread, dairy products and meat.

- Chew mint gum or drink mint tea to help you feel fresher.

- drink a glass of very cold water, it will wake you up.

- be organized, you will save a lot of energy if everything is in its place.

- practice altruism.

- Exercise and stretch regularly in the morning.

- drink more water, dehydration can reduce blood volume, which inevitably leads to fatigue.

- wear bright clothes. This trick has to do with the mood you project for those around you and the reciprocating mood they project on you.

22. Exercise for at least half an hour every day for a month

Your health is the quality of your life. Don't let him get away. Eat right, exercise, and get an annual medical checkup.

23. Purposefully put yourself in uncomfortable situations and face your fears daily.

Taking small, continuous steps in uncomfortable territory will help us get around the biggest barrier to positive change: fear.

Sometimes we are afraid that we will fail. Sometimes we subconsciously fear luck because we are afraid to deal with the mandatory professional growth that success requires.
